This vendor was great! Everything went smoothly, no issues or hiccups at all, and the cake turned out beautiful and delicious!! Every time I told someone we are using McArthur’s for the cake, they would all say “oh good choice!!”

Our wedding cake from McArthur's was SO delicious! Everyone loved it and Hollie and others were so wonderful to work with. We were able to rent a cake stand easily, too. Highly recommend McArthur's for your wedding cake.

For our wedding, we purchased a two-tier cake and a groom's cake. Both we're delicious. The ability to taste all of the flavors and fillings really helped us make up our minds on what to choose. Their cakes are moist, soft, and taste amazing. We wish we had ordered a bigger cake just so we could have leftovers. Lastly, they did a great job of making a Cubs themed cake to surprise the groom, even though they're deep inside Cardinals country. He was so surprised and loved every bit of it. Thank you! We had such an easy time working with them and would highly recommend them.

The cake was beautifully decorated but apparently they did not put the cake topper on when they delivered it. Thank goodness my sister in law was there to put it on before guests arrived.

We went to 4 different bakeries in St. Louis (for wedding tastings) and McArthur's Bakery was hands down our favorite. Not only did they provide so many options for our in person tasting, they were also super helpful in working with our budget. We chose a 3-tier amaretto cake with white buttercream frosting. On wedding day, they were on time and they worked with us for a small delivery window (~50 minutes). Our only regret for wedding day was not having any leftover! We will be ordering the same cake for our 1-year anniversary.

Loved working with McArthur’s for our wedding. The cake was delicious and so were all the desserts. We got brownie bites and gooey buttercake bites and they were a huge hit! They were all so friendly and professional as well as the price for dessert was very reasonable!

The best bakery ever. I originally ordered a really big cake due to the amount of people RSVP’n when I realized those people weren’t coming I reached out to ask if I could downsize and they did just that and still made my cake look so beautiful and threw some cupcakes in there too. Very flavorful and delicious !

McArthur's has been my family's favorite local bakery for years and we knew we wanted our cake to be from here. Before making the decision, we had a delicious cake tasting at the bakery. It was fun and everything was so good! The staff answered all of our questions and were easy to work with. The cake turned out beautiful and we had additional sheet cake for our guests. We went with a strawberry, marble, and vanilla cake with buttercream icing - so tasty! Our guests were raving about how delicious our cake was. I definitely recommend McArthur's for you wedding cake. We were so happy with ours!

Just wow! Working with McArthur's was fantastic. They are fairly priced and willing to help you get the most bang for your buck. Not to mention the cake was absolutely delicious! We did a small cake for the bridal party and family and then sheet cakes for our guests. We heard nothing but compliments on everything! They were prompt to deliver and work with our florist to make sure the cake was at the venue at the right time! We're already looking forward to eating our frozen slices for our anniversary!

We used McArthurs for our wedding cake and a grooms cake for our rehearsal dinner. We had so many compliments on this cake and the day of decided we wanted to save the top tier to eat in a year because it was so good! They listened carefully to all our requests and both cakes were beautiful and delicious! I will be using them in the future for events!

I can't say enough good things about Mcarthur's. We went to at least 6 different bakeries to try cakes and get pricing. Not only was Mcarthur's the most delicious but they were also the most reasonably priced! Their customer service is also top notch. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic my wedding had to be rescheduled. Mcarthur's helped me to reschedule everything with ease. In order to celebrate my original date, I asked if I could order the top tier of my wedding cake delivered to my house on our original date. The staff at Mcarthur's was so kind as to offer it to me free of charge. It arrived promptly, looked beautiful, and tasted even better. I am so grateful for these people!

We had a great experience with McArthur's! At our initial consultation, we explained that we would also have a donut bar at our reception and she encouraged us not to spend the money on a large cake. I really appreciated this honesty! McArthur's coordinated the delivery of our cake with our reception venue and we did not need to be involved at all, which was really a blessing on the day of the wedding with everything else going on.

McArthur's was great from the very beginning! We had a wonderful tasting (lots of options), payment was simple and quick, and communication was timely. The cake was delivered right on time and looked beautiful. Heard many compliments from friends and family about how delicious it tasted...and I agree :) I highly recommend McArthur's for your next event!

