Christine, I cant even begin to thank Medina Entertainment and yourself enough for all you did to help make this a day to remember. The venue was perfect. The food was delicious and accommodating to food allergies. The ballroom was spacious and I liked how no tables needed to be taken down to make room for a dance floor. The ballroom was absolutely beautifully decorated. Very little decorations were needed from us. The changing rooms for the Bride and Groom to get ready in was so helpful and it allowed us to keep all our personal belongings in a locked room. It was also a private room for our nursing mothers. Going with Medina Entertainment is literally a one stop shop. Venue- DJ- Food & Catering-Security-Grooms dinner banquet rooms. Many of our guests had never been to the ballroom for anything other then a concert, so for them to see a concert hall transformed into a magical ballroom you dream about they were speechless. Location was great, lots of free parking- but we chose Medina because they handle it all- from the decorating, bartending, great food- coordinating with our 4 pc jazz band- it was all done for us, We are so glad we chose Medina- we were able to greet guests outside, it was a beautiful day. Raised stage area for the band -perfect size- room held 120, we ended up with about 80- round tables of 8. Received so many compliments on the great reception. Due to cost, we had appetizers and we provided drinks for everyone- 10 types of appetizers, and we did Costco for delicious cakes -

We were absolutely thrilled with the service that we received from Medina Catering. We worked with Christine and loved her. She was so friendly, joyful, kind and genuine. The food also tasted INCREDIBLE! We had many guests tell us that it was the best wedding food that they ever had! Everything had such great flavor and so delicious. We would recommend Medina Catering to anyone that ever needed catering services. We were blown away and loved it so much!!

We worked with Christine from Medina Entertainment Center for our wedding coordination on 9/8/23. Everything on rehearsal and wedding day went pretty much perfect and exceeded expectations. Every staff member we worked with or encountered there was very nice and helpful. These days where a lot of places are increasing prices making things tough financially on consumers, MEC offered fair/good pricing on their food, event room rentals, and services. We didn't have to break our bank, and received great service in return. All of our guests we heard from (as well as us) had mentioned the food had tasted excellent, too! If we ever have a need for a moderate to big event in the future, we would definitely be looking here, and would recommend it to family and friends.

My son and daughter in law just had their wedding reception at Medina Entertainment Center at the beginning of August. All of our guests raved about the food- so good! The event planner Christine was fantastic to work with! She was very responsive and friendly. We also did the Groom's dinner there the previous evening. They have a perfect sized room for that located close to the bar. This is a 5 star review, but honestly they deserve a million stars!! :)

Medina catered for our wedding and I could not have asked for a better caterer, the appetizers tasted amazing! The main course was cooked perfectly and well seasoned, everyone keeps talking about the short rib, salad, chicken.....everything really! The coordinator Christine was very helpful in suggesting small things that the bride can forget as the wedding date gets closer. She is very professional and works well with people. The team was also on time to set up. Excellent service!

We had our reception at Medina Entertainment Center after looking at several other places before making our final decision. Boy was it the right choice! It all started with Christine who met with us the day after we initially contacted MEC, she was so kind and helpful with every little detail no matter how small. She was by far and away our favorite person we worked with during our searching for a venue process. Next, the food. We had a buffet with short ribs and chicken parm, along with a salad and a few sides and apps. It was an absolute monster hit. I just wish we had more time to eat! We got compliments about the food all night. The food and beverage staff were kind and helpful all night, and Christine even made us our own to go plate. We brought in games and had a few bowling lanes reserved as well. Both were a big hit and planned to perfection as far as the set up. It was such a fun, memorable, and magical day. We are so glad we chose MEC, we cannot thank them and Christine enough for making it so special.

