Planning: Due to the pandemic, we had to plan and replan my wedding 3 times, but each step of the way Tasha and Meant 2Be were there to help. They kept me organized because THEY were so organized. They also were there to make sure I thought about the things I didn’t know I needed to think about. They are professional, friendly, and compassionate in all they do. Vendors: They have access to great vendors and Tasha has wonderful relationships with them. She is well respected in the industry and by her brides and grooms. Day of the wedding: Meant 2Be has you covered. I really didn’t need to think about much, only to enjoy the day. Their support, execution of my vision, and hard work helped make the day perfect. If I had to do it all over again (which I did 3 times), I’d choose Meant 2Be.

Tasha and Meant 2Be gave me the wedding of my dreams. We planned a destination wedding with her and we couldn't have done it without her. She was so organized and on top of things, I had almost no stress planning this event. When something went wrong, she helped to provide solutions. If I was stressed, she calmed me down. On top of her planning efforts, I used all the vendors she recommended and they were all incredible! My wedding was perfect all thanks to Meant 2 Be!

Let this be your sign - you need a wedding coordinator. We thought we could do it all ourselves because we only had 24 guests. But as I read somewhere, you can't star in the show and direct it! It would have been SO stressful if Tasha weren't there. She did an excellent job understanding our vision and implementing it. Highly recommend.

Meant2Be Events provided the kind of support necessary to provide my husband and I with the fairytale wedding experience we could have only dreamed of. Upon our first meeting we were asked what was most important to us... We mentioned that we did not want to think about anything during the wedding because we just wanted to focus on spending time with our friends and family. It is safe to say that need was met and then exceeded 10x if you can believe it. The job of a wedding planner is not easy in normal circumstances, but Tasha Miller made it seem effortless even through the chaos of Covid-19 and the postponement of our wedding. Tasha truly understood all of our wants and needs and executed flawlessly from day 1 and then up to and beyond our wedding day. As if Tasha was fantastic enough on her own, she brought with her an associate or "bride-shadow" named Katie who was exceptional in her own right. Between the two of them, neither myself, my husband, or our families and friends had to think about any of the details or complete any tasks or errands during our special weekend. It's difficult to even write this review because I don't know if I'm able to put into words the amount of gratitude we have for Tasha, Katie, and the Meant2Be Events team. I can not even begin to recommend Tasha with Meant2BeEvents enough. I would hire Tasha for every single event that I host for the rest of my life if I could. She has the most kind heart and generous soul, and I feel so lucky to have met her through my wedding process. COVID had other plans for our special day, and Tasha handled it with such grace. If you’re looking for a planner, don’t look further- she truly understands her brides.

I cannot say enough great things about Meant2Be. I had originally hired a different wedding planner which didn’t end up working out. It was a pretty poor experience and my spirits were low. I was referred to Meant2Be and instantly fell in love with Tasha and Taylor. I can honestly say they made me excited about my wedding again. Taylor was my lead planner and she was SO great. She was responsive, timely, professional, caring and FUN. She thought about all the small details that I hadn’t. She was always willing to work around my crazy schedule which was much appreciated. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, even rushing to the store day of to pick up a few items that had broken outside the prior night due to heavy winds. Where to begin! Our family and friends are still talking about our wedding, and it is May 2019 and we got married October 2018! Meant2Be Events and Tasha were so amazing! They made wedding planning so easy, and fun. Tasha was amazing with making sure we were happy every step of the way, and constantly checking in and keeping us on track. With so much going on it was easy to forget something or neglect a task, but Tasha made sure nothing was missed. She was there for everything, and even stayed for the whole wedding! (reception too!). Our wedding day would not have been as magical if it was not for Tasha and the team at Meant2Be Events. Definitely recomending this group to all my friends who get married!! Thank you for everything, including a night us and all our friends and family will never forget. Truly an amazing team.