McArthur's Bakery exceeded my expectations! I was just looking for a cake, nothing crazy, just keeping it simple. The tasting was wonderful, Hollie was easy to talk to and super sweet, and the pricing was more affordable than I anticipated. (Not to mention that cake was absolutely delicious!) We scheduled a pick up, and was informed a few months later that the pick up location no longer existed. We were offered free delivery and I was extremely thankful for their commendable customer service. They didn't have to extend that offer to us, and I cannot express enough how appreciative I was that they did. I dropped out a few decorations for them to put on the cake, and I was in awe at how professional, beautiful, and elegant the cake looked when I first saw it after the ceremony. Biting into it was amazing, as it was so soft and creamy and just so delicious. They are a pleasure to work with, and do their job right. I highly recommend them.

McArthurs Bakery blew my expectations out of the water. The cake looked exactly like the Pinterest photo we had showed them. We got a tiered cake and gooey butter bites, brownie bites, and cupcakes. Could not have asked for a better combination. Everyone was raving about the desserts and we are just so happy we chose them for our wedding!

I will never, ever use this bakery again. My wedding is 11/2/19 and they called me 9 days before I am to pick up my wedding cake to tell me the design I chose would not travel well . I had short notice to figure out something else so needless to say I have no idea what my cake will look like. When I chose the design I told them the travel plans and yet they happily took my money. Now, they are refunding the cake decoration fee but can't even process that as they promised. Anyone who has planned there magical day knows how stressful it can get days before your wedding. I am just appalled at their lack of caring. I just wanted my vision to come true but they severely messed up. Now all I can do is hope for the best. I hated the design when I picked up my cake but what was I supposed to do? When we cut into the cake the bottom tier was wrong. You can see my face change in the progression of wedding photos, I was shocked. I called 3 times and finally was told I was a liar since I didn't have pictures of the cake when it was cut. They are refunding my whole cake but I was told to never order from them again by the owner!! I just wanted a refund on the bottom tier which was wrong. I told them I'd send in all 50 of my guests to confirm the flavor if they wanted proof. Never ever have I been treated so badly. I even paid up front for my cake!!

We have used McArthur's for our daughter's baptism cake, birthday cakes, bridal shower cake, and now wedding cake. It was so delicious!! They really know what they are doing from the simple fact of being in the business for so long.

We used McArthur's for our wedding and I am so happy we did! I grew up in St. Louis and had come to know them well through treats and cakes at various events. And of course, they did not disappoint for our wedding cake. What really made them stand out was how they handled our slightly out of the ordinary situation - my husband and I currently live in San Jose, CA (though our wedding took place just outside of STL), and so we had to do all of our planning long distance. We worked with Hollie for our cake order, and she was great in helping us set things up. We were even able to arrange sample boxes to be prepared for pick up, because we were limited on time when visiting prior to the wedding and couldn't come in for a sit-down tasting. The samples themselves were above and beyond our expectations, as they gave us generous slices of each different cake type (8 total if I'm remembering correctly), as well as little cups of all the fillings to try with it. The day of, the cake turned out perfectly as we wanted (yellow cake with strawberry filling and simple textured frosting design), and we got tons of compliments on how good it tasted days after! The cake was also perfectly in our budget and plenty to feed our guest list. Our only complaint is that we didn't get to eat enough of it ourselves! I can't wait until the next time we visit and can stop in for a sweet treat.

We wanted a simple, delicious white cake for our July wedding and McArthur's delivered just that! It was tasty and right on time for our florist to decorate. Thanks McArthur's!

As soon as we got engaged, the first thing my now-Husband wanted to book was the wedding cake and he already knew exactly where he wanted it to come from. I am gluten free, so I was unable to eat any of it but everyone else said it was absolutely delicious. I was shocked by how little cake was left after the wedding. Any time we have had any kind of event, McArthur's is our first stop for cake or cupcakes.

