Laura and the Marryment team were amazing! At the beginning of our wedding planning journey, I thought that I could do it without a planner and I was so wrong! With work and planning, everything can get to be so much and I always felt like I was forgetting something. Marryment has so many different planning options that it can work with anyone! When I booked with Laura and Marryment and started to have meetings with them, I realized all these little details that I would have never thought of! On our wedding day, everything ran so smoothly because of Laura! She had everything planned out to let my husband and I, and our families enjoy the day and soak it all in without worrying about those details. I would recommend Laura and Marryment to anyone planning a wedding!

Denise was the absolute BEST coordinator to work with!!! Starting on rehearsal night, she set the tone with being so very friendly, organized, patient, and stepped in when necessary. always providing great information. That led perfectly into the wedding day where I didn't have to think about one thing. Denise helped my dad with his boutonniere, helped my husband and I collect our wedding vows that we said to each other during our first look, and helped the flower girls and ring bearer successfully get down the aisle (all under 6 years old!) Those are only things Denise did for the family specifically but she also put our placards out, made sure the DJ had our song list, made sure the florist knew when to come back and gather items, made sure transportation was set. She made sure everyone was where they needed to be, when they needed to be and was our point of contact for any questions throughout the day. Denise stayed the entire time and was a joy to have around. My niece cried the next day because she missed her so much! The really amazing thing is Denise contacted me two months prior to the wedding to set up meetings and help me with any last vendor needs, our entire timeline, and things pertaining to the wedding that I hadn't even thought of. Her communication style is very helpful, friendly, and upbeat whether that is through text, email, or over the phone. I cannot thank Denise enough for the dazzling energy she brought to our day. She was a huge part of the day and will forever be regarded fondly. We had the best time and we have her to thank for the majority of it.

Firstly, the owner, Laura, is so nice and helpful! We didn’t end up working with her directly but we were referred by friends who had her as their day-of planner in October 2023 and we spoke with her during our initial meeting with their company. Our planner, Denise, was also amazing and SO extremely organized! She was always quick to respond during business hours when I had questions and is so knowledgeable that I don’t think I could’ve gotten through the last month of planning without her. POST-WEDDING THOUGHTS: Denise was AMAZING! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a planner as she is so thoughtful, professional, responsive, and overall awesome. She helped so much on the day-of with little things that needed fixing (like me forgetting my only room key in my room) and was able to keep everything running smoothly. She also took a few photos during the day and shared them with us which was very much appreciated since it’ll be a few weeks until we receive our official photos from our photographer. Marryment should absolutely be your go-to if you’re interested in any kind of wedding planning help!!

Laura is absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond what I expected. She is kind, personable and does her job with love and passion. There was ZERO stress on my wedding day and it was all thanks to her. If there were any hiccups that day I never even realized they happened. She's so organized that it's flawless. Worth EVERY penny. You'll adore her and won't regret working with her.

I can't recommend Marryment and our wedding coordinator, Laura, enough! Laura was an absolute joy to work with throughout the entire planning process. We began working together about a year before the big day, and from the start, her insight and expertise were invaluable. If you're on the fence about whether or not to hire a planner—especially if you plan events for a living like I do—let me save you the debate: you need a planner, and Marryment should be your go-to! Laura and the Marryment team were always incredibly helpful, bringing creative ideas to the table that I never would have considered. On the day of the wedding, we had quite a few vendors to coordinate, and even faced an unexpected injury with one of our guests. Laura handled everything with calm, poise, and professionalism, allowing us to truly enjoy our celebration without worry. Laura always seemed to appear at the perfect moments—offering us a fan to cool down, a snack to keep us energized, and cocktails to keep the celebration going! She even helped me get my dress buttoned, showing just how attentive she was to every little detail. Marryment was very involved and a pleasure to work with for month-of coordination for my wedding. Denise was my coordinator and went the extra mile to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed and to make sure that every detail was in place before the big day. Our initial meeting was earlier than one-month out which was incredibly helpful for making some final big decisions and figuring out what still needed to be done. She was very proactive in communicating with me and all of my vendors. Denise and her assistant, Amethyst, were both on top of everything on my wedding day. They checked in with me if any changes to the plan were necessary, but otherwise made sure that I did not have to worry about a single logistical detail the whole day. They were fantastic, and I would not hesitate to recommend Marryment to anyone looking for a very engaged and competent month-of coordinator!

