We used McCarthy for tent and chair rentals and had a great experience with them! The staff was extremely responsive via email and was great at adjusting our final price based on our final guest count, which I very much appreciated. The wedding was spectacular! All went well, starting with the weather. McCarthy's wonderful crew set up the tents in the POURING RAIN 2 days in advance. It kept the ground underneath somewhat drier, and thus was completely dry by Saturday. The service was awesome - the staff always provided prompt answers to my many questions over 6 months, and had great flexibility near the end with my additions and subtractions. I was quite impressed with how spacious the 40'x100' tent was with 200+ people inside it! I highly recommend McCarthy's for any event!

Easy, affordable, and extremely professional. My fiance and I put together a wish list, they sent us a quote, and then the week before the ceremony we got in touch to adjust all the numbers to our final head count. Can't say enough about how happy my husband and I with our rental experience with McCarthy. Every person I ever spoke to on the phone, in person or via email was friendly, professional and so helpful! They were incredibly helpful and understanding of a check that got lost in the mail and the many changes that happened to our order. We rented EVERYTHING from McCarthy- tent, tables, chairs, silverware, glassware, plates, linens, dance floor- the works! And it was truly the most beautiful day. They arrived on time, were so efficient and helped to make our special day picture-perfect.

Rented lights, farm table, wine barrel table, and love seat. It was all perfect! They contacted the venue regarding delivery, so that I didn't have to worry about it. Would definitely recommend!

These guys are absolutely top notch. Jeff was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and extremely detail oriented - perfect for an event planner bride!! He responded to all my emails with thoughtful suggestions and guidance, and spent at least 5 hours with me in person or on the phone near the end of the planning process to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. I was especially impressed with all of the detailed notes that Jeff included in the order itself so there were very few questions when everything was being installed. We also changed our mind on something the last minute due to weather, and Jeff was positive and receptive to the change and his guys did a magnificent job. The tent was better than I could have imagined. Their prices are fair to boot! They publish their entire catalog online, so you know exactly what you get, and the delivery fees to Ithaca were perfectly fair. As an event planner, I need to work with vendors that I trust to get the job done right, and Jeff made me feel 100% comfortable with everything - I could not recommend them ENOUGH!

My husband handled everything for the tent but this company MY our wedding day look amazing! This is the best tent rental company in Buffalo and I would highly recommend them!!

Working with McCarthy's was great! They were very helpful in providing guidance on what we needed. We were especially excited that they were able to offer us a great deal on lantern lighting! A wedding at the same venue as ours had the lighting set up a couple days before our wedding and Jeff let us keep the lighting up at the venue for a discount. It was a great addition that really added to the atmosphere of the wedding!

Even though we never actually got to use the tent... Everything was clean, beautiful, set up quickly and easy to work with.

I absolutely loved everything about McCarthy's. They are an incredibly professional company of hardworking people. Every time I contacted them with a change in rental equipment, they accommodated it immediately. Throughout my wedding planning process I contacted McCarthy via email, phone, and in person and countless occasions with various questions, quotes, and concepts. They always treated me with complete friendliness and respect, and not at all like I was bothering them (which I am sure I was :) They definitely care about the products they put forth and how they will be integrated into your day and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

After getting a recommendation for this vendor from our caterer, we were excited to have McCarthy's as our rental company for the wedding. We rented linens, dishes, glassware, tables, and chairs. The quality of the rentals were excellent but the staff delivering the rentals were not quite professional. They showed up on time but did not have all the rentals with them, so had to drive back and get the rest, while we waited. Some dishes arrived broken, but we were not charged. We paid an extra fee to have them pick everything up the same night but they never came! They called us the next day to let us know they were having issues with that particular driver, but we did not know any of this until the next day and there was no one we could get in touch with that night we were supposed to turn the rentals back in. Needless to say, I wanted a refund for the delivery charge but we only received half of it back.

Loved working with McCarthy Tents and Events. They were so accommodating and made our wedding absolutely beautiful! Their prices definitely beat other places in town, but they're professionalism was by far top notch over others.

McCarthy's was AWESOME!!! We were the first party to be help at our reception location. McCarthy's came out, measured the different spaces available, and made the magic of the tent come to life. They set everything up two days ahead, and took it down the day after. They were so flexible with out order when we decided to add and subtract things last minute. They were professional and accommodating.
