We had our wedding at the Windham Manor in April of 2024. We booked Meghan and her team to help coordinate the day of events. However, she was more than the day of coordinator. She took the time to meet with us on multiple occasions to ensure the flow of our day, the table layout, the seating charts, the decor and much more was everything we wanted. Our day was so seamless and we didn't have to think about anything from the moment we started getting ready, to the afterparty. If you have a chance to booked Meghan and her team, don't miss the opportunity! We loved working with her and you will too!
We booked Meghan for our day of coordinator needs for Windham Manor a venue she works very closely with. I felt like we got a lot more out of the lead up to the wedding then I thought we would for the price and scope of day of services. it was really helpful to have her expertise in leading to the big day and to ensure everything with the vendors goes smoothly. There were a few miscommunications between the vendors and not sure who's fault it is, I think up until the reception everything went pretty well and only some slight mishaps occurred. She and her assistant kept things moving; when we got behind schedule, we could get back on track as the night went on. If you are a DIY bride I highly recommend that you secure a day of coordinator like Meghan to take that wedding day stress off your back.
I can not say enough good words about Meghan and her assistant Ann. From the beginning of planning she made sure everything was seamless and every detail was perfect. She even saved the day when I printed the incorrect seating cards after I already arrived to the venue. She printed them and they looked fabulous! Thank you for making our love story a dream come true!

Ana and Meghan are the absolute BEST wedding planners. I truly could not have asked for a better team to help make my wedding a dream come true. Ana’s help and organization in the year leading up to my wedding made my experience so much more enjoyable, and it was such a great feeling knowing I would have nothing to worry about on my wedding day. I used Meghan as a partial planner for my June wedding. Meghan is extremely detail oriented, knows all the nuances of Windham Manor, and continuously goes above and beyond for her clients.
The first time I spoke to Meghan I had called her in tears after a phone call with another wedding planner had me doubting my venue choice/plan. Meghan was so caring and calm and immediately reassured me of my choice, and backed it up with tons of knowledge about Windham Manor that made me feel really comfortable. She even did a video call with myself and my parents before we had officially hired her, to make sure they were comfortable too. It was clear from the beginning that she would be amazing to work with.
I am extremely detail oriented and hands on, and am guessing I was one of Meghan's more challenging brides :) , but she never made me feel that way! She always worked with me and 100% valued my opinions, even when I wanted to do things differently than the venue typically does. Throughout the process she constantly went above and beyond. Below are just a few examples of this.
- As I started thinking about the florals and other design elements for our wedding, I wanted to visit the venue again. I asked Meghan if she thought the owner would let us come by, and instead she offered to meet us there herself to do a walkthrough and have an in-person planning meeting. She drove 3 hours each way over a winter holiday weekend just to meet with us in person and give us the chance to see the venue again!
- Meghan is extremely responsive. She responded to all my emails, texts, calls, etc. so fast, which was really important to me in a planner. Sometimes I would send her an email late at night because that's when I was able to work on wedding stuff, and she would still respond right away!
- Meghan completely dealt with booking the transportation shuttles for us, which was something I was really worried about. We never had to contact the shuttle company at all which was great. Her relationship with the vendor also helped us secure a larger shuttle when it became available at the last minute.
- Meghan has great relationships with everyone in Windham and has recommendations for anything you might need. She found someone to run our rehearsal dinner for us and completely briefed her on what to do. The event went perfectly!
- The week of our wedding we found out our caterer wouldn't be coming to set up until later in the afternoon on our wedding day. Because they were bringing all the table linens, this created a huge issue with the set up for our reception decor, however they refused to come any earlier. Meghan actually drove 1.5 hours away to pick up the linens herself the Wednesday before our wedding to ensure this would not be an issue for us. Seriously above and beyond!
- Leading up to our wedding weekend the weather was not looking good and I was extremely anxious about it. Meghan constantly reassured me. The morning of the wedding we still were not sure what was going to happen. I texted her at 6am worrying about it and of course she responded right away! She advocated for us all day because she knew how important the outdoor ceremony was to me and we ended up getting to do it outside!! It was perfect.
