We got married this past May in the Hudson Valley and were looking to use the same people for both photographs and video. Dideo Film Photography was on our recommended list from our wedding venue and we were just blown away by what we saw on their website. The pictures were creative and innovative and the videos honestly were SO much better than anyone else we looked at. David was fun and cool to work with. I can't say enough good things about working with David, Danielle and the entire team at Dideo. Everyone who works at Dideo is creative and interesting, but also in tune with your taste. They truly care about your thoughts and level of comfort while they are shooting. We used them for our engagement photo shoot which was an amazing way to get to know them before the big day! My husband and I used Dideo for our wedding day videography. We primarily worked with Danielle and David throughout the pre and post wedding process. Sherif and Chris shot our wedding day. I can’t speak highly enough about Danielle and David. They were one of our favorite wedding day vendors to work with. They were extremely responsive, professional, patient, flexible and helpful. They gave great advice and put us at ease during the planning process. On the wedding day Sherif and Chris were beyond professional and sweet even during the more hectic moments. We received our highlights and long video yesterday and cannot be more thrilled. The video is classic and truly captured all of our favorite moments from the day. Sherif and Chris didn’t miss a thing! Also, we’ve seen so many wedding videos where the sound is fuzzy or nonexistent and the footage is not crisp. This was NOT the case with Dideo’s work. Our video’s sound is incredible and the footage is extremely high quality. We can’t wait to sit down and watch the longer video soon. We’re so glad that a friend recommended us to Dideo – we would recommend the Dideo team to anyone with video or photo needs and we hope to use them again in the future. Dideo Films Photography is a wonderful company to work with! We hired them for their videography services. Danielle was fantastic. She answered all of my e-mails promptly and with detail. The day of the wedding, we worked with Edison and Chris. They were very friendly, professional and worked kindly with our photographer. After the wedding, I could not believe how quickly Dideo sent over both our highlight video and our long video! Both are beautifully pieced together and we have received endless compliments. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. Every single photograph from my wedding is superb and magazine worthy. I literally cannot stop looking at my photographs. I had a vision for my photographs (classic and candid) and Dideo delivered in every way. The cameramen/videographers were unobtrusive and captured moments that I will treasure forever. What makes Dideo unique is that they are excellent at both photography and videography. Why bother hiring two separate vendors when you can hire one that does both better than anyone else. Dideo has been great. Great balance with David and Danielle's personality they also brought an assistant who we didn't care for as much - very bossy with the poses (i.e. - hand shakes which is unnatural and made it seem like we were selling cars or closing deals w/ our friends) he was not well received but we loved our photos and would definitely recommend this team. We preferred a calmer, non agrgresive laid back approach but to also get the job done. there was some moments when we just wanted to be alone but we had many many pics to chose from

David and Danielle are great!! They are a husband and wife team and work extremely well with one another. From day one they were patient, professional and offered lot of helpful advice and tips to ensure we maximized our time and also got everything we wanted within our budget. On our wedding day they worked so well with all the other vendors and made sure they captured all our special moments. We can't wait to see the video! Book them early!!

We just had David & Danielle shoot our engagement photos, they were absolutely amazing. Not only did they come 4 hours early because of the weather forecast, but they worked with our personal style, our dog and our outfit changes. They were able to take gorgeous shots using the space around us and some impromptu props. Veery friendly, very professional and very talented. Cannot say enough great thing about them!

Danielle and David worked closely with my husband and I to capture our wedding day and months leading up to it creatively and in a very personalized manner. They even incorporated our beloved dog into our photos and videos. We couldn't have asked for better images and look forward to working with them again for future photography needs!

When I first started wedding planning I was not going to have a videographer. However, after talking with many people they said the memories fade but a wedding video lasts a lifetime. I am so happy I listened to friends and family, and could not be happier with Dideo Films Photography!! Their prices are great, and their videos are even better. Danielle and Edison filmed our wedding and were very friendly and organized during the prep, ceremony and reception. I don’t know how they got such amazing footage because I did not notice their large video cameras being in the way at all during the wedding. Danielle sent us our 8 minute video about 2 months after the wedding and I have watched it about 50 times since then. I could not even begin to describe the amount of compliments and praises I received on our short video by friends, family, and even people who were not at the wedding. They captured the best parts of the day and it is really amazing. Since our wedding one of our friends that attended has already hired them to do their wedding this November. I will continue to recommend them as the rest of my friends begin to get engaged!

