MastwrPlan Events was an investment thatâll never regret for my wedding! They took my wedding from ordinary to extraordinary, from
planning, to schedule of events, and more! Their ...
skill set made my wedding day go so smooth. Their professionalism was beyond our expectations! Overall the BEST wedding planning service! As the saying goes âyou get what you pay forâ well we definitely got what we paid for any more :)!
LOLA!!!!!!!!! Words truly cannot describe how incredible Lola was throughout the entire wedding process. I was taking the bar exam during planning and desperately needed a planner....
I saw a wedding she did Newton White Mansion (same venue as mine) the same month I got engaged and immediately knew I needed her. My first conversation with Lola sealed the deal for me! Lola is soooo pleasant, friendly, and sweet. She has a heart of gold and a reassuring gentle spirit. She is truly the fairy god-mother of weddings. Lola has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to wedding planning. She considers every intricate detail that you as a bride or groom would never consider. Lola works with incredible preferred vendors; however, please trust that she will put her couples first and will always seek your best interest when it comes to contract negotiation and execution of the planning.
I swear Lola NEVER sleeps. She was always available when I called her. She responded to emails promptly. Lola is also super organized as well and will ensure you remain on track with the planning timeline. Lola does a ton of weddings but sheâs so personable, organized, and available, that one could easily assume that she was only planning your wedding during your wedding planning journey.
When minor hiccups occurred such as losing my caterer, Lola came to the rescue! She always had solutions whenever necessary.
I am super indecisive. It takes me forever to make ever the most minor decisions. Lola was super patient, and when necessary, she would firmly but gently have me make a decision if the deadline was pressing.
Now letâs talk about the wedding day. Lolaâs team is phenomenal!!! You donât have to worry about a thing except looking pretty! Her team will ensure you remain on time, will gather all of your belongings necessary to transport to the venue if youâre getting ready at a hotel or another location instead of your wedding venue. The team really helped me remain calm on my wedding day. Now as for the decor, simply BREATHTAKING! All guests who were in attendance said it was the best wedding theyâve ever attended! We were completely pleased with how everything turned out. The decor exceeded our expectations! When Lola and I first discussed the budget, Lola highly suggested we wrap the floor in white. Our budget could not accommodate the price of the flooring. BUT, 3 days before the wedding we secured the flooring and I am soooooo glad we did! The white flooring really transformed our venue space. Lola was never pushy about us getting the flooring but she highly recommended it. So once again, trust her judgment and please be assured that she is looking out for your best interest with every recommendation. Sheâll also inform you of items you can limit your spending to accommodate some âmust-haves.â
As wedding planning is over, we are sad, only because we donât talk to Lola as often. However, we LOVE Lola and will remain friends!
If youâre on the fence of selecting Lola as your planner, do yourself a favor and stop contemplating that decision, and hire her RIGHT AWAY!
Lola and her team went above and beyond to make my wedding day a success. I was stress free throughout the entire wedding process which was something that was very important to me ...
as it allowed me to actually enjoy planning the wedding. I couldn't imagine having my wedding without Lola and her team on board. I was pretty hands off with my wedding which isn't the norm for most brides. I pretty much just gave her a color that I wanted and that was it. But I trusted Lola's vision and she put together an outstanding team who went above and beyond to create a dream wedding. The entire MasterPlan events team is kind, warm and cordial. On the day of your wedding there is always someone there to ensure your needs are being met. I loved that at the end of the night all of our items were packed and loaded into our car for us. We were able to literally just leave the wedding and rest. So many of our guests commented on the professionalism of Lola and her team and loved how efficiently everything ran. I highly recommend MasterPlan Events for anyone wanting to have a successful, elegant, and stress free wedding.
My experience with MasterPlan Events was the best. From day one I felt a level of comfort with Yemisi, our wedding coordinator. She kept us up to date on our monthly tasks, stayed ...
in constant contact with vendors, was the voice of reason when I was unsure of proper wedding etiquette, and managed the day off coordination to total perfection.
I recommend a wedding planner to anyone who is having a medium to large wedding with multiple people in the wedding party. MasterPlan kept my wedding party informed months and even weeks out from the wedding date. This saved me a lot of time and erroneous questions, even from my own parents.
Hiring Masterplanevents was the best thing my husband and I did for our wedding. Lola and her team were BEYOND AMAZING. We had the wedding of our dreams and our family members were...
in awe at how everything went smoothly. I was very indecisive during the planning but she was always calm, smiling and never expressed frustration. She was very professional, organized, attentive and addressed issues promptly. My wedding was in Nashville and everything was perfect! All our vendors had very positive things to say about her and enjoyed working with her.. Our guests couldn't believe she planned the wedding from Maryland. It was the happiest day of my life and I'm glad I entrusted the day to Masterplanevents. You won't regret you hired her. She is great at what she does.
Would use masterplan all over again if i had to! Lolas professionality topped with her sense of humor was everything! My wedding in July was Fabulous thanks to my awesome wedding p...

