Had our wedding there in August and it was an amazing experience! The venue is beautiful and has lots of room if you are having a large wedding like we did. Todd and Tracy were both so nice and made everything stress free. 1000% recommend.

The Meeting House Grand Ballroom was an amazing venue for our reception! From the very start of the process Todd and Tracy were so personable, helpful, and so genuinely kind. Before selecting our menu options they had us sample some appetizers (which were incredible!) in order to help us pick the best options for us and our guests. Additionally, they answered all of our questions (both big and small) promptly and very clearly. Prior to the wedding day (Saturday) we were able to set up on the Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday since they did not have any other events booked for that weekend. This was a huge perk for us and helped make the wedding day feel less stressful because we were confident everything looked how we wanted it to look. Another huge perk was that we did not have to clean up the venue that night. We were able to come back Monday to clean up and pick up all of the decorations! Todd, Tracy, and the whole team also helped to clean up and take decorations down which was so so amazing!
I absolutely would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone looking for a beautiful location with extremely kind and helpful people there to help!

We are well known for our exceptional food, service, and attention to detail. Our ballroom features three crystal chandeliers, high ceilings, & original wood floors.

s welcoming and professional. They guided us through all that the venue had to offer, provided recommendations for other vendors, and were incredibly organized in planning our unique event. Thanks to their thoughtful preparation, everything went off without a hitch on our wedding day.
The venue itself is stunning—spacious with high ceilings, elegant chandeliers, and beautiful hardwood floors. The courtyard area, bar space, and fireplace seating all offered lovely spots for our guests to relax and enjoy themselves, apart from the main ballroom. The decor options are versatile, and the ambiance was perfect for our formal yet fun celebration. A great bonus was that the venue included in-house catering and a full bar—having these inclusive vendors was such a convenience! The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests were thrilled with the hors d'oeuvres and plated dinners. The food options were superb! The bar staff was attentive and made sure everyone had a drink in hand all night. Guests spent a lot of time in the bar space, having a great time!
Another standout feature was the service. The team ensured everything ran smoothly, from our entrance to the last dance. They stayed on top of every little detail, making our evening stress-free. The owners, Tracy and Todd, were especially helpful, checking in with us regularly and ensuring the timeline was adhered to. We truly felt taken care of throughout the event.
Overall, our experience with the Meeting House Grand Ballroom was absolutely wonderful, and it truly played a huge part in making our wedding day so special. Our guests continue to tell me how beautiful the venue was and how much they enjoyed their time at our reception!

hing that you would want! From its beautiful decor, fireplace area, piano, custom artwork, large bar, and indoor sitting areas, there is nothing that you won’t have!
To start, Tracy and Todd (the owners) are such wonderful people who are so organized and thoughtful throughout the whole process from the moment you step in for an initial meeting all the way through the end of your wedding or event when you pick up your items! On a day of chaos, they are there every step of the way making sure your event runs seamlessly. They think of every detail!
Did I mention the food?! It is exceptional and there is nothing on their menu that isn’t prepared to perfection! We received so many compliments on the food, setup, and the venue space from our guests!
If you want your event to be a success, you should have no problem trusting and working with Tracy and Todd!

The venue itself is beautiful, but what really stood out was the service and the food, both were exceptional. We received so many compliments from our guests, not just during the event, but even now, almost a year later! People are still raving about how amazing the meal and staff were.

wonderful to work with — very responsive to emails and phone calls, and they answered all our questions kindly and promptly.
Since we got married on a Friday, we were able to set up our decorations on Wednesday and Thursday. That was a huge stress reliever, knowing we weren't under a tight time crunch. When we returned the next morning to pick everything up, Todd, Tracy, and their team had already packed up all our decorations neatly — everything was back in the same boxes we brought them in.
My sister was married there in July 2023, so it was a no-brainer that my partner and I would choose the same venue. It was just as perfect the second time around.

