Absolutely amazing! We recently got married at Loft 433 in Troy, NY and every guest raved about the food during cocktail hour and dinner. Everything was delicious. Timing and service were great!! Thank you for everything!!

My husband and I had the pleasure of getting married at Glen Sanders on 10/13/23. One of the features of this venue that secured our decision, was the convenience factor. We had approximately 210 guests attend and being able to get ready in the bridal suites and man cave, host the ceremony, reception/cocktail hour, afterparty AND accommodate lodging for our bridal parties + families (17 people), made things much more streamlined. In addition, since Mazzone owns the venue, having them cater the food allowed us to “bundle” the costs of food, alcohol and venue. coming from an enormous Italian family, it was essential that the food was tasty. We had the 3 stations and 3 hand passed bites- all delicious and replenished throughout cocktail hour. People loved the dinners – 2 of the prearranged menus selections and 1 customized (for no additional cost). The presentation of the meals and cake were literally impeccable. Even when there was a slight hiccup in the frosting selection we chose, the head baker ensured that the message was relayed to my husband and I, so we could make another selection… to me, this is just one of the examples where they went above and beyond.

Kinley and her team at Mazzone's were so attentive, responsive and easy to work with. I was not stressed at all because of all the help they had. Our guests said that our wedding food was the best they've ever had at any wedding. Kinley made our entire wedding planning process so much easier than we anticipated it would be. I really don't think that our wedding would have gone as smooth as it did without her and the Mazzone's team. She never pressured us to make any decisions, she let us change our minds, she answered all of our questions with patience and kindness. They really made our wedding the best day of our lives.

Mazzone catered my wedding this past weekend at the Glen Sanders Mansion. The food was out of this world! The appetizers were delicous. Everyone raved about all three of our dinner options (statler chicken, short rib, and the vegetarian shepherds pie). Thank you so much for helping make our wedding spectacular!

Mazzone was wonderful to work with for our wedding at 90 State Events, and we could not have asked for a better experience! With planning our wedding from living several hours away, everyone we worked with was very understanding and accommodating, and their organization made the entire process so easy. From the day we initially visited the venue, we were provided with a tour and detailed packets with the answers to every question you could possibly ask. The tasting event was a great way to narrow down food selections and gather decor ideas! Throughout the planning process, we worked with Victoria, Olivia, and Shana, in which all were extremely responsive and helpful in answering our (many) questions. They were very organized and helped make sure all details were accounted for. They were also very flexible and willing to make adjustments in the menu, order of events, etc to give us the experience we were looking for in our wedding reception. On our wedding day, we did not have to worry about a thing and they handled every detail from set up and break down, decorating (including setting out our DIY centerpieces), running the entire event, and ensuring we and our guests enjoyed ourselves. We even had a bridal attendant to ensure the bridal party was taken care of. The food and beverages were amazing, from the passed hors d'oeuvres, 3 main dish options, wedding cake, and cookie table. We received so many compliments, plus they allowed us to take home leftovers. The service throughout the reception was wonderful. Overall, Mazzone provided the best experience we could have imagined and we highly recommend!

Mazzone has an amazing reputation in the area, and they did not disappoint! We worked closely with Laura starting over a year before our big day, and she was always quick to respond, insightful and helpful. Our day of team was also professional and everything about our day ran smoothly. The food was amazing, and we have heard nothing but rave reviews. We would highly recommend Mazzone!

The food was absolutely delicious! So was the cake.. The kitchen in our venue wasn’t finished being constructed so they cooked and arranged everything under a tent in the parking lot. It wasn’t even obvious, aesthetically speaking- it blended in well with its surroundings, as if it was meant to be there all along. The taste and presentation of the food wasn’t effected at all. Cocktail hour was delicious- and everything was on point! The staff were great and on top of everything-clearing dishes, bringing things out on time, serving us and making sure we were happy and taken care of on our special day!