Tasha and Meant2Be Events kept us sane for our wedding! My fiancée (now wife!) and decided to get married in Phoenix last year, even though we live out of state. We only knew the date we wanted and the venue... beyond that, neither of us had any idea of all the things we needed to take care of, or who to talk to about them. From the very first meeting over the phone, Tasha made us feel great and very comfortable with her ability to get things going smoothly. She helped introduce us to all the vendors we needed, including gently nudging us to some vendors she really liked — in particular, her suggestion for catering (Atlanta, who were also amazing) was wonderful. We would have never found them without Tasha’s help and the food was one of the most complimented things at the wedding (after my bride, the venue, and how smoothly things ran). As weddings do, things came up last minute over wedding weekend, from people not being able to attend last minute to us forgetting that one of our guests had a formidable food sensitivity to deal with. We told Tasha, and things got taken care of. On the day of the wedding, we just showed up at the starting point she suggested at the time she suggested, and never had to worry about where to be for the rest of the night. Her ability to get us to the right place without feeling hurried was amazing — both my wife and I compared notes later, and neither of us felt like we had to rush anywhere, or were being bossed around... we just ended up at the right place at the right time all night, and we have Tasha (and her assistant on the night, Taylor) to thank for that. My wife told me numerous times in the weeks leading up to the wedding that she’d had a minor freak out about something; but that a quick text or call to Tasha made it right as rain immediately — we were both in awe with her ability to get things going smoothly while seeming pretty laid back the whole time. Having never hired a wedding planner before, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Tasha and Meant2Be Events were worth every cent we paid (and more, really). Just having the peace of mind that everything was taken care of on the day made a huge difference. Tasha, if you and the team are reading this: we had such an amazing time, and our guests did too. I am so thankful we had Meant2Be plan our wedding! It was a pleasure working with Tasha, Erin and Taylor to plan out and execute our modern cross-cultural celebration. For anyone who is considering a (Meant2Be) planner but is hesitant about just one more wedding-related cost, let me just say that for all the time and energy and emotional work that would've gone into to this without M2B, the cost would be several times greater. Since both my husband and I work full time, we not only appreciated but needed to have planners handle all the logistics and vendor discussions in the background. We just had to make sure they knew our schedules so they could set up the meetings, and then we just showed up. Tasha and Taylor were connected with really awesome vendors that were able to deliver what we wanted at our wedding without us going broke. I especially appreciated the moments when we didn't know exactly what we wanted, but the combined powers of our vendors and planners worked it out for us. We also had some last minutes change and emergencies, like figuring out stationery and bartending in the last three weeks, that our planners resolved ASAP. And also very importantly, our planners were very honest and for all of our random questions provided the best solutions to help us save time, money, and grief. On the day of, Erin basically ran the show. As if by magic, all the objects and decor and vendors were exactly where they needed to be without any effort on our part, including the lanterns on our chuppah that I bought off Amazon at the last minute. I even had a couple dance performances by friends arranged during cocktail hour that apparently went off without a hitch. Speaking personally, I just spent most of the day getting beautified, trying to calm my nerves, admiring my dress, and then getting wed/partying/eating. All in all, we had an absolutely amazing day!! At the core of it, our M2B planners were truly personally invested in the success of our day and love what they do (even when we don't make it easy for them =P). They always made time for us and always reminded us that we needed to be comfortable with the decisions we make, because in the end, it is our day.

Tasha was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect! She was so helpful every step of the way and there’s no way we could have planned our wedding without her. She was super easy to reach when we had questions and responded promptly. It was a pleasure working with Tasha and we would highly recommend her and Meant2Be!

Tasha was amazing every step of the way. She helped out in every-way and kept us from Killing each other. I became DadZilla involved in every aspect and she assisted the entire way. We spoke weekly sometimes daily for nearly 6 months. When a problem came up she solved it immediately. Her recommendations for vendors were perfect and the discounts they provided more than paid for her fee twice over. She was the last to leave the wedding and when we decide to go to the Groomsmen after-party (big Mistake!) she collected every gift, flower arrangement, left over party favor, lost shoe and delivered them to our home. Amazing! Tasha took care of everything, including difficult in-laws. For that alone, she was worth her weight in gold. All we had to do was enjoy the evening. And what an evening it was.