This was hands down the best decision we made during our wedding process. We received SO many compliments on how beautiful the venue was, how great it was for weddings with kids, and the biggest compliment we received was on the food. Christine was amazing during the year of planning. She was able to adjust everything to our needs and helped immensely the day of the wedding when our music coordinator became ill and couldn’t make it. You couldn’t hear ANYTHING outside of the rooms. Our ceremony room was perfect and the reception room was gorgeous. I’m almost crying typing all of this. It was a magical day and I wish I could relive it over and over again. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Seriously, you won’t regret the venue if you go this route. So stress free and just perfect.

I could not ask for a better venue for my wedding. The coordinator Christine was so insanely helpful- always answering my random questions at all times, day and night. She made me and my husband feel like such a priority. We have had so many compliments on our location- our friends and family had a blast with the games and bowling! They also were willing to work with our food choices- we wanted breakfast dinner and they did it, and it was so delicious! I have had friends tell me they will now be having events at this location because of the great time they had here. ❤️

I was so glad I chose to have my wedding and reception here. I wanted a reasonably priced place that had great food. I had such a great experience with their staff and felt like I had the smoothest wedding day ever. Their main contact for weddings Christine is amazing. Super responsive and helpful. They want you to have a good experience and it shows. :) We got lots of compliments on the food too! Tons of good choices to eat and lots of different bar options. We got married and had our reception in the ballroom upstairs. Loved it!

We got married at Medina entertainment center in their images room, it was absolutely gorgeous. The food was amazing and the staff was even better. We worked with Christine and she was an absolute blessing to work with. She was so kind and her and her staff went above and beyond my expectations. If you are looking for a venue check them out. Pricing was reasonable as well which always helps. Especially with how beautiful they made the room look and again the food is beyond amazing!

Medina Entertainment Center catered my wedding at the Plymouth Community Center on 7/30, and WOW, I could truly sing their praises all day. Food and drinks/ service were one the of the most important aspects of the wedding for me and I was blown away with what we got. The food was delicious and hot, and the staff was attentive and kind. We heard rave reviews all night; even pickier relatives were highly impressed. I loved working with Christine leading up to the wedding; she was very easy and fun to work with and always answered any questions I had immediately and honestly. We had Missy onsite the day of and she was fantastic as well. I can't recommend MEC enough!!

I had the most amazing experience with the Medina Entertainment Center! My wedding reception was in the large ballroom, and I barely needed to decorate my tables because the ballroom itself was so stunning! I felt so taken care of during the planning process and when it came to the wedding day I didn't need to think about a thing because our coordinator, Missy, had everything taken care of throughout the whole evening. It was so amazing knowing I didn't have to worry about anything! My guests also had an amazing time, and here are some of the wonderful comments we got from them: the game area we set up in the back left corner for younger kids to play in was perfect, it was fantastic that you could escape the music when you went to the back area behind the curtains, serving all the little kids first made dinner so much easier for parents, the food was phenomenal, the ballroom looked stunning, having the inn right next door made so many fully relax because they didn't have to worry about ordering an uber and designating a sober cab. Overall, I couldn't have imagined the night going any better! This place is definitely the best bang for your buck!

We had our reception at Medina Entertainment Center. From start to finish it was an incredible experience! Christine helped us plan every detail and was so patient as we chose different options and made changes. She thought of things that I easily could have overlooked. The day of the wedding, Christine and her staff went above and beyond for us! One of my bridesmaids fainted during the ceremony, and was still feeling a little shaky when the reception started. One of the staff members used their own money to buy her a Gatorade from one of the vending machines. The food was INCREDIBLE! A year later, I’m still hearing from guests that we had the best wedding food they’ve ever had! Everything was stunning when we walked in the room. We are so glad that we had our reception there! They were fabulous!

I am an awful planner, but Missy and the staff at Medina entertainment center took all the stress off my shoulders! They took such good care of everyone, and did an incredible job at putting us all at ease. Everyone on board was so sweet, the wait staff at the bar gave us so many kind words. We could not be any happier with how our wedding day turned out! Christine is amazing at what she does! Super quick to reply to questions and we never had to worry about things getting done! We did not hear one bad thing about the food either! Our day was perfect from start to finish!

