Meadow Ridge Events is a family-run outdoor wedding venue located in eastern Geauga County, and it has been running since 1976. This stunning 80-acre property is ideal for couples who wish to wed amongst nature and experience a relaxed but elegant atmosphere. You can host your dream wedding celebration at Meadow Ridge Events with your choice of two covered event spaces and ceremony sites.
During the summer, you and your loved one can exchange vows surrounded by tall trees under a wooden arbor at the Creekside Gazebo. Rows of white chairs can be lined out on the green grass, ready for your entrance. This nature-filled setting with a wooden bridge and two waterfalls is great for private ceremonies in the great outdoors. Not to mention, it provides one-of-a-kind photo opportunities before and after the ceremony. Banquets, cocktail hours, and receptions can then take place under the Oak Pavilion. This open-air structure is complete with a high ceiling and ample lighting. The area can be rearranged in a number of ways and include space for seating, mingling, a dance floor, and live entertainment, should you wish. Additional facilities include the Sugarhouse Bridal Suite, which allows you and your bridal party to relax prior to the ceremony.
The second area of the property includes the awe-inspiring Maple Pavilion and Wedding Island. Wedding Island offers a panoramic lake view, seasonal landscaping, and a babbling brook as a backdrop for your ceremony. Stroll across a manicured lawn to the Maple Pavilion, featuring soaring ceilings, a double-sided fireplace, a 75-foot deck, and post-and-beam construction. The Maple Pavilion also includes the use of the Barn Bridal Suite, which has a new outdoor patio and access to the on-site garden with fresh produce and herbs.
Speaking of gardens, Meadow Ridge provides in-house catering using fresh, local ingredients made from scratch. The full staff also provides all of the set up, service, and clean up to make your day seamless. You will work with an Event Manager who will ensure that you and your loved ones are taken care of and your day runs smoothly.

If you are looking for an absolute dream-like wedding experience, book Meadow Ridge as your venue. We had a tour last year and we were completely blown away from the pride that the owners had in their venue and the beautiful scenic views. Our wedding was on 6/15 at the Maple pavilion and it was perfect in every way. Seneca was our event manager and she answered every question I had (and I had many) and provided amazing customer service. I can tell that Seneca is very experienced as she handled our wedding day with grace and a very relaxed attitude while still getting every detail perfect. She easily transported the wedding party from the getting ready areas to where they needed to be and at the right time too. I really feel that Seneca goes above and beyond what you ask for from the communication to the hours they spend getting your vision to the venue. Now...the food. The food is all made in house and it was the best food I've ever had at a wedding. They also had a very detailed food menu you can choose- from amazing mac and cheese, candied sweet potatoes, brisket, to snack options like gourmet pizzas or fruit and cheese platters. Everyone at the wedding complimented the food and got seconds to thirds! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and this is truly a wedding space right out of my dreams. Thank you to everyone who made our day so special, our best decision we ever made regarding the wedding was having it here.
I can't say enough about this venue and the people who run it! I originally did not want an outdoor wedding but, once we visited the venue and talked with Art, we fell in love with the pavilion, the beautiful grounds and the family's history of owning and working it. It is absolutely stunning in any season! Seneca was a dream to work with and she helped every step of the way and made the wedding planning process a breeze. The food was absolutely delicious and, a month after our wedding, we are still hearing people rave about it. On the day of the wedding, the staff really went above and beyond! Throughout the evening, they made sure we had everything we needed. Someone on the staff continually found us somewhere on the grounds and handed us cocktails and bottles of water! We never had to ask anyone to do anything. Everything was done very efficiently, things ran smoothly and there was never anything to fuss or worry about. We HIGHLY recommend using Meadow Ridge Events for your wedding (or any other event)!! You will NOT be disappointed!

Wow the property is amazing, the organization is above and beyond, the staff was excellent, Seneca and her family top to bottom worked tirelessly to make our wedding perfect. The food wasn’t just wedding food, it was excellent, the facility was perfect, we used the oak pavilion and it’s beautiful. Our wedding was perfect in every way, the bartenders were just flat out awesome, personable and fun. Everyone was awesome, personable, professional and fun. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a perfect wedding….

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were held throughout the grounds. All of which were flawless.
It was truly with the help of Seneca and the Smith Family, that the event was perfect! Seneca is kind, professional, accommodating, and recognizes the importance of your event. All of the staff (most of them family) have the same philosophy and are excellent at offering quality service in the hospitality industry. They have a talent, and they all take pride in fulfilling their obligation.
The highest compliments came after the wedding. So many of the guests have reached out to both families to say, "it truly was the Best Wedding they had attended."

