My flowers were one of my favorite details of my wedding. They turned out BEAUTIFUL! Our bouquets were everything I imagined. I am still so in love with the way they came out. There was a minor hiccup the day of the wedding in terms of the greenery for the head table but it was taken care of immediately with no questions asked. We called and they took care of it and we’re so apologetic. They were amazing to work with and I plan to use them for any time I need flowers in general. I recommend using them for not only your events but your average flower needs!

Maureen's was my first and last stop for a floral consultation and wedding vendor. She was able to accommodate my unusual (very thin) vases for table arrangements, and created stunning bouquets that matched my bridesmaids dresses perfectly. The church arrangements were perfectly sized, and the unique flowers she was able to suggest to coordinate with my colors made all my arrangements appreciated by all. We also did a large arrangement for the placecard table. The only slightly disappointing aspect was how quickly they wilted (we've gotten flowers from Maureen's for years and they've always lasted a very long time). However, the quality wasn't diminished during the wedding itself, only the next day. We were just hoping they might last a little longer! My mom's corsage roses did lose a few petals during the ceremony, but it wasn't noticeable by anyone except her. I plan to return to Maureen's for all my flower needs.

Maureen's Flowers were absolutely amazing. One of the most important things was to have big, luscious bouquets and Maureen's did just that! Our bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces were everything I hoped they would be.

Maureen’s was the second place I got a quote from for my wedding flowers, but after I met with her it was a no brainer. Her ideas were creative and totally in tune with what I wanted. She wasn’t pushy when I said I didn’t want certain things. I was absolutely impressed when I showed her a picture of flowers I liked and she named every flower in the bouquet- and then even more impressed when she made up a bouquet for me to take home (and even spray painted some flowers to mimic the colors I would have in my November bouquet). I was so anxious to see how my wedding flowers would turn out- and to say I was blown away doesn’t even cover it. The bouquets were beautiful and exactly what I hoped for. The centerpieces were gigantic and gorgeous. I couldn’t have dreamed up better flowers. I would order from Maureen 100 times over. Can’t say enough good things.

We were able to meet with Maureen in person to discuss an idea of what we wanted and left the rest of to her! I only provided them with a little direction on what I wanted (mostly just our color scheme) because I knew they would do an amazing job selecting the appropriate flowers and style to match our event! Maureeen’s screwed up my bridal bouquet. Our venue was too far for delivery so my dad picked up the flowers and brought them to me and my bouquet was supposed to be cascading. It was not. It was a small round bouquet so I called and they tried telling me they did not have any burgundy roses left to make a new one. Eventually they did make a new one and delivered it to my venue 1 hour before the ceremony. They said they would deliver it by 12 noon, it got there at 2 pm. Then my daughters floral halo was supposed to be a FLORAL halo. It had 3 tiny flowers and that was it. I emailed pictures to them like they said and those pictures were never viewed. Their associate, Joann is totally scatter brained and had no idea what she was doing when we would talk over the phone. I went in to pay my final balance and they had other peoples info sheets stapled to mine and the girl I talked to said it was joann’s writing. It was a nightmare. Nothing was what I wanted or what I sent to them.

Maureen and her staff were a pleasure to work with! I live out of town, and I was able to do my consultation over the phone which was great. My mom went to the final appointment and she was so impressed. Our flowers for our ceremony were absolutely breathtaking! Even the boutonnieres were awesome. I am so pleased with how every detail turned out. And she had the best prices by far!

I cannot say enough great things about Maureen’s! They were very on top of everything during the planning process which I appreciated as a busy bride. Most importantly the final products exceeded my expectations! The bouquets, corsages, boutonnières and center pieces were stunning and got many, many compliments from our guests!

Maureen knocks it out of the park every time....our Bridal flowers were absolutely gorgeous, exact to our specifications including bouquet charms, hankies, pew bows, boutonnières and table decor. Maureen’s creativity is second to none and their customer service was responsive and professional. All delivered to the right place at the right time for a reasonable value. We couldn’t be happier!