My wedding day was 09/28/24 and Denise made our day so special. She was such a dream to be around, her work ethic, professionalism, and down to earth qualities are what make her truly exceptional. It was like having a personal best friend with me all day. If there was something that went wrong, I never would have known because she took care of everything. She was prepared for every scenario and was ready with anything I needed, whether it be a q tip for my running makeup, gum, someone to bustle my dress, she was ready. Her calming presence soothed my nerves at every turn and make the day so much more fun. I would say everyone needs a coordinator and this is the company I would recommend. I will never be able to thank Denise enough for all the hard work she put into our special day.

I don't have enough good things to say about Laura, Amethyst, and the team over at Marryment. If you do one thing to help make your wedding day go off without a hitch, hire Marryment. We hired them as our day of/month of coordinator, but their assistance started right from the get-go. Laura provided us with tools to keep track of all of the important to-dos throughout the wedding planning process. We also had meetings where Laura meticulously walked us through each aspect of our day to make sure things were running smoothly and according to plan, as well as regular attendance with our other vendor meetings to make sure everyone was on the same page. Laura and Amethyst were amazing on the big day, coordinating both sides of the wedding party, fielding all questions and requests, and taking a lot of unwanted stress off of our plates. They even helped coordinate our late night food for the hotel after party. I can't recommend Marryment enough for all of your wedding planning needs!

Denise was my wedding planner and she was amazing! She is very personable, kind, and kept me on track. She had a lot of great recommendations for vendor services. She also had a lot of great ideas for things I had never thought of like a bubble send off after the ceremony. She is quick to respond to a question or request and she was very hands on all day for the Wedding. I appreciated her professionalism and her attention to detail. I can’t say enough kind things about her, she’s just wonderful!

We are SO happy that we decided to work with Marryment for planning our wedding. We worked with Denise and there are not enough words to express how incredible she was!! She was on top of everything throughout the entire planning process as well as during the actual wedding day. I'm typically a very anxious person, but she truly made all of my worries disappear on the wedding day. Not a single thing went wrong (which I know is rare!), and I can only imagine it was due to Denise handling everything like a pro. We even had family members and friends telling us how wonderful and professional Denise was!! We also ended up adding a second set of hands - Holland - to help with decor set up (we had a ton of decor that we made ourselves). I was BLOWN AWAY with how beautiful everything looked after Denise & Holland finished setting everything up. I truly cannot stop looking at photos of the entire space - they made all of my visions come to life. They also handled all of the cleanup so seamlessly - it was amazing! My husband and I are truly forever grateful to the Marryment team. Denise was such a pleasure to work with - she is SO good at what she does, and she has the best personality too. We can't recommend this team enough!

I honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without Laura – she were an absolute lifesaver leading up to and on our wedding day! From the very first planning meeting, she were organized, calm, and had every detail under control, which made the whole process so much easier and way less stressful. Whether it was helping us stay on track, managing the timeline, or just being there to answer all our questions (and there were a lot!), Laura was always on top of it. Laura was absolutely incredible to work with. We couldn’t be happier with Marryment. We worked with Denise and she went above and beyond the entire time. She ensured we were on track with the planning and all the vendors were coordinated the day of. She made us feel comfortable and allowed us to enjoy our day by handing EVERYTHING. I have no idea what I would have done without Laura/Marryment to help plan our wedding and make our big day go so smoothly. Laura has so much knowledge on weddings and the flow of things. She brought up questions about our wedding we didn’t even consider. She was amazing at helping us create a smooth timeline the month before our wedding. And of course, on our wedding day when things didn’t go according to plan, Laura was a great problem solver and adjusted everything for us. We didn’t have to worry about it at all. On our wedding day I didn’t worry about anything because I knew she had it all under control. Even when my mom was constantly asking “What about this…” Laura said it was handled. She perfectly executed every aspect of our wedding day. Not only was she amazing at her job, but she was down to earth and fun to be around. I can’t thank her enough!

