We found and interviewed three wedding coordinating services for our wedding and chose Melissa Marie Events. We had good interaction with her and met with her assistant, Jenna, who became the point person for our day. Jenna maintained frequent and good communication with us as well as maintained timely communication with the vendors to make our wedding a success. We used a couple in person meetings along with emails and phone calls to get to know Jenna and flush out the program for the day. Having a wedding coordinator is essential whether it is a big or small wedding and we are very thankful we were able to book Melissa Marie Events. We highly recommend giving them a call.

Melissa and her team are terrific to work with! I felt that by having Melissa there, there was a sense of relief for not only me but for my family and friends since we didn't have to worry about those little details or things that pop up on the wedding day. I could not have asked more from Melissa on my big day. She helped us out as our day-of coordinator, and was so incredibly organized, thoughtful, and kind. I did not need to worry about absolutely anything at all, and could just focus on having fun :) cannot recommend her highly enough!

We hired Melissa to be our day-of coordinator for our wedding, but she was so much more than that. She was on hand to answer many of my questions before hand and help to organize our vendors. She met us at the venue several times before the wedding to familiarize herself with our vendors and the venue - which I really appreciated because the venue was new to hosting weddings. She was in contact with everyone to make sure they knew where and when they needed to show up. I was confident going into our wedding day knowing that Melissa was there to make everything run smoothly, and it did! Would HIGHLY recommend working with Melissa.

I don't know what I would have done without Jenna and her Day of Coordination magic! Our wedding reception had a lot of moving pieces (since we didn't have a catering team), but Jenna just rolled with it. Jenna and her team made sure that every little detail was carefully arranged and went above and beyond to make our day perfect. She also provided great ideas and suggestions which we easily incorporated into our day. I am 100% sure that her work is what made the day so great!

Melissa and Jenna helped make our day run smoothly. We booked to have the day of coordinating. Melissa was quick to response to vendor questions, attended our 90 day meeting with the venue and helped us plan our ceremony during our rehearsal! For the day of the wedding they made sure everything was perfect! They set up all our decorations and helped to take them down. They made sure everything got packed up and given to the right person at the end of the night. I am so thankful for Melissa and Jenna. They took a lot of stress of myself the groom and our parents! I would recommend them 100%.

Melissa provided us day of coordinator package, and we couldn't be happier we chose her! She did a phenomenal job setting up the reception room and helping our throughout the night as needed. We hired Melissa to help us organize the planning of our wedding and to be the coordinator the day-of. From start to finish, Melissa was a responsive, cool, and collected coordinator, who helped us keep track of decisions, stay on deadlines, and make sure all the vendors were in order. (This was really important for us because both my spouse and I are a bit scattered.) She really shined, though, on the day of: her and her assistant took care of absolutely everything, from the flower setup in the morning to cleaning up and dropping our gifts off in our room on her way home. Their amazing efforts enabled both my spouse and I to participate in and enjoy our wedding day to the fullest, without having to worry about the details. In the end, we were definitely very glad that we had hired her and would recommend her to anyone looking for extra assistance in organizing a wedding and coordinating the day-of.

Working with Melissa was an absolute wonder. From the beginning she was energetic and enthusiastic about our wedding and was a huge help. We didn't know all the details that we wanted, but every time we asked Melissa for suggestions she would have three or four great ones. She helped us with the rehearsal and know all the right questions to ask of us, the wedding party, and the venue. On the day of the wedding, she and her assistant were incredibly attentive. When they were asked to do something, they would do it quickly and affectively. We didn't have to worry about any detail because she was on it. Our wedding was so much better because she was there through all of it and we couldn't be happier we hired her.

Melissa was amazing to work and made the wedding planning process and day seamless. She went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable throughout and was extremely attentive to small details I may not have noticed. Throughout the planning process, she was thoughtful with her suggestions and guidance and helped tailor a wedding that fit our ethos and personalities. I highly recommend her.

