We had a big Mexican wedding with a lot of traditions, and we wanted to enjoy our day as much as possible. And Mary and her team kept us on track with everything from start to finish! Every little detail we wanted for our wedding day, she made sure it all happened! They are there for you for anything you need to make your day the most memorable!! or which vendors to use. Mary understood our vision and also respected that we needed to be as financially frugal as possible, and she made it all come to life and under budget too!! We worked with her for about 8 months before the wedding date, which was plenty of time. She gave us a timeline, guests list, and budget template to help us stay organized, which helped a lot. She communicated as frequently as we wanted her too so we felt like we had good control of the process and participate in all decisions, while simultaneously giving her creative freedom. At rehearsal, she walked through everything with us to make sure everything was good to go and we were comfortable with the day. And the wedding day was flawless!! She was there the moment the venue opened to do all the set up, organize the vendors, and be the point person for our wedding party and family. We literally just had to focus on getting ourselves ready and enjoying the day with friends and family. She was punctual, always honored her promises, and stayed true to our plan and vision. She always showed us and all the vendors respect and was super kind, compassionate, and a genuine good person. Our wedding was a dream come true!! Words cannot express how amazing Mary is. We highly recommend her as your wedding planner!!!!

o Rico. I had an idea of what she could provide just by talking to her and other reviews, but I know for a fact she is the absolute best you could possibly choose. If you are between picking planners, this will be the best decision you make. She was so personable and had a solution to the most random things that came up that I’d never think could happen. I thought I was the best planner ever and almost didn’t even utilize her services. All I can say is HA!! If you think you have time on the day of to do the things she does-you are mistaken. It was amazing to have my bridesmaids and our moms not have to think about a single thing and no one had to work. Both of our families were talking about her for weekssss after the wedding. She is worth EVERY dollar. BOOK HER!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

She and her team were A DREAM to work with before, during, and after our wedding and I couldn't wait to run back to my computer just to share my experience with all of you. Here are just a few highlights: BEFORE the wedding: 1. She created a custom planning worksheet that kept us on track for the entire engagement/planning period. 2. She answered questions along the way that saved us TIME AND MONEY, like recommendations for vendors, ideas for how to make our "jumping the broom" tradition come to life, and gave us access to countless materials that we were not even thinking of. Wow! 3. At our two venue walkthroughs she was such a huge advocate for our vision, working seamlessly with our caterer and venue manager to keep us on budget and on track. 4. This woman is BUSY (you see her name everywhere around Oklahoma events) but she always had time to answer our emails, hop on a video call, or answer a message that helped us so much. We felt heard. 5. She never tried to upsell us. Ever. Her main goal was to make our dream happen so she was always there to offer us multiple suggestions. 6. She caught things before they were even a problem. She noticed, for example, that the plan communicated by one of our vendors was different than what we originally wanted, and helped us communicate across teams to figure it out. Such a time saver and we couldn’t have appreciate her more for these types of efforts. During: 1. I remember our photos were taking a little longer than we expected and the bus full of guests arrived before my wife had a chance to hide. This was prime time for us to panic. She looked at us both when we asked for the time and said "It's plenty of time to get the pictures you want". We both just smiled because we knew we didn’t have to worry. 2. EVERYTHING happened the way we wanted. Not exaggerating. There were a million little things that needed to happen for the evening to be successful and all all of our guests still talk about how beautiful it all came together. We got to enjoy our meals first. We got to take portraits and engage in cocktail hour. We had karaoke time. We had our final dance. It was just gorgeous. 3. She decorated our accent walls with the decor we gathered and made our venue and tables look like an elegant living room filled with lovely photos! 4. She organized to have our decorations and leftovers picked up and driven away by friends of ours. 5. Some things likely didn't go perfectly, but by the time I heard of it, Mary had already noticed it and taken care of it too. NOTHING goes perfectly, but I'm so glad she was in our corner on the day to keep us feeling joyful. After: All I can say is that after all was said and done I loved my wedding and it was largely due to Mary. Working with her felt like calling up a friend who was enthusiastic and focused on making sure our day happened without a hitch. I would recommend her and her team to anyone planning a big special event in the future.

wedding coordinator was a blessing and a dream come true. I was so lucky to get Janelle as my wedding coordinator! Janelle is the absolute best and I trusted her fully during the planning process and day of coordination. Janelle’s professionalism, kindness, personality, knowledge and experience, relationship/rapport with vendors, prompt communication, recommendations for other vendors, ability to manage all the small and large details are unmatched. I trusted her fully throughout the process and she was there every step of the way answer any questions or concerns I had. Janelle assisted with making all the signage for the day of and helped make my vision a reality! The signs were beautiful and absolutely perfect. Janelle made my wedding day a dream and run so smoothly! Janelle coordinated and communicated with all the vendors, made sure everything was organized and set up beautifully and on time, handled and helped navigate anything that came up the day of, and was there for me and my family the whole day and evening. I was able to enjoy my wedding day as Janelle was there handling it all! I cannot thank her enough! My parents and family members loved and fully trusted Janelle as well. My family members are still raving about how wonderful Janelle was and have said she executed everything perfectly with a smile and calm demeanor. I highly recommend Janelle and MFE – they are the best in town!