Tasha Miller was our point-person 45 days prior to our daughter's Bat Mitzvah, and most importantly, the day of. We were beyond thrilled with Tasha! Not only was she an amazing planner, but she is an absolute sweetheart of a person!! She was SO detail-oriented, on top of EVERYTHING, and not only did she make the day run so smoothly (and there were so many moving parts, as we had 4 food trucks, a photo booth & DJ), she was the troubleshooter when we lost power briefly, handling it all so that i didn't have time to worry about it! Several of my guests commented to me throughout the night how wonderful she was, as she went above and beyond; making sure that our guests knew where to get their food, where the bathrooms were, she even located Advil for my son and offered to get him plate of food when he complained of an awful headache! She was NEVER standing around, idle -- she was cleaning trash from the tables, and she was the last person to leave with us at the very end of the night, cleaning up until the last minute, which was not part of her job! She could literally handle anything that would be thrown at her, with grace and ease and a smile on her face! I left our party, and the 45 days we had her for, feeling like I'd made a new friend! Reliable, patient, calm under pressure, , detail-oriented, sincere... I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tasha and our experience with her! From the minute we signed on with her and Meant2BeEvents, even though we're a much smaller party than what they typically handle, she treated us as if we were throwing a huge elegant wedding! She made me feel like we were her only client, and ours was a small-ish , casual outdoor party of about 120 guests. She is a consummate professional, and I will recommend her and Meant2BeEvents to anyone that wants to know their party/wedding/Bar or Bat Mitzvah is in the best of hands!!

Hiring Tasha as my wedding planner was one of the best decisions I've made (aside from marrying my husband)! She is so easy to work with, and while she was amazing throughout the planning process, she was absolutely incredible and invaluable to have on the wedding day itself - helping with absolutely everything, including helping me change into my ballet slippers! I very highly recommend Tasha and Meant2Be!

Tasha was highly recommended by our Venue, The Sanctuary. They only gave us excellent, professional referrals, AND this referral proved to be outstanding! A huge part of making my daughter's Wedding Day stress free was due to Tasha. She was on top of all details. Her timeline was expertly communicated to all the many vendors and timing for everything fell into place perfectly. I really appreciated how she found me throughout the night and kept me updated about timing so I didn't miss seeing anything (cake cutting, etc.). I was truly able to relax and enjoy myself and talk with our guests because I trusted Tasha's thoroughness. Everything was set up exactly like we had envisioned (and there was a lot of set up with our large guest list and all our “special touches” added.) Tasha also did a great job delivering everything to our rooms at the end of the night so we had zero work collecting personal items. Tasha made us feel like she personally cared about making our daughter's wedding magical. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Our daughter and son-in-law's wedding is a night we will treasure in our memories forever!

A huge part of the success the day of was due to Tasha and her crew. The day of the wedding we were truly able to relax knowing that we were in such great hands. Leading up to the wedding Tasha was so helpful with her timeline suggestions and overall flow of the wedding. We were truly able to relax and enjoy ourselves and talk with our friends and family because of the thoroughness provided from start to finish by Tasha. Everything was set up exactly like we had envisioned. There was a lot of set up with 188 place cards and all our “special touches” we had added throughout the venue. Not to mention Tasha was a blast to work with and so thoughtful throughout the entire process. We can’t thank the Meant2Be Events team for helping us with the wedding of our dreams.