- We had some props we didn't end up using at the wedding and I forgot them at the venue. Meghan went and picked them up for us, boxed them, and shipped them back to Amazon!
Meghan and her team will truly do anything they can for you! Use them!!
As a DJ in this industry working alongside countless planners and coordinators, I can tell you 1000% that Megi Designs is truly one of the best in the wedding scene! From start to finish you should have the utmost confidence that Meghan and her crew will ALWAYS go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of, everything is in order, and they are remarkably flexible too!

We had an incredible experience with Megi Designs! Meghan and Ana are absolutely wonderful! Meghan helped at every step of our planning process, answering all of our questions and providing helpful suggestions along the way. On the day of our wedding, Meghan and Ana handled everything and helped make the entire day run smoothly. I don't know what we would have done without them! I highly recommend using their services for wedding planning and/or day of coordination!
We LOVED working with Meghan! Not only was she very detail oriented and knowledgeable, her demeanor, presence, and candor was calming throughout the entire process. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and offered suggestions/guidance when needed. We have already suggested her to a friend getting married next year and would do the same for anyone getting married at Windham Manor, or in the surrounding area. She has great relationships with the local vendors and knows the area. We also loved her work printing our menus and seating chart. Thank you Meghan!

Working with Meg made wedding planning a breeze! Meg and Ana were extremely helpful the day of and helped reduce my stress and anxiety. They kept things running smoothly and helped set up and clean up cocktail hour and the reception. Highly recommend their services, although I believe they are contracted only with Windham Manor now.
I am a wedding photographer and I worked with Megi Designs on a mutual wedding. They were so helpful with keeping to timeline, taking care of any issues without worrying others and stayed professional the entire time. Plus they're so kind and sweet! I can highly recommend them.
Where do I start? We got married at Windham Manor and one of the requirements was having a day of coordinator. Our owner recommended Meg, who admittedly, I contacted because my sister is also named Megan. Best decision. In every meeting, Meg was supportive while providing guidance on our next steps. After each meeting, Nick and I found ourselves saying, "Thank goodness for Meg!" She made sure we had everything covered, confirmed all our details, and went above and beyond to make sure we were prepared. During the weekend, Meg and her staff were wonderful. We were able to truly take in the entire weekend knowing Meg and her staff would make sure all went as planned! It was a joy to work with them. Our wedding was perfect! One piece of advice from us to you, is hire Meg and her staff as a full time planner! It is 10000000% worth it. Plus they're great company :)
We work with alot of wedding planners but Meghan went above & beyond!! She was so thorough with her timeline schedule & easy to communicate with us prior to the wedding day. She made sure the timeline aligned with our photography needs & made to sure to help us in areas we needed assistance. On the day of the wedding, there was so many things going on & the bride was very specific with what she wanted & very anxious to stick the timeline. This isn't always easy to do but Meghan & her team executed everything perfectly & made sure everything was done on time! We look forward to working with Megi Designs again in the future!!!
I’d give 6 stars if I could. Meghan was INCREDIBLE. She made everything so easy & efficient & went above & beyond on every single detail. Our wedding process & event could not have gone better. Hire her! Especially if you’re getting married at Windham Manor!