We absolutely loved our experience with Mazzone catering. We worked closely with our wedding planner, Paula Smith, and Amy and Ellie over the course of planning our wedding and rehearsal meal. Our wedding was at the Sablewood and our rehearsal was at the Glen Sanders mansion. We also did a tasting and it was delicious, I definitely recommend. The day of, I had a personal attendant named Tamara and she was absolutely incredible!!!!! She did everything from serving food to helping pin my dress and was thoughtful and kind. It definitely was a nice touch. For our rehearsal dinner we had passed hors d’oeuvres and a buffet with spinach and artichoke dip. We had a farmstand salad, which was a big hit. We also had a buffet for our main meal and the most popular dish was the chicken pot pie with mashed potatoes- so good. For dessert we had a s’mores bar and cobbler; it was delicious. For day of lunch for the bridal party, we had sandwiches, pasta salad, and chips. The bridal party and parents absolutely loved this! We had mimosas and mine was a cranberry mix that was beautiful and delicious (bonus, I managed not to spill on my dress once I was in it). For our wedding, we had a hard roll and a Caesar salad, followed by one of three mains: filet mignon, lamb osso buco, and carrot spaetzle. Of course, as the bride and groom we got a sampling of all three and by a sampling I mean all three meals. My husband is a big eater and he ordered a second fillet mignon day of, which of course they had on hand (they’re super prepared!). We also wanted all of our vendors to have the same meal as our guests and Mazzone was very accommodating. For dessert we had a three tier cake, it was gorgeous, and it was a red velvet cake with raspberry mousse filling and buttercream icing. We also had a s’mores bar by the fire and a late night doughboy station. We did two signature cocktails the first was a Diet Coke with whiskey and lime and the second was a blue Mojito with curaçao. There’s a story as to why the diet Coke with whiskey and lime was pretty simple (it had nothing to do with Mazzone), but I won’t digress. Mazzone managed to put together two different but similar versions of our signature cocktails for the rehearsal and for the wedding. This kept it fun and also allowed the the bridal party to have a surprise on the day of the wedding. My husband and I were brought both versions on both days by Mazzone staff. I will say as someone who doesn’t drink very much, I relied on our guests’ feedback which was wholly positive. I will say as an observer, the bartenders had a very strong pour, which was appreciated by all. My brother, the man of honor, managed to get all the leftovers because he was obsessed with the food. He had it a few days later and said it was still delicious. I might not recommend doing that, but oh well. We saved the top layer of the cake and it was gorgeous. It wasn’t iced how we envisioned, but it ended up looking better that way so no complaints here! (We wanted minimalistic icing showing the cake on the outside, but they did a full icing instead and it looked really good.) Overall, if you’re on the fence, call and talk to them. If you still aren’t sure, try to sign up for a tasting…absolutely worth every penny!

We worked with Mazzone Hospitality at their Courtyard Marriott - Lake George location for our wedding reception. The experience with Mazzone was almost too good to be true, but it was true!! From the start, everyone we talked to was kind, attentive, and super helpful. Being given a contact person for all things related to our wedding was invaluable. I had a million questions, and every email I sent was responded to promptly and with friendliness. Every piece of the process with Mazzone was enjoyable, from the group tasting event we were able to share with our family to the final planning meeting the week of the wedding. On that final meeting, we were done in just a few minutes because the Mazzone Team had everything in hand, and we didn't have to do anything. They were reassuring and competent, giving me the confidence that everything would go smoothly, which indeed it did! The time management, the attentiveness, and the service on the actual day was invaluable. Without Mazzone, the night wouldn't have been nearly as great. They handled everything that came their way without missing a beat. And their personal couple attendant made sure my husband and I didn't want for anything for the whole night. In terms of their catering services, the food and drinks were perfect, the plated service smooth and efficient, and the cake was to die for! We couldn't have made a better decision than choosing Mazzone Hospitality for our special day!

When beginning to plan our wedding, we wanted to make sure that the food and drink were top notch. Having been to some of the Mazzone restaurants, it was a no-brainer to look at venues catered by Mazzone. We booked our wedding at the Hall of Springs and we were not disappointed--and neither were our guests! The food was simply amazing and what you would expect from a restaurant. We had so many options to select from for cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert. Guests continue to compliment the food they had, saying it was the best wedding food they have had. I would absolutely recommend Mazzone catering.

