There are truly no words to describe the experience we had with Marquis Florals. From meeting with Kim for an initial consult, to meeting with Francesca to go over a mock up of our arrangements as well as every detail you can think of, the experience was beyond what I could have hoped for and imagined. Not only was the planning seamless, but the execution of it all on the day of the wedding was the most beautiful wedding flowers I have ever seen. My first consult with Marquis I felt very confident my vision would be achieved. We had over 18 months of planning. I felt that my wedding was not thought of until closer to the wedding date and that what was presented to me was not what was discussed. It felt overwhelming, nerve wracking, and an unnecessary stress that a week before my wedding my centerpieces were still not what I thought they would be. Things I paid for were not there, decisions were made on my behalf without my consent, and communication was not wonderful. To my guests, it looked great, but at the end of the day was not what I discussed or visioned.

Kim is incredible and her staff is very professional! I honestly did not know what I wanted in terms of floral arrangements for my wedding when I had my first appointment. However, Kim’s expertise was something I have never experienced before with any vendor or business. She asked all the right questions to help me pinpoint my vision. Her prices are very reasonable (especially compared to the florists that other brides I have spoken to have received estimates from) and she is honest in regards to how to save money on certain aspects of the floral arrangements. Kim was fantastic! She was always very honest in her opinions and never tried to upsell us on anything. She gave great opinions and suggestions based on what we were looking for and was very patient in explaining different options to us. We were also very impressed and pleased that they re-used flowers at different parts of the reception (i.e., moved our ceremony archway after the ceremony to our sweetheart table later). Kim and her whole team were so great to work with for my wedding! Kim and her team were amazing! She clearly knows her stuff, had some great ideas on what to go with, listened to my feedback. Was able to do two locations even though we didn’t need a ton of flowers. The arrangements for our Sangeet made the room pop. But I’m OBSESSED with how my bouquet came out. It’s more beautiful than I could imagine, absolutely stunning. She even threw in a bouquet toss bouquet. The table decor was so lush, it really fit with my garden theme. Ans so reasonable with pricing compared to others who wouldn’t even offer different color schemes for the two events. Kim had no problem doing different colors and didn’t need a minimum order.

I was so impressed with Marquis florals! Not only we’re my flowers absolutely beautiful, but they are extremely efficient setting up the reception space as well as breaking it all down for us at the end of the night. Not only did we move our wedding 4 times (and they made the process so easy), but I must have changed my mind about the centerpieces 20 times. Kim did such a beautiful job for my bridal shower and wedding at the Shadowbrook! We knew how talented Kim was when she handled design for my sweet sixteen a decade ago, and we knew we could trust her for our wedding! Kim really went out of her way to understand our vision and spent countless hours researching flowers that would work perfectly in our color scheme. At our first centerpiece viewing, we weren't completely happy with how the piece looked, and Kim recreated our centerpiece so that by the next preview we were blown away. We had a fall wedding and wanted to go with an elegant fall theme (without looking tacky like Halloween) and Kim nailed it with her combination of vibrant fall colored flowers and fall fruits. Our guests were amazed by the table centerpieces and were fighting to take them home at the end of the night! I am having my bridal bouquet preserved because of how lovely it was and it feels like such a special part of the day. Everything from the corsages, flower girl crown, pew bows, memorial table decor and flowers in our cake were cohesive and strikingly beautiful. We appreciate Kim and all the hard work she and her team did to make our wedding day so special!

We went the non traditional route for flowers, We decided to use our own centerpieces with almost no florals and use Kim for basically EVERYTHING else, and we couldn't have asked for better. My bouquet was STUNNING, better than I could have dreamed up. The archway for our ceremony was breath taking, it brought the whole look together, all the work she did on the decorative tables and banisters was incredible. She really listened to my vision, asked all the right questions to make sure it was exactly what I envisioned and then did even better. Highly recommend.

