The first major decision my wife and I made for our wedding was to hire Mary as our coordinator/planner and it was the BEST decision. We found ourselves constantly telling folks during the planning process that we were not stressed and were enjoying our days because we knew Mary was on top of it all and keep us organized too. She and her team were A DREAM to work with before, during, and after our wedding and I couldn't wait to run back to my computer just to share my experience with all of you. Here are just a few highlights: BEFORE the wedding: 1. She created a custom planning worksheet that kept us on track for the entire engagement/planning period. 2. She answered questions along the way that saved us TIME AND MONEY, like recommendations for vendors, ideas for how to make our "jumping the broom" tradition come to life, and gave us access to countless materials that we were not even thinking of. Wow! 3. At our two venue walkthroughs she was such a huge advocate for our vision, working seamlessly with our caterer and venue manager to keep us on budget and on track. 4. This woman is BUSY (you see her name everywhere around Oklahoma events) but she always had time to answer our emails, hop on a video call, or answer a message that helped us so much. We felt heard. 5. She never tried to upsell us. Ever. Her main goal was to make our dream happen so she was always there to offer us multiple suggestions. 6. She caught things before they were even a problem. She noticed, for example, that the plan communicated by one of our vendors was different than what we originally wanted, and helped us communicate across teams to figure it out. Such a time saver and we couldn’t have appreciate her more for these types of efforts. During: 1. I remember our photos were taking a little longer than we expected and the bus full of guests arrived before my wife had a chance to hide. This was prime time for us to panic. She looked at us both when we asked for the time and said "It's plenty of time to get the pictures you want". We both just smiled because we knew we didn’t have to worry. 2. EVERYTHING happened the way we wanted. Not exaggerating. There were a million little things that needed to happen for the evening to be successful and all all of our guests still talk about how beautiful it all came together. We got to enjoy our meals first. We got to take portraits and engage in cocktail hour. We had karaoke time. We had our final dance. It was just gorgeous. 3. She decorated our accent walls with the decor we gathered and made our venue and tables look like an elegant living room filled with lovely photos! 4. She organized to have our decorations and leftovers picked up and driven away by friends of ours. 5. Some things likely didn't go perfectly, but by the time I heard of it, Mary had already noticed it and taken care of it too. NOTHING goes perfectly, but I'm so glad she was in our corner on the day to keep us feeling joyful. After: All I can say is that after all was said and done I loved my wedding and it was largely due to Mary. Working with her felt like calling up a friend who was enthusiastic and focused on making sure our day happened without a hitch. I would recommend her and her team to anyone planning a big special event in the future.

I LOVE ELLY!!!!!!! My whole family adores Elly. When my sister got married, she got help from Mary Fencl Events and Elly became her coordinator. We all loved how organized, effective, and quick thinking she was. So much so that when I got engaged, there was no question about who I wanted to help with the wedding. Elly exceeds all expectations. Leading up to our wedding this past July, Elly was available to answer all my last minute questions and calm any bits of anxiety I had. Our ceremony and reception were at different venues and Elly transported decorations and gifts from one to the next. We both have huge families and wanted pictures with everyone so Elly was ready to call out family names, let people know when they were up next for photos, and tell families when they were done with photos and free to leave. She thought of everything and (I think) might be able to read minds. Sometimes a concern would pop up at the rehearsal or the day of the wedding and before I even had the chance to ask her if she could help, she was on it offering suggestions and taking control so that I could be as relaxed as possible on the big day. There was not a problem that popped up that Elly could not handle. I have recommended her to all my family and friends who get married and will continue to do so.

Working with MFE was the best decision we made for our wedding day and having Janelle as our wedding coordinator was a blessing and a dream come true. I was so lucky to get Janelle as my wedding coordinator! Janelle is the absolute best and I trusted her fully during the planning process and day of coordination. I was able to enjoy my wedding day as Janelle was there handling it all! I cannot thank her enough! My parents and family members loved and fully trusted Janelle as well. My family members are still raving about how wonderful Janelle was and have said she executed everything perfectly with a smile and calm demeanor. I highly recommend Janelle and MFE – they are the best in town!

Mary Fencl was our wedding coordinator and started her services 3 months out from our wedding date. She was always available for any questions or concerns leading up to the wedding. Mary worked extremely well with all our vendors and executed our outdoor tent reception vision. She worked tirelessly and remained positive throughout the process. Mary and her team did whatever it took to make our day go smoothly, from last minute changes to dragging her wagon through the tent picking up sticks and tree limbs. Her contagious smile and outstanding work ethic are to be commended. We highly recommend Mary and her team for your event! We miss you Mary and thank you for letting us enjoy our very special day!

