I can't even count the number of times that I thanked myself having Jennifer to help with my wedding planning. She is truly an expert and her experience shines through. I appreciated her suggestions and she provided great organizational tools and kept us on track with her frequent check ins. Her connections with vendors is also invaluable and she helped guide us to the best in the business and we had a killer team of vendors and we had an amazing wedding. The weekend of the wedding- I don't know what we would've done without her! One of our signs got bumped by our flower girl and Jennifer helped to put it back together and we didn't even realize that disaster had struck until everything was all over. She is truly the best and I am so grateful that we had her on our team!

Having Jen as our wedding planer was amazing. We were planning from from the opposite coast, and having Jen's expertise and local knowledge was priceless. Essentially all of the vendors at the wedding as the venue were recommended by Jen, and they were all amazing. On the day of the wedding, it began to rain very suddenly right as we were preparing to process to the ceremony, and Jen made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless, coordinating to quickly move the ceremony under the tent. I don't know what we would have done without Jen, and cannot recommend her enough!

Jennifer is the absolute best. You will be so lucky to have her as your wedding planner. Not only does she make the process so easy (I can't imagine how stressed I would have been without her), but also having her there the day of the wedding is priceless. She takes care of everything and is always there if you need her but never overbearing, She gave great advice on vendors to ceremony flow to dealing with problems. Highly highly recommend.

Having Jennifer as part of our wedding vendor team was the best decision that we made! She was there with us every step of the way to pull off the most beautiful wedding in a short nine months. Every question that came to mind or concern, she was there with a plan in place! Our weekly meetings with her kept us on track and asked different potential vendors questions we would never have thought of! Without her, we would have been so lost in the planning process. The week leading up to the wedding, I was a nervous wreck about last-minute details and the impending rainy weather, but Jennifer was there answering my calls and easing all of my nerves! I have no idea what we would have done without Jen - she is THE BEST. Her planning tools were extremely helpful, she was always available when we had questions leading up to the wedding, and her organized planning and wedding day timeline was SO HELPFUL. She also recommended some of our vendors who she had worked with (florist, DJ, Bubbles and Brews beer cart) and they were all AMAZING. She ran our wedding rehearsal efficiently and kept us on our timeline during the wedding day. I felt ZERO stress on our wedding day and it really was because I knew Jen had everything under control. My husband and I also genuinely liked spending time and getting to know her during the planning process. If you are on the fence about getting a wedding planner, just do it and hire Jen. And the icing on the cake is that she has an entire decor collection available to use (including a really awesome velvet couch we used during our cocktail hour!).

Working with Jennifer was an absolute dream! Jennifer made the wedding planning process actually enjoyable and took any stress I had off my shoulders. She's extremely organized and so easy to talk to- was always willing to answer last minute questions/concerns. Added bonus that she has a ton of rentals (card box, table numbers, candle holders) that we were able to use on our wedding day! Jen, Mary and MacKeznie made my wedding day run so smoothly and stress-free! Not only did Jen make the planning process super easy for me, but I was also able to utilize her warehouse of decor. Hiring Jennifer at Memorable Events as my day-of coordinator was easily one of the best decisions I made in the wedding planning process. I am the definition of a Type-A bride and had a very specific vision for my wedding day, but also wanted to be able to enjoy my day without stress! Jennifer and her assistant Mary made this dream a reality. In the lead-up to the wedding, Jennifer was a godsend, she was always communicative, willing to jump on a call or Zoom to show me her decor inventory or run through ideas, and she is incredibly calming and flexible. Also, she has strong relationships with vendors in New Hampshire and works wonderfully with new vendors too. Jennifer Matthews was incredible to work with! The nature of our venue required us to have to bring in outside vendors so having Jennifer's guidance and expertise as a planner was priceless. She recommended great local vendors, coordinated our wedding day schedule, and managed all of the craziness of the day with ease. Not only that, but she allowed us to use some of her decor from her personal stock, saving us money on things we'd only use once. She was always available and prompt in responding and used creative problem solving to fix some unexpected last minute hiccups. We hired Jennifer Matthews from Memorable Events as our full-service wedding planner— she was absolutely amazing!! Jennifer and her team were amazing to work with from start to finish. We chose a venue where we needed to hire all vendors ourselves so I knew a planner was a must. Memorable events had a lot of experience at my venue so that was a huge help!! It was so amazing to me to just have all of my details in boxes and to walk out about to go down the aisle and see it all perfectly placed. Melissa and Chloe were present the day of our wedding and I felt so relaxed knowing everything was in their hands. Highly recommend!!

Without Jennifer our post elopement reception probably would have resembled a backyard barbecue more than a wedding reception. She was professional and attentive from start to finish, and was easily available by email, phone, or text. From helping us find the perfect vendors (she has a great network) down the smallest detail of the decor, Jennifer was amazing. On the day of the reception, Jennifer and her team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that everything ran smoothly so my husband and I could relax and spend time with family and friends. Working with Jennifer was a lifesaver! I felt overwhelmed by the wedding planning process from the beginning, but then when we had to postpone our wedding a year because of COVID, I really didn't know what to do. Jennifer guided us the entire way and helped to make the process fun! The week leading up to our wedding was honestly the best week because we didn't have to worry about a thing . We knew Jennifer had everything taken care of, so we could just enjoy the excitement of the day and our time with friends and family. Couldn't recommend more.