Meghan was our day of coordinator for our wedding on 9/9/23. Words cannot describe how amazing she was from start to finish. Not only did we have multiple zoom calls leading up to the wedding, but Meghan made herself available to us via email and text throughout our entire process. She was WAY more than just our day of coordinator. She helped us with all of the details of our wedding and answered the countless questions we had. From wedding decor, to organizing shuttle times, to reaching out to every vendor to confirm scheduling, Meghan went above and beyond. She was always quick to reply (even when she was on her own vacation) and provided suggestions and reassurance whenever we were unsure of something. Our wedding day went so perfectly and so smooth thanks to her and her assistant Ana. We did not have to worry about anything on the day of our wedding thanks to them. I wouldn't have been able to get through the wedding planning process without her! If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. HIGHLY recommend :)
We recently used Meghan as our day of coordinator for our wedding on 07/15/23 and she is an absolute saint. While she was hired as a day of coordinator, she was my lifeline throughout the entire planning process. She met with my husband and myself multiple times via zoom during the planning process and was always available via email and phone whenever I had any questions (so much so that she was helping me with seating arrangements while at father's day brunch). She was beyond organized and thought of every last planning detail so that the day would run smoothly. She coordinated all of these details with each of my vendors and was in touch with them frequently throughout the planning process. Meghan made all of my visions come alive and when I struggled with a vision, she was there to help me come up with one. Once the wedding weekend arrived I didn't once have to worry about anything or think about anything because Meghan and Ana had everything covered. I couldn't trust a team more to make our wedding weekend perfect. Every bride needs this duo in their lives!
Meghan was incredible! While she was technically our "day of coordinator", she was really helpful throughout the whole process. She helped us find other vendors and helped us stay organized and on track leading up to our wedding. The day itself ran so smoothly thanks to Meghan and her assistant Anna. Meghan also made out seating chart which looked beautiful and was very affordable and super helpful since it was pretty last minute, Meghan and her team are so responsive and eager to help. Her assistant even helped with our dogs who were in the wedding which wasdefinitely outside the scope of her role.
Meghan was the day-of-coordinator for my outdoor wedding in September 2022. I could not thank her and recommend her enough. She thoroughly planned all the details with us ahead of time, was excellent on the day, and was a joy to work with. Thank you Meghan!
Meghan was fabulous to work with. During the planning process she was incredibly detail oriented and made herself available at all times, with quick and helpful replies. She organized our shuttle buses, decorated the barn, made our place cards, and ensured all of our vendors were on time and organized so we could focus on being present at our wedding. Meghan has established relationship with all of the local Windham vendors, which made it much easier to work with them. Our wedding was everything we wanted and more. We felt so taken care of by her and Ana and would highly recommend hiring them for your wedding.
Meghan works closely with the venue we chose so it was super helpful having someone who could answer a lot of our questions about the venue leading up to the wedding. She also helped me hone in on my vision for center pieces/decor and on the day of she ensured that everything was in place and looked exactly how I had envisioned. On the day of she coordinated with vendors as they arrived to help them get started and she queued our ceremony and coordinated with the DJ to ensure it went smoothly. But I have to say my favorite part about working with Meghan actually ended up being that I had seen on her instagram that she also has another business where she creates items like signs and place cards etc and I had seen these awesome wooden name coasters that she does so we had those made for our guests and they were beautiful. I also was looking for a cost effected simple seating chart and she put that together and made it for us for a really great price. Also over all she was super responsive and thorough.
Meghan was nothing short of amazing as my wedding coordinator. She was extremely kind, professional and detail oriented the whole time. Towards the last couple of weeks before my wedding, I would text her about all different things and she would always answer me at any time of day. She went above and beyond to make sure my mind was at ease with everything. I would recommend Meghan a million times over again! Thank you Meghan!!
Meghan was an integral piece of our wedding weekend, and we cannot describe how helpful she was! All along the way she was there to answer questions, get things done, and support us in every way imaginable. During the wedding weekend, we had last minute no-shows, late vendors, inclement weather with an outdoor ceremony, and countless other road-blocks that Meghan handled with ease and without adding more stress to our plates so we could enjoy our big day. We recommend her highly, to the point that we begged our family to hire her for their own wedding during our reception!
Meghan provided day of coordination services for my daughter’s wedding at Hudson Loft in Irvington, NY. She is personable, easy to work with, and very organized. She tracked every detail from all the vendors and worked with them to create the perfect timeline for the day. She and her assistant were present and available to the bridal party from when we were getting ready through the reception. She worked closely with the venue team to ensure nothing was overlooked. Her professionalism, experience, and attention to detail were invaluable and made the day flow smoothly.