Elly was our coordinator and from start to finish she made sure everything ran smoothly! I DIY’ed the florals and decor and she set everything up perfectly and the reception looked STUNNING! She worked on communicating timelines and info to vendors so I didn’t have to do anything. On the day of the wedding we actually ran ahead of schedule so we moved our exit up by 30 minutes and she made that change seamless! Cassie, her assistant, was also amazing and was there to do everything that needed to be done. If there were any issues with the day I never heard about them! I had multiple vendors come up to me and say “we’ve never had a wedding day run as smoothly as yours” and that’s definitely because of Elly and Cassie! They did a great job of professionally running the day while also hyping us up and sharing in all the excitement. They truly exceeded my expectations!

We are so beyond thankful for Janelle with MFE and all of her help with our local reception! My husband and I got married in Mexico and we hosted a local reception afterward with 120 guests. Janelle made our "non-traditional" reception a dream come true and we could not be happier. Any and all questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. Janelle made sure every detail was accounted for, which was such a relief--it's so easy to forget the little things leading up to the big day. She made it very easy to schedule meet-ups, phone calls, group calls, etc. to ensure we stayed up to date and kept our vendors informed. Most importantly, she made it possible for me to enjoy the planning process without being overwhelmed. Hiring MFE was well worth the investment and I would highly recommend it for any bride!

I wish I could put into words how thankful I am that Janelle and the Mary Fencl Events team were our wedding coordinators. From the beginning Janelle gave me all the tools and support I needed during the planning process, and made wedding planning seamless. Her communication and organization ensured that no detail was missed so when our day came, everything went off without a hitch. I had the most amazing experience with the MaryFenclEvents team. I worked closely with Elly about any and all details around my big day. She was so sweet, helpful, and professional. She was always so quick to respond to any random email or text I would send. On the day of, everything was so organized I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. When we first started planning our wedding my now husband and I thought we couldn't afford/didn't even need a day of coordinator. Now a year after we started planning and 6 weeks since the wedding, using MFE was the best decision I made throughout the whole planning process. My husband and I used Mary Fencl Events services for our wedding and we don’t regret it one bit! She helped us find the best vendors in the Tulsa area, stay on track with our planning, was available around the clock for all my silly questions, was flexible around our working hours to meet with us throughout the whole process, let us rent center piece items and other wedding decorations from their storage unit, had great advice and helped me think of things that I never would have thought of!! Elly was patient, caring, and present during the whole process and was a DREAM on our wedding day! Handling all the behind the scenes and set up before the ceremony so my husband and I were able to spend the whole day getting ready with our moms total stress free!! She also kept us all on schedule during the wedding so no one was checking their watch, or worrying about what’s next. We all got to enjoy the day and be present!!! My mom wanted to use a wedding planner. I wasn’t so sure and just wanted to keep “it simple”. Our planners actually made planning and last minute arrangements so much easier for my mom and I. It was clear they love what they do. My wedding ceremony and rehearsal went off without any hiccups or problems. I highly recommend the Mary Fencl team!

Hiring Mary Fencl Events was the BEST choice I could have made for our wedding. I am so fortunate to have worked with them. I am a huge planner and had all of my vendors and various details lined up. However, I really didn't want to stress about things happening in real time on my wedding day. I reached out to MFE to hire a day of coordinator and they were FABULOUS! Elly was the coordinator assigned to me and just wow. She was so kind, thoughtful and helpful. Very calm and knew her stuff! MFE did an incredible job making my dream wedding a reality! Janelle was my coordinator, and I can’t say enough about the amazing work she did. It was a huge priority of mine for our day to be stress-free for both myself and my mom, and Janelle/MFE absolutely made that happen. They had all the details in order, and I was able to enjoy every minute of our special day. An example of how awesome she is, there was a point where I realized I hadn’t given our guest book to Janelle to set out. When I sent one of my bridesmaids to find it for her as guests were coming in, she came back and said Janelle had tracked it down all on her own and it was already out for all our guests to sign. Incredible! Prior to our wedding day, MFE was so responsive and helpful with anything I reached out about. I was worried about choosing table-scape designs, so Mary attended our meeting with PartyPro and put me at ease with her ideas and input. I found I could send any random questions their way and they would always have a helpful answer! They helped me track down a ceremony musician, attended various vendor meetings, designed all of our signage, and really provided the leadership and control I was hoping for when first looking to hire a coordinator/planner! They are the real deal and will go above and beyond to make your day amazing.