Seneca was a dream to work with from start to finish. Being the parents of the groom , she was very informative and walked us through every step . The staff were on top of every detail ! The venue and grounds were incredible. Gorgeous natural settings with flowers in bloom , it felt like I was in a fairytale We are still receiving compliments from our guests about how awesome the food was! Outstanding dinner! They knocked it out of the park!
We also had the luxury of being the first to rent and stay in their newly remodeled, absolutely gorgeous cottage/ home next door to the venue. We let the ladies in the bridal party use it to get ready for the big day with their glam squad . And after the long amazing evening my husband, daughters and I stayed there that night . Couldn’t have been more perfect. If attention to detail is what you’re looking for , look no further . This place has it all and is stunning!
Wow is really all we can say. Meadow Ridge blew all of our expectations out of the water from the hospitality to the food to the quality of service we received. As soon as we did our first visit, my husband and I knew that this place was something special. Working with Beth was a pleasure and many people at our wedding complimented her on her professionalism and kindness. The staff was phenomenal and everyone was just so NICE. The food was INCREDIBLE and we got so many comments about how good it was. The Maple Pavilion was perfect and everything we wanted. The team set up everything according to my directions and it looked so much better in person than in my vision :) We honestly could not have asked for a better wedding day and the team at Meadow Ridge has a HUGE part in making it so special. A hidden gem! We loved everything about our experience with Meadow Ridge. From start to finish of the wedding process and planning, Seneca and Beth were there each step of the way to help us get to our wedding day. On our wedding day, Beth was there to support, monitor/guide and kept the day going smoothly all with a smile on her face! The family run venue is a truly a family run venue! It was all hands on deck and everyone was beyond friendly and helpful throughout the entire day. We felt like celebrities!

Meadow Ridge went above and beyond our expectations for our wedding day. It was probably the 8th venue we toured, and from the moment we got there, my husband and I knew this is where we wanted to get married. The grounds are absolutely stunning and Seneca, our coordinator, was phenomenal to work with. She answered all our questions and was always available. She decorated the venue the morning of and it was everything I could have ever imagined and more. The food was amazing and the staff was so friendly, always walking around making sure everyone was having a great time. This is a family run business and you can truly tell they are so proud of what they do, as they should be! I had no stress the day of our wedding because I knew everything would be handled by Seneca and her staff. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants an outdoor wedding.
I can’t say enough about Meadow Ridge Events! We just had our daughters wedding there October 6th. The grounds are absolutely beautiful with a bridge for the wedding party to walk across and a waterfall to the left of the bridge. The venue itself is unbelievable. They had sides on the building to keep out the chill and wind, and heaters going. It was so comfortable inside. The food was off the charts. Beth was phenomenal in planning and setting up everything, and I can’t say enough about the staff. They were there for everything we needed. Definitely check out this venue, you won’t regret it!!❤️❤️

Meadow Ridge Events is absoletly incredible. It was the first wedding venue we toured and at that moment we knew we had to get married there. Art gave us the tour and I was in tears with the story of the property and how beautiful it was. The owners and each of their staff members are amazing and all so friendly. Seneca was amazing with providing us with all the information and getting our wedding booked. Then we were provided with our event planner Beth, I can't even put into words how she went above and beyond for us. Beth was incredible with helping organize and making sure our wedding day was stunning. We really couldn't of done it without her. Our wedding day was a dream come true, from the ceremony on the island, the amazing food, awesome bartenders, beautiful weather, and to the stunning venue. The day went so smoothly and perfect. My husband and I were blown away with how perfect everything was and can't believe it's already over. I highly reccommend booking Meadow Ridge Events venue for your wedding day, you really can't find anything better. This venue is truly something out of a fairytale. Meadow Ridge was the absolute best wedding venue. The food was delicious, the staff was incredible, and Seneca, our coordinator was so extremely organized and accommodating she really made our day run smoothly. It was raining on and off, so she drove us around the campus to take pictures. The staff also set up everything(center pieces, signs) before we even got on campus. Being able to bring your own alcohol was also great and saved us a lot of money. After our ceremony we wanted a few minutes away from guests, so Seneca picked us up in a golf cart and dropped us off with a tray of apps to enjoy together. She picked us up with drink orders and brought us back to the reception. The entire staff kept coming to our table and other guests tables to ask if they needed anything -refills etc. The Venue is gorgeous, so it doesn't need much decoration. If you're debating using this Venue, don't hesitate, they are really top notch and care so much about their family business and it really shows

The food was phenomenal and so many of our guests have commented since on the food and service. They made sure we didn’t have to worry about anything day of the wedding and everything ran smoothly. They also worked super well with all of our other vendors. If we had to plan our wedding all over again, we’d pick Meadow Ridge 1000x over! I don't typically leave reviews for venues I work at but for Meadow Ridge Events. I absolutely had to. I was the DJ for a wedding here last night and was completely blown away. First off, the food was amazing! Take it from me as someone who gets to eat at 30-40 venues a year. 10/10! What really stood out was the staff. They were so accommodating. It was the first time I had worked with them but everyone just made it feel like you were working with family ( in a good way :) ). Outside of all of that. The venue is absolutely beautiful!

My daughter just had her wedding there on October 1, 2022. We could not have asked for a better experience. Beth was fabulous to work with. She seemed to be everywhere - golf cart, guiding people to their seats, even servicing food. She was so calm and made the event beautiful. The food was absolutely out of this world! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants something unique and gorgeous!

