Meadows Events

I found Meadows Events through a quick Google search, and what a blessing it was. I was more than satisfied with Debra works. She so personable, and welcoming. Her professionalism, knowledge, and expertise made the planning of my elopement easy and streamlined. She is very resourceful about different vendors and was able to refer me to some great vendors for the day. She has great eye for wedding design and set up. My beach elopement set up was a dream. I am forever grateful to her and her team for my special day a miraculous day.

Finding a wedding coordinator was pretty much one of the last things on my list not because I didn't see value in it, but because it was difficult for me to find the right person for the job that was willing to work with my budget. I happened to strike luck by winning the gift basket from Meadows Events during a bridal show and met Debra. I thought it didn't hurt to do a consultation and within minutes of talking with her I was already impressed. Debra asks all the right questions and even questions that never crossed my mind. Even as organized as I am, I knew I would miss something among the chaos. Having Debra is really a bang for your buck because she just went above and beyond her duties and did more for me that would have cost me extra or a package upgrade with other event coordinators. I trusted her and let her and her team take care of everything on the day of and they did a spectacular job setting up and working with boxes of random items I handed them for decorations. How they decorated my venue was more than I could ever imagine and it just made my photos beautiful. Debra does a great job about getting in touch with me at least once a month, emailing me about any questions, and taking initiative to follow up with my vendors. She is organized and gave the vendors great direction. Her team did a fabulous job supervising and making sure that the venue was left sparking clean. I was able to get 100% of my deposit back from my venue after Debra did the final walkthrough. Honestly with Debra you can leave your worries at home. She is a great partner to have when planning such a big event. It's the little things she does like fold the dinner napkins at the reception so they aren't just stuffed in the glass to making sure the caterer fed me and my husband first. It was great to talk to her about all my concerns and see her take initiative to get things done. Even after my wedding, she made time for me to do a recap with her and helped me communicate with a vendor about. A mishap. My only tip for couples is to use aisle planner early and do your planning there from the start so it makes things easier for you down the road and you don't have to input things later.

WOW!!! is the best descriptive expression for our back yard wedding on August 18, 2018. Debra's ideas were so creative and specific to our needs and her recommendations for vendors were exactly what we were looking for. She's a wiz at organizing and making sure all the fine details were covered. Some of our guest are still complimenting our event and I really appreciated all the effort she put forth to make it happen. I would definitely hire her again.

Meadows Events is the best wedding planning company ever. Debra was extremely attentive and loving throughout the entire process. I hired Debra as a DOC for my wedding after meeting her at a bridal show. Initially, I was not planning on hiring a coordinator, but our venue required that we did. Boy, am I SO glad Debra was available - she is fantastic! I hired her for day-of services, but she was so much more than that. We had most of the vendors booked by the time we hired her, but she helped so much with everything else, especially all of those little details that you don't even think about until someone asks you about them. She is prompt with all forms of communication, and really made our wedding beautiful. I 100% trusted her to make things wonderful on our big day and she completely delivered. She was accommodating throughout all of the planning and unexpected changes, and wants to be sure she makes your vision come true. Her pricing was very reasonable and pretty inexpensive in comparison to other coordinators I got quotes from, and I received much more in terms of service. I would not hesitate to hire her again and refer her to friends for event coordinating. Thank you Debra (and Jennifer!) for making our wedding perfect!!

My husband and I were very happy we worked with Meadows Events for our big day. We had no idea how much it would help! We hired Debra for the month-of coordination support, but she helped us almost every day! She helped us to get unstuck with many details. She also had great connections to vendors that we used and loved. She knew all the right questions to ask our other vendors. Debra helped us to get organized by creating a timeline of deadlines and setting up phone calls and meetings to check in on those deadlines. She also created a detailed agenda for our ceremony and reception- everyone knew where to be and when to be there. The Meadows Events team also facilitated our rehearsal activities. Debra helped us to finalize our vision after so many pictures and inspiration boards. Another couple recommended that we use Meadow Events and they were equally satisfied with their support!