Mazzone was great! They made our wedding come together perfectly and they were the glue that held it all together. Jess was our assigned event planner and we cannot thank her enough for all her hard work!! She was super helpful and attentive the entire wedding planning process. Oh and our bridal attendant exceeded all of our expectations. Maki was beyond amazing and was the most attentive, helpful, and kind person youll ever meet. We were sooo lucky to have her be a part of our special day. She knew we needed something before we even knew we needed it. She was AWESOME. Thank you mazzone!!

Multiple people recommended hiring Mazzone for our wedding caterer, and it was very clear why. The food was wonderful - my favorites were the Steak Crostini, Duck Quesadilla, Butternut Squash Ravioli (we had this as our first course instead of salad - highly recommend), and Empanadas. Due to our COVID postponement, we were assigned 4 different coordinators throughout our wedding planning process - Kinley was our last/final coordinator and she was a life saver. Her calm & collected demeanor was exactly what I needed. She is so friendly and has her shit together and I loved it. Jordan was our day of coordinator, and we hadn't met him before our wedding day, but we immediately connected with him. He is so wonderful at his job, he puts the couple at ease, and handles everything like a boss. Can't recommend Kinley and Jordan enough - they made our wedding day run so smoothly.

We worked with Amy and her team at Mazzone for our wedding day and had a great experience. Amy was extremely helpful in providing options and working with us to develop our menu. On the day, the food was outstanding and they pulled it off in record breaking heat. We moved 150 people to two different sites on the venue for the cocktail hour and the reception and everything worked like clockwork. The food was delicious, we received lots of compliments from the guests!

Everyone raved about how good the food was. It was no surprise to me considering every event we have been to with Mazzone catering has been great food. The only thing that bothered us was that we had 3 event planners during the 2 years of planning. There seems to be a fast turn around rate within the company. It was frustrating at the time however the last event planner we ended up with was great and successfully executed the wedding.

I feel so lucky to have worked with this company. My husband’s family owns a catering business in our home state of New Hampshire – so when it came time to finding our food vendor for the wedding, we were a little bit more particular. When I tell you that Mazzone’s CRUSHED it – I truly mean that. Our friends and family are still talking about how good the food was at the wedding – no one left hungry, I can promise you that. They are incredibly thoughtful and made the entire night so easy. If you are looking to have really good food at your event, you have come to the right place!

If I could give this caterer double the stars I would. Let me tell you I am blown away by them. My husband and I are not from this area, but we are big foodies. We believe people ALWAYS talk about the food at a wedding, so it was extremely important to us to get a great caterer. We had mentioned this caterer to some people upstate and when we said their names they literally would say, "they are the best around." So when we researched this caterer they were a bit pricey, but what you get for the price is out of this world exceptional. We had done a luxury extended cocktail hour, where there was no formal dinner, but a constant rotation of food from 5 pm-9pm then we added the grilled cheese station along with some desserts towards the end of the night. The amount of food we had was mind blowing, we had something for everyone. On top of this they have vases, and napkins and silverware to rent, pretty much anything you could dream of. We also got our wedding and a groomsmen cake by them, and it was SO GOOD. The service they provide is top notch. The bride has an attendant who makes sure the bride has food or drink or whatever they need pretty much at all times. Maki was my attendant and I adored her. She kept my husband and I replenished so much food and drinks it great. My husband even dropped guac on my dress during the first hour, and she was there to the rescue getting it out for me. The only hiccup of this caterer was there was some breaks in communication when it got closer to the wedding. Our original point person had left the company and we had gotten someone new. So communication was a problem for a short time. It was addressed promptly, they added an additional person just so there was no further communication breakdown. If you want a caterer that will make all your guests think about your wedding, this is the caterer to go with. You will not be disappointed. Also: they given you and your significant other to go boxes of food-yesssss their left overs are just as good as having it on the day!