I had such a wonderful experience with Meant2be, Tasha took all the stress away from our destination wedding! Before we hired them we felt very overwhelmed and frustrated, but after we started working with Tasha we were able to enjoy the wedding planning process! Tasha was in contact with all of our vendors so that everyone was on the same page. And the day of the wedding Tasha was there all day helping the vendors so that we didn't have to be there and we could enjoy getting ready. My wedding would have not been possible with out Regina and Tasha. Not only are they super awesome girls to know and hang out with but they make the wedding planning process, fun, easy, and stress free as possible. It is difficult to put into words how invaluable our wedding planner, Tasha Miller, was in the success of our wedding. One of the first decisions we made as an engaged couple was to hire a wedding planner for our wedding. Based on a referral from a friend we looked at Meant2Be Events and had a phone meeting with Tasha to go over packages and pricing. We went with the Full Planning package. We worked closely with Tasha over almost 9 months. We started from the beginning — after discussing our budget and wishes, she began by providing a first pass list of venues. Once we selected our venue and date, she provided recommendations for all other vendors: officiant, music, DJs, stationary, flowers, photography, videography, cake, makeup — everything. The best part of this is she played phone tag with everyone on our behalf to find availability and pricing. As two working professionals we did not have time to chase down vendors. Tasha seemed to have first hand experience working with everyone in the business. This was invaluable when it came time to give recommendations or answer our questions about certain vendors. Furthermore, because we were working with a planner most of our vendors offered us some sort of kickback or discount. As a result the planning service was effectively paid for with other vendor discounts. Tasha was with us every step of the way. Whenever we had a food tasting she would take notes of what we liked, what we didn’t, what we wanted changed so she could make sure that on our wedding day everything was how we wanted. She did our design mockups and helped us with our stationary choices. Whenever we had questions or needed advice, Tasha was ready. When our wedding month arrived, Tasha took care of our wedding timeline which was extraordinarily detailed. She made sure all of our vendors knew where to be and when. We did not have to deal with vendors at all on our wedding day or the days prior — Tasha handled all of it. For a stressful event, we cannot speak highly enough of this fact alone. The day of our wedding Tasha really shined. She interfaced with all of the vendors, the on site coordinator, directed guests, and kept everything on schedule. When we needed something during the day or had an issue that needed addressing, she was on it. She made it the lowest stress day possible. Our wedding was perfect. Everything went as planned (as far as we know, at least!) and all of our guests loved it. Tasha was a big part of that success. We cannot recommend her, or Meant2Be Events, enough.

Regina was absolutely phenomenal! I couldn't imagine how our big day would've turned out without her. She was recommended by our venue, thank goodness! I'm so grateful for all the hard work she put into our wedding! She helped us carefully select all of our vendors, managed all of our RSVPs, responded quickly to all my crazy emails, and even bustled my dress! She overseed every little detail of our day, relieving me from a lot of stress. I would most definitely recommend her services to other brides to be.

If you are looking for a guarantee that your wedding or special function will come off flawlessly, Meant2Be Events, specifically Tasha Miller, is absolutely your vendor of choice. On October 15, 2016, our son was married at the Troon North Golf Club in Scottsdale, AZ. Tasha, along with Ania, was absolutely marvelous in overseeing every step of the day insuring all events went off seemlessly. If there was a mis-step along the way (and there was not) absolutely no one knew it. This alone is a great testimony to Tasha's attention to detail, her ability to size up a situation, her planning and coordination capabilities and her wonderful personality. One of the greatest strengths that Tasha and Meant2Be have in general is their absolutely wonderful relationships with some of the best vendors in the business. Because of these relationships, everyone knew what their role was and how to work together to deliver an truly wonderful day for us. Living in Chicago, it was important that our vision was understood and there was a sense of comfort that everything would come off without a hitch...and that is exactly what happened. Tasha was exceptional at organizing the Wedding Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner and all of the events throughout the entire Wedding day. She comes with wonderful ideas and always puts the needs and wants of the client first. Our memories and those of our guests for our special day will be remembered for a long time due in very large part to Tasha. Just wonderful!

