It’s hard to fully encapsulate how great Bri and her team are at what they do. We were able to hold a 3-day wedding weekend in September 2024 at the Rainbow Lodge which would not have happened so smoothly and so wonderfully if it weren’t for Bri and her assistant, Jessee. From the initial consultation to the event itself, Bri promised to be a calm and confident resource for us as she helped to manage the weekend. She and Jesse absolutely followed through on this commitment and then some! They also enthusiastically participated in our welcome party camp theme. One example which highlights Bri’s commitment to her work is when Bri jumped in to help with my outfit change by tying my shoes to helping with my hair. To me, this shows what a humble and thoughtful person she is, in addition to being a coordinator rockstar. Bri is absolutely excellent at what she does and we could not recommend her more or be more thankful for what she did to make our wedding a resounding success.
I cannot recommend Bri enough! From our first consultation to the final moments of our wedding day, she was an absolute lifesaver. Bri and Dominique's attention to detail, organization, and calming presence made the entire planning process enjoyable and stress-free.
Bri took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life in ways we never imagined. Planning a wedding from three thousand miles away in under a year was no easy task, and Bri helped me stay organized each step of the way in those critical 90 days. Bri was incredibly helpful recommending vendors, helping me understand timelines, and ensured everything ran smoothly. On the day of the wedding, I felt completely at ease knowing Bri was in charge. Bri and Dominique handled every detail with grace and professionalism, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day without worrying about anything.

The Married Poppins team was absolutely amazing and our wedding wouldn’t have been as successful without them. We really liked that we were able to make all decisions on our wedding and make it “ours” and then Bri came in to execute. She helped us pick vendors if we needed it and gave us a recommended list, but also gave us the confidence to pick what we truly wanted. Her calm, professional demeanor was vital to me as a bride who can get easily flustered. Bri never made anything seem like an issue or a big deal or made me feel bad about forgetting things. She always had a solution. In the weeks since our wedding, people have asked how it went and I’ve been able to tell them, “Perfect”, because even with the issues, Bri and her team had it handled and didn’t even give me a chance to freak out because they were already working on the solution. She got along well with everyone but also has a no B.S. attitude which I appreciated. Her taking over vendor communication toward the end was also huge for us and relieved so much stress of having to figure out the little details. She helped immensely at the rehearsal and made sure everyone fully understood everything. She also managed many various family dynamics which was very valuable to us. The decor was my biggest concern as I’m not an artistic person. She took all the little pieces we had gathered and put it all together to turn it into a beautiful day. Hiring Bri as our coordinator was the best decision and a definite necessity for anyone who wants their wedding to be a stress free, beautiful day like ours was!

Bri was truly the unsung hero of our wedding. From the moment I spoke with her, I knew she was the perfect fit among the many planners I interviewed. Her confidence and calming presence were immediately reassuring. Throughout the entire planning process, Bri proved herself to be incredibly organized, hardworking, and solution-oriented. Every challenge or obstacle was met with her quick thinking and proactive approach.
On our wedding day, Bri ensured everything ran flawlessly. Despite warnings that something might go wrong, thanks to Bri, everything went off without a hitch. Both our families and the bridal party were thoroughly impressed by her dedication and ability to manage every detail seamlessly. Bri is undoubtedly a one-of-a-kind professional, and I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone planning their wedding. Thank you, Bri, for making our day perfect and stress-free!

My gosh, where to even begin with what to say about our experience with Bri? To be honest I don't know if the right words exist, but I'll give it a shot. When we committed to the Tannenbaum Event Center as our venue, Bri was on their list of preferred vendors we received. I spoke with the folks there about her, and of course they had nothing but high praises to sing, but I had actually already been speaking with someone else about helping to plan our day.
Thankfully, I decided to be a little "crazy" and cheat on my 6 month out planner to see what a month out coordinator was all about. And holy crap. From the moment Bri sat down with us, I knew I was breaking off my other relationship. She was the perfect balance of professional and fun right out the gate, and was honest about what exactly her role would be, and what those services would include. Her genuinely kind, yet no-bullshit demeanor, established a trust that was maintained from that initial meeting to the final minutes of our perfectly run wedding. She was always happy to answer any random questions or give me advice in the months leading up to her month out debut, and when her time came to step in, I felt nothing but confidence in handing her the reins. Bri kept us updated when we needed to be, but kept us out of it as much as possible to save us the stress, as she worked her coordinating magic.
The rehearsal squashed any concerns I may have had about how the day would go, as she walked us through each detail, down to hand placement for sliding on our wedding bands during the ceremony. However, what we saw the day before was nothing compared to the main event. Both Bri and her assistant, Jess, were there for us at every turn. We needed a drink? Already in hand. Running behind on time for something? Schedule already rearranged to ensure a perfect flow. Bri and Jess showed us so much love and care throughout our day, yet knew when to be firm about keeping us on track so we could fully enjoy it.
