BEWARE!!! This vendor does not fulfill their obligations, which in return could leave you high & dry. Just closed their Chicago location with no notice to employees, company owes Alpharetta based Southern Reins Logistics $135,000 and the list goes on and on. Now associated with EventWorks and Quest Works- do your homework before booking these companies.

Bryant was very easy to work with and offered us a variety of quotes for Marquee's tent services. Our venue had a very short list of permitted vendors. Marquee was the only one that gave us until the week of the wedding to decide whether or not we needed the tent. All of the others required us to make a decision two weeks ahead of time. That extra week allowed us to get a clearer idea of the forecast and ultimately cancel the tent. We were on a tight budget and appreciated the opportunity to avoid the added expense.
They were fabulous to work with and everything was lovely. We went with the least expensive chairs and they were still cute! They were on time with drop off and pick up, set up the tent in a tight spot where we needed it, and overall were very responsive and great to work with. We would hire them again.
Marquee did a wonderful job of supplying our tablecloths for my husband and I’s wedding reception. They were communicative and professional. We also really appreciated being able to go into the show room and look at the different upgrades/options for our ceremony and reception spaces.

I work with Marquee regularly as a Wedding Planner and used them to rent linens for my personal wedding this past October as well. They are always communicative, competitively priced and I love using their showroom to put together table designs to get a full picture of what the day will look like. I can't recommend them enough!

The rental items we used through Marquee were gorgeous, and the display throughout our wedding day was as we envisioned! Thank you for decorating our venue space so beautifully - it could not have been a more magical day! Our only complaint would be the communication, and the vendor bringing up a concern the day before our wedding (which ended up being resolved but was a pill to have happen on such short notice), and an unexplained charge to our account. But once this charge was questioned, we were promptly refunded. <3
We really appreciated the team at Marquee Events Rentals in Austin, TX, they worked flawlessly with our venue and our design team to make sure the perfect pieces were a part of our day! They were very responsive during the planning period and the day of, I can only say positive things about Marquee and recommend them for their rentals!

We used Marquee to rent our stage for the band for our wedding. They were super easy to work with, competitively priced and very nice. Everything was perfect day-of and looked exactly the way we wanted. Loved working with them.
Oh boy. Where to begin. This disorganized company was difficult to communicate with and couldn't keep track of our account. We rented a tent, and split the cost with another couple from the same weekend at our venue. However, when we contacted them they didn't know who we were and were perpetually confused. This wasn't too big of a deal until the day before our wedding, when they were late to set up the tent for the other couple. I got a phone call from the venue coordinator telling me that the clear tent was "hideous" and that the other couple was upset and wanted it to come down. Marquee insisted that it was moisture that had made the tent opaque (with one clear panel [new] clearly showing the contrast) although all of our other trusted vendors had never heard of this and told us it was simply old and faded. Marquee was very argumentative and defensive, making the whole situation that much more stressful. We opted to not have the tent, at the urging of our other vendors, and it's been a nightmare dealing with them ever since. We had compared quotes from several companies while planning, and while Marquee was still insanely expensive, it was less expensive than the others. However, the reduced cost was not worth the headache - never mind the fact that we paid for a tent that we never received.
We used Marquee Rentals because they came highly recommended by our Planner and they did not disappoint! They were timely with the deliveries, everything looked perfect! They also thankfully had some misting fans available when we realized how hot it was going to be on our wedding day and were able to add them to our order the day before. They also were one of the few places who carried BBJ linens and offered a HUGE selection of linens. Highly recommend Marquee rentals for your event!
Marquee rentals provided the tent draping for my wedding at Allan House. I coordinated the event with Rachel and she was so accommodating to the schedule to make sure we could set up two days before so lighting could come in the day of the wedding early in the morning. When I went to see the tent the day before the wedding there was not enough draping fabric so I had a melt down. I had envisioned this tent for months and it was not what I expected. Rachel was out of town for Christmas break but I spoke to Jordan and she immediately took action! Within 30 minutes Caroline, Delia and Spicy were on site to fix it. They even called me right before they were finished to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it. It is inevitable that mistakes will happen but what is most important is how you handle them when they do. Marquee was incredibly professional and quick to respond to my request and made my wedding look so beautiful and glamorous with the full draping on the entire L shape tent. I am so grateful to have worked with them and highly recommend their services
Went to the showroom for assistance and they were super helpful in selecting rental linens, runners and other items for my wedding. Great customer service and very quick in sending proposals and answering my emails with tons of questions. They delivered and picked up the items I rented on time. Highly recommend Marquee rentals!