I debated on writing a review, but I wish I had known several things about this bakery prior to my tasting. My goal is to inform other couples to make the best decisions prior to booking a tasting with this company so you don't waste your time like I did. My first issue is this, I had contacted McArthurs with a quote. This included my location, # of guests, etc. Holly quickly responded with a list of different things she could do for me. This included 4-tiers to suit our 150 guest count. We booked our appointment given the thoroughness of the quote, we felt like we were in good hands. I contacted the bakery the day before to confirm my tasting. They responded, "What's your name I'll make sure you're in the books." Okay no problem, but make sure I have my scheduled appointment with all of my given information. Secondly, in route the day of, my GPS told me we were 5 minutes behind schedule. I quickly contacted McArthurs and advised Hollie my arrival time would be 5:05 instead of 5:00. She stated, "As long as you're here before 5:10, otherwise we will have to reschedule." I advised her we were traveling over an hour and a half to reach her and she seemed unwilling to accommodate to that even though we had her booked from 5-6pm. We arrived at 5:05pm and stood around and waited for Hollie to be ready which was a good 10-15 minutes. She wasn't prepared so we had to wait. But we would have had to reschedule if she had to wait another 5 minutes for us? It didn't seem fair to me. When we sat down I had to assume who was consulting with us was Hollie because she never introduced herself to us. She right off the bat said, " We are unable to deliver to you as your location is 49 miles away and we only deliver up to 40 miles.".. Okay no problem, can we pay for the extra 9 miles? Or meet you 9 miles away from the location? Hollie responded with a no that was not their policy but we were more than welcome to come and pick up the cake THE DAY OF. But it's also their policy that we are unable to pick up a cake larger than 3 tiers.(Which would never serve all of our guests. All of this hollie knew prior to our booking) All of this new info was never mentioned to us prior to booking. After she threw that information on us, my fiance and I were speechless and didn't even know what to say. Holly said, "Well we can still do the tastings." And sat the tray of cakes in front of us, and was completely uninvested in us. She was writing things down in her book, avoided eye contact, and never talked us through anything. I couldn't get out of this facility quick enough. Holly was extremely unprofessional and we ultimately felt like a burden. The only reason I am not rating this bakery 1 star is because I never carried out any business through them But honestly, I would never trust putting my wedding into the hands of Holly because she was so disheveled and unorganized and completely and completely uninvested in us. We left with a, "I'll give you an email tomorrow with information." This was almost 2 weeks ago, with no email ever to have been received. I am SO disappointed. If Hollie would have looked at our info prior to our booking this would have never happened. McArthurs ultimately lost a $500 sale for a measly 9 miles

Best ever!

We seriously tried so many bakeries for our wedding cake and McArthur's was not only the best but also the most reasonably priced. The cake was absolutely beautiful and they were more than willing to change the design several times as I figured out what I finally wanted it to look like. We were specifically looking for a white wedding cake without the wedding almond flavor and McArthur's was able to do that. We added in pumpkin spice for a fall theme and that was a big hit as well!

The other wedding cake bakery contenders were unavailable for our wedding day so we reached out to McArthur’s. The entire experience from start, to finish, was not good. First, we made our wedding consultation appointment at their Kirkwood location and arrived ready to eat cake! Everything we tasted was good. However the wedding consultant was a bit.. strange. First, she asked us to show her pictures of cakes we’d seen online that we liked (no one told us we had homework to do ahead of time, maybe they just assume people know to do this?) Since we had no idea, we were given a binder to look through of cakes they’d made for weddings/parties in the past. We did found one we liked and decided to go with it. Near the end of our appointment she told us that their wedding consultations are usually held at their Lemay location, and basically made us feel like we were an inconvenience for making her drive there. At this point we just needed a cake - who cares about customer service, right? Wrong. We paid the deposit and exchanged several emails back and forth over the next few months (which included a very different explanation of the size of cake needed, to feed 100 people that contradicted what we were told during our initial consultation). I was also instructed that in order for them to create the color we wanted our frosting-flowers to be, we had to provide a physical color swatch of the actual fabric, so they could color match it. The Bridesmaids wore Bill Levkoff’s Wine colored dresses. I asked the bridal shop for a piece of fabric and they said it was a very odd request from a bakery and, that they weren’t able to provide it. So I asked the McArthur’s consult if I could just send her a photo via email and was told that wouldn’t work, she needed physical fabric. So, the bridal shop cut a piece of fabric from a sample dress they had in-store and I dropped it off at their Lemay location. Soon after, I received an email saying “I did receive your color swatch. My concern is that with that purple being so dark, the color will more than likely turn black. Is that ok?” Umm No - why would black flowers be ok on a wedding cake?? Btw, she knew the color of the dresses ahead of time. It’s a good thing I harassed the wedding dress shop for a fabric swatch and drove all over town to provide it!!! I responded to her email and just requested white flowers. Fast forward to wedding day, the cake was delivered between 2-4pm. The reception started at 6pm. About an hour after the cake was delivered, the flowers began to slide down the cake. Luckily, my mother arrived early enough to stick toothpicks into each flower to keep them in place, before guests started to arrive! Also, to my horror, the flowers on the cake were an awful brown/black color and the leaves were NEON green! The cake looked like a horrible Halloween joke. I am disappointed and embarrassed! I reached out to McArthur’s and requested a manager so I could make them aware of their error(s). A manager never called me. The wedding planner/consultant we worked with all along did call me back several days later and apologized that she didn’t ‘relay’ my request for white flowers, to the baker. She offered me a partial refund of the cake but - that doesn't really replace our wedding photos. I’d recommend going elsewhere for your wedding cake needs.