My flowers showed up to my wedding half dead. In my consultations I requested large bouquets which is also what I paid for. I showed multiple photos from prior weddings they had done to show my expectation on size. The bouquets were very small and dying along with the flowers I got for my cake. My aunts had to pick off the dead petals and try and fix the wilting flowers. Also some of the flowers thrown into the bouquets were not what I ordered or shown during my consultation, my guess is they tried to find what was actually alive and threw it in. Every time I spoke with people they were rude and cold. I have been a pretty laid back bride but dead flowers are not ok on your wedding day especially when you are paying so much money.

Best florist ever! I wish there was an option to post photos with this review. I ordered stems for mason jars to hang off the ceremony aisle chairs and they were bigger and more breathtaking than I imagined! Our bouquets were amazing and she added in some eucalyptus and succulents because I wanted more green and less flowers. All the meetings I had were great, staff was friendly and organized. I believe I worked with Janine and she was really nice. I just couldn’t believe followers could look this beautiful. So thankful we chose Maureen!

This has to be your florist!!! There is no one like Maureens and how talented she and her team is. My husband and I are both in the wine industry and asked if our centerpieces could be the same arrangement in different sized wine boxes and she followed through beautifully. She completely understood my vision and its clear she and her team have been doing this for many years. Professional, Prompt delivery when they said they would be there and lastly absolutely STUNNING arrangements. I was a nervous bride being that I no longer live in Buffalo and was planning this from Boston, but with one appointment and some emails that she promptly returned, all turned out perfectly. Beautiful flowers, they were exactly what I wanted!

I was excited when I sat down with maureen herself for my initial appointment. She quoted me what I thought was a fair price for all of the flowers that I wanted for my wedding and there were a lot of them. The final product from maureen's however was beyond disappointing. It was unacceptable. Not at all what I paid for or what we had agreed on. Maureen asked me for pictures which I provided at our second meeting. During this second meeting it met with one of maureen's rude employees. It was clear to me that they have a great lack of communication at this shop. But I thought because of the extensive notes maureen had taken on our previous appointment and the pictures that I had given that surely everything would work out. I was wrong. I had a Sunday wedding so I had to pick up my flower arrangements. A great portion of my flowers were dead on the morning of my wedding. Which leads me to believe they were made days ahead of time. The only way to even recognize that they were indeed my flowers was because they had my name on them. They looked NOTHING like what we had talked about or the pictures that I had brought. The flowers for my sweetheart table looked like flowers you would put on a casket at a funeral. My wedding arch flowers didn't even resemble anything remotely close to the picture I brought in. Now for my wedding bouquet...It looked like someone off the street grabbed any random flowers and threw them together. I was supposed to have them preserved as a keepsake but they were so hideous that I of course did not. I also called the day after my wedding to talk to Maureen and was told that there was nothing that they could do because the day was already over. Maureen couldn't be bothered to come to the phone. Her complete lack of regard for her mistake was shocking to say the least. I wouldn't recommend Maureens wholesale flowers to any bride do to the stress it caused me on my wedding day.

The most beautiful wedding flowers!

The flowers I ordered were BEAUTIFUL and so reasonably priced. One of my bridesmaids saw the flowers when they were brought in and literally gasped and said "Oh my gosh, do I get to carry those?!" Love. love. love.

My groom and the groomsman did not find their boutonnières until after the ceremony..also, my bridesmaids bouquets fell apart before they even got to church..very disappointed :(

I got my flowers here and they were amazing! I asked for hops to be added to my bouquets (due to my husband is a brewer) & all my flowers to look like someone ran through a field of amazing flowers & picked them (so none of them looked the same). OMG so GORGEOUS! I could not ask for better bouquets! The Boutonnieres with the hops were adorable & they let me add broaches & photos of my grand parents to my bouquet. It came out so great. I highly recommend them!

The flowers were very nice! I didn't want to spend a lot, and it was still more than I wanted to spend, but they were lovely. The large bouquets that sat on wine barrels at the alter were fabulous.

My flowers were GORGEOUS. Maureen was patient with me when picking out which flowers I wanted in my bouquet - I'm not good with flowers, so I didn't know a lot of the names - and she threw something together on the spot during my consultation to help me visualize what the bouquet would look like. The reason I gave marks off is the size of my bouquet. It was HUGE. And not in a good way...again, the flowers looked beautiful, but the bouquet covered the entire top of my dress. Looking at all my pictures, when you look at me coming down the aisle, all you see is flowers. I voiced this concern to Maureen when we were meeting (I asked if she'd be able to keep the bouquet to a reasonable size, considering the number of types of flowers I was having, and said we could cut something out if necessary), and she said this was a normal amount of flowers. I've never seen a bouquet this big. Again, gorgeous job, just make sure you clarify how big (or small) you want your flowers to be!!