Mazzone was fantastic to work with from the first point of contact through the end of our wedding night. The communication that we received made us feel like we were always kept in the loop. The food, beverages, and SERVICE were above and beyond. In a venue where we brought in all our vendors, Mazzone truly made our event flow flawlessly. Their attention to detail prior to our wedding, allowed us to sit back and enjoy every moment of our day knowing that they had everything organized and taken care of! Mazzone made us feel special, and all the employees on the day-of were genuinely excited for us on our wedding day. We cannot say enough good things about Mazzone and would recommend them in a heartbeat to any couple looking to hire a caterer that will provide outstanding service. All of the food served during cocktail hour and the reception was delicious and had our guests raving! Selecting the caterer for our wedding reception was the easiest decision we had to make. From previous weddings we have attended we knew that Mazzone was the only choice for us. Mazzone does a fantastic job and all of their food is so delicious. The appetizer station they create is second to none, and all of our guests are still raving about the beef short rib dinner. For our signature drink they made us a strawberry moscow mule and we figured they would add a syrup to make the strawberry flavor but no! They took the time and muddled the strawberries on the spot for each individual drink and it was absolutely delicious!! Everyone loved our cake and the italian dolce station. We couldn’t possibly imagine waiting an entire year to wait to eat our cake topper and ended up eating half the following week! We are so happy with all of the food and service, and believe that anyone looking to host a wedding should go with Mazzone for their catering!

We held our reception at the Hall of Springs, a Mazzone Catering location, and they were wonderful! The food was delicious and all of our guests loved it. They raved about the cocktail hour display and the signature drinks. We couldn't have been happier with the way our reception turned out!

Choosing Mazzone to do the catering for our wedding was above and beyond the best choice we made. From the very beginning, Amanda, our designated coordinator, was extremely detailed and ALWAYS available. She calmed my wedding worries more than a few times, and helped me prepare for things I would have never thought of. Leading up to the day, Amanda was in touch with all my other vendors coordinating the day. I felt completely prepared going into the day knowing I had Mazzone coming! And best of all, our wedding day could NOT have been more perfect, with amazing food (yes- we actually ate as the Bride and Groom, thank you Shana!!) and we absolutely could not have done it without Mazzone! Mazzone's catering came highly recommended to us through our wedding planners. We found them to be very professional, helpful, and great with communication. I attended the tasting with my daughter and her fiance. Our point person was present and prepared to answer all of our questions while the food we tried was varied and delicious; I left the evening fully convinced we would be in good hands on the "big day." On the day of the wedding, Mazzone's catered the cocktail hour and provided wait-staff who tended to the specific needs of the bride and groom as well as both sets of parents. The dinner was served in an organized and timely fashion and, to our knowledge, all special needs were successfully met. All the tables were beautifully decorated and the food was delicious! Everything from the bar to the cake was just as we had hoped. Our wedding weekend ended with a "Farewell Brunch" on Sunday morning at the Marriott Courtyard Lake George where Shana Dicocco was our contact. The Marriott crew did a great job with this event as well. The tables were cheerfully set and the food choices offered on the breakfast buffet seemed to provide something for everyone. Thank you. Mazzone Hospitality really exceeded our expectations! Amy, Alex, Lucien, and the Mazzone team were so wonderful. They were super easy to work with during the planning process, and they truly understood and carried out our vision leading up to and on the day of the wedding. Aside from the logistics of it all, the food was incredible, and we're still getting rave reviews 2 weeks later! My parents, who were worried about us not having enough food for our very opinionated Italian family, were really impressed with the amount and quality of the food. My husband and I would 100% recommend Mazzone!