Unlike many couples we know, we really, really wanted videographers at our wedding. We wanted everything captured and to be able to look back and remember not only our big day but also the happiness of our family and friends. We feel so lucky to have the film that Danielle and David put together. It was just beautiful. The first sign was the wedding highlights. I must've watched that at least 10 times before we got the full film. We shared the highlights with our family at Christmas and everyone had smiles on their faces. My mother in law almost cried! The film is seamless and captured everything we could've imagined. It was wonderful to see all the big moments, including seeing so many people. It's like they made sure to get as many different people as possible in the video which we really appreciated and loved. Other than the final product, we just want to say that Danielle and David's customer service is just impeccable. They were really quick to respond to our questions and really meant it when they said they'd create the film that we wanted. We had some requests for the format (i.e. color only) and they stuck to that. They were really helpful and work with you. We just felt like they really want you to be happy with your film - and we are!

We weren't sure that we needed a videographer for our wedding. How many times would we actually watch the video? Was it worth it? Well it might not have been but we used DIDEO films and have been grateful for the decision everyday since! They captured everything in a beautiful, unique way that we will forever treasure. All off our friends are obsessed with our 15 minute highlights video, and we can't blame them! Aside from being incredibly talented, Danielle and David are lovely and generous people. We extended our wedding reception and while our photographer left, the DIDEO crew stayed strong and even took photos for the time the photographer missed! Without us even asking!! The video still brings tears to our eyes as we relive the very best day of our lives. Do yourself a favour and hire DIDEO!!!

When we hired Dideo, we were just thinking that it would be nice to have a wedding film to remember all the special moments from our day. After meeting them and filming our love story we realized that booking them was one of the smartest decisions we made. Our chemistry worked so well together. They were very professional, but it also felt like we had been friends for a long time. At the time, we did not realize that they would also be taking photos because we hired them just for the video, but once they started shooting, they honestly would have been perfect without an additional photographer. If I knew at the time, we would have hired them to do both photography and videography. We have not received our wedding film or images yet, but we have seen some and we are blown away! Danielle and David managed to capture many candid photos without us realizing it and also took beautiful posed photos. They are very creative and came up with many things to make our wedding special. We are so excited to see the end result! They made us feel comfortable in front of the camera while filming our love story and also incorporated a time lapse during the set up and break down of the ceremony. I cannot wait to see what other things they came up with that they did not tell us about yet. They got all the must have shots that we wanted without even telling them. They were so amazing and I would recommend them to everyone! I know that our wedding will be timeless and memorable.

The Videopgrapher was great in finding unique ways to shoot the prep and our wedding. They blended all the shots together perfectly to create a video we will be able to watch for a life time. We difintely recommend them if one is looking for a videogrpaher.

Danielle and David did a wonderful job filming and photographing my daughter's wedding. They were super responsive on all e-mail and phone correspondences and met with us with just a moment's notice to make sure that all of our needs were met for this very special occasions. We used their company's services for our 2-day affair. Danielle and David were there for our first day and their associates for the second day. I could not recommend their work more! It was absolutely stunning and they understood the intricacies of an indian wedding perfectly.They captured even the little, special moments between my daughter and new son-in-law. They were everywhere without being intrusive in the least - very easy going! They also went out of their way after the fact and perfected a few of the pictures to our personal liking - above and beyond! We will for sure recommend their services to our friends and family!!

Rob and I found David and Danielle to be the easiest people to work with. They were thoughtful and prepared for each conversation we had along the way, and worked seamlessly on the day of the wedding. They shot video with a concept in mind far before our wedding day actually took place, and interpreted our ideas for our video in a way we could never have imagined. You can tell how much time and thought they put into their work behind the scenes - we ended up with a wedding MOVIE, not just a video. The quality of the video (b&w to color shots, amazing soundtracks, stop-motion scenes, I could go on!) is absolutely unlike anything we've ever seen before, and we are beyond thrilled. We have also had amazing feedback about Dideo Films from our guests! Many people have complimented some of the “scenes” they saw David and Danielle shooting of us, and Rob and I were overwhelmed with much of their creativity, which has to come on the spot! There are so many moments we can’t wait to relive, and there are so many we didn’t see the first time around, which is why this is so very special to us. David and Danielle are a BARGAIN for the quality of work they produce.

Danielle and David were amazing! I have never seen people work so hard and for so long! They made suggestions and had us do things that I could never think of and know they will turn out a masterpiece because of their creativity. They were there to capture every minute of our special day, without overpowering the situation. My fiance was worried about having cameras in his face all day but looked back on the day and realized he barely noticed them at all. We are SO excited to get the film back and know it's going to be great!

