Marriott Indianapolis North

We went with the Marriott North for our out of town guests. We worked with Gina Pappas. She was wonderful! She kept in contact throughout the time of contract and was very knowledgeable about weddings. She passed along her expertise whenever I had questions. I stayed the night before our wedding and my husband and I stayed our first night as a married couple too. Everyone was helpful and generous. The room service breakfast is delicious!

From the moment we walked in to the Marriott North when we were shopping for a reception venue I could tell that Cerissa was a gem. She made us feel like the most important clients ever even though our wedding was on the smaller side. She cheerfully answered every question we had along the way, and even answered many questions we didn't know we had. The process was organized, easy and fun because of her. Most importantly we had a gorgeous, elegant reception that was totally stress-free for us. I highly recommend this venue.

Working with Austin was phenomenal! He was gem and helped us with our large number of guests traveling in from out of town! We loved staying there too and enjoyed the champagne and chocolate covered strawberries the staff left for us!

My groom and I had the greatest experience planning our wedding for June 11, 2016!! Cerissa was amazing!! The feature photo of the cake with the "B" and blue lights was from our wedding. Everything was gorgeous and perfect in every way! The food was delicious and the staff was professional! Our wedding night room was great! We had strawberries and champagne following the reception waiting in our room. I cannot recommend Cerissa and the Indy Marriott North hotel/banquet hall enough. They were very accommodating and worked side-by-side with all of our vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly and our weekend was perfect! Thank you again Cerissa! You Rock!!

This was an absolutely fabulous place to hold our ceremony and reception! Cerissa Scholl made sure the whole wedding went off without any issues. There are so many things included in the package (dinner, cake, cake cutting, etc) that it was impossible to pass up. My only complaint was that there was another wedding on the same day; I would have preferred that, with the money we did spend to have our wedding there, that ours could have been the only one. But even given that, it was an absolutely great location!

I was responsible for 40+ rooms booked in this hotel due to most of my guests being from out of town. I stayed in the room on Thursday night and my groom and I both stayed in the room on Friday night. The room they gave us (supposedly a junior suite) faced the expressway and was not special at all. They only had 1 robe in the room, no refridgerator, and when we asked them to bring a fridge to the room, they said they didn't have anymore. I'm pretty low maintenance but I'm also the bride that was responsible for a majority of rooms that were booked that night. We were also promised champagne and strawberries which did arrive at 1PM on my wedding day. I ask them to redeliver them in the evening when my groom and I got back to the hotel, and they never re-delivered them. I also asked them to completely clean the room so that when my groom and I got back on Friday night, it would be nice and ready for us. It was not cleaned at all. The only thing was done was the bed was made. There were still unwanted chairs and garbage all over. This place has the worst customer service of all time. Especially for a Bride on her wedding day. I would definitely stray away from booking a room block here if you are having a wedding in the area. There are plenty of other hotels that I'm sure would treat the bride and groom much better.

We rented a block of rooms from here, we had enough rooms to pay for free shuttle service to our venue. That was very helpful, although I believe the shuttle ended sooner than planned. The hotel was great, my mother rented a conference room for all of us to hang out in at night which was perfect to not disturb other people. Their breakfast was great! It is ordered and brought to your table, but they also hold a continental breakfast too there. I loved our room, it was perfect. There was an incident of a fire alarm and making people leave their hotel rooms, but we slept through that. That is also not the hotels fault that their fire alarm malfunctioned.

We worked with Jordan to plan our wedding at the Indianapolis Marriott North. We loved this venue because we were able to have the wedding and reception in the same location without worrying about a thing! Jordan met with us several times before the wedding to make sure that she had a vision of what we were expecting and then executed it perfectly. On the day of the wedding, neither my husband or myself had anything to worry about as she took care of dealing with all of our vendors and setting up the wedding and reception! It is a beautiful venue and makes things easy for brides who are busy during wedding planning!

Maureen Peterson with Marriott was extremely easy to work with. She kept me updated on our room rentals throughout the wedding and even gave us our wedding night room rental free! And had chocolate covered strawberries and champagne waiting for us in the room. Great experience!

We had our wedding at the Marriott North and they took care of everything! I would totally recommend giving this place a call! =) Ask for Jordan!!
