Matt has such talent!! We enjoyed working with Matt for our engagement photos and for our wedding day. He is so talented, creative and unique. In addition to his skill, we has such a loving and joyful personality. We really enjoyed working with Matt, I am so pleased with our photos too! Highly recommend Matt, just talk to him on the phone once and you'll know he's your guy!

We were so lucky to have Matt as our wedding photographer! He is so talented and creates a very fun, relaxed atmosphere. He loves what he does and it shows in every photo he takes. Matt also included the engagement session so we were able to get a sneak peek of his amazing work before the wedding!

I wasn't too sure how it was going to be having someone follow us around all day long. Matt but everyone at ease including the children! He was able to get all the kids to WANT to be in pictures. I couldn't have asked for a better photographer. When things would go off course from another vendor not stepping up Matt would have the situation handled before I even knew what happened. I couldn't have imagined the day going any smoother and give a lot of credit to Matt for helping wherever needed.

My husband, a Houston photographer, demanded to choose our photographer. Certain he wouldn't find any artistic photographers in the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area, he refused to look there and was instead looking into Seattle/Portland based artists. Then, a friend (and our wedding planner at Elkins Resort) gave us one of Matt's Brochures. And Rick (my fiancee at the time) was sold instantly. Matt's profile may say he's Seattle based, but he actually lives and works frequently in the Spokane area. However, he has also flown all over to do work elsewhere. Matt is not your typical wedding photographer. With a background in design and what could be a MFA in personality, he is an artist and a delight to work with and be around. I am SO glad we found him.

Matt was an excellent fun out going photographer, who take amazing photos and I cannot wait to see them!

Matt was the best photographer I have ever worked with or seen at work. He was fun and creative, and took all the photos that we requested and added in some of his own that represented his style of photography. He stayed from the beginning of the day when we were getting ready all the way until we drove off from our venue at the end of the night. I also loved the fact that he passed around an iPad during the reception with all of the pictures he had taken earlier in the day, so that family and friends could see them the same day. It was something that I had never seen done before, and it was extremely special and wonderful to be able to see the beautiful pictures so soon.

I just happened across Matt's website and instantly fell in love! He does the typical wedding shots (rings, flowers, etc) but in a beautiful and artistic way and no two weddings are the same! He has a fabulous energetic personality and you forget you're being photographed! I can't stop raving about the pictures we've seen and can hardly wait for the rest!

Matt is based out of Spokane, WA but will travel to the Seattle area free of charge as he has family in the area. Hands down, he is the best wedding photographer I have ever seen - and I'm not just saying that because he did my wedding. We have gotten SO many compliments from our family and guests about how beautiful our wedding and engagement pictures are and have had several people ask for his info so they can have him do their own wedding, family pics, etc. Matt is very easy to work with and a totally normal guy, which most wedding photographers aren't. He's young and energetic and absolutely loves what he does and it shows in his pictures. A great mix of photojournalism and traditional style, his work doesn't go overboard with trying to be different but somehow it is still very unique. You'll get the standard family shots that make your parents happy, and then he moves on to his own style that captures the feelings of your big day that you'll remember most. At our reception, he somehow managed to get some of his shots from that day downloaded on to his Ipad and then passed it around for our guests to see while they were still there. Everyone raved about how cool this was and my husband and I couldn't agree more. You totally get what you pay for with Matt, and considering he includes an engagement session and copyrights to ALL of your pictures, it is worth every penny and then some. You will not be disappointed!
