d to our venue’s vendor list, the pricing at Marna’s pleasantly surprised us, standing out as a more affordable option compared to others. The decision to choose from the recommended vendors was no issue at all, especially considering how delighted we were with Marna’s. The tasting was a little unique in that it was a buffet set up and multiple couples were present, but this made it so much more casual and conducive to questions. We actually weren’t crazy about all of the food options at the tasting, but on the day of our wedding, the food surpassed our expectations. We heard many compliments from our guests. It offered a refreshing departure from the typical wedding fare while still catering to various preferences and dietary needs. Opting for a "family style" dinner service, which Marna’s provided at no extra charge, added a unique touch to our mealtime, creating a warm and communal atmosphere. There was a slight delay in communication, but this was due to a new wedding coordinator being hired, but everything ultimately fell into place seamlessly. We recommend Marna’s for their outstanding food, efficient service, and flexibility in catering styles. They contributed greatly to making our wedding day perfect!

After working with them in the lead-up to the wedding and then the wedding itself, we feel really great about our decision to go with them. The food was great - we had a plated dinner, and we got a ton of compliments on the food... most of all, people loved that the food came out hot! We chose the Filet Mignon, Chardonnay Chicken, and the Eggplant Roulade. The sides we chose were the asparagus and red peppers, and the garlic mashed potatoes. We chose their house salad. My husband and I got the filet and LOVED it, but I heard from guests who had either of the other meals that they were equally delicious. Good food was really important to us, so we are thrilled. As far as planning went, things went pretty smoothly. I believe there was some staff turnover in the lead-up to our wedding, which wasn't an issue except that I did call the prior event manager by accident with a question, oops! She got me pointed in the right direction, which was kind of her. Other than that, communication was pretty good, and I am ultimately very happy with how it all turned out with Marna's.

The food at our wedding was so much better than we expected based on the tasting! We got several compliments, especially on the chicken option we had. Some of our guests said their steaks were cooked at different temperatures (but everyone still liked it). There were very good portions sizes too. The staff were very attentive and professional. I guess when we did the tasting we reheated the food at home and it just was not the same. Overall, would definitely recommend Marna's for your wedding or event.

arna's on the preferred vendor list for our venue, it instantly made it to the top of our list. Due to the insanity of booking a wedding in 2022, and after doing some vendor comparisons, we took a leap of faith and signed with Marna's before we even had a tasting. Marna's tastings were held only once a month on Sundays and filled up quickly, but we were confident based on our experience at the restaurant. We had an easy time working with their staff to pick the menu and put in our order. They provided clear instructions and deadlines for what we needed to do and by when. The food itself was delicious. While wedding food is often bland and underwhelming, we got so many compliments from our guests about the quality of the food. We were happy we chose the family style option - this was a fun atmosphere to share dishes with others at the table, and much quicker and easier than a buffet. The value you receive from Marna's is top-notch - they are one of the more reasonable caterers out there price-wise but they maintain a very high standard of quality. I highly recommend Marna's Catering!

I think we most enjoyed their pleasant company and excitement to be there- truly a wonderful and caring group of people. We will certainly be going to Marna’s restaurant based completely off our wedding experience!

h some stressful last minute meal add-ons! Napkins, linens, and dinnerware were included which was very convenient. The only thing is we had some leftover food we couldn't take home because they didn't have any take home containers and the reception didn't either. Just something to be mindful of if you have extra food!

r suggestions - I got suggestions. I needed to change colors in napkins - immediately was changed on our contract. Second guessed food options or needed to remove appetizers - instantly had a new contract in my inbox to review. Andrea was so incredibly on top of it the entire time and didn't miss a beat. Picking up linens was a breeze the week of our wedding and they provide options to get your linens delivered shortly after your wedding has concluded. Our guests kept talking about how good the food was. I was able to make it completely gluten free and nut free, making it so each guest could enjoy the meal completely without worrying about what they could and couldn't have - especially me, the bride, with Celiac Disease. We even had guests get seconds! Thank you for making our day truly special!

and I booked Marna's services prior to the begin of the COVID-19 pandemic. Once the pandemic set in we had to make many modifications to our wedding including number of guests, venue, dinner serving style (buffet to plated) and more. We worked directly with Carlos, who helped us every step of the way and was very accommodating, professional and easy to work with. On top of that he was just a really cool dude. The serving staff was also very professional and provided excellent service in a COVID-safe manner. For our meal we had the champagne chicken, truffle mashed potatoes, and mixed vegetables. I may be a bit biased since it was my own wedding, but I honestly believe you'd be hard pressed to find a better wedding meal at the price point that they offer. The chicken was juicy, tender and well seasoned, the truffle mashed potatoes are to die for, and clearly their produce was fresh in addition to being perfectly cooked. On top of the quality of service and food, we felt that Marna's was very transparent about costs. We found that many caterers had lower prices, but charged extra for many things that Marna's includes in their services, such as linens, place settings, etc. We never felt as though we were being nickeled and dimed on minor ancillary services. Also, the carved watermelon is super cool and expertly done. Overall, I would recommend Marna's to anyone planning a wedding. The service, food, and bang-for-your-buck is all top notch. Couldn't have asked for a better caterer to work with.