I was procrastinating on writing a review because I have so much to say! In short: Regina and Tasha orchestrated the most perfect day and fun, gorgeous, personal and fabulous wedding ceremony and reception. I found out about Regina and Meant2Be Events when I contacted the Desert Botanic Garden. Knowing we wanted to get married there, I asked if they could recommend any planners. From the first meeting with Regina, I knew she had awesome ideas, was very familiar and experienced with Phoenix vendors and would be the perfect person to help plan our day. We lived out of state and moved even further away during our engagement and planning year, but even through all of our non wedding stress (cross country move, new jobs, buying a house, etc.. typically, red flags for a frazzled, basket-case bride!), Regina had us feeling totally calm about the wedding. From the first stages of planning and after getting to know us, she demonstrated that she completely understood who Ryan and I were and the vibe we were hoping to have on our wedding day. I was impressed/delighted that she was so responsive on email and available for calls and meetings throughout the planning process. Everything was very well organized and timely, and when we weren't sure about some decisions, she would provide multiple recommendations and quotes to weigh our options. Her experience and creativity allowed us to stay within budget and not feel like we had to sacrifice things that were important to us. Regina and Tasha were awesome the whole time, and then the day before for rehearsal and the wedding day, they were especially amazing! I couldn’t believe the detail and thoughtfulness of the entire weekend and main events down to the minute—our timeline was seriously perfect. We never felt rushed, and our bridal party/family knew when and where they needed to be. Since our wedding, we’ve heard from multiple guests that they were impressed with the evening and how thoughtful and fun it was, but especially how calm we both seemed, as did our families. My entire goal of having a planner was so we could thoroughly enjoy and participate in our wedding. I’m truly grateful for their expertise and dedication to planning our wedding from the very beginning. Looking back, it’s pretty crazy to think that I was a bride getting married 2,500 miles away from home and wasn't worried about ONE detail during our wedding weekend. I know some people can be unsure about hiring a planner or think they can or want to handle everything on their own, but the fact that it was our most special weekend with people in town from all over the country, I am SO thrilled we could fully enjoy our time with guests and trust that everything would be taken care of. They worked tirelessly to allow us to fully enjoy and attend our wedding weekend. If we had to do it all over again, Ryan and both sets of parents agree we would 100% work with Meant2Be. (Side note: you know you’re in good hands when the mother of the bride asks months and then again weeks out, “is there something more I should be doing?! I feel like I should be stressed over here, but everything seems under control!”) We couldn't be happier with Regina and Tasha or more appreciative for allowing us to have the BEST weekend of our lives, entirely stress free. We recently celebrated our daughter’s wedding at Dessert Mountain in Arizona and we had the pleasure of having Tasha Miller from MEANT2BE Events as our wedding planner. Tasha was extremely efficient and it was through her scheduling that all the vendors arrived promptly and everything went absolutely according to plan. Tasha was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic and easy to work with. She was very accommodating and went above and beyond what we had expected of a wedding planner. Her resourcefulness was especially helpful and she provided follow-up information as promised in a timely manner. By having Tasha as our point person, we were able to enjoy the wedding festivities and feel confident that everything was being looked after. When my husband and I were planning our wedding he was a couple thousand miles away for work, and I was home with my loving parents trying to put together the best wedding possible. Though we hired Regina only about two or three months before the wedding, had we not, everything would have fallen apart. We coordinated over the phone, via email, and finally in person and every second I knew she saw my vision and was in sync with my steps. My family gave me incredible love and support and we did a pretty great job of putting the basics together like venue and dress. But Regina was the one who got all my vendors together and reminded me of the little things and helped me make snap decisions and, finally, be the instructor I didn't want to have to be on my big day. She let me just be a bride instead of a planner and an organizer and a leader. She fixed any small problems, some I may not even know about to this day. My point being, whether you hire her to plan everything for a couple years from the very get go, or you hire her for the last couple weeks of planning, it's worth it. I will always be grateful for her support on that day because there was no better experience than just being able to be a bride.