My wedding was 6/22/24 and could not have been more perfect! I was hesitant to hire a planner at first, but am so grateful that I hired Laura as my month-of-coordinator! She handled everything effortlessly and kept me calm while she handled the chaos. For my photography meeting she insisted on being there and it turned out my HAMU trial ran late so I was late to the photo meeting, but Laura wasn't and she was my life-saver that day and on my wedding. I didn't even find out until the evening that my flowers were 1.5 hours late for the ceremony set-up. I literally wouldn't have even known except for the fact I was told after the fact. I am so thankful to Laura for answering my hundreds of emails and last minute night before emails and concerns. She was also super quick on her feet when my bourquet charm unravelled right before I was going to walk down the aisle and an extra thread on my dress needed to be snipped. She even brought a portable hand fan to keep me cool in the June heat. The day was planned out down to every detail and while she made sure of everything went smoothly she also was flexible and resourceful when family portraits went way off script and there was even a bit of a language barrier with my husband's family. Overall, she was knowlegable, positive, and absolutely lovely! I cannot imagine my wedding day being as fun, enjoyable, and perfect without Laura's help along the way. Thank you so much Laura!

We originally worked with Laura who is absolutely amazing and a true blessing. At the point she showed up in the process, I was quite done with everything and she took over all the parts that often left me wanting to tear my hair out. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, Laura was not able to be with us day of, and we received another blessing, Denise. Even though she did not know us at all, she really stepped up and saved the day! I felt like I was working with her from day one. I truly appreciated the work Laura and Denise did. They are a MUST in the month of wedding process. Every bride needs a Laura or Denise!!!!! BOOK ASAP!

Laura from Merryment deserves 6 out of 5 stars. We went with the month of coordinator package, which was perfect for our situation since we were able to complete all the wedding planning ourselves but we had Merryment to guide us in the right direction for any questions we had up to 2 months before the wedding date. Having a day-of coordinator is a must to keep things moving smoothly along. Laura of Merryment is extremely experienced, a professional, and very easy to work and communicate with. The day of, she managed to keep everything on schedule, fix rouge vendors, create last second props that were never delivered, and above all else she minimized stress to the bride whenever possible. Merryment's month of coordinator was the best value of all services booked for our wedding, and we highly recommend Laura for your upcoming wedding.

At first, I felt a bit reluctant to hire a month-of coordinator. After all, we spent a lot of time and effort trying to stay very organized with our various vendors and guests in the months prior to the wedding. However, hiring Laura was arguably one of the BEST decisions we made in the entire process! She is really akin to a fairy godmother. Laura helped organize our timeline, details, and was in touch with our vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Something we would have learned the hard way if we had not hired Laura, is that despite how much preparation/organization/meetings you have prior to a wedding, things can still go wrong. We cannot thank Laura enough for not only fixing every issue, but for staying positive and keeping my husband and I completely stress-free. The list of how she helped is long, but I would like to highlight a few instances: -Despite multiple phone meetings, emails, and sharing a Pinterest board, the bridal bouquet I received from my florist the morning of our wedding was not at all what I pictured. I didn’t want to seem like a bridezilla, but the flowers were a very important part of our garden wedding. Laura sensed my disappointment immediately and called the florist to change it. She even spoke to him directly so that I could focus on getting ready (and because I’m not very confrontational lol). -There was a problem with the shuttles not arriving on time/to the correct place. I’m not even sure what the issue was because Laura intercepted and fixed it before people brought it to my attention. -Our florist also forgot roses, which were an important part of our ceremony. Laura noticed beforehand while my husband and I were tucked away, and found replacement flowers & notified the officiant, allowing our ceremony to still go smoothly. -I saw her intercept many people who I could tell were on their way to ask me a stressful/irritating question, and take care of what they needed. Each of these instances helped alleviate our stress beyond measure. I would highly recommend Marryment to anyone who would like to enjoy their wedding day fully. This lady was my SAVING GRACE during the planning and execution of my vision for our wedding! I genuinely had no idea what I was doing and was so indecisive, but Laura held my hand the whole time. I think she even learned how to read my mind and knew what I wanted before I did at times! LOL She gave me guidance, emotional support, and made it feel like she was just my big sister helping plan my wedding. There truly are no words to describe how grateful I am for her, and my only regret is that I didn't bring her onto my team at the very beginning!