The flowers my Maid of Honor purchased from Maureen's were affordable and beautiful! We chose Fall colors and put the bouquets together ourselves for a personal touch! I definitely recommend using Maureen's for your wedding, reception, or any event you want to beautify with floral arrangements!

I was so excited about my flowers and they were not what I envisioned. They had to come back and fix them after they delivered them. They were missing different elements and they ordered me a different style of my focus flower without calling to notify me. They asked for pictures they were going to replicate and my centerpieces and bouquet didn't look like the pictures.... They were still beautiful, but not what they were supposed to be.

My experience with Maureen's was last year during the planning of my wedding: I called Maureen's several times (4 total over 2 weeks) in an effort to book my wedding. I never received a phone call back. I decided that they must be having phone trouble and decided to stop in to talk to someone. I arrived during the week in the morning. I was unimpressed by the messy look but still willing to talk to someone. What followed was perhaps the rudest exchange I had in a few years. I finally flagged down someone who worked there and said I wanted to speak to someone about a wedding. She ran in the office to grab a different woman. The woman bluntly asked if I had an appointment. I told her no and tried to explain about the phone calls. She cut me off to inform me that they were very busy and if I didn't have an appointment, she didn't have time for me. And that they were booked on appointments for the next two months so I would have to wait and make an appointment by calling back then. I tried to tell her again that the phone calls were not being returned. She insisted I must be dialing the wrong number (I wasn't). I said if she had no interest in my business I would gladly leave, and I couldn't understand why my future mother in law (name drop here) insisted on her. Immediately her whole demeanor changed and she tried to say she didn't realize who I was marrying and let her go get her appointment book and how she could try to fit me in just not that day. I was so disgusted that I left. I had no interest in doing business with someone who wasn't interested in me until I mentioned my mother in law.

I like overall the flowers were nice but I think that's to be expected for what you're paying. Honestly, I expected to pay less because I didn't feel that I ordered a lot (no bridal party, etc.). But it still came out to be more than I anticipated. I was also disappointed with the flowers on my wedding cake. They looked nothing like the rest of the theme. Hot pink and my colors weren't pink. They also looks kind of lifeless. I think they may have forgotten about it and threw something together. I also had a very hard time finding an appropriate time to come in and complete my order. They are not very accommodating making meetings.

I used Maureen's for my wedding, and they did not disappoint! My centerpieces were gorgeous. They used blue hydrangeas with twigs in tall vases with monstera leaves. The arrangements were so lush and beautiful. I was complimented so much by our guests. The bridesmaids bouquets were so gorgeous. the all had varying colors of purples and light blues which looked amazing with my bridesmaids navy dresses. The boutonnieres were elegant, and tied in nicely with the bridesmaid bouquets. My bridal bouquet was so beautiful, people had commented how they never saw more beautiful flowers in their lives. I had garden roses which smelled heavenly, blue hydrangeas, hypericum berries, and the ellusive white anemones. These flowers are impossible to find and they are extremely delicate. I was told by several other shops that they could not be found and I would just have to use a fake flower. Maureen's told me the trouble of getting this flower, and when I thought they wouldn't be able to get them, on my wedding day, they were gracing my beautiful bouquet.I was tickled pink. Now for what really made me the most grateful for choosing them: My ceremony archway swag. My grandmother died, a few years ago. I wanted to include her in my wedding. Her favorite flower was the Magnolia. I told the florist what I had in mind, and he told me he had never heard of a sweeter idea. He told me he would be honored to work on the swag, himself, and make me feel as if she were with me. His kindness, made me so grateful that I picked Maureen's and when I walked closer to my groom, I saw the beautiful magnolia swag above him, and I could feel her watching over us, as we got married. It was such a tender, peaceful moment for me, I owe it all to the thoughtfulness of this florist at Maureen's.

I was so pleased to be meeting with the owner, Maureen and not some other employee, each time I went in. Maureen listened and had so many ideas to add to my own. They delievered the flowers on time, exactly how I wanted. They were fresh and beautiful. Maureen's was a delight to work with and I would highly recommend her business.

