ver was beyond disappointing. It was unacceptable. Not at all what I paid for or what we had agreed on. Maureen asked me for pictures which I provided at our second meeting. During this second meeting it met with one of maureen's rude employees. It was clear to me that they have a great lack of communication at this shop. But I thought because of the extensive notes maureen had taken on our previous appointment and the pictures that I had given that surely everything would work out. I was wrong. I had a Sunday wedding so I had to pick up my flower arrangements. A great portion of my flowers were dead on the morning of my wedding. Which leads me to believe they were made days ahead of time. The only way to even recognize that they were indeed my flowers was because they had my name on them. They looked NOTHING like what we had talked about or the pictures that I had brought. The flowers for my sweetheart table looked like flowers you would put on a casket at a funeral. My wedding arch flowers didn't even resemble anything remotely close to the picture I brought in. Now for my wedding bouquet...It looked like someone off the street grabbed any random flowers and threw them together. I was supposed to have them preserved as a keepsake but they were so hideous that I of course did not. I also called the day after my wedding to talk to Maureen and was told that there was nothing that they could do because the day was already over. Maureen couldn't be bothered to come to the phone. Her complete lack of regard for her mistake was shocking to say the least. I wouldn't recommend Maureens wholesale flowers to any bride do to the stress it caused me on my wedding day.

). OMG so GORGEOUS! I could not ask for better bouquets! The Boutonnieres with the hops were adorable & they let me add broaches & photos of my grand parents to my bouquet. It came out so great. I highly recommend them!

to help me visualize what the bouquet would look like. The reason I gave marks off is the size of my bouquet. It was HUGE. And not in a good way...again, the flowers looked beautiful, but the bouquet covered the entire top of my dress. Looking at all my pictures, when you look at me coming down the aisle, all you see is flowers. I voiced this concern to Maureen when we were meeting (I asked if she'd be able to keep the bouquet to a reasonable size, considering the number of types of flowers I was having, and said we could cut something out if necessary), and she said this was a normal amount of flowers. I've never seen a bouquet this big. Again, gorgeous job, just make sure you clarify how big (or small) you want your flowers to be!!

ne trouble and decided to stop in to talk to someone. I arrived during the week in the morning. I was unimpressed by the messy look but still willing to talk to someone. What followed was perhaps the rudest exchange I had in a few years. I finally flagged down someone who worked there and said I wanted to speak to someone about a wedding. She ran in the office to grab a different woman. The woman bluntly asked if I had an appointment. I told her no and tried to explain about the phone calls. She cut me off to inform me that they were very busy and if I didn't have an appointment, she didn't have time for me. And that they were booked on appointments for the next two months so I would have to wait and make an appointment by calling back then. I tried to tell her again that the phone calls were not being returned. She insisted I must be dialing the wrong number (I wasn't). I said if she had no interest in my business I would gladly leave, and I couldn't understand why my future mother in law (name drop here) insisted on her. Immediately her whole demeanor changed and she tried to say she didn't realize who I was marrying and let her go get her appointment book and how she could try to fit me in just not that day. I was so disgusted that I left. I had no interest in doing business with someone who wasn't interested in me until I mentioned my mother in law.

ted. I was also disappointed with the flowers on my wedding cake. They looked nothing like the rest of the theme. Hot pink and my colors weren't pink. They also looks kind of lifeless. I think they may have forgotten about it and threw something together. I also had a very hard time finding an appropriate time to come in and complete my order. They are not very accommodating making meetings.

y our guests. The bridesmaids bouquets were so gorgeous. the all had varying colors of purples and light blues which looked amazing with my bridesmaids navy dresses. The boutonnieres were elegant, and tied in nicely with the bridesmaid bouquets. My bridal bouquet was so beautiful, people had commented how they never saw more beautiful flowers in their lives. I had garden roses which smelled heavenly, blue hydrangeas, hypericum berries, and the ellusive white anemones. These flowers are impossible to find and they are extremely delicate. I was told by several other shops that they could not be found and I would just have to use a fake flower. Maureen's told me the trouble of getting this flower, and when I thought they wouldn't be able to get them, on my wedding day, they were gracing my beautiful bouquet.I was tickled pink. Now for what really made me the most grateful for choosing them: My ceremony archway swag. My grandmother died, a few years ago. I wanted to include her in my wedding. Her favorite flower was the Magnolia. I told the florist what I had in mind, and he told me he had never heard of a sweeter idea. He told me he would be honored to work on the swag, himself, and make me feel as if she were with me. His kindness, made me so grateful that I picked Maureen's and when I walked closer to my groom, I saw the beautiful magnolia swag above him, and I could feel her watching over us, as we got married. It was such a tender, peaceful moment for me, I owe it all to the thoughtfulness of this florist at Maureen's.

with the finished centerpieces and bouquets to get ideas! Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I told Maureen some thoughts, and she was able to put together a gorgeous bouquet for me with picasso and dark purple calla lilies, twigs, babies breath, berries, and orchids. The bridesmaids had lilies that fit their dresses perfectly. The centerpieces were simple and beautiful incorporating wine bottles, candles and small bowls, and two simple bunches of flowers at the ceremony site was enough to highlight the space. It was a great experience and was lucky to find them. My only recommendation is to pick them early cause they book up! (I went in late 2013 for a June 2014 wedding, and booked them officially in January 2014).