Throughout the ups and downs of the pandemic, Christine made sure we stayed up-to-date on all our options and MEC was very understanding and accommodating during the changing circumstances. Very supportive and everything went smoothly that day! MEC made us feel right at home. We would recommend them highly!

Christine was an absolute pleasure to work with! My fiance (now husband) and I knew nothing about receptions and she helped us along the way with some good ideas! Everything was absolutely perfect, the decor was beautiful and all of the staff involved was friendly. We are still getting compliments on the food too! I would definitely recommend MEC!

It was the perfect fit! Missy, our wedding planner had so many great ideas for our day and really made it custom to US and who we are as a couple. She was always there to answer any questions, smooth out the details and ease anxiety. The food was incredible. They really go above and beyond. Special touches on the presentation, it all was just perfect.

From the outside, this event center doesn't look like much. But TRUST ME! Give it a chance. We had our wedding reception in the grand ballroom and it felt like we were in a dreamy, whimsical garden with the flowing white drapery and lanterns hanging from the ceilings. Truly, this place gave me goosebumps the moment I walked in for set up. The location and the look isn't what sold us though... it was the staff and the food. We were supposed to get married at a different location but had to postpone due to COVID, Medina Entertainment Center took us in with open arms and it could NOT have been more amazing!! One of the event coordinators, Christine, went above and beyond her duties to ensure our wedding, food, drinks, and all of it went off without a hitch. She was extremely communicative throughout the whole process and helped us navigate wedding planning during COVID. She doesn't make you feel rushed and really cares that you and your significant other are well taken care of. As if all of this was not good enough.... THE FOOD! My GOD! My husband had one taste of their angus beef short ribs and A) said this is what he was eating on his wedding day and B) that it was the best beef dish he had ever had. Even our pickiest eaters had nothing but amazing things to say about this food. Another thing, Christine and her staff take food allergies/accommodations extremely seriously. Overall, if you want wedding planning to be less stressful, have good food, great wine, an amazing location then I don't think you have to look any further. Love this place and its people!!

I am so happy that I chose MEC as my reception location. Christine was amazing to work with. She was very responsive and rolled with all the changes or questions that I had. The food was amazing, our guests keep bragging about it. The venue was VERY affordable, I love that everything was "in house".

We chose MEC because it was close in regards to our ceremony site and it was the most affordable location that could hold all of our guests invited. We lucked out by meeting one of the coordinators, Christine, who was amazing, she always answered my emails/questions as soon as she could and was always willing to update our details when things were changed (which was weekly, let's be real). The venue itself was beautiful and has beautiful tulle that hangs in the whole room (at no extra cost). They will set up your decor for you at an extra cost depending on how much it is. The food is DELICIOUS and everyone told us that night how good their food was. The reason for a little lower rating is due to the fact of poor communication with the original coordinator. We found out less than 2 weeks before the day that she wouldn't be there, but another coordinator would be. Christine was sincerely apologetic and felt bad for the late notice. Although, this obviously just added stress to my plate before the big day. The new coordinator was great but it did cause some hiccups in the execution on the day because she wasn't the one I had planned my wedding with for 1.5 years. It all ended up working out but just something that was hard to swallow as the bride.

We had the greatest experience working with the Medina Entertainment Center for our wedding. From our initial meeting with Missy to her call to check in a couple of days after our big day, we were delighted with the best customer service, follow through and help and guidance along the way. The night of our wedding, we had around 400 guests and could not have been more pleased with the turnout. Those who helped set up, check in throughout the night, the cooks, wait staff, cleanup crew - everyone did an exceptional job. Looking back, the only thing we would have done differently is have our rehearsal dinner at the MEC too! In addition to the service, the food was the best we've had, and got compliments from so many of our guests. All in all, our night was perfect, and much of that credit is due to Missy and her team! This venue is perfect! Can’t say enough good things about this venue. What’s better then a place that can accommodate a small group of guest to a massive group. Food is very good. Had decorating services. The wedding coordinator is fantastic, easy to work with... helps you throughout the process. I would highly recommend this facility.