Meadow Ridge is simply a fairy tale! The grounds are beautiful and the staff was phenomenal, truly a family affair! Everyone was so friendly and professional throughout the night, always checking in on us and our families. The staff all appeared to be enjoying themselves and having fun. When the weather quickly turned into a bad thunderstorm (my biggest worry), the staff quickly moved into action to help re-arrange the band and tables to keep our party going. The rain actually made for a great time dancing outside and the perfect memory. Our wedding coordinator Beth was the best! She promptly answered every little question we had in the months leading up to the wedding and calmed the brides nerves throughout the wedding day. I will always recommend Meadow Ridge for your future wedding without hesitation! Worth every penny!

If you are looking for an outdoor (but covered! comfortable! classy!) venue for your wedding, Meadow Ridge Events is hands down THE best decision you can make. First, the grounds themselves are nothing short of the best mother nature has to offer - surrounded by trees, a babbling creek nearby, beautiful landscaping in every season, plus gorgeous sunsets if you're lucky! We saw many of our guests sitting by the pond and walking around the property during our reception simply to take in the beauty of this venue. Both high-ceilinged pavilions on the property, especially all decorated with flowers and candles, are truly something out of a fairy tale.
Second, you are not only choosing the Meadow Ridge property but the thorough, detail-oriented, friendly, and professional team of staff. Our day-of coordinator, Seneca, could not have been more responsive and helpful with every single question and detail in the months, weeks, and days leading up to our event. And on our wedding day, I knew that I wouldn't have to worry over a single thing as the Meadow Ridge staff would have it covered a hundred times over! They are a family run business, and everyone at Meadow Ridge made us feel truly at home before and during our wedding.
Third, the food! If you want a wedding meal that tastes wonderfully homemade, you've found it. We had a BBQ-inspired dinner, with pulled pork, chicken, mac & cheese, and more, and our guests were thrilled. Coming up with a menu to fit our budget and style was so easy with the flexibility offered by Meadow Ridge. Everything was served so fresh and hot, and the buffet dinner service went extremely smoothly.
Overall, Meadow Ridge Events allowed us to have the nature-inspired, romantic, laid-back wedding that we envisioned. The entire staff could not have been more professional or helpful - even setting up & tearing down a whole bunch of yard games and photobooth stations for us, in addition to all of our decorations. Guests raved about the beauty of the venue, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate our day!
This is the most beautiful venue you could possibly find for your wedding. I once attended a tented wedding overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, on Cape Cod, and it was not as beautiful a setting as this one. There is an open structure surrounded by woods, rolling lawns and a gorgeous pond. It features the surrounding nature while still being quite elegant. The food is truly DELICIOUS, and it is provided by the nicest, friendliest, most cheerful staff, who greatly add to an elegant yet relaxed ambiance. This balance is often not achieved by other companies, so you may not find this wonderful tone elsewhere. Their skill and effort really show that they are a family business where every person is 100 % caring and dedicated to making your wedding perfect.
The most gorgeous venue ever! And the best staff ever! Seneca was always available via email, phone, and the whole night of our wedding. Service was incredible, food was incredible, just overall amazing and I 100% recommend this venue to anyone getting married!
Absolutely LOVED Meadow Ridge! The staff was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process and especially the day of! Beth was our coordinator and she made sure the day went smooth- she was so patient and helpful at a time that could’ve potentially been very stressful. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was gorgeous, and it was overall the most perfect day!! We are so glad we went with this venue and highly recommend it to any couples searching for the perfect rustic outdoorsy wedding :-)
First of all- what in incredible venue! The second you step foot on the property you will see what I mean. Their attention to detail is outstanding. From the twinkling lights in the willow trees, to the beautiful landscaping and serene lake. Talk about a wedding photographers dream venue! It was so nice to not have to travel with my bridal party all over for pictures. It enabled us to spend more time with our family and friends!
Next, but certainly not least- we have to discuss the FOOD. No joke when I tell you that almost all of our guests reached out to us to tell us how delicious the food was. Make sure and include the macaroni & cheese as a side dish for dinner and the pizza as an appetizer, you and your guests can thank me later.
Last of all, I can't thank the staff at Meadow Ridge enough. They treat you like family and want to make sure your big day is just as special as you've always imagined it. Beth, our coordinator, was so sweet, patient, and completely willing to work with you on any ideas you have. She even gave me a little pep talk before walking down the aisle when she saw my nerves. At the end of the night their staff was so helpful and efficient in packing up our décor and loading up our cars and the party bus.
We can't say enough about how wonderful our wedding experience was, and how we'll always be so thankful we chose Meadow Ridge for our wedding day.
All I can say is WOW!! I am a leader for the Perfect Choice Band and I was part of the Zappitelli Wedding that took place on 8/21/21 at Meadow Ridge.
If you are looking for a venue that can provide literally everything for you, just stop your search and contact Meadow Ridge Events right now I worked with Seneca and Matt and their approach to working with clients and vendors is unmatched!
I was able to come out and work through the set-up logistics with them, they were super-accommodating to us. We were able to communicate throughout the entire event (from 11am until 11pm) so things stayed on track and on schedule. We provided live ceremony music, live cocktail music and of course live reception music. Matt was always close by to work with me and I really really appreciated that.
The entire crew that works for Meadow Ridge are also really great people. The servers took care of us just like the guests and were very complimentary of the band. Then there's the FOOD which I could go on and on about So so good. I made the comment to Matt that I wish I could have put in an order for 5 lbs. of their brisket to take home with me!