ld be in no better hands than those of Tracy, Todd, and Randy. Throughout the planning process, they consistent and responsive in communication and kept us on track with payments and what we needed to sign and send over to them. When we traveled up to Michigan for our wedding shower, they fit us in for a details meeting and tasting and were so hospitable, answering all of our questions and being open to our unique ideas for our reception. Throughout the evening, Tracy and Todd were fully present, making sure we and our guests were happy. They kept things on time and running smoothly. The serving staff was exceptional and took such good care of everyone. From the attention to detail in the setup of the room, to the service throughout the night, to the team that stayed afterwards to help clean up and even bring things down to our car, we were so grateful for everyone's hard work and appreciated that the level of service we knew and loved from the Meeting House not only met but exceeded our expectations. As always, the food was out of this world and all of our guests thoroughly enjoyed everything, including those with special dietary needs- careful attention was paid to each request and Chef Randy ensured that they had plenty of delicious food to enjoy as well. Everyone commented on how beautiful the ballroom was and how good the food was, and many said that ours was the best wedding they'd ever attended. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for treating us like family and bringing our vision to life, creating a truly perfect celebration of our marriage.

dd and Tracy are so hands on through the planning process they make everything so easy. They facilitated our rehearsal as well which was super helpful. On wedding night they were there until the lights were up working various jobs throughout the night from coordinating the ceremony, to serving food, cleaning up, helping the bar staff, you name it they were there. I would recommend Todd and Tracy and everyone at MHGB to anyone that is getting married, it was the best day of our lives and we are so thankful to have worked with them!! Also aside from how amazing they are, the food is phenomenal from all the appetizers, the main dishes, and our late night snack! 10/10 recommend!!

The food staff and bartenders (especially Ashley) went well above and beyond any service I have EVER seen at a wedding before and I have been in many weddings and to tons of weddings in the last 7 years!
Tracy and Todd truly do act as day of coordinators! If you are thinking of getting a day off coordinator, it’s not really necessary for their venue! I did end up hiring one, but that’s because I was out of state and did not really realize all they did for you!

edding at The Meeting House Grand Ballroom. They were extremely easy to communicate with and were very personable. You can tell they love what they do and care about their clients.
The venue is stunning and very spacious! My mom dropped off some decor a few days before our wedding and they made sure it was all set up exactly where I wanted it. They even moved everything and had it on carts for us, when we came to pick it up the Monday after.
We chose the duet plate for dinner and it was delicious! I honestly can’t believe how much food they fit on the plate. You will not go hungry here! From the appetizers, dinner, and late night taco bar - you will have so much food.
All the servers and bartenders were also wonderful! They made sure we had everything we needed and were very efficient in serving all of the guests.
They truly go above and beyond at The Meeting House Grand Ballroom. They made sure everything was perfect for our wedding day. I wouldn’t change a thing and would highly recommend having your wedding here!

cess very smooth. They were also very reasonable when working with us on our budget and guest list with the COVID pandemic impacting so many events.
We had some candles and vases that weren't delivered by our florist for our centerpieces. Tracy was able to find some items that they had available that they were able to put out for us to make sure our centerpieces looked beautiful and that no one noticed the missing items.
Everyone loved the food at our reception! My husband and I appreciated that Todd plated and delivered our food to the table during the wedding. It was an extra special touch for us on such a busy day. The staff made sure to keep refilling our drinks and checked to see if we wanted any additional food throughout the night. We had pieces of cake delivered to our table that we never got around to eating since we were dancing and spending time with our guests, and they boxed it up for us to take home.
I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding or other large event.

very seriously and it shows. The food was delicious and hot, even the bread they served was warm and delicious. They personally went to each table to be sure all our guests were happy with their dinner. They have incredible staff who also went out of their way the whole evening to make everyone feel special. Our daughter and now son-in-law feel the same and we will never forget what a magical night this was for all of us. We can’t thank Todd and Tracy enough.

September of 2022, my daughter and son in-law were fortunate enough to have their ceremony and reception at the Meeting House Grand Ballroom, and we couldn't be more pleased! Tracy...
and Todd were so responsive and took care of everything! Their entire staff went above and beyond for the set-up, rehearsal, ceremony and reception. Honestly, you couldn't ask for better customer service, food or venue! The bride and groom chose family style meals that were delivered promptly to all tables. We had a delicious salad, rolls, chicken breast with red pepper cream sauce, beef tenderloin in an amazing demi glaze sauce, green beans, pasta and oven roasted potatoes. All were perfectly cooked, tender, warm and seasoned nicely. We will forever be grateful to them for taking down all the decor and boxing it up for us; we just picked it up the next day! We also used their recommended vendors and they were excellent! It was a perfect day at a perfect venue! Thank you!

sty. Tracy and Todd are professional. They respond to inquiries and emails quickly. They understand the preplanning process to make it look effortlessly on the night of your event. Likewise, they understand guests drop out and new ones are added at the last minute and are ready for those last minute adjustments. As a wedding planner, it was so lovely to work with them. We had visited other venue's but nothing compared to the ceiling height, room size and ambiance of the grand ballroom. In the evening, the lighting is elegant and gives the space a romantic glow. We were so delighted with everything associated with this venue and highly recommend it.

