Brie was responsive at the beginning of our contact. We hired her for day-of-coordination, and discussed details on the phone several months in advance. We didn't talk during the i...
n-between months but thought it was understood that closer to the wedding we would be in touch more often. Two weeks before the wedding, we grew concerned as we hadn't really heard from her and were getting a bit anxious. We tried to get a hold of her a few different times as the day neared, the first phone meeting she forgot, the follow-up attempt she was stuck in traffic and was unavailable. We finally spoke on the phone the third time, it was brief and less at our own convenience. When we messaged her the weekend before the wedding, she did not respond. After another message at the beginning of our wedding week, she told us she usually sends out timelines to vendors two days before the event. I think that is not nearly enough time, and our other vendors were concerned and mentioned they have never received timelines from coordinators so late. When we did get a schedule, it was lacking detail and had mistakes in the order, timing, and spelling. Communication in general felt like an afterthought and like we were working on her schedule. Unfortunately, Brie also double booked (I don't believe she let us know) so we never saw her on our day. Thankfully her assistant Varun was present and attentive. He did what he could to make our day smoothly and we appreciate his effort. Family still had to help out and fill in the gaps, which we really wanted to avoid. It still ended up being a fantastic day, but the coordinator added stress and confusion when they're supposed to alleviate it.
I hired Brie for the month of and wedding day coordination and she did an amazing job! We had a few phone consultations and she was so easy to talk to and asked all the right quest...
ions in order to get a feel for what I wanted for my wedding. She ran our rehearsal and everyone knew exactly what to do the day of. On the actual wedding day, she coordinated with my florist to set up and no one in my family had to help with set up like I originally thought they would. We had a few hiccups that she dealt with so well and only included me in if absolutely necessary. But I know there were many behind the scenes things that I never knew about. She jumped through hoops to make sure the day was perfect and advocated for what I wanted. She coordinated with our cleanup crew and everything was cleaned up on time and we got everything back. And she worked well with our other vendors! I cannot recommend her enough! The day went perfectly and we have her to thank for that!
Brie was amazing! She helped me with my day of timeline, and it changed MANY times. She was so much help the day of and we could not have done it without her!
I was so worried about finding a planner who was as passionate and invested in my wedding as I would be but Brie was just what I was looking for. She cared so deeply about my ideas...
and brought them to life in the best ways possible. Brie was an absolute gem to work with! She made my wedding day a dream. We had her as our planner and day of coordinator and she ensured everything ran flawlessly from working with vendors to decorating and designing my wedding and planning everything. She has the best attitude and always goes above and beyond any expectation you could imagine. I don't know what I would have done without her help during the planning process, she made it a breeze. She was always excellent at communicating and staying on schedule. She included me in every decision and coordinated meetings with venues and came with me on the tours.
I could not have had my wedding day turn out the way it did without Brie! She has the best personality and it so sweet. She was always willing to jump through hoops to make sure I ...
was happy and satisfied. We hired her for our planner in September and I'm so glad we did. She was amazing. She planned and coordinated our wedding for 150 people. She helped me find a venue, look for vendors, decorate, make a guest list, plan out tables, and so much more. It really took the stress off of me and let me have fun while planning because I always knew she was on top of things and had everything handled. She is very reliable, professional, and punctual. The day of the wedding she coordinated everything so I didn't have to worry about being on time or the groomsman being on time. She made sure everything was decorated how I dreamt it to be and took care of guests, the groomsman, and bridesmaids. I really couldn't have imagined a more perfect day. If you're looking for an amazing planner and someone who you can really count on she's your girl! I'm so glad I got the chance to work with her. Our wedding was so much fun and I'm so glad I got to enjoy it without being stressed and knowing everything would be perfect.