All the wonderful things you read about Meadow Ridge, Seneca, and her staff are 100% true. We had our wedding ceremony at the Creekside Gazebo and reception at the Oak Pavilion in May 2021. As you can see in the pictures, the property is stunning and makes an incredible backdrop for all your photos. Seneca was extremely supportive during the planning process, and always made herself available to answer our many detailed questions. This is a family owned & run property, and when you speak to Seneca and her team, you can immediately tell how much they love what they do. Food was excellent - we chose the chicken, garlic smashed potatoes, grilled summer veggies, polenta with tomato basil tapenade, salad & rolls. Honestly I could eat it again right now! They were very accommodating in making modifications for a few guests who had dietary restrictions. Last but not least, the service provided by Seneca & her team on wedding day was NEXT level. They were so attentive and gracious, and I felt so grateful for their support to make sure everything went smoothly. Anytime we needed anything, Seneca & her team were easy to find and willing to help. Meadow Ridge was a top contender from the start of my wedding planning process, but I did extensive research on 20+ other venues. I can confidently say there is nowhere in Northeast Ohio that compares to Meadow Ridge.

Taking time out of our busy schedules to view the bride's top 4 choices for venue, I asked at the beginning of the day if she had a clear favorite. She smiled and said yes. Two very nice venue tours down we pulled into Meadow Ridge and stopped at the first pavilion. After looking across the grounds, seeing the 2nd pavilion, pond, and being greeted by an extremely friendly family, I asked if this was her favorite. She said yes. We called the last venue and told them we wouldn't be coming, we'd made our choice.
That's how long it took to pick Meadow Ridge, 3 minutes on the property with the family that runs it. From that day on, we felt nothing but magic from the Meadow Ridge team planning our big day. Seneca answered endless emails, returned countless calls, and did everything possible to make the big day perfect. The team really stepped up to make sure nothing fell through the cracks on the big day. They adapted the menu to fit what we needed, accommodated all of our guests, and threw one hell of a party (you HAVE to get the pizza for cocktail hour!).
I cannot emphasize enough how hard the team worked on wedding day to assure we needed nothing. I cant think of a single detail that could have gone better than it did. We even had some guests ask how we were related to the venue owners! Our photographer went wild with pictures around the wonderfully kept grounds. Our DJ loved throwing lighting on the beautiful pavilion and playing music all night. We received many comments on how good the food was, especially the pork!
Meadow Ridge certainly isn't the cheapest venue to host a wedding. I did find plenty of venues that were more expensive, and I would be willing to say that at any price point there isn't a more welcoming, hard working team to share your big day with. I would recommend Meadow Ridge to anyone from the bottom of my heart.
My daughters' wedding at Meadow Ridge this May was extraordinary; atmosphere, location and staff left nothing to be desired. It was magical and I am thankful to Seneca and her family and staff that they made it so.
My wife and i had our wedding at Meadow Ridge Events on June 27th, 2020. We could not have had a better experience! The staff was very friendly and attentive, and were always right on the spot when anything was needed. The food was outstanding, even exceeding expectations, especially the beef brisket. It was honestly the best brisket i have ever had, and i had multiple comments from friends and family saying how much they enjoyed it.
This is truthfully a beautiful and one of a kind outdoor venue. Everything about the landscaping and pavilion set up was perfect. Also my wife and i lucked out with the weather that day, which made it even better.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. Between the scenery, attention to detail, delicious food, service, and atmosphere, you can’t beat Meadow Ridge. Matt and Seneca do a fantastic job running this place. My wife and i will be forever grateful!