From the very beginning our rental experience with Marquee was nothing short of perfect! We met at their showroom, got to play with all different types of place settings and linens, and designed beautiful tables for our wedding day. I loved that we were able to physically set the tables so we could visualize how it would look the day of! Go to Marquee for your rentals - you will not regret it!
Marquee provided the dishes, silverware and some of the linens for my wedding in April. They were very easy to work with and super friendly every time I went to their show room. Everything we rented from them was beautiful and really added to our wedding.
Marquee provided all of our linens on our day and it could not have turned out more beautiful. They have an expansive show room with tables to setup your vision and have a huge variety of rentals. They were so easy to work with. Highly recommended!
Let me start off with saying this... Laura, who helped me plan all my rentals is a doll. Marquee has lots of variety & options...
The day before the wedding the first crew came out with the lighting. They were hard workers. Super polite. If something wasn't right they had another item delivered to them (the crew lead didn't like the wall of my cake tent because it wasn't in good shape so that was replaced & there was a couple string where the bulb didn't work so they had them replaced). They did put all their lights on one of my shop's outlets & melted it though.
Buuuuut... The crew that showed up with our rentals were HORRIBLE! They didn't have the ceremony or reception diagrams that I had submitted to tell them the placements. So I got them one from my phone (it's all I had). They began to set up my ceremony chairs incorrectly & when I told them it was wrong they said "Maybe you should move them myself." (Insert my very first brideszilla moment) Move it myself?!? I paid for them to do this. I had to draw out the aisle so they'd understand while the team lead looked on like this wasn't his job. Luckily, his crew understood & they began shifting the chairs around. I came back to check on the situation later & they had set the reception up wrong. Team lead guy didn't want to move again so I had to drag the tables myself... Again, his crew followed my lead.
I had the wrong cocktail tables (they were ones that didn't need tablecloths so since they were wrong they didn't fit into our theme), I had too many 6' tables, they set my cake tables up on uneven land which resulted in the grooms cake falling to the ground & almost losing my cake (Me & a couple other people caught my cake as it was sliding by grabbing the table) which resulted in a super early cake cutting & rushing. My bar was set up in the wrong place, too. After telling them to move it I went to get ready & never saw the situation again. It was never moved. They set it next to my chicken coop?!?
I was refunded $300-ish dollars... Which was kind of a slap in the face. That $300 was basically the overage of tables & the wrong cocktail tables.
However, I'm out:
1. The repair of my electrical socket/outlet in my shop.
2. The cost of our grooms cake that we never got to enjoy.
The Marquee team was very accommodating and responsive in the inquiries for rentals I needed for our wedding reception. The reception venue was very strict on time, and they were very understanding with the time frame needed to drop off and pick up. The team is very responsive and always made sure that I had an update on the order as I continued to add and remove items. Great customer service and an great inventory of useful items at reasonable prices!
Marquee Rentals has some of the most patient and helpful staff! We heard about them from our wedding coordinator and made the trip there from Waco. I didn't know what to expect when we got there, but it was so awesome! Loved being able to see and touch everything. I could have spent hours there! I wish I could remember the lady's name who helped us. She was so bubbly and happy to help us. When we went back to pick up our reserved items, they had everything ready to go and it didn't take much time at all. We even added some extra napkins and tablecloths and they got those for us right away. Everyone was so polite and helpful! I would recommend Marquee Rentals to anyone having a big or small event. They make everything so easy and perfect, just wish they weren't so far away from us.
I loved this furniture! I had all farm tables for my wedding and these guys were a dream to work with. The pick up and drop off was easy and timely and the quality of the furniture was fantastic. They do add on a good amount of taxes and fees on at the end but were happy to explain what they all were. I'm not saying I loved that bit.... but the wedding looked beautiful and I wouldn't have chosen another group to rent my linens, tables or table décor from. Thanks!