Our entire experience with McArthurs bakery was amazing. We were suppose to meet for cake tasting 3 months before our wedding- unfortunately my husband and I went to the wrong location - Holly was super nice and understanding and we rescheduled. Cake tasting was difficult because all their cakes tasted heavenly. We decided on a chocolate naked cake with buttercream icing and it turned out better than I expected. I gave them flowers to decorate the cake, and they exceeded my expectations. The cake was beautiful and delicious. Love McArthurs bakery.

Neither my husband nor I are really 'cake' people, or at least we thought we weren't, but we didn't want to have a reception without wedding cake. We were blown away during our tasting at McArthur's (and they may have converted us into 'cake people')! The wedding department was very easy to work with, the prices were great, and the cake was delicious! They worked directly with the venue to set up a delivery time so it was one less thing for me to worry about. We received many compliments on how delicious it was. Very happy with our choice!

Cake was great! However, don’t let them talk you into needing a bigger cake based on your guest count. Not everyone eats cake. We did a three tier & were told to do four based on guests rsvp numbers. I called later & downsized it back to three knowing not everyone would eat cake. And guess what?! Had our top tier untouched as well as a fourth of the bottom layer of cake. We had no interest in freezing out top layer so we had leftover cake for family to enjoy. You get a complimentary one on your one year anniversary we were told so no need to freeze it.

We did our wedding cake tasting with Holly and she was absolutely wonderful!!!! She was very knowledgeable and professional. She helped us pick the most delicious flavors for our wedding cake! They delivered the cake and it was almost too gorgeous to eat, but we did! I highly recommend McArthur’s Bakery and will be using them again in the future!

McArthur's did an awesome job designing the most beautiful and delicious wedding cake for our dessert table, and went above and beyond making our cake pops look perfect!

We ordered our wedding cake through McArthur’s for our wedding on May 26th. We were initially impressed with the tasting and we were very happy with how affordable McArthur’s is in comparison with other local cake vendors. After the tasting, we went back several times for more pieces of cake because it is that good! McArthur’s designed our cake exactly as we asked, and nearing the day of, they gave us an estimated delivery time that was very helpful. The cake was beautiful, tasted delicious, and was a special part of our day.

McArthurs did a wonderful job with our cake. It was beautiful and everything we asked for. We were also impressed with the taste. The only reason I removed a star is because it was a little disorganized and kind of hard to pay our bill at times.

My cake turned out perfectly and was delicious! However, there were several issues with the customer service. I set up an account with them when we first ordered the cake. I let the lady know that my e-mail was wrong and she told me it was fixed. Then when it was 2 weeks out from the wedding, I called to confirm a delivery time, I was informed I had not paid the full balance. In their defense, I forgot about the rest of the balance because we ordered it 8 months out. However, the customer service person in charge of weddings told me she had been calling and e-mailing the numbers on my files for weeks to remind me, but I never received any of them or a final balance notice.