I had all of our centerpieces done by Maureen, and she even made recommendations to help me stay within my budget. I went with a combination of tall and short centerpieces. They looked beautiful. Everyone bragged to me about the flowers and it gave my reception such a heightened level of elegance. I will use her again and again for my floral needs and I will recommend her to everyone!

fficult to work with but my experience was all positive. Perhaps it was because I already knew exactly what I was looking for for the consultation. The flowers arrived on time and were beautiful. They were exactly what I had pictured. Also, on the day of the consultation Maureen gave me a small bouquet of all the flowers that we had discussed so that I could see exactly how they would look together.

we met with someone other than Maureen. She was to go over everything with us to finalize and confirm details and pricing. She cared more about showing us unrelated pictures on her phone and seemed bothered every time we asked her a question or wanted her to show us a type of flower. She had a snooty opinion about everything I was doing for my wedding and making me second guess my decisions as that's "not what she would do". Upon my wedding day when my father-in-law brought me my flowers, my bouquet was completely wrong and did not have any of the special succulents I had asked for and paid money for in it. My husbands boutonniere was lovely as well as the groomsmen/fathers boutonnieres. The mothers flowers we pretty, and the Bridesmaids flowers seemed to lack color being a different yellow than what we had discussed. Overall I would not recommend Maureen's if you want to get what you ordered and not second guessed everything.

on our guest tables and on the cake table and when we arrived to the reception after cocktail hour, I noticed a huge box of flower petals just sitting there-- they didn't put them out! Very disappointed to waste all of those flowers, especially when I paid for them. Also, the phone staff is rather rude. But, Maureen herself-who does all the weddings- is a genius and is actually very nice. I would say use them, but be aware that you might need to stay on top of them and deal with some rudeness.

's a little obsessive, but I was very easy going about...saying I'd take flowers similar, just looking for these colors. At least similar colors. Even the bout for my hubby was so off!!!! And at the meeting they suggested the flower we wanted, but when I saw it on him later in the day, it wasn't that. But, I will say they were pretty!! And I just knew this going into it, everyone says they are the best....but they are too big. They are forgetting the clients!! Oh well, no one knew but me. But if you are a picky bride, go with someone smaller!!! I guess you have to know if this is on the top of your priorities, or you just want something pretty & the let them at it.

very little I told Maureen (aside from the colors that I knew I wanted), I was pleasantly surprised with everything she came up. She has such an eye for this and definitely knows what she's doing. I knew we were going to be in good hands after I saw how she did the flowers previously for two of my sister's weddings. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! Loved my wedding flowers and they held up for the entire day/evening and a few days after! Very reasonable price too!

and the ring bearer had the wrong boutonniere (we ordered baby roses for him and we got daisies). Also, the flowers for the arch at the ceremony weren't what they told us they were going to do. Like I said, not a huge deal but for the money I paid I wish I could've received what I had been promised. The service was ok, I had to wait a long time to meet with people, and Maureen seemed very distracted during our meetings.

There was not a touch of brown on a single petal and they were wrapped so beautifully with ivory ribbon, which I saved and will use for something down the road. Their flowers were beautiful and their prices are affordable! I'd absolutely recommend Maureen's to another bride.

Delivery was on-time and all of the pieces were labeled. The attention to detail was fabulous. We couldn't have been happier. Everyone remarked at how beautiful the flowers and bouquets looked. And you do not get cheap flowers - they are gorgeous and they lasted until after our honeymoon! I had so many compliments about the flowers and centerpieces. I would recommend Maureen's for anyone.

I have raved about them to everyone that will listen. For the my brother to even comment, says something about how wonderful they were. We received excellent service as well.

and colors I liked and she mixed and matched bouquets to show me. The flowers for the wedding turned out absolutely beautiful and almost everyone commented on how full and fresh they looked. The colors were brilliant and the orchids I had them use were freshly delivered from Thailand. The bold color of the orchids especially made the flowers pop, which is what the professional at Maureen's suggested I use to add some flair. Also, we rented centerpieces through Maureen's for our reception and when I saw them at the reception hall, I was stunned at how beautiful they looked. It was all Maureen's design and she had a tall pilsner glass set up with an LED light in the bottom, clear square crystals, water, and 2 sets of orchids flowing through. Simple and elegant, Maureen's blew me away. While the delivery wasn't right on (I'm sure they're incredibly busy on Saturdays and got confused), they were easy to work with. The delivery guys brought the wrong flowers to my parents' house but I straightened everything out and they were apologetic and extremely friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this florist!