Marquee Event Group was very easy to work with. We went to their show room and picked out our linens. It was exactly what we were looking for. Some of the other rental companies we looked at did not have all the products in a show room. Some of the linens were only available to view in a catalog. I wanted to make sure the shade purple of the linens was accurate, as pictures can be deceiving sometimes. Leading up the wedding, we had to make an adjustment to the quantities needed. It was incredibly easy to change the quantities with a simple phone call. We chose to pick up the linens and deliver them to the reception location, as we thought the delivery cost was a bit steep for only needing to be delivered a few miles away. We left for our honeymoon and another person was able to drop of the linens with no issues. We highly recommend Marquee Event Group.
I got all of the table clothes for my wedding (5/20/16) from Marquee. They were all beautiful and pick up/drop off was easy. They had a friendly staff who was easy to work with to get exactly what I needed for my wedding.
I had a wonderful experience with Marquee! The linen selections they have are all so beautiful and I was SO happy with the look we chose for my wedding. Marquee was very easy to work with and I had a wonderful experience. I would recommend them to anyone!
Prepare to lose your entire security deposit if you don't use your tent. Marquee gets my only negative review for my entire wedding process. The company pressures you into booking tents early "because they need to secure labor" and require a 50% deposit. This 50% deposit "holds the tent and the labor" but is non-refundable if the weather is nice and you won't require it. It's a difficult pill to swallow when you pay an $800 deposit in case it rains on your wedding day and not get a single dime in return if the tent isn't used. Basically $800 down the drain and Marquee pockets the profit. The "labor they secured" isn't paid, so Marquee keeps it all. Sad to see a company take advantage of people planning important outdoor events like this. It basically boils down to a scam.
On top of this, their customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional. I had to call back 2 times and remind them to send the final contract and the person sounded very annoyed I was bothering them. If you're thinking of booking a tent for an outdoor event, just take that money and burn it, at least you'd get some entertainment value out of it.
If we did it over we would have used Premiere Events or Capital Tents. Bottom line, keep looking for a better choice. I guarantee Marquee Tents will disappoint.
These people have everything you could possibly want in the rental business. The problem is, THEY KNOW IT! There was no shred of concern for customer service and they even tried to tell me that my discounts didn't apply and that I was going to have to hang on to 265 folding chairs for 5 days after my wedding. What was I supposed to do with all those chairs?!
We got just about everything from marquee, including beautiful farm tables. Marquee was easy to work with and flexible as we changed plans frequently.
We had our wedding outdoors in July so large fans were not an option. I was pleasantly surprised to find Marquee rentals online. They were super affordable and easy to deal with. I'd highly recommend them for anyone needing rentals.
Great selection but only go during their sales.
Marquee was the rental company our caterer used to supply us with linens for our wedding. The linens were beautiful. The problem I had was the $700 they charged us to pick up the rentals. Imagine our surprise when we got the bill 2 days after the wedding. Seven Hundred Dollars. This should be illegal.
I used Marquee Tents and Marquee Rents for my wedding. They made sure everything on my order was perfect, and everything arrived as ordered. The tent was decorated and put together 2 days before, it was taken down on time, and all the rental stuff came separately, and was of great quality. I highly recommend Marquee for any of your rental needs!
We went to Marquee to pick out our wedding table linens. They were prefectly matched to the colors I imagined for our wedding day!
We did go when they have their annual 1/2 sale and that saved us a ton of money! It is shocking to see how much it can cost to rent linens for 1 day! So I recommend going when they have their sale and save you tons of money! You can also pick up your linens and save the delivery fees.
Marquee has a great selection of linens, and their prices are very competitive. We chose to forego the delivery charge, and picked up and returned the linens ourselves. Our vendor, Vintage villas, put the table top linens on for us, and I had friends do the chair ties for me. If you plan on doing a lot of table cloths, it would be worth waiting and going to their annual sale in February.
They were super nice and accomodating. I only rented table linens from them but when they did not have the size I needed, they agreed to order the material and sew them before my wedding. It turned out beautiful and they have a huge selection.
I definitely recommend the team at Marquee. They were easy to work with and created an amazing setting at Laguna Gloria!
This place has a ton of stuff to offer! Plates, tables, fan, coolers..anything you need!!!! We only rented a fan from this place, but it is unbelieveable how much the have. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Marquee has a great selection of all linen essentials. The table runners that we rented from them matched our other wedding colors perfectly!