I will post my review in two parts. The first part is my initial review that I posted on Facebook. The second will be Scott Rinaberger's (owner) response. The Knot appears to have a word limit, thus my initial response will be edited in order to adhere to the limit. In short, McArthurs quality of cakes is sub par and I have reason to believe they serve stale cake for their tastings. My review will mention this. On 3/17/18 My wedding planner and I attended our scheduled wedding cake tasting. There were issues that presented itself throughout our tasting and I will list them numerically. 1. Holly: I believe she is the point of contact for sales and boy is she a terrible saleswoman. Overall she was unaware of the techniques used for baking and was very dry. I will get more into her lack of salesmanship later, however, please note my wedding planner and I had to ask for waters, the other bakeries already had those ready for us. 2. Stale cake: The samples of cake are sliced in squares. In our case, we received 2 slices per flavor and approximately 5 types of fillings. The best piece of cake sampled was the white cake with fondant, after that it went downhill. Every flavor presented was dry and not only did it taste like boxed cake, it tasted like it was at minimum 2 days old. At some point during our tasting Holly left to retrieve either the waters we asked for or something else, at that point my wedding planner and I noticed there were boxes of cake on a table located behind Holly's seat. They were in clear containers with knives in them (the knives had cake residue on them). Each flavor of cake we tasted were also in the boxes. We immediately placed two and two together and realized the cakes had been baked earlier in the week. I spoke to one of the supervisor's (Lisa) about this who slipped and told me they bake their cakes for tastings on Tuesdays and Sundays, then turned around and told me they bake them fresh daily. This is not possible, I tasted the chocolate cake and I almost spit it out, my wedding planner had to kick me under the table...that's how dry and old it tasted 3. Salesmanship: I asked about mini cupcakes, Holly responded that while they could certainly bake and provide mini cupcakes, their minis were extremely dry and customers have complained about them. While I appreciate this information, from a business standpoint she could have stated they were no longer selling their minis as the chef need to reformulate the recipe, she could have said anything but not that they were dry (to be honest the cake samples were dry and stale so she was probably being honest). I've had mini cupcakes from other bakers and theirs were moist and delicious. MacArthus either doesn't want to prepare them because they aren't cost efficient or they have yet to figure out how to prepare moist mini cupcakes. In summation, my wedding planner stated she would never refer another bride to them again based on this sole experience and I definitely will not be ordering any cakes from them ever. Hope this helps another bride! PS: I spoke to Lisa the supervisor about this. She didn't seem shocked about anything I told her. The only part she contested was the stale cake. She told me they prepare fresh cakes every day but then told me they prepare their tasting cakes on Tuesdays and Sundays. In my opinion, we tasted Tuesday's cakes on Saturday. Utterly disgusting and unsanitary.

Very unprofessional! They cancelled our cake tasting after being 15 minutes late (my fiancee and myself left work early but were stuck in rush hour traffic). The person on the phone called us to let us know they were cancelling our tasting. After informing her we were 5 minutes out she insisted that they had to cancel (even though our reservation was for a full hour). Other cake tastings have been more than accommodating (we've even had to wait for other couples before us in a similar situation - no sweat it happens). It's a shame since we were looking forward to tasting their cake as I am a long fan of their bakery but we have decided to go with someone more friendly and accommodating as this is not the taste in my mouth that I wanted for what's supposed to be a stress free part to wedding planning.

Simply the best!! McArthur's was so incredibly easy to work with! We showed them a photo of the cake design we found online and loved, and they were able to make it happen. The cake testing appointment was so much fun and so beautifully presented! We loved so many of the flavors that I also got my husband a groom's cake for our rehearsal dinner night as a surprise that had a different flavor from our wedding cake. Both the groom's cake and our wedding cake were flawless! We're so happy we went with McArthur's!!

Don't go to McArthur's first, go to them last! We went to them first and all tastings after that were disappointing. They let you try all the flavors of cakes with all the flavors of fillings so you can mix and match. Our cake was three tiers, two were white with cream cheese filling and the bottom was chocolate with mousse filling. The cake was beautiful and delicious, they even added some edible sparkle for me at no extra! The best part is that they re-make your cake for you at your one year anniversary for free! Forget the freezing, you'll get FRESH cake!

Outstanding experience! We had a non-traditional wedding and ordered a half-sheet cake for the reception. It was beautifully decorated and everyone commented on how delicious the cake was. Thanks for the perfect ending to our wedding dinner!

We used McArthur's for our wedding cake and I am so happy that we did!!! From our first cake tasting with Holly, we knew we were in great hands! When we went in, Holly had a great spread of cakes and fillings to try and helped us to decide what we wanted as far as size goes. We brought a few pictures of ideas for what we wanted, and even though our idea was pretty simple, Holly thought of even the tiniest details that might go into the cake. She was so professional and helpful! Not only was Holly wonderful to work with, but McArthur's entire staff was so sweet! A good friend of mine is from Ireland, and she was not able to make it to our actual wedding, but came over about a month beforehand to visit and experience 'wedding stuff'. Well, I took her up to McArthur's to get some cake so that she could try it since she couldn't be at the wedding. When we asked if we could buy individual pieces they said they don't sell them individually, but instead they went in the back and brought out a free slice for her! We sat in the cafe and had a coffee and some cake together, and the fact that she got the chance to be part of our wedding in this way was so special!!! Then the day of our wedding, I loved the way the cake looked and tasted!!! Another huge perk that McArthur's includes is that you can call up and have your wedding cake topper remade for you for free for your one year anniversary!! I love this touch and can't wait to get ours next year!! I would highly recommend McArthur's for your wedding! The cake is phenomenal, the prices are so reasonable, and they are just fantastic human beings!!! We loved them!!!