We worked with Medina Catering for our Indian wedding. Missy was our point of contact and she was absolutely wonderful! She was well-organized, detail-oriented and so patient with answering all our questions. Medina Catering teamed up with India Spice to provide Indian food for the wedding. The food was delicious! We would definitely use Medina Entertainment Center Catering again.

We just had our wedding at Medina Entertainment center Sunday Sept 1st and we couldn’t be more happy with how everything turned out! We received so many compliments on how beautiful the space/decorations were which we did very little, we were in the Ballroom, how good the food was and how amazing their team was the entire evening. We particularly loved Chuck the security guard. He was on top of things, took extra care of our gift box and added a little humor to the evening which was awesome! We worked with Christine who was amazing from the beginning. She made everything seamless, was always good at answering my questions and understanding when we made changes. It was such a beautiful day/night and we owe a lot of that to everyone at Medina. We would highly recommend having your wedding or any event at Medina you won’t be disappointed! We had our wedding here this weekend in the grand ballroom on 8/31 and all I can say is WOW. It was absolutely magical. The space is incredible even without any decoration, but once we added the finishing touches it exceeded my expectations. The food was amazing and well priced for the quantity we needed. We worked with Missy Miller; she made it so easy to plan out our day and helped everything run smoothly. The bar was wonderful with great drinks and great service. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone. We’ve been here for live music, Friday night dinners, and bowling and it’s always fantastic and the staff are extremely friendly. We will definitely attach some pictures once we get some back from our photographer! It was the best experience ever!!! Thank you all so much!

Medina did an amazing job for our wedding! I would recommend Christine and the whole Medina team over and over again. We had a very large wedding in the ballroom with over 250 guests and everything was great. The planning part was so easy with Christine's help. During the reception people got through the buffet line quickly and everything tasted excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful through out the night including the security guard who helped us pack up at the end of the night. LOVE LOVE LOVE Medina Ballroom!

My husband and I wanted a venue that could accommodate a ceremony and reception in the same building. We wanted both events to be indoors due to unpredictable MN weather, and a hotel next door for our out of town guests and for those who wanted to stay all night and not have to worry about driving home. After looking at two other venues before Medina Entertainment Center, we needed to look no further. The venue is beautiful, and the catering coordinators (Missy and Christine) are AMAZING at what they do!! They were super friendly, patient, and helped my husband and I every step of the way; and the other catering staff worked like a well oiled machine the day of our wedding too. If we were to do our big day over again, I would still pick the Medina Entertainment Center to be our venue!

Medina was so wonderful to work with for catering for our wedding. They were great from the very beginning and were very prompt with answering questions that had come up in the planning process. Missy was fabulous and was so helpful and really made everything go so smoothly on the big day! The day of the wedding was perfect, from the set up to the food, to the staff that helped serve at our wedding. Our guests continue to comment on how delicious the food was and that they have never had as good of food at a wedding before. The Images room fit our party perfectly. The service and bar tending were top notch. It was a breeze working with Missy. No hiccups. Everything was clear and timely. This was the best venue! So accommodating and the food was awesome! Our guests are still raving about the food a month later! Christine was wonderful to work with! She was very helpful in food item recommendations & prompt in responding to e-mails & phone calls. We ended up with an appetizer buffet for an Open House. First of all, our event coordinator through the whole process was Christine R. and she was simply amazing. She was responsive to our many questions in a timely manner. She was friendly, kind and definitely knew her stuff! She allowed us to have the freedom to do what WE wanted with our wedding, yet when I (the bride) was overwhelmed with making another decision, she provided gentle suggestions based on what she knew about us and our style. She was always open to us changing our mind about a decision, too, which took a lot of the pressure of planning off! When the big day finally came, we were SO happy to have chosen Medina Entertainment Center with our ceremony and reception. Our guests loved having the ceremony/reception space all in one location. The ceremony and reception rooms were more beautiful than I even envisioned them to be. Christine and the team at MEC definitely know what they're doing when it comes to weddings! The food. Oh. My. Gosh. The food is soooo delicious! Many guests commented on how it was the best wedding food they've had in a long time. I also loved having the food on site and nothing to coordinate the food myself! We had quite a few kids at our wedding, so the arcade room was a definite bonus to keep them entertained! I would highly, highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding. The price seems like a steal for how full-service it seemed to be!! I had very little worries when the big day came because Christine and her team had it all under control, and this meant a LOT to me!