Regina was absolutely fantastic !!! She was the perfect fit for us on our Wedding Day !! She has a no bs, take charge personality, paired with her fun personality and she truly makes the day all about you !! She was able to shield me from any Wedding drama or minor mishaps during that day and had every answer to every question I could have thought of !! She was truly fantastic !!! Hiring Regina was one of the best decisions we made in the whole planning process. She was quick to respond and hooked us up with several of our vendors. They turned out to be awesome. Regina and her assistant, Tasha, were super helpful during the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. They made sure everything was taken care of, people were in the right spot at the right time, and stuck to our timeline. It was a fantastic experience working with Regina. The only thing we would change is bringing her in earlier in the process. I highly recommend her to any bride looking for some help!

I feel so lucky that Meant2Be was recommended to me by my venue, (a major Scottsdale resort). I had some very out of the normal requests for my wedding and design, and thanks to Regina and her staff and vendors, they made it all happen. Every last detail was taken care of and I literally just had to show up. She let me be involved as much or as little as I wanted. And when I needed a shoulder and a little talk and encouragement, she was real and down to earth and got me back on track. I cannot imagine having planned this wedding without Meant2Be. It is more than just a job for them!

Regina and her Meant2Be team were recommended to us for our Desert Mountain wedding and, to put it candidly, we couldn't have done it without her. Planning a Scottsdale wedding from Boston seemed overwhelming and could have easily taken a tailspin for the worst, but from the introductory meeting with Regina, many of our greatest apprehensions were quickly put to rest. For starters, she had a long-standing relationship with the event coordinator at Desert Mountain making the communication channels between our two teams seamless for both planning and day-of execution, a major plus in our book. Next, she knew that we needed a short-list of preferred vendors for photo, video, music etc and was able to quickly justify her fees through the negotiations with these vendors who turned out to be absolutely brilliant choices, so a tip of our hat to her. She also followed through with constant communication despite the distance and coordinated closely with us whenever we were in Scottsdale to visit or plan. Aside from the work itself, her congenial yet determined personality shines through at every turn and it is clear that she loves to work with couples to make their day extraordinary. There’s a term in photography called ‘bokeh’ where you blur the background just enough to make your subject stand out, and in her own way she’s a master of creating the optimal wedding bokeh effect to make the bride and groom stand out. We don't know what our wedding day would have looked like without Regina and the M2B team but I will say that with them, we were able to focus on each other and our families -- the reason we were coming together in the first place.

My husband and I had an amazing wedding in Phoenix in July, 2015. We are still getting compliments that it was such a beautiful, perfect day. We are so grateful for the role that Regina played in our special day. I reached out to her when I was feeling overwhelmed with the process of sorting through different vendors. It seemed as if the more I researched the more confused I became. After meeting with Regina, I felt I could trust her recommendations completely. Our first meeting was really the first and last "interview" I needed! She deciphered our style and personality so perfectly and within a week (after months of confusion) we had our people lined up! We were able to enjoy every minute of our wedding day. Our entire team worked so seamlessly together. By the end of the night I didn't want to see them go--I wanted them to move to the after party with us! I have a tendency to get really stressed and have a hard time relinquishing control. I didn't want a wedding day filled with stress--I wanted to be able to take a deep breath and be part of the day. When you are surrounded by the people you love the most, you want to be able to absorb every single second. Because of Regina I was able to do just that! We wholeheartedly recommend her as a professional who will help make your dream day a reality.

After last minute changes with my wedding coordinator at my venue, Regina was referred to me to ease my stress, help coordinate between all my vendors, and let me be a guest at my own wedding. She swooped right in, and took over, so I could actually enjoy my time leading up to the big day! Regina and her team were very professional and a pleasure to work with! They allowed me to only have one role on my big day.....BRIDE! My wedding was a dream come true and I cannot thank Regina and her team enough for helping to make it the most amazing day of my life!