I was looking for a bakery to do a custom 3D cake to look like a couple of suitcases stacked on top of each other and McArthur's was half of the cost of the other bakeries I priced. I have been eating McArthur's cakes for years and was excited to have them at my wedding. The cake looked AMAZING! and it tasted even better than it looked! Stephanie was great to work with . She listened to everything I wanted and was able to pass that along to the bakers to make the perfect cake. I will absolutely be recommending McArthur's to future brides and grooms!!

Our cake was perfect! It was simple and elegant, everything I was looking for! We had a 3 tiered cake and a sheet cake all different flavors. Everyone I talked to the day after was raving about it. My husband and I only got to taste the Top tier and the sheet cake as we were too busy talking and dancing to actually stop and try the rest. But even the next two days we were enjoying the delicious, moist cake haha Thank you for making it so special!

First wedding was at the Christy in O'Fallon, MO. The cake was so pretty and the colors were perfect. We ended up with NO cake left!

McArthur's Bakery is the only place you need to go for your wedding cake! Fawn was incredible at communicating with us for all of our wedding cake needs! We showed them a picture and our wedding cake looked even better than the picture! We have received so many compliments on the taste of our cake! We are definitely a McArthur's family from now on! I can't imagine going anywhere else for a cake!

Being on a budget, I researched areas bakeries for our wedding cupcakes. And no lie, McArthurs was still the best priced bakery out of all of them even though they have an amazing reputation that is well worthy of them! Our cupcakes were not only beautiful, but most importantly they tasted amazing! Save yourself some time and drama and just book McArthurs!

We ordered a number of little cakes as an alternative to one large wedding cake. The cakes not only looked fabulous, but was tasty and all of our guests enjoyed them and commented how good they tasted.

When I was looking for wedding cake vendors, I had heard so many great things about McArthurs. They were the first place we made a "tasting" appointment with and were in shock with how reasonable the prices were and how great the cake tasted. However, I still wanted to review other cake vendors so I made appointments at 5 other places around the St. Louis area just to be sure. Not only did McArthur's have the best price out of all the places we looked at, but they honestly had the best tasting cake too, even when compared with the upper-end cake shops we looked at. For my cake design, I found a random picture off the internet of what I decided my dream cake should look like. I gave it to the bakers hoping for the best and when I saw it on the day of my wedding, it was absolutely perfect and looked just like the picture I submitted. I was so happy! McArthur's was super easy to work with and were very responsive to both emails and phone calls. The only thing I'd say to look out for is that when it comes to a few weeks out (I think a month) from your event, you can no longer pay your final balance with a check, even though the final payment isn't due until two weeks out. They may have told me that when I placed my order 7 months before the event, but I honestly can't remember and was a little disappointed that I had to drive all the way out to Lemay again to give them cash or a card.

Cannot say enough great things about McArthur's. They made my dream wedding cake for half the price of another bakery and it tasted amazing!! Professional and reliable vendor to work with!

You do need to call and make an appointment because they don't take walk-ins. It was definitely a highlight of wedding planning to sit and taste lots of cakes, icings and fillings! I wanted to keep the pricing lower, so we went with a smaller 3 tier cake for the decorative cake to sit out and then bought a sheet cake and half a sheet cake to feed the majority of people.

McArthur's did both our wedding cake and groom's cake, and both were fantastic! Growing up in Kirkwood, I was excited to use a hometown bakery for our cakes. McArthur's had fantastic pricing and was more than willing to work with our requests to make our vision come true. They even were willing to use our special homemade icing (my husband's family recipe) on the groom's cake, something that meant the world to my husband and his family! Both cakes were delicious, looked gorgeous, and we received many compliments. Overall, very accommodating and enjoyable to work with!

Loved, loved, loved our cake! Fawn was great at communicating and everything turned out even better than we'd imagined! There was literally one piece of cake left at the end of the night. After our wedding, family and friends all told us that they definitely had more than 1 piece because it tasted so good! It was beautiful as well! And the price was the best in town!!

I just want to say that they are AMAZING! I'm stationed overseas so there was a huge time difference in communication, but they made sure that I was taken care of and everything that I wanted was good. When I made it to my wedding and saw the cakes and cupcakes, I was beyond impressed. I recommend them to any bride looking for a reasonable priced bakery with amazing results!