Medina is a wonderful location to hold a reception. They are very reasonably priced, easy to plan the day with and very accommodating to what is wanted & needed by the couple and their families. It is also great if kids will be attending because there is bowling and an arcade available. I would definitely recommend the Medina Entertainment Center to anyone planning a wedding or other special event.

We could not have asked for a better caterer!! Medina went above and beyond our expectations throughout the entirety of wedding planning. The very first time we met with Medina Catering was at a food tasting event. We got to try EVERYTHING from appetizers to entrees. That way when we made our decision what meals we wanted we didn't have to second guess it! They also invited other wedding vendors to the tasting which was great because we ended up finding our DJ and Florist all in one place! It really made wedding planning so much easier for us because we aren't originally from the cities. Then through the rest of planning we worked with Missy who was incredible!! She was always available for questions and would get back to us quickly with answers. She was also super accommodating with last minute add ons even the week of the wedding! The day of the wedding we were blown out of the water with their staff and food. We got so many complements on how kind and attentive the staff were and how delicious the food was! Many of our guests said it was the best meal they've every had and wanted the recipe to both dishes. Alex and I could not be more thankful for choosing Medina for our wedding. They made our day feel so special. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have the perfect wedding. They left us without a single complaint and we are so happy with how everything turned out.

This place was amazing! We could not have asked for a better place to have our wedding reception. The food was phenomenal and many of our guests, including some that regularly frequent the finest restaurants, thought it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. The dance floor in the ball room was the best one we've ever danced on. Everyone had plenty of room to dance without running into tables or falling off the dance floor. The tulle and lights and hanging lanterns made the space magical (and were included in the price of our rental). Christine and her team were excellent to work with and thought of every detail. I cannot recommend Medina Entertainment Center strongly enough and I am so glad that we chose it!

I truly cannot say enough about this venue and staff. We predominantly worked with Christine and she worked hard to give us our dream wedding. From prompt communication to customizing decorations/lighting we were able to create the perfect atmosphere to celebrate the most important day of our lives!! Not to mention, guests raved about how terrific the food was. It is truly a remarkable venue and Christine ensured that it was a night filled with memories to treasure !

The rooms were so beautiful and lovely. Only reason it wasn’t a 5 was because there were 3 receptions (with bad signage so guests went to wrong ones/had random people at ours) and the week of the communication was horrible. Missy was great to work with!

I could not have asked for a better experience. The planning was smooth and painless thanks to Missy and her team!! The Venue was GORGEOUS and exactly what we were looking for with lots to entertain a wide variety of ages (1 - 82). The food was amazing and I eagerly looked forward to my tortellini the day of our wedding! They made my big day seamless and stress free. 100% would recommend this venue.