I’m so glad we picked this venue. Not only does it have character, but Todd and Tracy were the best to work with. They are so quick to respond to emails and they answered every single question I had. I have received so many compliments about our wedding and 90% of them were about the great food and excellent service. The staff was there before you even realized you needed something! I would choose this venue 100 times over! Thank you again for everything!

y wedding not once, but TWICE due to Covid. Todd and Tracy were extremely flexible and understanding and they made a difficult situation overall super easy. Their communication could not have been any better. I can't think of one time over the past two years where I reached out and had to wait more than one hour for a reply. The venue itself was beautiful (extra beautiful with the Christmas decorations) and the food was excellent, I got so many compliments on choice of venue. And finally the day of the wedding everything was flawless and I do not have a single complaint.

to work with. As the mother of the bride, it was such a relief that they took care of every detail! All the candles, place cards, menus, and wedding favors were dropped at the hall a few days before the reception. Everything was set up beautifully! They really are your Day of Coordinator. They kept everything running on time! Then at the end of the night, their staff cleared all the tables. They packaged everything up and told me to come on Monday to pick it up. It was so nice to not have to worry about taking anything home at the end of the night except for the gifts and the cards. My daughter and her new husband had the wedding of their dreams thanks to Todd and Tracy and their wonderful staff! We couldn't be happier! Thank you so much Todd and Tracy!!

room is spacious and gorgeous, we knew it was where we wanted to have our wedding. I was especially happy that they include onsite catering and bar services. Speaking of catering, the food offered at the Meeting House is bar none. I couldn't have asked for a better meal on my perfect day. The bar and wait staff are also exceptional. To top it off, Todd and Tracy were truly amazing to work with. They took care of everything from responding promptly to all my emails, to the set up and take down of all our decorations. I loved that I was always in contact with them and even the day of, they were there helping and making sure everything ran smoothly. My wedding day was truly perfect and I couldn't have done any of it without Todd and Tracy. I HIGHLY recommend booking the Meeting House!!

We also had a Les Mis flash mob and again, Todd and Tracy were flexible and worked with us to make it an overwhelming success. Their communication is beyond 100%, any thought or wish is made to come true. Our guests were so impressed and their comments were “best wedding ever, so much room to spread out, food was incredible-especially the appetizers.” There is not one thing I would change or suggest to Todd and Tracy. h their ballroom and the rustic wood floors. During my tour we even got to sample appetizers! Their services include set up of centerpieces and that was exactly what I was looking for! When the pandemic hit this spring, Todd and Tracy continued to help me and my husband plan our wedding, continued to be hopeful and honest as their venue remained shut down. After having to postpone, Todd and Tracy called me and we talked about other options for our wedding, they even mentioned catering services. Due to the venue still being closed due to restrictions, we decided to have our wedding at home in our backyard and the Meeting House catered our event. Todd came the previous day to scope out and set up the buffet table, the following day, everyone was so helpful with the buffet line, with the timeline of our day and in the end, everything was perfect! Everyone loved the food! Although we didn’t have our wedding in the beautiful ballroom, working with the Meeting House made wedding planning so easy!

ur wedding. My husband and I were struggling when we first started planing to find a venue. Once we met with Tracy and Todd we never felt more at ease. Not only did we get to try some food at our first meeting, but they spent extra time answering all of the questions we had. They worked with us through every step of our wedding planning. When it came to the day of we were never more at ease. They both literally waited on us hand and foot, took care of all of the behind the scenes items, and made sure all of our guest were enjoying themselves as well. I CANNOT sing their praises enough. I would more then recommend them to any one in a heart beat. Not to mention the venue space is absolutely gorgeous, and there was so much room. On top of that they make all of their food in house. My husband and I had many of our guests just stop us to tell us how good the food was, and when people say that brides and grooms always forget to eat on their wedding day that was not the case when it came to us. We can honestly say that every food item served at our wedding was truly delicious. We could truly have not asked for a better people and space on our special day! Thank you!
