by a surprise when I saw the final photos and how many she was able to get that were completely candid. I didn't realize how much running around she did but the photos said it all. My guess even said that they didn't even notice her there but they managed to end up in our photos LOL our wedding was Garden themed and Melissa's editing fit that so well. Our photos were so beautiful, bright, full of sunshine and you can feel the joy through the photos. I still have guests asking me for her information because of how well our photos came out and at an affordable rate at that! So very thankful we found her!

y and professionally. The day of our wedding she communicated with me which was so reassuring and sensitive. Melissa’s energy is very calm and peaceful which made such a difference for me. She listened to our wishes and also calmly told us her ideas for some of the photos. They all came out so beautifully! Her guidance and knowledge of what would look good in a photo was wonderful. During the reception, Melissa took many beautiful spontaneous photos but was very discreet and honoring of situations. Again, her calm and peaceful ways were so appreciated. The only thing I regret that we did not keep her longer. She works by the hour and we had agreed on 5 hours but I wish we would have kept her until the end of cleanup. She send a digital file within two weeks and also send a photo stick with over 700 beautiful photos. For some reason, I wiped the stick clean by accident. Melissa immediately agreed to send me another one. Her pictures online will be accessible for one year. I know other photographers might do the same but the price they charge is triple or even more in many cases. Melissa is very VERY reasonable with her fee and as skilled as any photographer. When my daughter saw my wedding pictures, she said that she wished she would have hired Melissa. Her photographer was more than triple the price and did not take nearly as many pictures. Thank you Melissa for making our event more enjoyable through your presence and giving us such beautiful photos to cherish! I very highly recommend Melissa Lauren!!!

I wanted pictures that would be timeless and classic. I am not a fan of pictures that have a lot of different under tones when they are edited as to me it does not look natural in regards to the background etc. Melissa Lauren Images defiantly surpassed my expectations. Alex was our photographer and we had him for the whole day (8hrs). He arrived to the hotel promptly and was super respectful. n we were making inquiries. Their promptness in responding was a big draw for me and my husband. Alex arrived on time and got right to work at our wedding. He was friendly and pleasant to work with. When it came to posing for our photos, he was very helpful. He put everyone at ease (including the little flower girls!) and moved everyone into their positions efficiently. During the reception we knew he was around and snapping pictures but he was so unobtrusive that it was really comfortable. We just got the pictures back this week and they are gorgeous! Lauren Images and found nothing but rave reviews. I decided to book them for my own wedding, as well as my engagement photo shoot. Working with Alex on both occasions was such a pleasure!! He really listens to what you want, is very patient & gets a variety of photos. Everyone at my wedding was so pleased that he was patient & allowed them to take pictures of their own and also took the opportunity to take pictures himself. It was very hard trying to find a photographer that would do that and break it down into a customized hourly package, without going way over our budget. Melissa asked to view my Pinterest page to look at any photos I have liked from other weddings. On our special day, Melissa kept asking if I wanted to do this pose/photo since it was on my Pinterest page. WOW! I couldn't even remember what I had pinned to that page, so the fact that she knew those was absolutely amazing! She was super fast with editing the photos, which was great that we didn't have to wait long to view them all. Thank you so much, Melissa! otch, and their price was very affordable. Their process, from start to finish, was a cinch- everything was available online and through their website (contract, pictures, payment, everything). But =none of these are the real reason I'm writing this review. Meet Melissa and Alex and you'll understand. I was lucky enough to have both at my wedding, and they were the PERFECT photographers! The candids they took were priceless! The most difficult decision I have to make about my wedding pictures is which ones should go on the wall- I want to hang them all!!! :D

engagement shoot as a sort of trial before booking them for our wedding and we were amazed at how great all of our pictures came out. At the wedding, they were always on top of things. I asked Melissa when we got to the reception site if she could take detail shots before the guests went in and she said Alex already did it; we had a guest who wanted a picture with us at the reception and I said 'oh let me find our photographer' and as soon as I turned around she was there. The photos were returned to us really quick (in fact, I asked her to hold off a little bit since we were going on our honeymoon two weeks after the wedding). We received around 1,700 photos, all great quality. Highly recommend!

rapher wasn't organized as far as knowing "ok, bride with mom, bride with dad, any grandparents", etc. I think about having my wedding all over again because of the pictures we missed. But I will say the photographer, Melissa did an amazing job photoshopping my husband's late father in a couple pictures and she was very pleasant to work with!

He also did my engagement session, and at that time I knew I hired the best.

im for our wedding day, 1/21/2017 at the westchase Golf Club. We received our engagement pictures back within days and they came our gorgeous! We were so pleased. We hired Alex for our wedding day, and he arrived and blended in completely with the event, taking pictures, making sure we got all of the pic/poses that we wanted, and professional. He was so organized. Throughout the entire process, he made it so seamless to communicate, make deposits, complete the contract, etc. On the wedding night, he gave us and our guests a business card with our images album website and and approximately time frame of when the pictures would be available. For both the engagement and wedding albums, he emailed us once the online albums were ready and mailed us a USB with all of the pictures. Approximately 3 weeks after the wedding(as the card noted), we recieved our pictures and are in love! We would definitely recommend Alex and Melissa Lauren Images to anyone looking for a easy-to-work-with, organized, professional, fantastic photographer! Thank you Alex!!