My wife Luce and I were lucky enough to meet Danielle and David through our wedding photographer. At that time we were getting a little anxious about finally booking a company to do our wedding video. Many other cinematographers we looked at/met were not only WAAAAY more expensive but also, we felt they wouldn't reflect or capture our personal style. When we met Danielle and Dave and they showed us some of their work, we booked them almost immediately. They are people who are clearly passionate about their craft, and who offer amazing service in terms of how quickly they respond to questions via e-mail or phone. On the day of the wedding, they were early and all set up well before the start of the ceremony. They also seamlessly incorporated our ideas with their own, and they always made sure that we were more than satisfied with any ideas or shots that they had. Wedding planning can be a really stressful time, but with Dideo as part of our team we had one less thing to worry about. We highly recommend them to any and everyone!

My husband and I worked with David and Danielle on a love story video. We had a tight deadline and were trying to produce news-quality content. I cannot sing enough praises for these guys. David and Danielle were easy to talk to, listened, and best of all, provided 900 beautiful shots. I've never looked so beautiful in the shots, and the guests came out well too. They shoot in a very straightfoward real way. My highlights reel is fantastic- 14 minutes of pure joy and fun, with our vows clearly filmed. I got the 90 minute film as I wanted to have all of the long speeches, too (you can get a 30, 60 or 90 film at the same cost). It was beautifully and professionally done and I got the full video in about 2 months. Love it!

My wedding was may 18, 2013 and I've already received all of my wedding pictures, which are beautiful... David and Danielle did everything possible to make us happy, and their prices were great... I haven't seen my video yet but I'm sure it will be just as beautiful as my photos!!!!

At the last minute, my fiancé and I decided to hire a videographer for our wedding. We had concerns about intrusiveness, bright lights, and being on video. After speaking with many married friends who convinced us that we would regret not having a video, we decided to do some research on our options. The first thing that struck me about Dideo was that the clips on their website all looked unique and like true documentary films. We loved their samples and reached out to them. They were very responsive and thankfully, were available on our wedding day. They worked with our budget and went above and beyond to make sure that they captured every moment of our amazing wedding day. We received our highlight reel within 2 weeks of our wedding, which was perfect because we were going through some serious wedding withdrawal. The highlight reel was artistically edited and captured the intimacy of our wedding in just over 5 minutes. The video has brought tears to everyone's eyes, and we could not be happier with it. We received our final edited video about 6 weeks after the wedding, and were equally impressed with their ability to include all the important moments. David and Danielle are true artists and professionals and we were so happy to have worked with them for our wedding.

We had an Indian (specifically Hindu) wedding in September 2012. We were so lucky to find Dideo to be our videographers. I had never thought that wedding videos were essential – always thought they were just kind of a formal record and that I would never watch mine again – but I knew that others in the family would want one, and after seeing Dideo’s website decided to contact them. From the beginning David and Danielle were very flexible – what we wanted didn’t quite fit any of their packages exactly but they were happy to tailor it to what we wanted. They had never shot an Indian wedding before but were very excited to do it and made sure to meet with us beforehand (via Skype) to discuss all the details so that they would know where to be and what to expect. The final edit they sent us does show our ceremony in beautiful detail, but I think what makes Dideo really special is their amazing eye for catching moments that are sweet or emotional or funny and working them into their films. Danielle and David are truly artists and professional filmmakers rather than just videographers. At the same time they were extremely accommodating with a lot of special requests that I had about the editing and incorporating music of our choice – it was very important to them that we have a video that we love. I have gotten so many compliments from friends and family that I’ve showed off our videos to about how professional and well-made they are. These are films that I never get tired of watching over and over again. Not only that but they were incredibly quick – we had our highlights video within 2 months of the wedding and our full edit about 1 month later. Overall Danielle and David are professional, flexible, enthusiastic, and extremely creative and talented and I am very grateful for the wonderful experience we had with them.

I contacted Dideo a week before my wedding (yes, a week!!) because I decided to have a videographer at the last minute. David of Dideo came to my rescue! He moved around his schedule to ensure he could be at my wedding to capture everything, and brought Miguel with him to the shoot to make sure not a moment was missed. They worked within our budget to give us something spectacular. We had agreed upon a 6-7 minute highlight reel, but in the end, David and Danielle gave us an amazing 30 minute cut! We loved every second of it. They set it to music that fits our tastes and really took into account what we wanted in the video in terms of effects, editing, everything. Plus, they gave us a romantic ending which was a really nice touch. And we got all of the footage on a hard drive, so we can really go back and relive our wedding over and over. I can't recommend David and Danielle of Dideo enough!

Dideo far exceeded our expectations in the documentation of our wedding. Meeting David and Danielle for the first time we knew we were making the right decision. Throughout the planning process they not only listened to our ideas but extracted a vision of where we wanted our wedding to take us.
