y sister years ago and was absolutely wonderful so right when I got engaged, we reached out to her and booked her for my wedding. Denise is a shining example of going above & beyond. She is very organized, easy going, & truly passionate about what she does. She was always willing to answer any questions throughout the planning process and about a month or so before the wedding day, she took over and began talking directly to all my vendors and built us a timeline. The day of the wedding, I did not have to worry about a single thing and that itself was a blessing. The day was absolutely perfect and I could not thank Denise enough for making it all possible!

More often than not, she created space for us to decide what felt right for us. Looking back, I realize how valuable that was. Instead of steering us toward tradition or what she had seen before, she encouraged us to think about what we wanted our wedding to look and feel like. She gave us information without pressure, guidance without judgment, and confidence without influence. As a result, so many of the decisions we made felt genuinely our own. What stands out most, however, is her calmness. Throughout wedding day, Kasia was the steady presence that allowed us to actually enjoy ourselves. There were several moments where I looked to her expecting to hear that we were running behind or needed to move faster, and every single time she calmly reassured me that everything was exactly where it needed to be. Whether she was solving problems behind the scenes or not, we never felt it. One of my favorite examples of how thoughtful she is was her suggestion that we do a private room reveal before guests entered the reception. It wasn’t something we had planned, but it ended up being one of the most special moments of the entire day. We even ended up sharing an impromptu dance in the room before anyone else entered. It remains one of my favorite memories from our wedding, and it’s something I never would have thought to plan myself. Beyond her organizational skills, Kasia was simply wonderful energy to have around. Professional, kind, proactive, and endlessly reassuring, she brought a sense of calm confidence to every interaction. We never felt like just another event on her calendar. We felt supported, cared for, and genuinely championed throughout the process. If you’re considering hiring Kasia, do it. She doesn’t just coordinate a wedding. She creates the conditions that allow you to actually experience it. For us, that was invaluable and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone planning a wedding.

She patiently answered every question, calmed my nerves, and reassured me more times than I can count. As the mother of the bride, with a very laid-back daughter who wasn’t always concerned about the details that kept me awake at night, Denise became my voice of reason and my source of calm. On the wedding day, she was absolutely incredible. She kept everything moving seamlessly, handled situations and put out fires that I never even knew existed, and made sure every detail came together beautifully. Because of her, I was able to do something I never thought I would be able to do, I actually enjoyed my daughter’s wedding. One piece of advice Denise gave me will stay with me forever. She kept reminding me, “Breathe. No matter what happens, it’s going to be a beautiful day. Take it all in because it goes by so fast.” I took those words to heart, and she was absolutely right. The day was beautiful, and I was able to be fully present for every precious moment. And as if Denise wasn’t amazing enough, her assistant Nathaniel was the icing on the cake! With a little humor, I have to say he was an absolute cutie, but beyond that, he was incredibly attentive, professional, and always willing to help wherever he was needed. He was constantly making sure things were running smoothly and quietly taking care of details behind the scenes. He and Denise made a fantastic team, and their dedication helped make the entire day feel effortless. If you’re considering hiring Denise, stop thinking about it and just do it. I truly had the best wedding planning experience as much of the stress and minor details were taken off my plate. Day-of, she ran the show like a well-oiled machine. There were no issues on our wedding day and we can largely attribute that to her abilities. Any minor deviations from the plan were swiftly dealt with, all while being very kind and calm. Frankly, the idea of planning a wedding always brought me dread, but because of Marryment, I felt none of that throughout the process and we enjoyed the wedding to the fullest-- as a couple should!

She asked all the right questions to get us thinking about how we wanted the flow of our day to look. She managed every revision made to our schedule, built in buffer time (which we definitely needed), and was as cool as a cucumber regardless of what came up. If there were any problems with scheduling or running late, she never let us feel it or even know about it (and we still don't know if any issues arose on our wedding day). She allowed us to be fully present on our wedding day and experience only joy on the most important day of our lives. Our package included a second coordinator for day-of, and Denise was such a great help with coordinating with our vendors on loading in/setting up at our venue, helping my husband's aunt with moving our wedding cakes into our venue, and also helping make sure our ceremony and reception events went off without a hitch. Added bonus, Kasia captured BTS footage/pictures of our day and I so treasure these captured moments because they've allowed me to relive every moment. I had the month of coordination package, but there was never a point where I could not reach out to Denise even before that month started. She was involved right away and was a great resource for us. She connected with all of our vendors and acted as a point person for anything that came up that month leading up to the wedding. The company as a whole is awesome and I think you are in great hands no matter who you end up with for your day. Marryment provided us with planning materials, in person events, and they have a pretty cool podcast that I would recommend to anyone planning a wedding. The actual day of the wedding went by so smoothly and I knew it would the second I saw Denise that morning. We had several planning meetings prior to the wedding, and Claire even spoke with our vendors multiple times before the day of. These efforts on Claire’s part made our schedule absolutely perfect; it was seamless and down to the minute mark. On the day of, she never once showed an ounce of stress and made sure everything went smoothly. She helped the groom's party with their boutonnieres and calmed my husband’s nerves. He was worried about me, and Claire reassured my husband that I was eating, happy, and doing well. Claire organized my girls, mothers, and myself. She steamed all their dresses and even one of my other family member’s dresses as well. She even took photos and videos of the behind the scenes throughout the day (sent to us in a Google Drive link after the wedding). Claire took care of everything, set out decorations, organized the day, and cleaned up for us at the end of the wedding. It was such a relief after the party was over to see everything organized and ready for us to take out. Even when a guest unexpectedly passed out in the middle of our receiving line, Claire was already trying to organize people and get everyone where they needed to be. Any concerns I had, Claire took care of. Merryment was one of the best investments we could have ever made! Thank you Claire, from the bottom of our hearts, for making our day absolutely wonderful.

We pretty much just had to tell her what we needed and she made it happened almost immediately. She set up several calls with us to not only go over our timeline, but get to know us as a couple.
