I called to see if they had a dress. They said they didn't but had one very similar. I went in and they did and it was perfect. Every time I went in, for my dress, veil, bridal party dresses, etc. they only paid attention to me. They were very helpful! Loved them!

Although I spent more than I anticipated I had the dress of my dreams! They had an amazing selection of plus size dresses and made me feel comfortable every visit!
Great Dress ShopReviewed on 10/19/2013 Jeana T
Marry and Tux was the best shop we went to when looking for my wedding dress. Very helpful staff and very knowledgeable. So glad I bought my dress there.
I absolutely LOVE my dress and cannot wait to get it in my size and tailored to me! I had a great experience shopping for my gown. Christy pulled the perfect dresses based on what I was asking for, and I actually came back a second time to try more on, as the first day I was not able to find 'the one'. On my second day there, Christy pulled a dress similar to one I had really liked the day before, and it was just perfect! I do agree that sometimes they can be a bit snobby and pushy, but I guess that is what you get for going to a boutique rather than to David's. Overall though, it was a great experience and I will be going there for my bridesmaids' dresses too!
Great dresses!Reviewed on 1/21/2015 Shirley N
I am absolutely in love with my dress, wish I had tried on every dress I asked to try on. Christy hit the nail on the head with dresses she thought I would like. will be going back for my bridesmaids and groomsmen tuxes!
Wedding Dress Perfection!Reviewed on 1/05/2015 Brittany W
Marry & Tux was my first stop in trying on dresses. I had initially planned on only trying dresses on to see what style looked good on me. I was greeted by Lisa, my consultant who welcomed myself, my mother and grandmother with a smile. She was friendly, asked the right questions and we got to work! 5 dresses later, and I knew I had found my dress. It was a new design from Allure Bridals & their trunk show they had. I could even see the joy in her face. She is definitely in the right career area! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. I even got my veil that day as well! Although it was my first stop, it wasn't my first time in a bridal shop (other friends weddings) and I must say, they were wonderful. We will absolutely be using them for my Groomsmen's tuxes and my Bridal party Bridesmaid's dresses. Highly recommend!!!
Amazing!Reviewed on 12/11/2014 Molly B
I went dress shopping last night at Marry and Tux in Nashua and had one of the most enjoyable dress shopping experiences ever! Katie, my consultant, was incredible and very knowledgable! She saw I wasn't happy with the dresses I had picked out so she brought in a couple she thought I would like instead... and they were perfect! I felt very comfortable in them and ended up finding the dress of my dreams.. a dress I never would have picked out for myself! She was very helpful, funny (made us laugh a lot!) and could answer any question we had! The selection was fantastic and the prices were very reasonable. We are actually going back in a couple weeks to pick out bridesmaid/ mothers dresses and I cannot wait! Thank you Marry and Tux and Katie!
SO Fun & HelpfulReviewed on 11/22/2014 Angie R
Hi My name is Angie, I went to Marry & Tux today in hopes to find my first and one & only wedding dress. Having NO experience or ANY clue on wedding dresses, Megan made me feel like I knew what I was doing! I felt so comfortable and was able to speak my mind. There was NO pressure or any rushing going on. We worked at my own pace and ALWAYS reminded me that it was MY day and THEY wanted it to be perfect. I love the question "Do you feel pretty." It's not a question you hear often so it's nice to be able to look in mirror and be able to say yes, yes I do feel pretty and for me, that's not something I say too often. I had an amazing experience and wouldn't trade it for the world. Megan, you are so amazing and thoughtful; you really made me feel at home and you really did make me feel pretty. I can't thank you enough for helping me find and say Yes to the Dress! Thank you SO much Megan xoxo Angie
SO happyReviewed on 11/10/2014 Kerry L
I am so happy that I found Marry and Tux! I had such a positive experience! They had such a huge selection of dresses I was so excited to start! Christy, my consultant was hands-on and so experienced I knew she would find the perfect dress for me! She told me to look through the racks and tell her anything that I liked and wanted to try on! I felt I liked everything! She was patient and helped me with trying on all the dresses I liked. When it came to narrowing down THE dress Christy was awesome. I liked the sparkle of one dress, but the lace of another. She went and grabbed a dress she knew of that had both the lace and sparkle I wanted. I was in love! I knew it was the dress! She listened and knew everything I wanted in my dress! The turn around for the dress was awesome as well! They said it could take the designer 8 months to get the dress to Marry and Tux- it was in the very next month!! I was so excited! Christy was there to help me try the dress on when I went to pick it up! She was great. She also gave me a bunch of suggestions as to where to get my dress altered. She suggested Nora's Alterations in Hamstead NH.That was the best decision I made. Nora was wonderful! Christy and her team also followed up with me after the wedding to see how everything went. I was so impressed with them! This was such a great experience buying my dress!