Mary and her team are excellent at all things wedding! She helped us plan our wedding reception from the beginning. We wanted a relaxed atmosphere for our family and friends to eat, drink, dance and have a great time. She completely understood the assignment! Her recommendation was for a venue that had the catering, drinks, tables/rentals, games, etc all built in. Her recommendation saved us so much time and stress from finding all of these on our own. As the wedding got closer, we were assigned Janelle as our coordinator. I can’t say enough good things! As a first time mother of the bride, it was SO nice to hand over the reins and enjoy the wedding and reception! Janelle knows exactly what she’s doing, and did an amazing job! Elly made my experience and wedding day the most smooth it could have gone! Of course things popped up the day of the wedding but luckily I didn’t have to worry about any of it since I had MFE. Since the wedding, my husband and I have continued repeating to each other how we literally wouldn't have been able to have a wedding without MFE. Hiring Mary Fencl Events as our wedding planner was the best decision during our entire wedding process!! Our wedding was semi-destination and we had never physically seen the venue. We wanted to make sure we weren't missing anything so we hired MFE for the final planning stages and day-of coordination. Janelle was assigned as our lead coordinator and she joined all our vendor calls, provided recommendations, and answered every question we had leading up to the big day. We saved more money in the end by hiring MFE because they already had a lot of the things we needed and we got discounts with other vendors (sign stands, card holder, alcohol discounts, neon sign discount, etc.). Janelle even picked up our alcohol and shopped for our mixers for us! We didn't have an ounce of stress on the day of the wedding because of Janelle. She also took our marriage license to the court house for us since we are from out of town. She went above and beyond!!!!

Mary was one of my favorite vendors we had for our wedding day! She allowed me (and my mom) to have a stress-free day. I was able to focus on celebrating with all my loved ones while Mary and her team made sure everything went smoothly. We used Mary Fencl Events for our reception to celebrate our intimate family ceremony in December. Mary and her team made everything so simple and seamless. They kept my focus on where it needed to be, handled all the details and let us enjoy the journey and yet capture the feel we wanted. Mary's team, especially Elly took care of all the details and made it possible for us to enjoy our friends and family the entire reception. Hiring Mary Fencl Events for month of coordination was the best investment we made in the whole wedding process. As the mother of a bride who was overwhelmed by all the details, I got to be the one to work more closely with Mary and her team. And, they are awesome! Covid threw us all a curve ball, however, Mary was a supportive and calm guide when it came to making all the necessary changes. I know she did more behind the scenes than we even realized to make my daughter's day perfect. And, it was! Her ease with working with the other vendors was comforting during the planning process. The "day of" attention she provided allowed us to be truly in the moment of celebrating from start to finish. It would not have been the same experience without her.

Janelle was my coordinator with Mary Fencl Events and she did an amazing job!! She was super flexible with mine and me husband's crazy schedule. She was thorough with details easing my mind that I had all I needed for my to-do list; I had made before hiring her. (I'm a to-do list girl!) Janelle was very easy to contact and replied in a decent time. She answered my questions and gave me referrals as needed. She somehow was able to keep order during the rehearsal with my easily distracted groomsmen. The day of the wedding Janelle and her helper Zach were on time and extremely helpful throughout the day! Everything went extremely flawless! We cannot thank them enough for helping us all through the wedding process!!

I just wanted to say that Mary Fencl Events was such a dream to work with. I had the pleasure of working with Janelle, and from day one until the wedding day, she paid attention to details, timelines, and special requests. Despite corona, it was a dream come true for me, my groom, and all my guests. Even when some plans were cancelled due to this year’s circumstances, she quickly found alternatives and I didn’t feel any anxiety. We had feedback from other vendors, family, and so many friends saying they had never been to such a fun, timely, and beautiful wedding with MFE coordinating every detail. The groom was also so grateful to have all his questions patiently answered the day of the wedding and felt that he was one of the guests of honor 🙃 It was a blast working with Janelle this past year and then the rest of the team the day of. It definitely was the best day of our lives!!