Laura is a true professional. From our first meeting with her, we could tell she was competent and passionate about facilitating a great wedding experience. In the month leading up to our wedding, she was invaluable, as she helped us stay organized and focused on our goal. She was incredibly reassuring to me, and very responsive/communicative. Her resources/documents were instrumental in making sure we had all of our details covered for the wedding and reception. On the day of, she kept us on schedule in a direct but helpful manner. You need to book Laura!! We hired her as the month of wedding planner, and I am SO glad I did!! She is so organized, an extremely quick thinker, detail oriented, a strong voice when you need her to be, and best of all she is the nicest person you’ll ever meet! Our wedding was at Morton Arboretum. She completely handled all the vendors the month before my wedding- which is undoubtedly a MUST since that month will be the busiest month of your life. She takes down every small detail and will make sure your wedding is EXACTLY how you want it. If you want something completely untraditional, she will be completely on your side and help you plan and give ideas. I LOVE her energy and I love how easy it was to communicate with her. I definitely texted her way too much- but she even encouraged me to! She literally was a lifesaver on so many levels. The day of the wedding was just completely perfect because of her, seriously. You don’t realize how many things need to be done the day of the wedding and how many vendors or guests need direction. She handled EVERYTHING and even completely helped set up the venue! I brought a lot of decor items and she went to the venue early and set everything up! And while also doing that, making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be and taking charge of everything. She stayed throughout the entire wedding until midnight, and quickly helped fix a few small problems that happened during the reception. The 2 weeks after the wedding, she even went above and beyond and handled an issue with the vendor to help try and get some money back for me, which was something she did just because she is a nice person. From day 1, Laura was just on top of everything and literally kept me sane. She is someone you NEED to be in control of your wedding and I would 100% trust her with my life. She wants your wedding to be perfect- and she is the person to get it done. My wedding was a huge success because of her, and I am eternally grateful to Laura for everything she did for us. If you’re waiting for a sign to book a wedding planner, book Laura!!

I wish I could rate Laura 10 stars. From the very first meeting with her to even after the wedding, she has been incredible. Her response time to texts and emails is top tier, her passion for what she does is obvious, and she is overall an incredibly trustworthy person to work with. This is such an important quality in a wedding planner. She also loves to support any creative ideas you have! My husband and I had a few Easter Eggs we had planned to enhance the guest experience and she was so excited to help us make sure they went well. She's very easy to talk to, and the best way I can describe her is she just radiates best friend energy. She had the most creative and easy solutions to what seemed like the biggest problems in the world to me on my day, and solved any issues in no time, like a bridesmaid being unable to attend last minute. It's almost unreal how calm her demeanor is, even when surrounded by chaos and even when thrown issue after issue. She gave me constant reassurance we were on schedule, and making great time when I seemed stressed. We just couldn't have asked for a better person to make our day flow so well.

Laura P with Marryment could not have been a better choice! She did an amazing job of communication, and planning, and stayed calm throughout, including handling several very unique and stressful details. I simply cannot recommend her highly enough! This was ABSOLUTELY the best money I spent all weekend!

My daughter was recently a flower girl for a wedding in Chicago. From the beginning, Laura was easy to get into contact with and was prompt in her responses. She was able to give me updates throughout the day when I wasn’t able to see my sweet girl and was so happy to be of service. If she was that communicative and kind with someone only associated with the flower girl, I can only imagine how absolutely outstanding she was in planning the wedding. I would highly recommend Laura.