Loved my Dress!Reviewed on 10/21/2014 Kristine P
I worked with Tenley at Marry & Tux and she was great! It really didn't take me to long to narrow down my choice of dresses and ultimately on my second visit chose the dress that absolutely was perfect all around. There was such a great selection and it was wonderful how to shop would follow up with you after you purchase. There is a discount as well for bridesmaids dresses.
Wedding Dress!Reviewed on 1/31/2014 Melissa J
I purchased my wedding dress at Marry & Tux and I had such a great experience. I never would have guessed it, but I actually found my wedding dress on my first and only trip. I had a couple friends who purchased their wedding dresses from Marry & Tux, so they had already come highly recommended. The best part of their shop is that the dresses they carry are all under $2800 (although I did not want to spend that much), so I knew that I would be able to try on most of the dresses in the store and I did not have to worry about falling in love with an $8,000 dress. My consultant, Katy, was great to work with and really made it a fun experience for me. I tried on about 7 or 8 dresses and she did an awesome job taking my comments about what I liked and didn't like about the dresses to help me find my perfect dress. The dress I ended up with was nothing like what I had thought I wanted to begin with, but by keeping an open mind, I found my dress!

I only bought part of my dress here - a Maggie Sottero jacket. Katy was real and gave me good advice.
Marry & Tux Review and ExperienceReviewed on 1/19/2014 Kaitlin P
My experience at Marry and Tux was amazing! Right away, the consultant knew the questions to ask and helped me narrow down the styles that I wanted in my wedding. We found a style first (that looked amazing and age appropriate on everyone), and then she showed me the potential colors. If I was unsure about a style, my consultant was able to lead me in the right direction. I did not feel pressured to choose any particular style or color, and the consultant followed my lead. One of my bridesmaids was a little unsure about a style dress, and immediately my consultant told her to try on a different but very similar dress. I knew that she was not only sensitive to the bridesmaids, but also sensitive to the fact that everyone can feel insecure about how they look in a dress. All in all, my experience at Marry and Tux was a successful one, and I would highly recommend this dress shop for not only the bridesmaids dresses, but tuxes and wedding gown as well!
Designer gown for lessReviewed on 1/18/2014 Jillian L
Marry and Tux is amazing if you want to stay under $2500 for your wedding gown. My dress was absolutely beautiful and I have never seen it on anyone before. The alterations are done separately so you are able to price around with the different suggestions they give you! Great experience all around!
Just a no brainer! No place like it.Reviewed on 12/23/2013 Myriam P
I bought my dress at Marry & Tux a couple of weeks ago. The process was effortless. That's after visiting 5 different shops. They have such a vast collection of dresses and they are true professionals. My consultant was Lisa and she is AMAZING. I couldn't have done this without her. She listened to my vision, ideas and really helped me figure out what would work. I tried other shops to get my bridesmaid dress and just ended back at Marry & Tux. Lisa worked with me again and she made it happen again! I definitely plan on going straight there for the tuxes. There's just no point in going elsewhere. This is the one and only place to go. They're just so helpful and friendly, and they know what works having been in the industry for so long. Thanks again Lisa!!!!
Offbeat Bride's NightmareReviewed on 12/12/2013 Jessi M
I made an appointment for myself (bride) and 2 of my bridesmaids at Marry and Tux. When I called I mentioned that I was looking for a nontraditional dress and had found a designer that had the styles for both myself and my maids, both in the bridesmaid section. The woman on the phone told me she would schedule me in the bridesmaid section, but said she wrote it down that I was the bride looking for my dress. I was told to bring pictures and design style numbers if I had them (which I did). This gave me a good feeling about the appointment. When we arrived, we were rushed, I was told to fill out a form, and then I had to flag someone down to start our appointment. The woman asked me what I was looking for and then ignored my prep work (pictures and style numbers for everything I was looking for) and pointed me at a bunch of racks of dresses and then told us to start looking. Dresses on a rack are overwhelming to me. If I wanted to just browse I would've gone to Sears or Macy's, and I would not have brought pictures or style numbers. We started to look through the racks and pull random dresses that we thought were what I was looking for. Sporadically, the woman would come over and tell me (annoyed) that the dresses we were looking at or had pulled were not the designer I wanted and then would walk away. Eventually Leora (sorry if I'm spelling your name wrong) came over to us and offered to help with color swatches, which also lead to her taking the time to look at my pictures and make suggestions. The other woman came over at a few points after this and attempted to insert herself into our conversations but mostly made snide 'I told you so' type comments that were not helpful. I had read and been told many good things about Marry and Tux This was my first dress shopping experience, and while I was able to figure it out on my own, I expected more from such a well known place. I almost feel like if I had been shopping for the typical bridal gown, I would have had a better experience and better customer service. Unfortunately I would have also rather shopped at a local store instead of one of the national stores, or even online, but this trip does not sit well with me. Unfortunate indeed!