I would like to thank Regina and every single one of you who helped with our daughter, Kimberly's, wedding. She and Jessica are very special young ladies in her dad's and my life. (Of course, Ms Melania is too:)) What an absolutely beautiful celebration. Could not have done it without Regina's love of special events planning and along with her patience. She gave Kimberly and I all of you wonderful artists to help with this wonderful celebration as she enters a new chapter in her life. I felt bad for Melania on the day of her Aunt Kiki's wedding. She woke up at 6AM and no nap. She fell asleep at our house the night of the wedding at 7:30PM and did not wake up until after 8:30AM. I had arranged for a babysitter for all of the days that we had planned and in particular the wedding day. That way I could stay focused on the day. Jessica could too enjoy all of it and not that I didn't want Melania not to........she is a 3 year old and well.............:) Nellie had to work all of Saturday, a day that she always has off and well as things happen if life .......she had to go to WORK, of all things. So I apologize for a little disruption but as we all know everything else was CALM and absolutely perfect. Of course, in grandma's eyes, so too was Melania. Interesting when we marry two people. Lots of life is before our faces and in our hearts. Her new mother in law was telling me and everyone else that Kimberly was now her DAUGHTER. Oh no, says me:) I felt her first flutter. I gave her life. I learned to really love and appreciate a teenager:) I love the woman that she has become. I know all of you appreciate the Kimberly that you all met. She is a wonderful daughter, sister, Aunt, friend and now a Bride. I know from what she has told me many of you will still be in her life. I toast all of you for giving her the Best Party of her Life. (If we have another Wedding in the valley again I would love to have all of you involved). Meant2Be Events helped make all our dreams come true! I hired them knowing it would be a great investment on the day of. I was also so happy with all their preferred vendors they introduced me to. That was well worth it to not have to comb through endless vendors not knowing whether or not they were worthwhile! Regina and team were easy to work with, kept things on track and were genuinely happy & excited for Aaron and I. Then on the day of, I really had no worries because I knew they had everything under control. And everything turned out beautifully! Regina did a great job. I was hosting an out of town wedding and I only had one weekend to come out and get everything set up. Regina recommended really great vendors. She was able to help me get what I wanted in my wedding and stay on budget. At times I wanted to work on my timeline, but she knows what she is doing and when I let her do her thing everything turned out great. She looks out for you and helps you to navigate through the process with ease!

Here's the deal. Regina is for brides who want to sleep at night. She is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL - she takes her job seriously and understands that her reputation depends on the success of her weddings. I cannot tell you how many people told me my wedding was the best wedding they had ever been to, from the sheer gorgeousness of it, great DJ, awesome rabbi and ceremony, to the totally smooth transitions between every part of the evening. My day was PERFECT, start to finish, thanks to her. She is not "fluff" like so many other wedding planners I met, she is the real deal. Regina is not going to pat you on the head and let you make bad decisions - she knows this business in and out, and her judgement is impeccable. She responds to your emails within minutes. She coordinates your vendors, your timelines, your contracts, your finances. Her style and eye for wedding design, along with her amazing ability to translate your vision into reality are everything you want in your planner. If you are like me, and you have absolutely no idea how to plan a wedding, let go of your stress, hire Regina, and breathe easy knowing you will have a spectacular wedding and she will not let anything bad happen. She is pure gold and I am so, so grateful to have had her as my wedding planner... and ALSO lucky to have gotten to know her as a person and friend. Actually I'm kind of going through planner withdrawals as I write this. I might have another wedding just to hang out with her more...

Regina is my fairy wedding godmother who orchestrated my dream wedding with brilliant precision and a quiet confidence. Regina executed everything beautifully which allowed me to revel in my day as a stress free bride. I was able to be a guest at my own wedding. From the moment we sat down at our initial consultation, Regina dedicated to me and my wedding day vision. Regina was always available day or night via text, phone call or email ( sometimes ALL three in the same day)! She was there to hold my hand as a friend, confidante, counselor, and yes therapist. She is liaison extraordinaire working with the absolute top vendors in the market. I was able to send custom acrylic invitations to guest who later danced on a custom dance floor all because of Regina and her impeccable contacts. Regina is knowledgable and well informed on all the current trends, colors, and wedding styles. She is a respected leader in the event biz and a lovely lady through and through. She started as my event planner and has become my friend. And I am grateful on all levels.