Kim was our florist for our wedding a little over a week ago and we were truly blown away by her work! Not only did she provide beautiful center pieces for our reception, but she took the time to perfectly match the bridesmaids bouquets to their dresses by using a sample swatch from their dresses. Kim and her team also saved the day by answering an email the night before the wedding regarding an eye sore on the aisle of the church floor. Kim and her team provided a white runner without hesitation! Can't thank them enough!

I knew I was going to use Kim ever since she did both of my brothers Bar Mitzvah's 10+ years ago. Her work still stands! Everything was absolutely gorgeous! The glue that holds Marquis Florals together and makes them such a pleasure to work with was Mary!!! Mary helped me in so many ways, and was always sweet, quick, and super accommodating! I had to switch a few things, and last minute, and Mary was super flexible and made sure that all my needs were met and taken care of (even if that meant her staying after hours). Kim and her team were amazing to work with. They did the flowers and room set up for both my daughter's bridal shower and wedding. She was very accommodating when both events had to be rescheduled because of covid . The bridal shower centerpieces were gorgeous ! The flowers and tables she did for my daughters wedding were beyond gorgeous and totally exceeded our expectations . Our guest were are still talking about how breathtaking the room looked. When searching for florist after meeting with at 5 others we knew kim was the one . Her work is impeccable and her prices were reasonable .

Kim was absolutely incredible. Because of corona, we had to move our wedding from Florida to New Jersey. We had three weeks to replan a wedding and Kim made it so easy. On top of that, I left all my faith in her with putting together beautiful arrangements and let me tell you, we had the most stunning flowers. I have nothing but the best things to say about Kim and her staff. Kim was the only vendor to personally reach out and call me when the pandemic first started. My wedding was one month away from when the pandemic started. Kim called and reassured me that any date we would reschedule to that she would be available to be our florist. This gave me some peace of mind when needing to reschedule everything. Kim and her staff were constantly friendly and accommodating when needing to make multiple changes to our flowers. The set up on the wedding day was beautiful and everything we spoke about, she brought to life. Her prices were great as well. I would recommend her for any event my friends have and I will use her again in the future.

After our wedding was postponed due to Covid-19, Kim was extremely helpful in helping us plan an intimate outdoor wedding ceremony. Not only was she easy to work with on postponing, Kim was phenomenal in putting together stunning bouquets, table arrangements and flowers for our Chuppah on short notice. Kim and her team's attention to detail makes her truly special. We will be using her again for our larger reception down the road and would highly recommend Kim for any classy wedding or affair.

When I first spoke with Kim I was put at ease because she made me think she was going to help me accomplish my vision for my wedding. I let her know I was only a few weeks in to planning because this wasn’t my oringal wedding plans. When I got the first invoice I asked for changes (the removal of centerpieces) because, I was unsure if venue was providing something. Before I could explain myself to her she told me to find another florist and eluded to the fact that it wouldn’t be finically sound for her to drive from her shop to my venue if I didn’t purchase the centerpieces. The location was discussed on day one. With all that has happened thus far because of the virus I would of hoped for some more empathy from the hospitality field.

I had a bridal shower for my daughter and Kim and her team did an amazing job! They listened to every detail that I wanted and brought it all to life! All of the centerpieces were beautiful and the decorations were positioned perfectly! Our guests are still talking about how magnificent everything looked. Marquis by Kim was not easy to work with. We had a lot of communication issues and they were not flexible about meeting times. Our vision was not met and it took multiple meetings to figure out the center piece look. We also had a flower wall that had a picture from their Instagram page that we asked for the same look and they did something totally different the day of the wedding. Although the centerpieces looked nice it was not a positive experience.

Kim at Marquis Florals and her entire team did the most amazing job creating a beautiful day for our wedding. We had a vision of what we wanted but not how to create it and create it within in a reasonable budget. Kim helped us select flowers that would work for our vision taking into account seasonal availability and even helping to "create" flowers to look like the ones we wanted to have. They were also AMAZING in the wake of an accident at their workspace that left them working outside for some time in getting back to us right away and creating our samples (and even a second sample) leading up to the wedding. I could not recommend Kim and her team at Marquis more.