When my husband and I got engaged this time last year, everyone kept asking me questions about wedding plans, that was how I realized how clueless I was about wedding planning. A f...
riend of mine referred me to Lola after I described to him the kind of person I was looking to work with.
He said "if you are looking for a professional person that's very personable, this is who I recommend, but don't contact her if you are not ready, she is a serious person." Sure enough, he was so right.
Lola pretty much walked me through the whole process with very minimal stress (family members).
I live in GA and my husband was all over the country till the last 3 months before our event, yet we had no worries.
Our ceremony ended up happening in GA (very last minute) and she worked with me to make sure I had everything I needed for that day.
For our reception, she listened to us and saw our vision through. She both stayed and kept us within budget (highly important). She worked with us to make sure we had high quality vendors...they delivered to our expectations, if not more.
On the day of the event, she and her team were excellent. They kept everything under control and timely. They were personable, approachable, and professional. They were not rude or disrespectful to our guests and family members. Everyone who had contact with them during our event spoke highly of their services.
I will recommend Masterplan to anyone, and I hope to work with them again in the future.
Lola and her team were everything i hoped for in a wedding planner. I didnt have the time to look for vendors or book appointments etc..but Masterplan took care of all our planning...

ith all of our deadlines. She's so flexible and professional yet funny! I used master plan events for full coordination and they were worth every penny. The day of the wedding went perfectly and with a wedding party of 26 groomsmen and bridesmaids, that did a lot. I'd recommend Master Plan events to anyone!

at needs to be done, Lola (the event planer) with always find a way to calm us down and that everything is going as planed. I will recommend Masterplan to any anyone for any event. I will not hesitate to call on them for any future event.
I can't even put into words how overwhelming grateful my husband and I are having hired Lola of MasterPlan Events (MP) as our wedding planner for our wedding on August 18, 2018. As...
two very busy career professionals and me with an A-type very much need to be in control personality, we had no idea how we were going to be able to dedicate the time to plan the wedding of our dreams or even where to begin. So I researched wedding planners and after having a one on one meeting with Lola and talking for literally hours, we both knew she was the one. We readily purchased the full planning package and put our trust into MasterPlan Events.
Professional and personable, Lola saw and understood our vision and made it her mission to bring it to fruition. Lola created a budget and helped us to stick to it. She provided us with a list of reputable vendors to choose from for each and every single detail of our wedding; making sure they not only were within budget but also that their style aesthetic aligned with our vision. She made sure our vendors were legit the DREAM TEAM. The entire process with MP from receiving the contract up until the very end went so smoothly. Lola scheduled calls, site visits, coordinated bridal gown trials, reviewed and negotiated vendor contracts on our behalf and even found a hairstylist for me after the one I had in mind totally ghosted me a week before my wedding. Lola was there for every second guess, melt down and overthinking moment I went through with a listening ear and advice whether it be via email or over the phone.
On my wedding day so many things could've gone wrong and while there were a few that did (and were totally out of her hands), she still found a way to make sure our day went as smoothly as possible. She made sure everyone knew where they were supposed to be and had everything they needed. She even had a spot clean up kit when one of my bridesmaids got a spot on her dress. Having Lola and the MP team to coordinate, organize and execute was not only necessary, but essential to making #WitnesstheWilliams possible. Our family, friends and even complete strangers continue to talk about our wedding- months later!
Our wedding day was literally better than our dreams and we are so blessed to have made not only a new lifelong friend, but FAMILY. If you want a planner that will work their hardest to make sure your vision comes to life (within reason & budget), put your trust in MasterPlan Events.
The MasterPlan (MP) team exceeded our expectations! We had the pleasure of working with Lola. Although we had done some of the planning prior, Lola still took the time to go over e...
very little detail of the wedding and helped us finalize all the million and one details we didn't think about! We immediately realized that there was definitely more to wedding planning than just finding a venue, photographer, DJ and caterer!
If you are wondering if you need a wedding planner for your wedding, I highly recommend MP! I am so happy we hired them. Lola's attention to detail and calm under pressure was very impressive. I was so grateful to have her with us through out the final months leading to the wedding day up until the time I walked down that aisle to the end of reception. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, I didn't hear of it because Lola handled it! My husband and I had a very stress free wedding experience and danced all night and really enjoyed ourselves!
MasterPlan Events was very professional and well organized. Insightful and helped us along the way. Lola was very resourceful and knowledgeable. My wife and I had nothing to worry ...
about, because we knew that the day of was taken care of. We still brag about Lola till this very day as our wedding had no hiccups (or at least that we knew of). We would not have had it any other way. She made sure we stuck to timelines and she handled a lot on the back end. We will forever be grateful for our day turned out to our dream that came true.