My husband and I used Medina as our caterers for our wedding at the Plymouth Creek Center this past August. I can not say enough nice things about Medina! We worked with Christine and she is amazing! She responded to all of our questions promptly and with so much information! She would give us her opinions when we were deciding how much of what to get and what would be too much to get food/alcohol wise. Plus the food is sooo good! I am so glad we held our ceremony and reception in the Medina Ballroom! It was more than we expected. Missy was easy to work with, friendly and very accommodating. We had our wedding reception at Medina in September and couldn't have asked for a better venue or staff to work with! From the beginning, Missy was absolutely amazing to work with. Very approachable, attentive to details, and quick to respond to our questions/requests. Christine even helped with the event to ensure all things went smoothly. Our wedding had a guest county of about 70 people. We were doing just a short ceremony and then appetizers and a toast to the newly wed couple afterwards. We didn't have a big dinner/reception planned. We were either going to have MEC cater to a different location (outside venue) or have our wedding at MEC if the weather was poor. Missy, the catering/event coordinator, was absolutely AMAZING! She gave great suggestions and feedback to everything I was wondering and thinking of doing. She was extremely responsive and always answered my email or call within a couple of hours at the latest, usually right away. Even on her days off she is periodically keeping up with her communications. She really helped me plan everything and gave me things to think about that may come up. She was always available and extremely personable throughout our whole experience. She wasn't going to be working the day of our event, but she introduced me to Lindsay, another coordinator there, and assured me that Lindsay knew everything and would be available the day of my event. Lindsay was a big help on our event day. She was there to help things go smoothly and paid attention to details, she even fixed my train before I walked because she saw me trying to do it myself. The kitchen staff was just as fantastic. They were very personable and friendly. They were quick and efficient with our set up plans. They spoke to me and my groom a couple of times just to compliment us and check in to see if we needed anything. They were quick to let us know how much food was left and who's gone through the line. I saw them looking through the staff window quite frequently just to keep an eye on things, and they were always available right when we needed them. The venue itself is fantastic. They have three rooms to choose from depending on your preference and guest count. We rented the smallest option. They have great decor to choose from and you can bring your own! There is a bar and restaurant in the building that you're guests are free to visit and bring drinks/food into the event rooms as well, in addition to each room having a serving area and bar. They are very open to working with you on everything you want to do regarding decorations/set up/etc. Since they are their own business, they don't really say "no" to anything- which is a big plus! The rooms can be done up beautifully. They really transform themselves once you add decor and the lights are dimmed down. I, and my guests, were extremely impressed with how the room turned out. All in all MEC and their staff was there for me the entire time with my event planning and the day of. I have no complaints! I would highly recommend MEC to anyone having ANY event, including something more formal such as a wedding.

We had my daughter's wedding reception at Medina Ballroom and can't say enough great things about it! Missy was our event coordinator and she was fabulous to work with. Missy was extremely flexible and SO EASY to work with - she made this entire process so easy! The food was FABULOUS... all of our guests LOVED IT! Thank you Missy and Medina Ballroom for making this a night to remember!!

Medina was such a wonderful venue for my reception. Christine Raskob and her staff was so easy to work with. The food is outstanding. We got rave reviews from our friends and family about the food. The bartender was awesome. It is such a great overall value for everything they provide. We ended up renting one speaker for our dance playlist and it worked really well. They also had great recommendations on nearby parks for our photos to be taken. Just a classy place and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a venue.

Medina Entertainment Center was such a fun place for our reception! The game room and bowling was a nice, different, thing to do after dinner! The little ones loved the game room! The food was great and Missy was so awesome to work with! I can't say enough good things!

My husband and I are so happy that we went with Medina, especially for a Friday wedding where the minimum is about $1,000 cheaper (you only pay for a small room rental fee, food for each guest, and a small security fee. Gratuity is added in too). Missy was a pleasure to work with, very prompt on my many questions via email, and even thought of a few details I hadn't but made sure I had them. Extremely flexible. We opted to not use the slideshow feature or the backdrop they provide for a fee (we were in the event rooms, and the dj was behind us on a stage with curtains for dinner. Beautiful enough), but did go for the octagon mirrors they have for rent and since they set that part up, it made our lives a little easier. We were able to set up what we wanted the night before (had a friend come in the morning of to set up floral centerpieces), they worked with Grandmas Bakery for delivery needs, and the food was absolutely fantastic. There's a reason they promote it so much- we got compliments from our guests, too. Bonus? We got our room at the Inn next door for having our reception here. Slightly expensive reception, sure, since they cater in-house, and we could've gone for a less expensive option. But honestly, with how good the service, accommodations, and the food were? We chose perfectly for us. 10/10 would do again.