When I found out I needed to hire a day of coordinator for my wedding, I thought, do I really need one? Trust me, you do! Meghan and Ana are the best team for the job. I texted Meghan at all hours of the day throughout the planning process and she quickly responded and answered my questions. She took so much off my plate and really delivered on the day of. My venue was considered "bare boned" because I had to hire all outside vendors. Meghan had already established a relationship with most of my vendors prior to my wedding, which was amazing. She contacted them all and coordinated the day perfectly. Even with a minor hiccup, I found her right away and she solved the problem quickly. Meghan is literally running all over the place the day of the wedding making sure everything goes smoothly and it was much appreciated! Windham Manor brides especially, she's your girl!
LADIES (and gents) - look no further because Meghan is truly the best. I only have wonderful things to say about Meghan and our experience planning our wedding with her and her assistant Ana. Meghan went above and beyond her scope of work and helped us every step of the way. She eased our stress, kept us on our timeline, helped a lot with our vendors, and gave us a lot of helpful info and feedback. Everything on our wedding day was absolutely PERFECT, we couldn’t have done it without them. Cannot thank Meghan and Ana enough!!
Meghan was literally the BEST! She was on top of every single detail & was always happy to chat/answer any questions we had along the way. She went above and beyond - just a couple examples to share:
1. I almost didn’t receive my seating board & welcome sign in time and she sprung into action to help me by making one herself. Jack of many trades, she also makes GORGEOUS wedding decor.
2. My bustle was not cooperating and she was able to extend cocktail hour at the last minute to ensure that I had time to go outside for our main entrance.
There is truly nothing I have to say other than compliments. 10/10. 5 stars. Meghan is the best!
From the moment I met Meghan and let her in on our non-traditional wedding, she was just as excited as my husband and I. We had a few things that were non-traditional at our wedding and Meghan helped execute everything perfectly. I know she was hired for just a day of coordinator, but her help several months prior was so appreciated. She answered any of my questions in such a timely manner and helped with anything I needed. She appreciated how organized I was but was just as organized herself which was AMAZING. Leading up to the wedding she handled all vendor contact. Our day ran so incredibly smoothly thanks to Meghan. Even though she was ostensibly only our "day-of" coordinator, Meghan helped keep us on the straight and narrow on planning calls in the months leading up to the wedding, giving us clear instruction about where to focus our attention and when and helping manage our to-do list. When the big day arrived, Meghan and her team kept everything running smoothly for the entire 16+ hours of our celebration, stepping in to help with the tiniest details (like applying decorative flowers to our wedding cake) while keeping all the big plates safely in the air. Not sure where we would have been without her, but it wouldn't have been pretty! Thanks for everything, Meghan!

Meghan recently coordinated a wedding at our venue, Windham Manor. Working with her was delightful. Meghan is on top of the details and goes above and beyond to serve her brides well. She is also a jack of all trades, so whatever your need, we're sure Meghan has a solution!
I definitely want to start out saying that if it were not for Meghan, I would have been running around like a headless chicken all day, which is something I'm comfortable saying no couple wants on their wedding day. My now husband and I got married in a quaint restaurant with just under 100 guests. We opted to bring in our own cake, table menus, table numbers, seating chart, decor, florals, etc. You name it, we likely brought it in. I had a vision in my head of exactly how I wanted it to look, but the problem was how to actually be there to set it up since we were all getting ready at a separate location. Bring in Meghan, the person who literally brought the vision inside my head to life. We met and spoke several times before the big day, went through every detail, and then finally handed over every shred of décor I had hoarded over the several months before hand. The day of Meghan picked up our cake, met our florist at the venue and worked with the staff there communicating exactly what we had spoke about. I was not able to see what it looked like until our wedding actually begun, and it was a dream. She even stayed through our ceremony to ensure everything was perfect. I can't recommend Meghan enough. To put your trust in someone to create your vision on a day as big as your wedding can be scary. But Meghan delivered. She is a true pleasure to work with and really has great vision for putting everything you want together. She made our day effortless and I will always be grateful for her!