fort she put in to the months leading up to our big day and even the big day!! The way her and her team executed the day of the wedding, we didnât even know if there were any hiccups. People that saw her working still talk about her to this day!! Master Plan Events is THE BEST!!
Lola of Master Plan events was exceptional. Punctual, professional and easy to work with, it also extended to the way she related with my other vendors on my behalf. She exceeded ...
my expectations, made decisions that were in my best interest. She is simply the best. I will recommend her without hesitation.
Very professional and high quality service
We used Lola with Master Plan events for our day of coordination. Lola is hands down the best wedding planner in the DMV area. Not only is she professional and knowledgeable of all...

ose college friends who happened to have been a guest at one of the most beautiful weddings I saw on Instagram. My friend reached out to the bride who shared who her planner was. It happened to be Lola (Master Plan Events) I contacted Lola right away. From our initial conversation I knew she would be perfect. Lola was always so personable putting our needs first which gained a great deal of trust.
Lola was with us every step of the way, from multiple food tastings to wedding gown shopping. It is bittersweet that our wedding is over because I have gotten use to communicating with Lola daily. Lola's professionalism and expertise allowed me to relax during our whole wedding planning experience. Many people would comment on how "relaxed and chill" of a bride I was and I would reply "thanks to my awesome planner"
On our wedding day, just minutes before our ceremony it poured. Lola and her team worked diligently to bring our guest in and flip the entire room all while making sure Eddie and I were calm. I could go on for days detailing how Lola and her team took care of us. I had my DREAM wedding and it would not have happened without Master Plan Events. I get stopped in the mall, at work, at the airport with people telling me how beautiful my wedding was. I am forever blessed.

her team did an amazing job with helping to coordinate our wedding. We are two very busy professionals who live in a different state from where the wedding was held and therefore, really needed to have someone reliable and trustworthy to depend on to assist us in choosing a venue, picking vendors, and just dealing with all the nuances of planning a wedding. Lola was not only that, but she was also very responsive, thoughtful, kind, patient, and hard working. On the day of our wedding, the team ensured that everything went smoothly and without a hitch! There were even extra unexpected touches that were added on the day of to make everything a little more special; a testament to how much she will go above and beyond to make your day a great one. I believe that MasterPlan's work is a large part of the reason why people are still speaking so highly of our wedding! You can't go wrong with choosing the MasterPlan team!

Thanks so much MasterPlan Events for helping to make my day so beautiful!
Master Plan events made our dream wedding a reality. Considering the fact that we had the wedding almost a year earlier than we had anticipated, they were so in tune with our needs...
, planning both events (traditional and white wedding) both on the same day..turned out beautiful i might add saving us tons of money. They had us feeling like real life celebrities.

Your professionalism and experience and your caring nature came through with the way you handled the smallest to the biggest details....
From providing us with timelines and schedules, to recommending phenomenal vendors, working closely with each one, attending meetings with the reception venues, caterer, decorator etc,
You went above and beyond and your support and calmness through some of the challenges was comforting.
I can confidently say that I did not have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding because you took charge and ensured everything went as planned.
It was an absolute pleasure meeting you and working with you and I will recommend you to everyone I know.

cting. They were always available when we need them, had questions, random last minute requests and did it all professionally and with a smile. We did not feel pressured to go in any direction we were not comfortable with and they showed more interest in helping us bring our vision for the day to life. On the day of our wedding I did not worry about a single thing. Lola and Yemisi made sure everything ran smoothly and we were free to enjoy the day with our family and friends....and we sure did! We had a great time at our wedding and received many compliments from family and friends there and Lola and Yemisi had a big part to play in that. I would recommend them to anyone, anytime...they did not disappoint.

ny other way. We were given detailed options on the various vendors along with the pros and cons for the particular vendors. They worked hard to give my wife and myself what we requested and answer any questions we had be it minuscule in nature. There wasn't a time we had questions and they were unavailable, as a matter a fact, I felt bugged, b/c I would receive emails from Master Plan at 6am asking if we decided on certain issues. That's some dedication. Top notch work. My wife was extremely happy, takes a lot to impress her. I had no panics at all, ok I did initially b/c itâs hard to phantom someone else understanding what you want or envision for your wedding day. But getting a glimpse of them in action for the 1st couple of months put my mind at ease.
Thanks guys for the great job!!!!