I could keep going, but I'm sure this review is already WAY too long at this point and I don't want to lose anyone's attention that I haven't already. But to sum it up, it isn't possible to be able to thank these two enough for what they've given us, which was quite frankly a perfect day. We love them both so much, and you absolutely will too. <3
We hired Married Poppins for our wedding in April 2024 as our day of coordinator. Bri and Jess were AMAZING and worth every penny. Bri took over managing vendors and planning a month before the wedding and I did not have to worry about a thing. She is very detail oriented and thought of everything. Jess was the perfect “security guard” so we could actually enjoy our private dinner together (something that was very important to us). If they were ever stressed day of, we never had a clue. I trusted them to take over decorating day of and every detail was executed perfectly. We seriously can’t say enough good things about this team and would 100% recommend them to any couple. Married Poppins went above and beyond to make our day special!
If you are thinking about hiring Married Poppins, just do it. This review is long overdue because i felt like i needed to brain space to truly do this review justice. I didn’t have expectations or a vision for a “perfect” wedding, but it was absolutely perfect thanks to Bri. I got to enjoy myself and be present at my wedding which everyone warned me would be difficult, and this was 100% because of Bri. I had a fairly DIY wedding in a nontraditional venue, I felt chaotic and disorganized, and despite this Bri’s approach to everything with an earnest “can do” attitude made me let all of the stress go for our big day. She provided invaluable guidance, support, a get stuff done attitude, an easy going presence - all of it. i appreciated her ease of execution and that i felt no judgement. During our rehearsal ceremony, my (now) husband looked at me and said “I’m so glad she’s here, she is completely invaluable.” That sentiment only became more true x10 during and after the wedding when we had time to reflect. Hire Married Poppins if you want to actually enjoy your wedding and have the most solid, lovely coordinator in your corner throughout. Thank you Married Poppins!
Bri was the BEST, and all of our guests agreed that she was fantastic. She went above and beyond in ways I couldn’t have even imagined and she somehow anticipated our every need. She made the whole process so seamless and we were truly able to enjoy our day. As someone that gets easily anxious, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to get us through the chaos!
This is a late review as my wedding was last April, 2022, but my friends and family still talk about how amazing our wedding was. I have to say, it wouldn't have come together without Bri there! She was great talking with my vendors and following schedule and timing. She was even there for rehearsal and helped us figure out how to walk. But even more so, it was all the little things she did that touched my heart. She got along well with my bridal party and were able to joke around. There was a moment when she saw me looking around the table for my phone, she immediately came up and asked what I needed. For dinner, she went ahead and got us a drink without us asking for it! Bri made everything so stress free and made sure we enjoyed our wedding day to the fullest. I am forever thankful to have had Bri there. You won't regret hiring her! ❤️
Bri helped us coordinate our wedding of about 200 people in August 2022 at a venue in North Lake Tahoe with little parking - meaning guests were arriving and departing on shuttles from a nearby parking lot. She also had to work with vendors that were sometimes hard to reach. She did an amazing job. She was calm, collected, and we were instantly put at ease when we met her; it was clear she was an expert.
We booked the Spoonful of Sugar package with her, and it was perfect as we’d planned the majority of the wedding ourselves. She took over our communications with vendors about 30 days out, and did an excellent job putting together a timeline and making sure everything went smoothly.
The wedding ceremony started about 20 minutes late due to guests getting stuck in traffic and needing to find the aforementioned rare parking, and she still made everything work. None of our guests knew things were a little off schedule! After the ceremony, she brought us food and drink and helped usher us to photos and make sure we were supported. Even one of our moms, who was deeply stressed at first because she didn’t know the plan, was impressed and relieved by Bri’s smooth work.
Bri was amazing! The morning of the wedding I was so relaxed because I didn't have to worry about anything. A lot of our vendors only spoke Spanish and Bri made sure to have an assistant that spoke Spanish to help with the communication. She also made sure we ate by having her assistant stand guard until we finished eating and if she didn't do that I don't think we would have eaten all night haha. She was easy to get a hold of prior to the wedding and made sure things ran smoothly which let me husband and I enjoy the wedding! She also packed up all of our stuff and at the end of the night we didn't need to worry about gifts or signs or anything like that. Would definitely recommend Bri!
We had such a great experience with Bri! She was attentive, easy to work with, professional, and organized. She provided anything and everything we needed and was the best decision I made through the whole process. Everyone from my mother-in-law to my vendors gave compliments on everything she took care of. She gave us a stress-free day and kept everything moving. She handled my weird family dynamics perfectly and made sure my husband and I were taken care of and hydrated. We recommend her highly and if you're on the fence you will be happy you went with her!