Still speechless, and receiving rave reviews from our family and friends...from the pierogis and milkshakes to the specialty cocktails themed after our pets, Amanda and the Mazzone team made it happen! I used Mazzone Catering for my wedding at Stonewall Estate in June 2019- I cannot say enough great things about their Mazzone and their team! My husband and I were so pleased with the whole planning process. From the beginning, our offsite event manager (Amy) was so helpful from top to bottom- even with details that didn't necessarily involve catering! She wanted to make sure everything was perfect and it was (we were out of state so this was even more of a challenge)! She was even there to meet us during our tasting (which they provided SO much great food and almost all of the cake options) Lucien, our on-site manager for the day of the wedding was knowledgeable and informative throughout the whole night. The staff at the wedding were all so happy and kind. The venue couldn't stop talking about how easy and seamless their set up/clean up process was! They are definitely a team that is welcome back in the future. I would choose these guys over and over again, no doubt!

I couldn’t have asked for anything better!

We knew from the minute we were engaged that we would be using Mazzone as our caterer for our wedding. Being big fans of the restaurant group and having attended weddings they have catered, there was no doubt they would be our caterer. From start to finish, their involvement in our planning process exceeded our expectations. Their team was always incredibly informative, honest, and responsive. They helped us plan every step of the way and helped to run our wedding seamlessly. They coordinated between all of our vendors during the planning process and on the day of. They are involved in so many weddings on a regular basis, yet we felt that we were always a priority. We cannot thank them enough for their service.

Changing event manager in the middle of planning. New event manager (Amanda) is just either out of the office or off when you want to contact her. Scheduling one sided conference calls. Contacting the groom instead of bride for details specific to the wedding. Goodluck to the Wedding of the GROOM! Not looking forward to my wedding in a few weeks! Great!

We are so happy that we booked Mazzone Hospitality for our wedding. They were amazing to work with from start to finish, and they did everything possible to make our reception run seamlessly. We worked with Amy leading up to the wedding, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive. She and the team at Mazzone were very accommodating, and always had thorough answers and solutions for any questions or requests we had throughout the planning process. Kayla was the event manager on the day of our wedding, and she was also incredible. She was very knowledgable and she made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the night. She was so kind, and consistently checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Our experience with both Amy and Kayla was so wonderful, and it is a testament to the excellent service Mazzone provides. Mazzone’s food was delicious, and the servers did an amazing job of making sure everything came out hot and quickly. We had a lot of guests (258), and they made sure to have enough servers and food going around at cocktail hour so that everyone had a chance to enjoy the hors d’oeuvres. We had a 6:30 p.m. start time for the reception after the cocktail hour, and we really wanted all guests to be done with dinner at 8 p.m. Mazzone was so accommodating and got all of the delicious food out very efficiently allowing us to start the dancing right at 8 as we wanted. The bartenders were amazing, and there was rarely ever a line at any of the bars. The expert planners at Mazzone like Amy and Kayla are so good at helping you come up with a perfect layout that makes sense for your guest count. Additionally, the cake they provided was delicious and beautiful. Mazzone did such a great job with all aspects of the catering for our wedding, and we are so grateful for their services!

Mazzone has a well known reputation and they certainly lived up to it. They catered my 140 guest wedding at Saratoga National. I had high expectations and they lived up to those expectations. My guests were amazed by not only the taste and consistent quality of the food, but the amount and variety provided. The meals were not your typical wedding dinners. Many of my guests said hands down, best food they've had at a wedding. I was very satisfied in hearing that as food was a high priority in my planning. It may have been the first wedding where the majority of the people also ate their cake. The cake was to die for, as was the dessert bar. (I can't wait to revisit the cake next September) Everything was perfect and delicious! Thank you to the team at Mazzone !

The best in the business. I have never seen so much food and been so full at a wedding. They customized the menu for us to reflect our Puerto Rican customs, made adjustments to the menu to make it our own, and the portions were huge! The Mazzone staff went above and beyond to make sure the night was incredible. They gave us the option to enjoy all of our food options as our meal instead of having to choose just one. Amazing! The leftovers we took home have been great too!

Not only was the food amazing they were extremely accommodating with making sure that there were gluten free options and anything that could be altered to be gluten free was made that way. From working with Jen throughout the process to Kaylee and Maggie the day of the wedding, I couldn't have been happier and the day went better that I imagined!