Wow! Is all that I have to say! Mary and her team we’re OUTSTANDING! Mary brought my vision to life! She thought through all of the logistics of my crazy ideas and made them all happen. She handled EVERYTHING for an outdoor reception in a field with no electricity. She organized and coordinated hayrides, catering stations, tents, rentals, all vendors! She set up, tore down, created a flawless timeline, etc, etc! She was detailed, professional, organized, and responsive. I did not stress about one single thing the entire wedding day. She kept a calm and collected manner which put me at ease throughout the entire process. I just got ready and married my husband! It was seriously the best day ever. Mary Fencl Events was one of the best decisions I made when planning my wedding. I had Elly and Janelle as my month-before planners. They were so helpful that month before my wedding and especially the week before. They had so many things covered and I was able to relax the week before my wedding! Elly and Mary were the ones who came to my wedding. They were SO helpful and made my day stress-free. A couple of things that stand out in my mind is how they brought my husband and I water while we took pictures and how Mary made my husband a boutonniere on the spot because he broke his. I would highly recommend hiring this company. They respond quickly and are so kind and helpful throughout the whole process!! I couldn't thank each of them enough!

I hired Mary for design and month of, day of coordination. I'm an extremely indecisive individual however, hiring Mary was the easiest decision I made throughout the entire wedding process. She was nothing short of incredible. Getting married during a pandemic is definitely not easy, but she was always a positive and comforting influence who still achieved planning and designing the wedding of my dreams. Mary did everything from proofread programs, to breaking into my parents home after a panic call from my mom to retrieve a forgotten veil. I would recommend Mary over and over again!

Mary Fencl events was the best decision we made for our wedding day. I knew upon my first meeting with Mary that she had my special day at heart and would ensure it went how we wanted. Soon into the process, we were assigned Janelle as our day of coordinator and she was just as lovely to work with. Janelle was consistent in communication and always flexible with meeting and adjusting plans as we wanted/needed. Specifically, we used the day of coordinator services as well as services with decorating head and guest tables. Everything turned out so beautiful and we were more than pleased- she rocked it! While our original wedding date was rescheduled due to the pandemic, Janelle was comforting and supportive- taking all the responsibilities of contacting our vendors and switching to our new date (like the week before our wedding). Couldn’t recommend them enough!! Thank you for everything!

Janelle with Mary Fencl Events was so wonderful to work with! We were planning our wedding in Tulsa from afar, and she did such an awesome job making us feel comfortable with everything. She provided recommendations for vendors and venues since we weren’t as familiar, but ultimately was down to work with whomever we chose. All the vendors we ended up choosing had worked with Mary Fencl events in some capacity before and loved them, which was so nice to hear and reinforced that we had made the right choice in choosing them. From help picking place settings, to using their decorations for the day of, Janelle was great at making sure our wedding looked beautiful when we didn’t really have a clear vision for what we wanted. And on the day of the wedding, she and her staff were super attentive and available to any of our needs. I would definitely recommend them, it was worth every penny to have the stress minimized and know that you had someone great that was taking care of the details.

My husband and I had Janelle as our “month-of coordinator” and she was a dream to work with. Janelle thought of things we would have never thought to confirm/check/question. We did not have to worry about making final arrangements or anything else on the day of our wedding. Our families were also free to relax. Best money we ever spent. Hands down.

Mary Fencl and her team are incredible! I cannot recommend hiring them enough. Mary helped us plan out the big day ahead of time, and her expertise and existing relationships with vendors were invaluable. She had answers to every one of my questions, and if she didn't know right away, then she found someone who did. Janelle was in charge on the day of our wedding, and I cannot express enough how wonderful she is. A few of our planning decisions, as well as some unexpected factors, might have made things more complex the day of (like getting rentals from different vendors, getting married on a holiday weekend, a tornado the night before our tent reception, etc) and she went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was perfect. To this day, I have no idea if anything went wrong that day - because everything was literally AMAZING and we had the opportunity to truly enjoy every second with our loved ones. It is so clear that while this team experiences weddings all the time, they do not take for granted that for each of their couples, their wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime day. You will not regret hiring this amazing team!

Mary and her team at Mary Fencl Events were wonderful! Janelle was our lead coordinator and executed everything smoothly and beautifully. I had the day of/month of coordination, but what I loved most about it was that although it was only for the day of, I could communicate with Mary and Janelle as soon as we hired them! That being said, we were in constant communication throughout the wedding process. They were especially helpful that month or so before the wedding when we were doing all the fine details. There were a lot of things that came up or things we did not think about, but Janelle took care of them all and called the vendors to make sure everything was in place. We were so glad we hired them!! The day would have been hectic if we did not! Instead, we were able to relax and enjoy the wedding because we knew they would do a great job!