Having Regina and Meant2Be Events by our side throughout the whole wedding process was the best decision my now-husband and I made, other than saying "YES!" Regina and her team are so knowledgeable and really took the time to get to know us, our wants, worries, and expectations. Needless to say, every expectation we had Regina and her team surpassed by miles! The night before our wedding there was a hiccup (a monster hiccup in my eyes at that time) and I texted Regina at 10:00PM. She answered right away assuring me that she had already addressed the would-be issue and everything was fixed and "purrrfect" (she knows I'm a cat lady and she knows her cat puns calm me down and make me laugh). I told Regina that she was my "human Xanax," because she kept me so calm! The world could be flung into chaos on your wedding day, but with Regina on your side you'd never know! Regina & Meant2Be Events made our dream day a reality and everything was even better than we had ever imagined - stressless and beautiful! As a bride, I got to enjoy & take in every moment of our day because Regina took care of everything. There is one reason that wedding planning was easy for me. Regina. I was a very particular bride, to say the least. I wanted to be involved in every decision. Regina took my ideas and turned them into a reality. Her knowledge is invaluable, she will tell you when something will not work or is out of budget. She completely understood what I wanted, it was like she was in my head. If I couldn’t describe what I wanted, she would magically draw what she was thinking in her head (literally, she would text me drawings), and it was perfect! It was also important to me that my planner was caring and had a fun personality, and someone I got along with. I would now call Regina my friend. Regina’s bubbly personality is infectious. She is a pleasure to be around, and really makes the planning process enjoyable, even when it is stressful. Like for example when you check the weather the Sunday before your wedding, and it says that there is a 60% chance of rain (I had an outdoor ceremony, and outdoor cocktail hour). I knew that it was Sunday morning in the middle of wedding season, but I had to let Regina know how upset and freaking out I was. I texted her, received a call back immediately calming me down. By the next day, we had plan B in place. This was no normal plan B, this was plan B that was better than plan A. Regina contacted her people during the weekend to secure the most fabulous ceremony and cocktail hour spot at my hotel. I knew that I was grateful for Regina during the planning process, but I literally do NOT know what I would have done without her during the week before my wedding. Everything we had planned for a year suddenly changed. My plan B was more than I could have ever dreamed of, all because of Regina. I know that people say this, but it was better than what we originally planned. I look back on my wedding and I am truly happy with every memory in my head. This would not have been possible without Regina! A million thanks!!!

Regina made our wedding absolutely perfect. It's one accomplishment to plan & execute a wedding that presents no obstacles, but to do so successfully even when things are seemingly falling apart is talent. In planning, no sooner could I send an email insinuating interest in a rental or vendor before Regina would already have sources or initial contact established for me. She went above & beyond to find rare vintage rentals that weren't an easy find for 120++. Regina was also the catalyst for our selecting near every other vendor & all were not only outstanding but made the day even more special in their own way. We traveled from sunny CA to sunny AZ to have our wedding-- or at least we thought we did. I must say, a little rain is not the end of the world with Regina in charge. My emotions Friday, as I watched the resort flood in conditions AZ residents called rare were down. I saw my dream wedding falling apart. Not only did Regina maintain her composure & keep me in good spirits, she did everything to make Saturday perfect despite forecast, & did so without adding stress to me. She had a plan B lined up to such an extent, our Hacienda, where our average/no decor after party was to take place, set up with florals and candles as an option to move to if reception weather became too bad. The Hacienda later became a beautiful after party to a perfect reception that while some rain did fall, it was not enough to dampen the beautiful reception she pulled together from our many talks. The attention to detail and precaution she took was amazing. Most importantly, Regina felt like a friend. In a moment of emotions while rain fell on our reception, I admit I broke down--only briefly (the memory now is a part of a perfect evening, even rain and break-down included), Regina comforted me & made me feel content and grateful. Regina is the best decision any bride can make. You're not just hiring a planner, but someone who CARES, & her work is outstanding. Love her!!