They are very welcoming and very helpful with every question or request. Their food, hospitality, grounds, decorating ability, etc. are all amazing and easily given 10 out of 10 stars in every category. I will recommend this venue to everybody!
The venue was fantastic! Newly updated and everything was perfect. Both the indoor and outdoor areas were amazing. The bar staff was attentive all servers were phenomenal. The even planner Beth was one of the hardest working individuals I have ever seen. She busted her tail and made sure every detail was taken care of. I've been to quite a few weddings and this was one of the best I have ever attended.
I can’t even find the right words to express how amazing Meadow Ridge Events was to work with. Our wedding was ABSOLUTELY perfect because of Seneca & her team. We had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID and they were so willing to work with us. The venue is breathtaking & the food was outstanding. They treated us like part of their family & made certain our day was everything we wanted it to be! There was nothing we would of changed about our day! We have received nothing but compliments about how gorgeous the venue was & now great the food was! I highly recommend you have your wedding here!
Best service a couple could ask for! Due to COVID-19 and extreme restrictions at our original, indoor venue, we switched to Meadow Ridge 5 weeks before our wedding date.
We can tell you now, one week after our wedding, that we were meant to be there all along. Our reception was in the maple pavilion as another wedding was booked in the oak (we preferred maple anyway). Do not be worried that you event will suffer if they have two events in the same night, you’d never know!
Laura was our event coordinator and she is my official maid of honor, that’s how awesome she was! Seneca and Matt (and Nevada and Art and everyone) were awesome and made the whole weekend so special from the rehearsal dinner through to the morning after when we picked up all our decor.
It was a fairy tale, truly. We didn’t want for anything and our parents were utterly ecstatic, even though we had an entirely outdoor event in early July. It was hot, humid, but totally tolerable. The food was excellent, the venue beautiful, and the grounds impeccable. Honestly, we cannot day enough.
Do not hesitate to have your wedding here. Or your ceremony! We were set in a church wedding, but again because of COVI we were “Forced” to have our ceremony outside. We faced the woods and it was perfect.
I could talk for hours about the perfection of the venue, and the staff, but you’ll get bored, surely. Everyone in the area was awesome too which made coordinating last minute vendors a breeze! Coffee corners has the best muffins, perfect for a girls breakfast wedding morning, and DS Cakes and Sweet Cafe has delicious cakes and cupcakes.
Meadow Ridge Events is the place to go when looking for an outdoor yet intimate setting with amazing staff. From the very beginning, Seneca, Matt & their crew were incredibly attentive to every need that my husband and I had. They did everything in their power to ensure that everything went as smoothly and efficiently as possible. From making the planning process insanely easy to ensuring that my husband and I always had a drink in hand at the reception, they could not have done better.
The food was incredible. They were kind enough to bring us in to do a tasting at their restaurant when we were stuck between two different protein options. Not only was the food amazing, but they were willing to create a menu for us. For us, our dinner was something that had turned us away from other venues. We knew exactly what we wanted, and they made it happen for us even though it was not an option they originally gave us.
The fact that they set up & tear down for everything is a tremendous burden that is taken off of the bride & groom.
We cannot say enough positive things about this place. They go above & beyond, and our wedding day was absolutely perfect with their help. Thank You Meadow Ridge, you guys are amazing.
Meadow Ridge was the first venue that we saw and we were in love. It's the perfect indoor/outdoor space. Naturally, we went and looked at other venues in the area and they just paled in comparison.
The staff
From the moment we saw the place to the day of our wedding, the staff at Meadow Ridge was undeniably THE BEST. I worked with Beth, our personal coordinator to make sure all the details came together. From a custom meal to a custom layout of the venue, she made it work for us. Meadow Ridge sets everything up for you the day before your wedding and takes everything down with care . We didn't have to do anything.
Also, on the day of, the staff made my immediate family and wedding party feel extra special by remembering drink orders and bringing them out to you when you looked low. Seriously, amazing people.
The venue
We were in the Oak. Just go see it. It's magical. We had a 65 degree day with about at 45 degree night and everyone was amazingly comfortable. We were going to set up a photo area but the grounds were so beautiful that there was no need to.
OH and it's very kid friendly. I think the kids had more fun than the adults.
Food
Farm fresh and oh so tasty food. I'm still getting compliments on how awesome the food was.
Overall—go see meadow ridge. Talk to the family. Fall in love with everything they have to offer. It's amazingly beautiful.
This place is the best for any celebration! We can't express how grateful we are for everything Seneca, Art, Matt, and the rest of the Meadow Ridge Family did for us on our special day. They truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day the happiest day of our lives and exceeded our expectations at every stage of the planning process! From the first moment we went to Meadow Ridge we were already impressed with the quality of the landscape, but then we met Seneca and Art, then we immediately knew that this was the place that we wanted to get married and celebrate our Big Day. They were so delightful, kind, warm, easy to work with, and made everything easy and fun. We can't stop talking about how remarkable our wedding was and it has been over a month, even our friends and family keep talking about how amazing everything was. Everything was incredible: the food, service, views, quality of the grounds and it was all because they know how much it means to the married couple to make it the best day ever!
The food is locally sourced and prepared on-site the day of the wedding, wow is it delicious! Every staff member is friendly and helpful, they really go the extra mile to make everything perfect. During the planning process, Seneca was open to our ideas and never hesitated to make it work, even if it was something that had never been done. She also had great advice on the decoration set up and logistics, as well as useful contacts for local vendors. The team coordinated and set up everything the morning of the wedding and took down and cleaned up everything at night, which eliminates so much stress and hassle, leaving us all the time to get ready and prepare for the big day!