Mazzone's is a 1 stop shop when it comes to your wedding catering needs! I cannot explain how grateful and happy we are with their service. Our guests raved about not only the food, but the wait and bar staff. Our bridal attendant and day of coordinator were amazing and kept everything on the timeline. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a flawless wedding day.

We could not be happier with Mazzone's work for our wedding. We felt more taken care of than we ever expected. The food was AMAZING (we got countless comments from guests on how delicious the food was), the drinks were top notch (my mojito glass was always full), the service the day of was seamless and very professional -- it was really above and beyond. I could go on for pages complimenting all the things they did that exceeded our expectations, but bottom line is I can't think of a single aspect that I would change. Worth. Every. Penny.

You have a vision of what you want your wedding to be like and when the caterers far surpass your expectations in every way thats the time to let people know how much you appreciated them. From Jen Grogan, Carley, up to Ben who coordinated the event, I felt secure in knowing there was one thing I didn't have to worrie about. The food was great, presented beautifully and with care. They set up so quickley in a very large space. I'm sorry I can't recall the bridal attendants name but she was surpurb as well as the servers. Do yourself a favour if you are planning an important event and engage Mazzones. Their experience is masterfull and your event will go better than planned.

From the customer service to the amazing food, Mazzone is the BEST in the business. Our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was from the appetizers to the entrees to the cake and ice cream bar! Emily, Maryanne, and Jordan are truly a godsend! From the moment we met with Emily, she made us feel extremely comfortable, talking us through all of our options and answering each of our questions. Maryanne was our experienced day-of coordinator that never missed a beat! She decorated our venue beautifully and kept the entire timeline moving as we requested. Also, she went out and bought me my own Moscow Mule mug for my "drink of choice"! Jordan was the BEST waiter I have ever met. The second my husband and I even thought of wanting something, Jordan would make an appearance asking if we needed anything. Thank you so much for going above and beyond and making our wedding day dreams come true!

I would highly recommend Mazzone Catering. Our reception was held at the Canfield Casino in Saratoga Springs, NY and it was the best day of our life! This was definitely helped by the amazing service and quality of the caterer. The food was amazing (both the appetizers and the main courses). We heard compliments from our guests all during the night and for days after. We also had the best communication with the caterer all through the planning process. On the day of, we had nothing to worry about. I met with the banquet manager several days before the wedding and she reassured me that everything would be perfect - and it was! Definitely consider using Mazzone!!

We had our wedding at Glen Sanders Mansion and the food provided by Mazzone Catering was perfection! The cocktail hour had more choices and food than I've ever seen at any other wedding. For dinner we chose the salmon, short ribs, or butternut squash ravioli and every meal was delicious! The cake not only looked gorgeous, it tasted better than any cake I've ever had. Had some glitches when Classe merged with Mazzone...but in the end the food and service were perfect. They went above and beyond on our wedding day!

I booked with Classe before the switch to Mazone's hospitality. I was a little wary during the transition, but what I got on my wedding day was service without a hitch (as far as I know). Emily and Sean made my day as stress free and as perfect as I could have hoped for.

Can't say enough good things about Mazzone Hospitality, the food the staff and how they made my wedding amazing!They were so professional and flexible to work with. They really listened and helped us find a way to express ourselves through our event, while keeping our budget in mind. I never felt strong armed or upsold on stuff we didnt need. Our planner even let us come at the last minute to a tasting that we'd forgotten to rsvp to. They let us go right until the day before the wedding to give our final count (we got married during a huge snow storm). We also made a week of the wedding decision to open the bar-- they didnt flinch. were happy to accomodate. I spoke to our event coordinator at the wedding asking to push the reception to an extra 30 minutes -- didnt bat an eye. The staff were soo attentive to us throughout the night. The food was AMAZING-- my guest kept saying how great the hors d'ouvres were and how "the food never ended all night" The bartenders remembered everybody's drinks-- a wonderful personal touch. Mazzone was amazing-- worth every penny. Fabulous to work with!