I cannot recommend Melissa enough - she is worth every penny (and then some!) to help your big day run smoothly. From putting out small fires (missing shuttles) to making sure everything runs on time, to setting up and packing the car at the end of the night, Melissa had every detail covered. Even before the wedding, she was very responsive to emails and questions and provided valuable guidance and input. Her assistant, Jenna, was also amazing and her calm demeanor kept me calm the whole night. Hiring Melissa and her team was definitely one of the best decisions for our wedding day!

Melissa helped me to plan some of the final details of my wedding and on the day of as my onsite coordinator. With her help (and her assistants) my wedding had order and I got to enjoy my day with little thought to the details of making it run. She helped me to locate vendors and got me a stellar deal on florals and a DJ (seriously, she saved me like $1k). She was always quick to respond and didn't mind getting her hands dirty the day of - she set up all of my centerpieces in an outdoor wedding when it was 80 degrees while still looking put together and professional. Melissa, Jenna, and Bri were amazing! They took care of all the little things I was stressed about and made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. I could not imagine what the wedding would have been like without all their help and presence throughout the day, from dealing with shuttles to and from the venue, to fixing my grandmother's dress, they were on top of everything, making sure any hiccups along the way were addressed asap. Melissa and her assistant Bri were amazing! Hiring Melissa was the best decision I made while planning my wedding! I hired her for the day of my wedding and she took care of everything! She dealt with a not so nice bus company, hung lights in the barn for me, put out all the decorations, coordinated with my vendors, and then took everything down at the end of the night! Melissa was awesome. She was there for whatever I needed, which was providing a lot of information in the beginning; how much to pay for a photographer, DJ recommendations, etc... She provided a strong vendor list. Everyone she recommended provided a high level of service. We had a perfect wedding. Melissa and her team made sure all the details were in place and taken care of. I can't say enough good things. She made it easy to enjoy the day. If there was a detail that I couldn't make a decision on, (i.e, does the pastor use a mic or not) I deferred to her. My parents and friends were able to have fun and enjoy our wedding. Melissa has a very calm and relaxing presence - which was needed the day of our wedding. Nothing could startle her. Melissa was perfect. I'm very happy I chose to use Melissa and would make the same decision again in a heartbeat.

Melissa was fantastic to work with. She was helpful in determining the time line for the day of and critical the actual day of the wedding. She helped get all of our "extras" to the venue (escort cards, gift card holders, family photos, toasting flutes, bathroom baskets, etc etc) The list goes on and on. She was critical to helping with so many little things we hadn't thought of! (Moving the flower vases to the limo, moving bridesmaids bags to the limo during the ceremony, etc etc). Melissa Osborne from All About You Productions is a fantastic day of coordinator, although I would have to say she did so much more than "just" day of coordinate!! We met twice before the wedding to go through every detail. She contacted every vendor to confirm and coordinate their arrival on the wedding day. Melissa had so many great suggestions, she offered to help us find a band and gave all kinds of design suggestions. As we got closer to the wedding day, she was in contact with me everyday checking to see that everything was in order and to see if I needed anything--a great assett to a bride who was feeling a lot of anxiety leading up to the big day!! It was so comforting to know she was there to lean on if something went wrong! Beyond running our rehearsal AND organizing ALL of the day of tasks and vendors, she was the constant calm that my family and I needed! We didn't have to think of or worry about anything the entire day because Melissa had assured us she would be there to take care of everything :) She came to my hotel room the morning of to make sure everything was going as planned and to pick up some last minute items... we forgot to give her something she needed to hang some of our decor, so she just stopped on the way to the venue and bought them herself... I honestly don't know how we would have pulled off all of the amazing details at our wedding without Melissa!! She made sure everything was where it needed to be and EVEN stayed all the way until the end of the night to help us pack everything into our cars--just over the top helpful! She truly was a godsend on the wedding day! I could go on and on and on about what a great service Melissa offers--but I am sure you are getting the picture :) I recommend her to every bride, all of her services are fantastic!! It is worth every penny to have the peace of mind that someone with experience and expertise is there to help you, troubleshoot and handle the little issues. She is a bride's dream!
