We did both rentals and servers, and I had no problems with the rentals other than some of the tablecloths that I paid a lot of money to rent not being used at all. I heard from many of the guests that the servers for the buffet line were just uninterested and seemed unhappy to be there, which is definitely not the experience that I wanted for my guests. However, my biggest problem was with the bartenders. We had signature drinks and I gave them what I thought was clear instructions for the ingredients and the amount to include. I did not realize that I had to tell a bartender how to make a drink. if I had known that these were most likely just servers who would be doing the bar, I would not have hired them. One of our drinks was specifically a vodka drink. I was informed very early on that the bartenders continued to ask if guests wanted vodka or tequila. We provided our own alcohol, so we did not have enough tequila for people to be getting tequila in a vodka drink. We only calculated the amount of tequila for the tequila drinks. People’s drinks just had the wrong amount ingredients, they weren’t stirred or shaken at all, and so they tasted horrible (even as the bride I unfortunately had a couple terrible tasting drinks, and I made the recipe myself). We had family members inform the bartenders that they were not creating the drinks correctly within the first half hour of cocktail hour, and by the end of the night they were still making them incorrectly. The rentals were great and from what I heard, they did a great job loading and unloading everything as well as contributing to the flip of the venue from ceremony to reception. So to sum up my review, they are great at rentals, but I would not be hiring them again as servers or bartenders.

They were very affordable and it was worth the money! There was a bit of a miscommunication surrounding the pickup and they were a little late picking up, but it all got worked out and everything turned out great!

I had the pleasure of having May I Serve U do the rentals for my wedding a few weeks ago and it was the best decision. They were incredibly helpful with color selection along with my coordinator and were incredibly accommodating. Our wedding day rentals were so beautiful and made our whole night feel like us. They were great at communicating through the process and even when our guest list numbers dropped it was a super easy change. I also made a mistake in my order and had some duplicate items and they were kind enough to make sure that I hadn't made a mistake instead of just charging us for the items. All of this being said, Nuwan and Anagi were the best part of it! It's always great to work with a business that runs efficiently but it's so much better when that business is run by two of the kindest and nicest people!

We used May I Serve U for linens, flatware, dishes and servers and they were amazing! Anagi was incredible to work with and really helped us through the whole process. Everything looked beautiful the day of! Highly recommended!

We used May I Serve U for rentals for linens, charges, and a few other misc items for our reception. Our venue provided basic linens, but we wanted something slightly more textured and elevated and my wedding planner recommended May I Serve U. We were able to visit their site and they were so helpful to us, helping us pick out linens and charges which can be overwhelming with so many options! They had a great selection of all things linen and table décor. Rentals can be very expensive, and May I Serve U was not only the best value, but the best service. They delivered our items and allowed us to change the number of charges we needed once we had our final guest count, which is not always common with rental companies. We were so grateful for this recommendation and would highly recommend them to anyone else!

We used May I Serve U for our wedding reception rentals and were very happy with them. They were very helpful in helping us pick out linens, china, glassware, etc. They even helped us with extras, like coffee urns, bartenders, and figuring out how much beer and wine to purchase for our guests. Great service!

May I Serve U provided the tablecloths, chargers, plates and water glasses at my wedding. We were able to go look at examples in their store and change them a few times until it was exactly perfect. The day of (06/30/18), they delivered and set up our tables just as we asked. We also hired them to wait tables, serve cake, and for our bartenders for the evening. They did a great job of going around to tables, making sure everything was clean and everyone was taken care of. Very friendly staff that got the job done!

They have a large selection of gorgeous place setting options! Had a great experience working with them! We used peach linens, rose gold sequin linens, white dishware rimmed with gold, gold flatware, and gold rimmed water goblets and champagne flutes! Everything could not have been more beautiful! They also shaped all of our guests’ peach linen napkins into a rose for our elegant garden themed reception!

We rented linens, glasses, cocktail tables, and flatware from May I Serve U. We changed the quantities and added chairs last minute, and they were prompt and responsive throughout the process. The items arrived on time. The items that were supposed to be set up were set up. We were pleased with the process and results.

May I Serve U was wonderful to work with! Our linens were beautiful and there was a huge selection to pick from. Anagi was so kind and easy to work with. When the weather dropped 40 degrees over night, May I Serve U was able to add patio heaters to our rental at the last minute, which made the night much enjoyable.

It was brought to my attention by multiple people at my wedding reception (including my mom and the venue's owner) that the servers were very inattentive. They would gather in the kitchen to chit chat instead of clearing tables. My mom had to address them to do so. I had no issues with the rentals, just the service was very disappointing to say the least. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Great job May I Serve U! They were timely and had very reasonable pricing and accommodated my multiple changes throughout the planning. Pick up and drop off were smooth and bar staff was very good. Only small suggestion would be to make sure you get a suggested bar list as we had way too many of some mixers and wine!!

May I Serve U has a modestly priced place setting package that includes dinner plates, salad and dessert plates, flatware, and glasses. Anagi was very helpful during the booking process and in making sure we were on track with payment and delivery. Setup and pickup were discreet and professionally done. We were happy with this service in all respects.

We rented out linens and dishware for our daughters wedding at Thistle Sorings Ranch in Cleburne on 7/9/2016 through May I serve U in Haltim City. We worked with Anagi there and she was so helpful and answered all of our questions. Their showroom as awesome and their selection wonderful! Anagi truly helped us create my daughters vision for her wedding day! I highly recommend them. Their delivery and pick up service was great as well and we didn't have to worry about making sure everything was returned. You can't go wrong using this awesome service.

I loved our servers. They were friendly and professional. On time and on point. We hired 4 servers and 2 bartenders and I was impressed by them all. We also rented a few items from them and they did a great job setting up and cleaning up. Grateful to have them on our big day!