I contacted Laura for her month-of-coordination services about a month before my big day. I saw on the Chicagoland brides group how a bride listed her as a vendor who SHE had hired about a month out, so I figured I would give it a shot. Laura is an incredible advocate, planner, fairy godmother, friend, and support. She has the perfect personality for the job. She is organized and never overbearing. She is calm and professional. I seriously cannot say enough good things about her. We had such a productive meeting a few weeks before the wedding and she helped me via phone call and email with another vendor who was being avoidant. She was happy to tag into my complex day-of schedule to pick up a task whenever there seemed like there could be a snag. She contacted all of our vendors to be a good hub for contact. She and I worked on Google Docs, which is what I was already using! Day of... she arrived at the moment my flowers came in the wrong color and I was having a moment of panic. As my florist was giving me the run around about the color "coral" (they were BRIGHT PINK) on the phone and I was about to cry my makeup off, Laura took over and got the florist to bring white spray roses to our getting ready spot to replace the incorrect ones. Within 45 mins, it was like nothing had ever happened with the flowers. It was MAGIC. Laura was our rock on a day when there were a million moving pieces. Throughout the day, she did a number of little things like handle a pizza delivery, keep guests entertained during formal family portraits so we could have a grand exit with bubbles, be the one in front talking to the cop when we left our photo permit on the trolley, keeping everyone hydrated, reception decor, and more. She was like a little fairy doing little details to keep things moving smoothly. By the middle of the day, Laura had assimilated into our "bridal party crew" and felt more like a friend than a vendor. She was everything I could ever want in a coordinator. At the end of the night, it was so hard to say goodbye and thank her for everything she did. It was one of many moments of "happy tears" I had that day. She was a godsend and worth every penny. I would recommend her to anyone who is feeling overwhelmed a month or more out from their wedding or feels like they want to delegate tasks out to be IN THE MOMENT on their special day. Laura exceeded our expectations! We made a late decision to add a coordinator and in my mind it was the best decision we could have made. She allowed us to take it all in and enjoy this extremely special day! If you’re looking for a coordinator I would highly recommend Laura!

Laura is a saint! She was amazing. We hired Laura about 4 weeks before our wedding. We had all major items booked and figured out for our wedding and were debating if we even needed a day of planner… We are so glad we hired Laura and could not imagine it any other way. Morning of the wedding, she was like a fairy godmother, she would check on the Bride and girls getting ready, then head to the Groom and guys room to make sure they were all on task/getting dressed etc. Having Laura allowed us to enjoy the entire day and soak up all moments. 10/10 recommend Marryment!

From our first conversation, I knew that my daughter's and her fiance's wedding was in wonderfully capable hands with Laura of Marryment. She took great care in being certain that she understood both the overall vision they hoped for, as well as the personal details that were so important. Because of Laura the wedding day seemed to flow effortlessly, and that is truly saying a lot! Even when 70mph winds blew a window out of its track just before the ceremony, she nonchalantly held it in place while waiting for hotel maintenance to arrive. Laura is highly efficient, creative, organized, knowledgeable and a pure joy to work with!

From our very first consultation with Laura, it was evident that she not only brought expertise but would create peace of mind for me, my fiance and my mom. We realized there were so many things we didn’t even know to plan for, but Laura guided us through the decisions that would help realize our vision. Leading up to the day Laura supported us by providing personalized timelines that accomplished my number one goal of not feeling rushed on my wedding day. In addition, she shared essential vendor questions to ask during my own planning and then confirmed plans with vendors the week of the wedding. It was a surprise when our day had torrential rains and hurricane-strength winds but it never flustered her. Laura’s refrain throughout our experience was “you enjoy and I’ll take care of it” and she most definitely accomplished this. I can’t imagine my day without Laura there!

Marryment was absolutely AMAZING. Laura was very attentive to what we wanted on our day and made it her goal to help us achieve it. I have heard many stories about peoples wedding days not always going according to plan but truly ours did and I will always attribute that to Laura. I would recommend Marryment to everyone with complete confidence.

By the end of our wedding, all our guests were talking about Laura. She took all our ideas and helped bring them to fruition. We had zero time to feel organized, and bringing in Laura was the piece we needed to glue together all our moving parts. Laura was the coordinator / day of coordinator for a wedding I photographed November 2022 at The Journeyman in Milwaukee. Laura was an integral part to the wedding day, and with her expertise, the wedding was exceptionally smooth and the couples’ vision was brought to life. A few things I noted right away: Laura was helpful, efficient, kind and well-organized. She helped keep everyone on schedule while also tackling some behind the scenes logistics with the venue. As a photographer, I spend a lot of time close to wedding guests and family members of the couple.