I cannot recommend working with Bri enough. She was so fantastic to work with, and our wedding would not have been such a success without her. She made sure we were organized and that everything ran smoothly during the final planning process, and then executed our dream wedding exactly how we had envisioned it; from vendor coordination, to timing, decor, troubleshooting, and takedown, she was the best. She was fun, professional, organized, and the best to work with. If you are getting married in the Reno/Tahoe area, please work with Bri! You will not regret it and your wedding day will be better than you imagined it, and she will ensure you get to focus on the important things on your wedding day without worry (and will make sure you get to eat!) We are so grateful we got to work with her.
If you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, do it! It is worth the money, especially when you have someone as wonderful as Bri. Not only does she help keep you on track, help with miscellaneous errands, and SO many other things, she has such a calm demeanor that helps to remind you to feel present throughout the day instead of getting lost in the chaos of it all. I will be recommending Bri to anyone I know getting married Reno/Tahoe!
BriAunna was the coordinator that I didn’t know I needed. She took care of all the little details and behind the scenes work. She even had a little Mary Poppins bag with everything I could have possibly needed. She went above and beyond with our wedding and smoothed out any hiccups along the way. She was there early in the morning for set up, directing both parties where to be, contacting all vendors, managing timelines, she helped with break down, consolidated all our leftover food and managed the final payments to our vendors. Mid-reception we ran out of liquor and without even having to ask, she was on her way to the closest Liquor store to get more. She did all that for our wedding, while she was 8 MONTHS PREGNANT on a hot summer day. 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
BriAunna was so great to work with for our wedding. She knew our theme and was a great help with bouncing off ideas for decor and even helped create some pieces for us so that it could be one less thing on our plate to prepare. She really went above and beyond in making sure our day was as stress free as possible. I barely saw her throughout the day, but I knew that she was on top of everything that had to be done because no one ever came to me for questions. That’s how you know you have a good coordinator, she took care of the questions so that we could enjoy our day. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator to be there to help with our wedding. I recommended her to friends and family before she moved away from Seattle. if you’re lucky enough to live where she is, I highly recommend her for your events
Bri is AMAZING! I can honestly say the wedding weekend would not have gone by as smooth as it did without her. She was able to predict every need we had and address every issue without us even knowing. She was ahead of the ball on everything and kept me calm, cool and collected. I don’t know how we would of done this without her. Do not hesitate to book with her, she will exceed your expectations and then some!
If you are reading this review because you're on the fence, not sure if you really need a wedding coordinator, or if you think you can DIY your wedding and still enjoy the day, let me just stop you here. Hire Bri. Right now, seriously. Don't pass go, don't collect $200. I was in your shoes and I can tell you that hiring Bri was the some of the best money I have ever spent.
To give you some background, I have worked in the wedding and event industry for almost ten years and I thought I could do it all myself for my own wedding. Turns out, it's not as fun to be the boss when you want to relax and enjoy a party celebrating your own love story! Thankfully I realized this about a month before our backyard wedding, and within an hour of finding Married Poppins, Bri had a video chat scheduled with me and my mom to go over everything.
She gave us a lot of time and attention leading up to the wedding to ensure that all of our needs were understood. She connected with vendors, helped create our timeline and made sure we were staying sane with the covid Delta variant on the rise and insane wildfires (and smoke) encroaching on our region... And that was all before we even met in real life.
On the day of our wedding, Bri arrived early, took the reins from me and set up the decor for our entire reception area. The tables looked amazing, and she took care of all of the last minute things I didn't get to (installing hundreds of batteries into flameless candles for example 🙃). She kept the day moving along, made sure people and things were where they needed to be. She got people in line for food, got us on the dance floor for special dances, and put the mic in the hands of our speakers. I never had to think about any of it.
As the night went on, Bri got to work bussing and sorting dishes, disassembling tablescapes, collecting and storing trash, and making sure our space was clean and ready for rentals to be picked up. Everyone noticed how amazing she was. Seriously, probably a dozen people came up to me and asked who she was and where we found her.
I'm so glad Bri was a part of our day because it released me and my mom (the type A ones of the family) to enjoy something we had worked so hard and waited so long for. I did not stress at all on my wedding day, and that is all thanks to Bri!!!!
Bri made our wedding day stress free. When we hired her, she immediately introduced herself to our vendors. She made sure that every vendors have a cohesive timeline to follow. She was very proactive and thought of important things that we had forgotten.
On our wedding day, she checked on my entourage, guests, vendors, my husband and I to make sure that we’re all doing great. I can’t thank her enough for being there! What an absolute Angel!