We had Medina Entertainment cater our wedding at the Plymouth Creek Center. Missy was our contact and she was wonderful to work with from start to finish! She was always prompt to respond to emails, and the entire planning process was a breeze. On the day of the wedding, the Medina staff on site was very helpful with lighting candles for us for the ceremony and reception, and restocked donuts for our dessert table. I even made the error of not putting meal indicators on the escort cards and the staff quickly adjusted and all of the guests received their correct meals in a timely manner. Each guest who mentioned the food was raving about how delicious it was! Even I was surprised how great the food was considering what I had heard in the past regarding catering companies serving large quantities of food, but I didn't notice much of a decrease in quality from when the bride and I went to Medina for a taste test.

We had our wedding reception in the grand ballroom, and it was beautiful! The staff were on top of everything; from setting up the tables, down to making sure I didn't get food on my dress going through the buffet line. The draped ceiling and lit flowered archways provided a lovely ambiance for diner and into dancing. The food was EXCELLENT, we even had late night pizza!! The bartender was fun and enthusiastic, and he was able to accommodate everyone's request. They also offered bowling...my new husband and I took full advantage and played a couple of games! All-in-all they help us create one of the best memories of our lives thus far. We highly recommend this venue for a wedding.

My husband and my reception took place in the Event Rooms. Missy the event coordinator was the absolute best! She made the whole process so smooth and she was really nice/friendly and so understanding! She always answered my thousands of questions within 24 hours (usually always less than that time frame!) and even if she was out of the office I was able to talk with Christine on the phone and she was so helpful as well! For our wedding reception I had to place absolute trust in Missy and her team to set up all the decorations because there was an event taking place before ours. So she and the team only had 1 hour to take ALL my decorations/signage/sparklers that I had dropped off in boxes and turn the place into a vision! Everything looked exactly the way I had hoped and all the guests loved everything (especially the food!). The food is the absolute BEST in terms of taste and quality! They make everything from scratch! Plus during our reception Cliff the chef from the kitchen made sure everything was going smoothly the way my husband and I needed it to be and kept us informed throughout the evening. Missy is very, very, very organized and always stays on top of things! She also coordinated with the DJ, cake vendor, and photographer on timing (especially with only having an hour setup before our reception!) She was also very willing to work with me on a budget plus she was so great at answering all my parents' questions as well! She really put them at ease with the whole process! I don't think there are enough words to express my gratitude for the team at Medina and all that they did to make my husband and my reception an amazing night for both us and our guests as well! THANK YOU!!!

Medina Entertainment Center event coordinators and staff are top notch! Our wedding event was wonderful! Their food was awesome and everything was done very smoothly. No stress!! Excellent service and very nice people to work with.

Medina Entertainment Center was a dream to work with! We worked with Missy. She is personable, organized and efficient. Have a question, she gets it answered! Question about flowers, cake, decorations...done, and she had many different suggestions to fit with our tastes. There were many choices of linens, lighting and food. Our guests (almost 200 fun filled people!) gave us positive feedback on the staff and the food. Food was phenomenal! Staff checked in with us as a couple and our contact people to make sure all was smooth. We didn't have to worry about a thing!

From start to finish the service was impeccable! Christine Raskob, our event planner at Medina Entertainment Center was so on the ball. She helped the day/evening run smoothly. Hats off to the chef, dinner was superb. We had a buffet style dinner of London Broil and Hunter's Chicken...both were to DIE for! The wait staff are fabulous! I definitely recommend Medina Entertainment Center for any event! 5 stars aren't enough!!