What can I say about Meadow Ridge that hasn’t already been said? Every positive review you read on here is absolutely true. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this venue and the staff! Everyone was so kind, attentive, and helpful! Laura was specifically our event coordinator for our wedding and she was amazing. She helped make every one of my wedding wishes come true and made it so easy. Guests constantly approached me, my husband or members of my family throughout the evening to comment on how beautiful the venue is and talk about how they’ve never been at a venue that was so cool before. Our guests had an amazing time and Meadow Ridge made that possible! It was absolutely beautiful and a dream come true being there. Their food was so delicious as well! We had so many compliments about the meals and there again, we have no one to thank for that other than Meadow Ridge. I’m so glad we were able to work with them and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
The most perfect wedding venue we could ever imagine! Seneca was so on top of everything, from the very first day to the day of, the food was completely delicious, the ceremony space was something out of a garden fairytale with all these beautiful flowers, and everyone kept asking us how we found such a beautiful place! We'd give this place 10 stars if we could!
Meadow ridge events is the venue that literally thinks of everything. From their handicap accessible bathrooms for the older guests that cannot use their standard bathrooms with steps to enter. To their gorgeous bridal suite for the bride to get ready in with enough room for her guests to wait in while she gets ready. The food made right in front of you so you can smell it as it is cooking. The gorgeous grounds for your guests to get pictures by. The fire pits for your guests who don’t want to dance at the moment but can still watch and take in the party by a comfortable fire. My guests were all so impressed. I had one tell me it was the best wedding she had ever been to. Seneca, Her father Art, her husband Matt. They all worked so hard to make things perfect. The bartenders were more than accommodating to us and our guests. Running out drinks and appetizers to us while pictures were being taken so we didn’t miss out of the food and fun. It was our dream. Thank you so much. We fell in love with a moment of our lives and you made it so perfect. I could never complain. You guys gave us pure magic.

Five stars does not do this wedding venue justice. Beth was amazing to work with and was with us every step of the way and was there for any questions we had during the planning process. We got nothing but compliments about the venue, food, staff, and everything in between. The bridal party loved that drinks and snacks were waiting for us after the ceremony. It's little things like this that make this venue a step above any other wedding venue in the area. They were so attentive to detail with the set up process (they set up everything for you!!) and they take everything down and load the decor in your car at the end of the night. Knowing I didn't have to worry about anything made my day stress free. Thank you again to the entire staff at Meadow Ridge for making our wedding the day of our dreams!!

Meadow Ridge gave us our dream wedding! From start to finish, I could not have asked for a better staff and venue to experience our perfect day together. Beth and Seneca worked with us through each part of the planning process to create a personal day just for us. Truly I can say that I could not have asked for more!
Such an amazing venue!! First of all the pictures speak for themselves - just look at their facebook page and you will realize this place is breathtaking. I was married in the fall the leaves were gorgeous and pictures incredible! BUT...what makes this place a 5 star vendor is the staff. It is a family owned and run venue. Seneca the manager is with you the entire time always answering questions and helping you customize your wedding and giving advice when asked! She met with us a couple days a head of time so we could drop off all the decorations since set up and clean up is included in the price. She listened and notes where you want everything and when I showed up on my wedding day it was all perfect. She is so accommodating and easy to work with. Example of how they go the extra mile. I live in Wisconsin so we wanted to bring a taste of Wisconsin to our wedding. When food planning we told Seneca we wanted Johnsonville brats for our late night snack since that's the typical Wisconsin brat and we just left it at that. When I walked over to get a brat at my wedding (who the owners were serving themselves) she told me that she figured it was some type of special thing so Seneca's mother looked up how Wisconsin brats are made. They actually took the initiative to soak the brats in beer overnight and boil them in beer just so we could have our actual Wisconsin brats. I never asked for that just because I didn't want to ask for too much but they went over the top to make it so special. Seneca helped us with our sparkler send off and when I spilled champagne all over my plate during speeches we was there in the perfect moment to not disrupt the video but clean it up right away. I could go on and on about how amazing the staff is but they are so easy and fun to work with. Worth every penny. And the fact that the venue is the best I've seen makes it even better. They also prepare for all types of weather being an outdoor venue so not to worry!!
Meadow Ridge was hands-down the best decision we made when planning our wedding!! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and unique. This place is a hidden gem all of our guests were raving about. Initially, we were nervous about the outdoor setting, but everything turned out perfectly, despite a couple rain drops. The food was absolutely delicious - the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding (all bias aside). The staff was amazing! They were very flexible, attentive, and never let our drinks go empty. They went above and beyond to assure everything went smoothly throughout the night. I cannot thank the staff at Meadow Ridge enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!! They surpassed our expectations and made our vision for our wedding day a reality. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because they deserve so much more!!!!