Mary and her team did an incredible job with our wedding! She was amazing at coordinating all my vendors during the months leading up to and on the day of. Her team also took care of set up and break down allowing me and the entire bridal party to really enjoy the day and ‘take it all in.’ Communication with Mary was a breeze and she was there to answer every question or concern I had. Mary and her team are phenomenal. My husband and I had to plan our wedding from Kansas City and she was so extremely flexible and easy to get in contact with. She met with me a couple times before the wedding to go over details and to make sure she knew exactly what I had visioned. She also made sure to stay in our budget. She captured what I wanted perfectly and the venue looked stunning. Better than I had even pictured in my mind. The wedding day went so smoothly. She came early that day to the venue and made sure to get everything set up and talked with the vendors on where to put things. I didn't have to worry about a thing that day. She is so organized and pays attention to detail. I would hire her over and over again! She is the best!!!

Having a wedding coordinator was not originally part of my wedding plan. Five months out from my wedding, I became so overwhelmed with all the details and logistics and realized I needed help. Half way through my initial consultation with Mary and Janelle, I started to feel a huge weight lift off my shoulders. Working with Janelle & her assistant Dianna was a DREAM! From day one, Janelle always made me feel like a priority and took care of everything from wedding day timeline to communication with my vendors. She designed my centerpieces at the reception and they were beautiful! Dianna, made our ceremony run so smoothly and she came through with window chalk to decorate our car windows. My makeup girl told me on my wedding day that I was the most relaxed bride she had ever seen. I am not a laid back person by nature but I knew Janelle and Dianna had everything under control. Because of them I was able to just enjoy the day. My only regret is that I didn’t hire them from day one of my planning process.

Honestly, I don't know how I would have gone through this planning process without Mary. She is creative, she is calming, she is a pro. I cannot explain how much help MFE was, not only on the day of my wedding, but through the whole process. My mom and I first met with Mary and we knew instantly we needed to book with her. At our first meeting, she mentioned things we hadn't even thought of and was already helping us plan. After booking, Mary matched me with Janelle for my specific coordinator. I cannot say enough good things about Janelle. She helped me every step of the way. I didn't even have to ask about things, she would just let me know they had already been taken care of! On the day of the wedding, myself, my family, and friends all just got to relax and enjoy the day/night because Janelle was taking care of everything. She would let my husband and I know when and where we were supposed to be and what we were supposed to do. Everything went so smoothly. If anything went wrong, I didn't know about it because she had already taken care of it. My parents, wedding party, and other vendors repeatedly commented on how wonderful she was at the wedding. I could go on and on about Janelle, but to keep it short, she definitely goes above and beyond. I am so happy I chose to book with MFE. Mary's dad even married my husband and I! They are all around a wonderful company. So if you are thinking about hiring a wedding planner, go with MFE and if you get Janelle, consider yourself lucky!!

Choosing Mary Fencl as my wedding coordinator was the first and best decision I made during my wedding planning process! Before I had first met with Mary, I was a little unsure if I wanted to spend part of my wedding budget on a coordinator. However, after meeting with Mary and hearing her excitement and vision for my wedding, I was sold! I knew I wanted her as my coordinator, and she didn't disappoint. Every detail of my wedding was exactly how I envisioned it, thanks to Mary and her team. What I loved most about hiring Mary Fencl Events was that I was able to thoroughly enjoy my wedding day. I am a naturally stressed-out person, but I did not stress one bit on my wedding day. I was able to relax and enjoy that whole day (and my mom and bridesmaids included) because of the work that Mary and her team did. That was the biggest blessing, and I cannot thank them enough!!!

I plan events as part of my job so naturally I thought I could absolutely do a wedding. However, I am also a perfectionist & doing that for your own wedding is not only exhausting, it’s impossible. After figuring that out the hard way I reached out to Mary, she was amazing! She has a way of being honest and frank without coming across rude or bossy which is hard to do. We had a huge wedding (360 people, 30 in the wedding party) with a lot of crafty/extra/over the top ideas that needed executing. Mary did a WONDERFUL job making all of that come to life. So don’t stress on your wedding day, trust me, it’s better to have Mary!

Planning a wedding out of town is slightly difficult, but Mary was very responsive through email and phone calls to help and answer any questions I had.
