Marriott El Paso

We were very pleased with our experience at the El Paso Marriott. From the very beginning they were very flexible and catered to everything we needed or asked for. They provide their own dj and surprised us with lighting effects. The dj did a pretty good job and we were able to give him a list of all the songs we wanted to play. Myra, the event planner, did a wonderful job helping us out in just being there for us. Whenever we had a question or change, she did not hesitate to fix it for us. We were able to get a good rate on a block of rooms for family that visited from out of town. Unfortunately you are not able to bring your own alcohol or have alcohol catered. The hall looked very elelgant and the tables matched our image of what we had in mind. We would definitely recommend this place!

The Marriott has an event coordinator who can answer every question you have about how weddings work at the Marriott. You can call, go in person, or email the Marriott. I found emailing worked best for me and I typically received a response within a few hours. My husband and I loved that the Marriott provided the food, the alcohol, the tables, the chairs, the china, and the wait staff. They can also provide you with linens, but we hired someone else to do our linens. The day of the wedding the Marriott has a Banquet Captain that ensures that the waiters (we had a sit down dinner) and bartenders stay on task. The food was delicious and we received many glowing reviews on the food, service, and elegance of the ballroom. The Marriott is just a gorgeous place to have a wedding. If we had to do it all over again, my husband and I would choose the Marriott again and again.

Everything was wonderful. Great location since it is near the airport and we had a lot of family and friends traveling to the wedding. The Marriott did a great job with the setup and prep.