A 5 star rating just does not do the staff at Meadow Ridge justice. They are incredible people and did an absolutely amazing job on our wedding day. The day did not goes as planned because of terrible weather, but they made sure they made it as perfect as it could be. And perfect it WAS! All of our guests were blown away by the venue, the staff, and the food. I can not thank them enough for all that they did! Meadow Ridge was the best decision we made in all of our wedding planning!
This was our first venue we looked at, and after 3 months of searching, we decided to splurge and book the Maple Pavilion at Meadow Ridge. The deciding factor was how beautiful it is and we could envision ourselves getting married both outside, or in if the weather didn't cooperate, under the pavilion. And we're so glad we did! The event space was so amazing! Perfectly lit after dark to provide an amazing atmosphere for dancing and socializing. Heaters took the bite off the cold night, and with a little bit of dancing it was perfect!
The food, while on paper looked limiting, not only was plenty, but so amazing! Even the cheese and crackers appetizers far exceeded expectations.
Bar tenders we great. Friendly and quickly learned to learn your face and go-to drink. Honestly it was a little impressive.
The only negative thing I could think to say was until about a month out from our wedding, communication with their day-of coordinator and main point of communication for planning was a little slow. But after experiencing the high caliber of a reception / party she facilitated, it is apparent why; She gives every event 110% effort. Everything from how she laid out the center pieces to the entrance table set up to the small quirky requests we made to the fact she somehow kept bringing us drinks... She was amazing!
If you're on the fence about choosing Meadow Ridge, it is completely worth every penny. They know how important your wedding day is, and everything they do is to make that happen and make it seem effortless.

Meadow Ridge gave us our dream wedding!!!! I was blown away when reading their reviews as I was researching venues because they all were amazing, and let me tell you THEY ARE TRUE! The setting of this venue is so beautiful but the people who work here are what makes it so special! As soon as we walked down the aisle post ceremony they were waiting with drinks for us, they brought cheese and crackers to our bridal party as we took pictures, they even noticed when one of our family members walked in late after the food was put away, and they instantly went over to her and her children and made them plates of food...yes that is the level of amazing and thoughtful service at MRE! And they do all of this with a smile! Seneca was a joy to work with, she was always very responsive, answering all my questions with ease. The whole week before my wedding the weather was calling for storms; Seneca walked me through our backup plan and assured me everything would be fine no matter the weather, she truly put my mind at ease.. and it ended up being a beautiful September day after all! Also, I have to give a shoutout to Doug aka Douggie Fresh behind the bar! He was so hilarious and fun!! We had so many people say this was the most beautiful venue they’ve ever been to. I really hope someone in our family gets married there in the future (we had multiple people tell us they wanted to after attending our wedding) so that we can come back again!!

We couldn't be happier with our venue choice! The planning process was very easy and we visited the venue multiple times. Seneca and her family were so genuinely helpful and want every wedding to run smoothly. The entire property is gorgeous and there are tons of photo opportunities. The staff was incredible and guests told us they felt like they were at a 5-star restaurant. The food was amazing as well. So many things are included in the price that it was definitely worth paying for us. Bringing our own alcohol and dessert was a plus
Meadow Ridge is an absolutely stunning venue! The pavilions have an elegant and charming feel to them. The ceremony sites are breathtaking!! I really can’t think of a more beautiful place. Everything was perfect! Our guests were so compliementary of the food! Many raved it was the best dinner at a wedding they had ever had! The service was exceptional. My husband and I loved that the staff brought us drinks and appetizers while we did pictures during the cocktail hour and my husband and his groomsmen thought the bar staff were amazing and a total blast!! There is something just so special about this place and I think it has a whole lot to do with the family that owns it- as soon as you step onto the property you feel right at home. Meadow Ridge is THE best place to have your wedding. They were so accommodating and easy to work with they took all the stress away I thought I was going to have planning a wedding. We had a family arrive late to the reception (after dinner) and the staff still served them and treated them with respect. I had many guests say how wonderful the staff was and how smoothly everything went. Not to mention the venue is absolutely gorgeous! I've been bragging about this place since I first saw it on the knot and want everyone I know to get married here. The newly renovated oak pavilion is stunning. I barely needed to decorate because everything about meadow ridge is just breath taking. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The family-run team at Meadow Ridge genuinely cares and works hard to make your day everything you hoped and more! They were always receptive and open to our ideas (including a giant canoe...) and how we could make them work. They weren’t pushy on trying to “sell” or up charge us on anything, simply presented options and loved new ideas.
They welcomed us, our family, and vendors out ahead of time to visit and get a feel for the space and anything else we needed. Seneca never made me feel like we were asking too many questions and always came back with an answer and explanation.
Our guests raved about the experience in every way- the food (OMG the parmesan crusted potatoes), the environment (literally every inch of this property is heaven), the attention to detail (brought our whole bridal party drinks & apps immediately following the ceremony), and the kind helpful people behind it all!!!
If you're booking here, do consider arranging for hotel accommodations ASAP as well as transportation services for your guests since there aren't really any hotels super nearby. Don't let that deter you for a second from having a wedding here- just takes some advance planning!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this venue. We had the absolute best day of our lives and Seneca and Matt are 99.99999% responsible for that. You cannot ask for a more beautiful venue, a more attentive staff, and more delicious food. We toured the venue in the winter, and even then, we knew Meadow Ridge was so perfect for us. Seneca is so incredibly helpful in the planning process, and on the day of the wedding, Matt and the entire staff wait on everyone hand and foot. It is unlike anything I have ever seen. Multiple people told me it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Meadow Ridge will always have such a special place in our hearts. Thank you, thank you, thank you! <3