Loved Maureen's! The flowers were gorgeous! I've been at Maureen's before, but was blown away by the options I had for flowers. When I told them I wasn't sure what I was looking for, they let me walk around the entire shop, including the back with the finished centerpieces and bouquets to get ideas! Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I told Maureen some thoughts, and she was able to put together a gorgeous bouquet for me with picasso and dark purple calla lilies, twigs, babies breath, berries, and orchids. The bridesmaids had lilies that fit their dresses perfectly. The centerpieces were simple and beautiful incorporating wine bottles, candles and small bowls, and two simple bunches of flowers at the ceremony site was enough to highlight the space. It was a great experience and was lucky to find them. My only recommendation is to pick them early cause they book up! (I went in late 2013 for a June 2014 wedding, and booked them officially in January 2014).

You'll receive the exact floral arrangements you ordered, and on time. I've heard stories about other florists that are less expensive but the bouquets arrived with the wrong colors for ribbon, or they were late or not finished in time. I had all of our centerpieces done by Maureen, and she even made recommendations to help me stay within my budget. I went with a combination of tall and short centerpieces. They looked beautiful. Everyone bragged to me about the flowers and it gave my reception such a heightened level of elegance. I will use her again and again for my floral needs and I will recommend her to everyone!

Maureen's was the perfect choice for our wedding flowers. I had met with three other florists and Maureen's had the cheapest price for the exact same flowers; she beat one florist by over $1,000. I had read reviews that said Maureen can be difficult to work with but my experience was all positive. Perhaps it was because I already knew exactly what I was looking for for the consultation. The flowers arrived on time and were beautiful. They were exactly what I had pictured. Also, on the day of the consultation Maureen gave me a small bouquet of all the flowers that we had discussed so that I could see exactly how they would look together.

Flowers were beautiful, let maurenn decise what to put in them. All arangements were great Cheapest place in buffalo to get tons of flowers!! went to over 12 shops she gave us the most for the least!! Delivery however.... questionable that day they only deliverd 3 of the 9 bouquets... a bit of a panic! they made it there before we had to leave fot he church.. Overall great people to work with and angin BEAUTIFUL Flowers!

The flowers for my wedding were great! We had 2 meetings to make it clear what I wanted, and it is best to come in with a general idea. They did an excellent job translating my description to reality. I will warn that on the day of check your delivery to make sure everything is there. One of my girls flowers were missing. We told to delivery guy, he caleed the shop and the proper flowers were sent over with plenty of time before the ceremony.

Maureen's did all of our flowers for our September 2013 wedding. We LOVED everything about our flowers but there were a few things that we specifically asked for that they did not deliver on. In the grand scheme of things, the flowers looked amazing and no one but me knew that anything was wrong.

I bought white and coral gerbera daisies in bulk from Maureen's. They were informative and helpful when I called or stopped in. The day of the wedding my parents picked them up and they were ready and packaged very nice.

When first meeting with Maureen, the owner of Maureen's Buffalo Wholesale Flower Market, I had a great time reviewing flowers and deciding what I wanted for our wedding day. Upon coming back for our finalization of the flowers for the wedding, we met with someone other than Maureen. She was to go over everything with us to finalize and confirm details and pricing. She cared more about showing us unrelated pictures on her phone and seemed bothered every time we asked her a question or wanted her to show us a type of flower. She had a snooty opinion about everything I was doing for my wedding and making me second guess my decisions as that's "not what she would do". Upon my wedding day when my father-in-law brought me my flowers, my bouquet was completely wrong and did not have any of the special succulents I had asked for and paid money for in it. My husbands boutonniere was lovely as well as the groomsmen/fathers boutonnieres. The mothers flowers we pretty, and the Bridesmaids flowers seemed to lack color being a different yellow than what we had discussed. Overall I would not recommend Maureen's if you want to get what you ordered and not second guessed everything.

I used Maureen's for all of my wedding flowers in October 2012. They created the most amazing, beautiful bouquets for everyone in the party and well as the boutonnieres. They also did our table centerpieces which turned out amazing. All I had to do was give her some of my ideas and my color scheme and she created something beautiful and affordable that lasted the entire day!