Epitome of UnprofessionalismReviewed on 11/20/2013 Christine O
I had the unfortunate occasion of visiting this shop with my daughter(bride-to-be), future mother-in-law, and her bridal party. My daughter had just recently had knee surgery which made is difficult to walk, stand, climb or descend/ascend stairs. Needless to say, the bridal gowns were downstairs with no way to circumvent the stairs. Ouch! People with disabilities beware of this shop. To start, our bridal consultant seemed rushed from the start. My daughter who is a 12 to 14 size was told to look at the gowns size 22!!! Tried on several gowns to her liking, but the consultant seemed rushed and condescending; and at one point, rolled her eyes at another consultant behind my daughter's back. How unprofessional! Several times in lacing up the dresses, she pulled so hard that had it not been for my proximity to my daughter, she would have fallen over. I started asking some questions and raised some concerns, but was rebuffed and ignored by the consultant. The travesty continued when we went upstairs to view bridesmaid dresses. There were snide remarks being made with ear shot as we were viewing the dresses. Again, very unprofessional. Needless to say, we will not and did not purchase a gown from this establishment.
RudeReviewed on 11/03/2013 Brittany K
The staff was rude and rushed me and my bridal party out as fast as they could. I drove over an hour to go to their shop and they were not accommodating. I was lucky and found my dress there, but I refused to buy it from them because of the horrible service my girls and I received. I found my dress somewhere else and for a better price. I would never recommend Marry & Tux.
Real downer during dress shoppingReviewed on 10/29/2013 Hilary G
Without writing a whole novel about how horrible our experience was there, I'll just say that the manager has a horrible attitude and should NOT be in the business of customer service or weddings - she's just there for the money and it shows. I'm no bridezilla and my family and friends aren't difficult people, but she was really rude, and straight out lied to us. Our consultant did the best she could do while staying within the ridiculous rules and ways the manager wanted the business run (kudos to the consultant - it is a tough job), but I won't be recommending or stepping foot near Marry & Tux for anything - even if they have the exact dress I want. They're getting ZERO business from me. Ever.

Wonderful shopping experience!!Reviewed on 10/21/2013 Alison C
Shopping for my bridal gown was everything I had hoped for at Marry & Tux. I had a great appointment with my consultant, Marie. She really made the day a success. When I entered the showroom, I described to her what I thought I wanted and then we looked through all the dresses together. After that, Marie brought in a few dresses at a time. As she was putting them on me, I sensed that she definitely had a strategy based on what I had described and what she knew would look good on me to whittle down to the right style. I ended up finding my dress in the first hour! She then jacked me up with all the gorgeous accessories. She even used her technological savvy to help my mom get some great iPhone pics! haha. By the end of the process I didn't want to take the dress off and walked out smiling! I have the utmost confidence that the fitting and alteration process will go smoothly. I am already planning to return with my bridesmaids soon to find their dresses and I can't wait for them to experience the shop themselves! My experience was truly top notch, and really made me feel like a bride!!!
Not so much...Reviewed on 10/18/2013 Joy G
I have done business with Marry and Tux before and had high expectations when I went with my daughter to shop for her wedding dress. The upstairs staff was friendly. I had an issue with one of their policies, but decided I would stay for the sake of my daughter. The manager came down to the dressing area to address the issue I had. Instead of being sympathetic to my concern, she began with a litany all of the reasons she could not accommodate my request. Her tone and body language was defensive from the start which left all of us feeling discouraged. My daughter did try on several dresses, however, all would have required alterations, (which Marry and Tux does not do; they send you to someone else), or were already over her very reasonable budget. I will not be going back there for any future needs and would not recommend them. I will, however, enthusiastically send them to the wonderful shop where we did find her dress.

I went to marry and tux on a whim after a disappointing experience at another nearby shop. I was so glad I went because I ended up finding the dress of my dreams! The staff was very accommodating and made the experience so easy. Lindsey was so professional and made me feel comfortable trying on the gowns and helping me into them. I felt like I was on an episode of Say Yes to the Dress! They have gowns of amazing quality which make you feel like a million bucks and are worth every penny. It was a great experience overall and I highly recommend Marry & Tux!
Great bridal shoppe with wonderful service!Reviewed on 10/17/2013 Jessica T
I had an amazing experience at Marry and Tux. I had my heart set on a new gown that was not yet being shipped out to stores by the designer. After calling around 16 bridal shops, with no luck in finding one that carried the gown yet, I was becoming disheartened. Marry and Tux, and their bridal consultant Katy, went out of their way to get my dream gown in for me to try on. With that being said, they were also the only place that was willing to do so without telling me they would have to charge me a fee to get the gown in. They were the first and last place I tried gowns on, and Katy was an amazing consultant. I am happy to say I got my dream dress, the very first one I fell in love with, and they played such a big part in helping me get it! Thank you Marry and Tux, and a very big thank you to Katy!