Had the best experience working with this venue! They are all friendly, kind, detailed, service oriented individuals and are worth the investment by themselves. The grounds are gorgeous and are extremely well maintained. We got several complements from our family and friends about the beautiful location, amazing and attentive staff, and delicious homemade food. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Meadow Ridge was truly an outstanding, breathtaking place to hold our reception. The staff and service were absolutely exceptional. I literally never even made it to the bar to see our decorations (thank goodness for detail photography), because my drink was refilled without me even having to think of it by staff immediately. They brought us drinks and snacks during cocktail hour for the wedding party to enjoy while we were taking pictures. Over 4 months later, I am still getting compliments from friends and guests about our amazing venue.
Although we got married on a relatively chilly day in September, the roaring fire and many heats lamps in the Maple Pavilion kept guests comfortable throughout the evening. Hot drinks were also readily available. Even after the music shut off and many guests were still waiting for the last shuttle back to our accommodations, the staff still took care of everyone by handing out water bottles and helping my parents gather and pack up all of the décor items, gifts and other random belongings. Our every need was met, and I just can’t imagine having spent our perfect day anywhere else.
We really can't thank Seneca, Matt, and the staff at Meadow Ridge enough for everything they did to make our big day absolutely perfect! The dedication and passion every member of their team has doesn't go unnoticed. They all went above and beyond, thinking of things we never would have to insure we were focused on the things that really mattered that day and nothing else. Seneca was wonderful to work with and answered all of my 100+ questions so quickly as we planned for wedding over a short 7 months. All our guests had such positive things to say about the food and service and we couldn't agree more! I highly recommend Meadow Ridge not only for the beautiful venue it is but also for the truly amazing people that run it!
Where do we even begin? Seneca, you and your beautiful family, as well as your incredible staff were amazing on our wedding day (10-14-17 Oak Pavilion)!!! We could not stop smiling from ear to ear as we entered the venue and saw the beautiful decorative creations you put together! From the wooden crates, to the polaroid station, ivory drapes, vintage books, and farmhouse sweetheart table...It was everything and more than what we could have ever dreamed of and we feel so humbled and blessed to have been surrounded with such amazing people! We can't even begin to tell you how many guests came up to us just raving about every aspect of the venue and asking to know more about it! We also had multiple people that told us it was the most beautiful reception they had ever been to. We knew this was the perfect venue for us but you just confirmed that on Saturday! You made everything go so smoothly and literally took care of all of our worries. Even throughout the reception you would always made a point to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything! It has officially been 2 weeks since our magical wedding at Meadow Ridge Events. I truly don't know how to put into words how special the team at Meadow Ridge made our day. I did not have to worry about a single detail. Seneca and her team took care of everything and helped put all my nerves at ease! They got to know my family and went out of their way to help us plan our day. I am so happy we found Meadow Ridge and I would absolutely encourage any couple to book this venue for their day!
There are not enough positive praises I can give for Meadow Ridge! From the moment we toured the gorgeous property, I knew this unique venue would be perfect for our special day. Meadow Ridge is a family owned business and it shows - the level of detail given to the property itself is impeccable. Our wedding was held in the late spring, and with everything in full bloom, there was so much natural beauty that we were able to save a lot in decorations. There are also so many wonderful photo opportunities throughout the property that we never even left to take pictures. Aside from the gorgeous venue and landscape, Meadow Ridge exceeded all of our expectations when it came to customer service. Seneca was always quick to respond and provide sufficient information and suggestions when it came to figuring out the logistics of our wedding day. On the day of, the Meadow Ridge team executed everything flawlessly - from set up to take down, my husband and I never had to worry. Going into wedding planning, everyone warned me to expect at least three things to go wrong the day of, and that really never happened. All employees were hardworking and courteous to guests, drinks and food were always sufficiently stocked and served in a timely manner, and Seneca/Matt checked in with us periodically to assure that everything was running smoothly. Additionally, Meadow Ridge does their own catering, and we received so many compliments on our selected menu! All food was fresh, had great flavor, and did not at all seem like standard catering. Bottom line, if you are looking for a unique venue with gorgeous landscapes, wonderful, professional service, and delicious food options, I strongly recommend checking out Meadow Ridge - it is truly one of a kind!
My wedding at Meadow ridge events was way beyond my expectations. They are detail oriented and they make you feel you are the most important person in the world. They accomadate your needs no matter how small or large. They make you feel at home in the most beautiful country setting you can imagine. The food is to die for and every person goes above and beyond. I could not of been happier with the choice to get married at Meadow Ridge and I believe everyone should choose this place for their special day, great food,great service,great party and great atmosphere.
