Martini's Etc Bartending Services

We were very happy to have found Cathy at Martini's Inc. to bartend for our wedding reception. We wanted the option to be able to buy our own wine/beer that was meaningful to us for our wedding. Cathy worked with us to provide advice regarding how much to buy (red vs. white, how much champagne, etc). As we did not have an event planner, her advice and help with the little things made things run so much more smoothly. She was timely, responded to emails before the wedding day, was professional and set up her area with no direction on the day, and made sure everyone enjoyed themselves. I would recommend her. First off I’d like to point out that Martini’s Etc had the audacity to email me a review of their performance 3 days after my wedding. We are currently on our honeymoon and I figured I’d wait but after the experience I had and how persistent they are with getting a review I’d be happy to share my experience. Please note that they were a referral from a friend who we had great expectations for. -unprofessional The bartenders had a bad attitude during the event, arrived late and left earlier then what was stated in the contract. My coordinator had to tell the bartenders to be quiet during the ceremony and told me they had a chip on their shoulders since arriving to the venue. We had an open bar for our wedding, and one of my guest asked for a vodka soda and they wouldn’t give her one because they said it was only being used for fish bowls! Absolutely ridiculous!! It’s our wedding and our guest are the most important part. If you have the ingredients I expect you to offer what my guest want. In addition the bartenders kept telling guest that we were out of drinks. Not sure how since I had to take home tons of full wine and liquor bottles. Thank god for our caterer who was able to bring a cooler so we could store ice because Martini Etc had booked too many events and lent them to their other clients making us have to bare the responsibility. Please be aware to get everything in writing with Martinis and not just speak with Cathy over the phone. Initially we were told that Martinis is the only bartender that provides ice, come to find out its for a service charge. In addition on the contact it says they provide plastic cups for 150 guest and there’s no charge. But once you bring it up to Cathy she’ll put a value on it even though a price wasn’t stated on the contract. Please just be aware if looking into this vendor and be extra careful, don’t just take her word make sure you have it all written down. My guests were not satisfied with the service that was received and I’m having to write this while on my honeymoon. At one point the bartender asked my husband where the can opener was! She’s the bartender!!!! How did you not come prepared. Martinis won’t pick up any empty cups or beer bottles that are left either and will make you have to provide your own coolers if they decide they like you enough to lend them yours. Also they won’t let you drop alcohol off to them the night before. I’m trying to wrap my head on what I payed this company to do because we ended up having to do everything. They couldn’t even make our guest happy. I’ve been in the service industry and the way they conducted themselves at my wedding and throughout the planning process I’m horrified and we did not get what we payed for. Martinis is the only one that benefited while her client had to bare the consequences.

We had a wonderful experience with Martini's Etc. Cathy was quick to respond and easy to get in touch with leading up to our wedding. She helped us figure out how many drinks we needed to purchase. On the day of everything ran very smoothly and she even sent along a wine glass for myself and my husband, which was incredibly thoughtful. We are very happy with our choice and certainly recommend!

We couldn't have been happier with the service provided by Martinis! Cathy was such a great help every step of the way and very quick to respond when I had questions. Everyone had a great time at our wedding and the drinks were flowing beautifully! Thank you Martinis!