Master Plan(MP) was the name of my vendors. They provided quality service and organisation on my wedding which helped to ensure everything went smoothly. They are very detailed and...
asked specific questions as to what we wanted, listened and carried it out exactly as we had said. They also helped us to source out vendors here in the UK which we hadn't found already.
Our vendors which we already had were very complimentary as to how thorough and organised our planners were and had no complaints as to their method of working.
Overall, I specifically was happy because at no point did I have to ask questions as why something or someone had not turned up or performed as asked, which enabled me to just concentrate on enjoying my wedding and focusing on my beautiful bride and well wishers.
They also performed a post wedding assessment to ensure that all the vendors got their equipments back, we were refunded our deposits and that we gave them feedback as to their service and how we thought they performed.
Hiring Masterplan Events was the best decision we made! This planner are outstanding,The Quality of Service, Responsiveness & Professionalism was 5 Stars all the way! I simply could...

ofessional. She was always willing and ready to do anything that would relieve stress off my shoulders and that would make my event a complete success. In addition, Yemisi would often go above and beyond what was required of her just to make sure tasks were managed to meet or exceed my expectations. Moreover, the team was very pleasant to work with and executed the day-of events well - I was very satisfied. Booking Masterplan was one of the best decisions I made in planning my wedding and I would highly recommend Masterplan to anyone who has event planning needs.

With both my husband and I working crazy hours, it was a huge relief to know that our planners were on top of everything. They scheduled regular touch points with us in the evenings, on week-ends, late nights and early mornings to accommodate our busy lives. They also handled all the interactions with the resort so all we had to do was focus on us.
I can't say enough wonderful things about them. I highly recommend their services and would use them to plan other special events for us in the future.

These ladies were very firm and precise while communicating with the various vendors and were extremely detail oriented . They asked a lot of questions I the bride wouldn't think to ask and they executed the vision I had for the wedding flawlessly through a detailed timeline .
I also liked that I was assigned tasks to complete and any task that was expected of me what written clearly as actionable items that were very precise and easy for me to execute . It 100% helps take the guess work out of knowing what I'm supposed to be doing on the last few days leading up to the wedding.
I felt like a guest at my own wedding... stress-free and ready to party!!! Such amazing work from these ladies!!
Amazing Job with our wedding. Helped us stay on budget as well as making our vision come true. We did not have to worry about anything.
Master plan events delivered as promised. They coordinated with all our vendors and relieved me of so much stress as the wedding approached. They created schedules for all particip...
ants of the wedding including: bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents of bride and groom in order to avoid chaos on the day of the wedding. They ensured that all our requests were honored. They restricted entry into the reception hall to invited guests only per our request. They made sure that the wedding went the ya that I, as the bride, envisioned it. I was extremely happy with their services and would recommend them to any future bride in a heartbeat.
Thank you so much for giving me the wedding that I dreamed of!!!!

mere few words on here can justify the service and the going over and beyond which was provided to us by MP.
Their swift response always, the professionalism, their patience and understanding, their attention to every detail....I felt as though we were working from the same mindset. They thoroughly understood me as a person, what I liked and needed and delivered beyond my expectations.
They never imposed on me but always helped me achieve my vision. I can 100% say that I had a seamless, stressfree wedding!!!! To top it off, everyone has been raving on how it was the best wedding they have been to.
What I particularly liked about MP was their organisation, they had strict timelines for everything, all contracts were kept in an e-folder for reference, they were up to speed on every payment, all balances were reconciled. My husband and I planned this wedding from Dallas, (wedding took place in MD)! One week to the wedding when I should have been tearing my hair out I was at peace, I was also at peace that all will be taken care of on the day, this is testament to how great these ladies are. They not only worked on the wedding, but also ensured that my psycological wellbeing was intact.
I have recieved a lot of compliments on Lola and Yemisi, my family love them and I will recommend these ladies to everyone I know and you will NOT be disappointed.

Always on time to every appointment and stylishly dressed for the occasion.Kept my cost down and sweat from my forehead. Couple of weeks to the wedding, I was overwhelmed with things others than the logistics of the wedding and they took absolute control as if it were their own .The MP consultants made executive decisions based on what they knew about my husband and I and at the end it turned about FABULOUS. No regrets. They come highly recommended in my book.