We had our wedding in a large, beautiful, yet raw industrial space. The floral design was an integral part of bringing the wedding venue to life. I met with Kim and her team and we discussed all of my floral ideas and visions. Marquis Florals was our florist for our wedding and we could not have been happier with everything! After our first meeting with Kim we knew our search was over. I didnt have a photo of what I wanted for my flowers or even a name of the flowers, I just described what I wanted and Kim immediately pulled up photos and put actual substance to my idea! She really listened to what I wanted and also made the professional suggestions and guidance that I needed. I also have to mention Mary was so helpful and lovely everytime I called or emailed. They were always quick to respond and offer help. I was especially relieved and impressed when I asked for a last minute add on and they were right on it! We used Marquis Florals by Kim for our July 2019 wedding at the Wilshire from a recommendation from my mom’s friend whose daughter also got married there and used this florist. Kim and her team provided our chuppah, seven bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnières for groom, the five groomsmen, and dads, and corsages for the moms and grandma, and my bouquet and our centerpieces, and flowers on the cake. We used my bouquet and the bridesmaid bouquets to decorate the sweetheart table at the reception. We met to discuss offerings and pricings several months before the wedding—I brought swatches from the bridesmaid dresses and Kim was able to match a rose to the muted pink we chose!—and closer to the wedding, we got to see a sample centerpiece! Working with Kim and Marquis Florals took some of the stress out of wedding planning, and they made our wedding beautiful.

After meeting with various flower vendors, and not getting the type of flowers that I wanted, or the pricing was too much, I met with Marquis Floral. Kim brought my ideas to life and more! My fiancé and I found Kim and Marquis Florals on a whim, just searching through florists on wedding apps. Luckily for us, we found a gem right down the road from our venue! Kim and Mary were super respectful of our budget from the first email and later on, during our first face to face meeting. We told her exactly what we wanted, and that we didn't want to break the bank on flowers (heck, we didn't even want floral centerpieces when we first started planning), and she was great about throwing out ideas of things that would look beautiful and not cost an arm and a leg. When the wedding came closer, she sent us emails with pictures of sample centerpieces and quickly made adjustments based on what we asked. When we got to the venue on the day of the wedding, we were BLOWN AWAY by what the centerpieces and bouquets looked like. The flowers were so vibrant and lively looking, she made the bride and maid of honor bouquet extra special (but not gaudy) just like we asked, and the live flowers for our cake made it even more perfect. I cried when I walked into the ballroom and saw what Kim and her team created. It was unbelievably gorgeous! Kim was a pleasure to work with—she was so thoughtful and generous. She offered to make me a mini bouquet for my legal wedding day which was a few days prior to the reception. My wedding was the 6th contract my family signed with Kim and she never disappointed!

Marquis Florals by recommended by friends that had used Kim for weddings and other events in the past and after seeing her work from their events I knew that I had to meet with Kim. Kim sat down with us to go over every flower, idea and look we wanted for our wedding and promised that she would be able to bring in peonies for my bouquet as they were out of season at the time of our wedding. When we followed up for our sample arrangement a few months before the wedding, Kim helped us perfect our design and swapped out a few things right then and there so we were able to see the changes right in front of us. Leaving our sample meeting left us with a sense of ease as we did not have a worry as to how our arrangements and other florals would look on our wedding day as they were perfect! We were going for a soft, romantic look with blushes and whites and wanted to include dusty miller which perfected our vision! The morning of, Kim's staff was extremely professional, kind, and on time. There was one small error with our flowers but they fixed it right away and Kim apologized the following day when we saw her at our venue as she had stopped by for something else. Our florals included our centerpieces in a low pedestal vase surrounded by floating candles, bridal bouquet, bridal party bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres, entry table arrangement, flowers for the cake, decorated birdcage for our cards, and our ceremony florals and drapes. We also had large round balloons for a few pictures that Kim provided as well. Everything was truly perfect and I would not change a thing. Before my wedding I never thought one could truly be in love with a floral arrangement, when I was truly sad to leave my gorgeous bouquet at home the morning we left for our honeymoon I realized how it truly was possible!

Kim did an amazing job with our floral arrangements! I LOVED every bouquet, centerpiece, corsage she made. She was such a pleasure to work with and is so talented. It was a pleasure working with her and I will definitely use her in the future for any events.

Kim was amazing to work with. I got married on August 25, 2018. Not only did Kim do our flowers but she was also our day of coordinator. Kim was an absolute pleasure to work with! I told her my budget and she listened while still providing the most beautiful centerpieces and bouquets. Everyone at the wedding was talking about them! She even wrapped the handle of my bridal bouquet in a piece of my grandmothers dress which really touched my heart. Thank you Kim for everything. You guys are the best!

Went to marquis over 9 months before our wedding and spent over an hour going over 2 different center pieces and bouquets etc. went back 2 weeks before the wedding and received samples full of dead center pieces full of roses, when I specifically said I HATED roses. Mind you she “could not find” any of the reference photos I gave her at the initial visit. She continued to tell me I was nasty, and that it was my fault for not scheduling a sample appointment sooner (mind you she had ignored more than 2 of my emails after the initial visit). She went on to kick us out of her showroom saying she obviously “cannot help us”. After leaving hysterically crying she continued to tell us it was her fault that the samples were not correct. My family has run a business for over 40 years and never would treat a customer the way this business owner did. I warn any bride from ever dealing with this florist/despicable woman. She was the most rude and vile woman I could ever imagine dealing with in my life let alone 2 weeks before the most important day of my life.

I cannot praise Kim enough for the amazing job she did for my daughters wedding. The flowers were breathtaking. The room at the venue looked absolutely magical when we walked into it. The Church looked simply beautiful. Besides using Kim as our florist, I used Kim as our DOC. She went above and beyond our expectations of her. I had used Kim before for my oldest daughters wedding, but this time she was my lifesaver. I was a bit under the weather the day of the wedding but Kim and her assistant made sure every single thing was taken care of. She is professional, caring and simply the best in her field.

We didn’t realize the power of flowers on a wedding until we saw the end product of what Kim and her team at Marquis Florals put together. It all started with the most beautiful chuppah we have ever seen. We loved it so much that we ended up making a “day-of” decision to keep chuppah up for the party and put our sweetheart table under it. In addition, the floral arrangements for the centerpieces were phenomenal. The combination of high and low centerpieces, bursting with different colors and flowers added so much to the space. Kim was such a doll to work with. She genuinely cares about each client and event. She never tries to upsell you, but listens to your vision and does whatever she can to bring it to reality. Kim is fantastic! From the beginning she was so sweet and comforting in this stressful time, I felt like she knew exactly what she was doing and she talked through ways to cut down on the cost of the flower arrangements. We just got married last Saturday and all the arrangements were on time and everything went together so seemlessly. The flower arrangements were beautiful and fresh and exactly as I envisioned. My husband and I got married on May 11th at the Addison Park and are so happy we chose to work with Marquis Florals. I struggled to find a florist as my wedding was Mother's Day weekend and in the midst of communions and graduations. From my initial consultation, I knew Kim was going to be fantastic to work with and she did not disappoint! By the day of the wedding it felt like Kim was an extension of our family. She got along great with my mom and made floral recommendations that matched the style of our venue. Most importantly, I didn't feel like she was salesy. She made recommendations to enhance my day and also let me know where I could cut back to stay in my budget. I was unsure what types of flowers to select and Kim was extremely helpful. The day of the wedding, one of the crew members came to our hotel and dropped off my bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres. I was blown away by how full and lush everything was! It more beautiful than I imagined. The crew member pinned all the boutonnieres on the groom and groomsmen jackets too which was really helpful. We decided to have an arch for our outdoor ceremony and that was breathtaking! It was full of peonies and beautiful flowers and had lush greens too. I was so happy with it! The pictures our guests took look great so I can't wait to see the professional ones. We also had petals down the aisle and peonies at all the pews. The flowers inside the venue were elegant and so beautiful. Our tall centerpieces were an excellent compliment to the room and everyone commented on how gorgeous they were.