Working with Jennifer and her sister Mary was great. Jennifer was our point person leading up to the wedding, and was incredibly helpful at answering questions, thinking through the timing for our weekend, and offering really great advice. She also lent us a number of decorative items from her extensive collection, which was so useful in decorating our venue. Our day-of coordinator was Mary, who was incredible. She was super knowledgeable and helpful, always 2 steps ahead, and made the whole day run incredibly smoothly and seamlessly. She had experience at our venue that came in very handy, and had great ideas on how to use the space. Her assistant was great too. We definitely recommend Memorable Events.

As my fiance and I began to plan our wedding, we figured we could handle everything ourselves. As the wedding got closer, though, we realized that having someone to take care of all the details would be immensely helpful, so we began to look for day-of coordinators. We are so grateful that we found Jennifer! From our very first phone call, Jennifer's expertise and kindness were evident. She listened to our vision, executed it flawlessly, and worked hard to make our wedding day stress-free, both for us and for our families. Jennifer, we can't thank you enough!

Working with Jennifer and Melissa was a dream!! I was going back and forth on using a planner/day of coordinator and I am SO GLAD I did. Like, SO SO SO glad. They made everything incredibly easy for me and I truly don’t know what I would’ve done without them. Jennifer was my main contact throughout the process, and is so smart, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and incredibly funny. We got along great and that is something so important to me. We kept in contact often and she had so many tools and guides to help keep me on track. She also has quite the decor collection, and I was able to use some of her stash for my big day, which was so awesome and appreciated. On our wedding day, Melissa was my coordinator and she is truly a gift from god. You can tell she’s done this a couple times. She kept me on track, informed, and also fed when I kinda forgot to eat all morning and was completely out of gas before the ceremony. She ran to the caterer to get me some snacks and water - so she’ll be sure to have your back too!! She also made sure there were drinks waiting for my husband and I right after the ceremony. Melissa was able to take my vision, as chaotic as it was (in my head), and bring it to life. She kept me in the loop on anything and everything as the day went on - and I appreciated her calmness so much. She is truly a pro. I loved working with Memorable Events and cannot recommend them enough. If you are looking for a planner or day of coordinator, these are your people. They had also worked with my venue many many times in the past, and seeing them interact with the venue staff was like watching old friends get together again. It was great. Love you ladies!!!

We had our wedding at Aldworth Manor this past June and could not be happier with the help we received from Memorable Events throughout the entire process. Melissa our day of coordinator and what stood out to me was how peaceful she was throughout the whole day! Orchestrating a wedding in a timely manor can be very stressful but Melissa was so calm and that made ME CALM. 10/10 recommend.

I can’t say how truly wonderful this whole team was for our wedding on 7/10. Jennifer did such a great job helping us to reschedule when we initially postponed in 2020. She even emailed all of our vendors to inform them of our postponement. She was very detail oriented and responsive to all of my questions and concerns beforehand. Mary was our day of coordinator along with her assistant Mackenzie and they were both incredible. When our linens weren’t delivered, they told us not to worry and worked with our caterer to come up with a backup plan, and when one of our groomsmen’s shoes blew out they were there with supplies to repair it quickly. And those are just a couple examples of how helpful they were. And they were so kind and attentive through it all. This team really is amazing and I can’t thank them or recommend them enough!

Five stars all around to Jennifer and Mary. We had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID and host it at a family home, which means a lot more planning and execution, and Jennifer and Mary made me feel like I could actually relax while they took care of EVERYTHING. They are such genuinely kind people, and they are very communicative, dependable, and experienced. They know what they are doing, and they think of things that you as a bride had not even considered. Hiring Jennifer was hands down the best money spent. Thanks again!

Book Jennifer and her team. You won’t regret it! Professional but warm and a total pro in her space — she was so helpful to us planning our wedding in 2020 including all the new hoops: outside only, social distancing, how to make people feel safe and also welcome. We did the full service planning and day of coordination, which I recommend. Because we’d worked together for months, she knew how to handle any wrinkles or tweaks without needing to flag to me; on the day of I had to worry about nothing — she handled the entire set up (came out *perfect*) and even brought me a glass of champagne in the bridal suite. I cannot rave about Memorable Events enough!!! I had to completely switch up my entire wedding vision in a few months due to the pandemic and Jennifer and her team made it happen. Memorable Events was a wonderful contributor to our wedding, especially during this crazy year of the pandemic! They were so flexible with the changing landscape and were very helpful in navigating all the alterations we had to make. We originally requested "the week of" package, where we would have help mostly coordinating things in the final stages, but because of everything going on, Jennifer was really helpful in providing suggestions for vendors that were within our price range throughout our planning. Melissa, who helped us the weekend of our wedding, was so wonderful in making sure the day went smoothly and stayed late to help us clean up. Our venue coordinators commented that we were one of the most organized wedding they had seen and Memorable Events was a huge part of that!

We hired Jennifer as our Day-of coordinator and hindsight 2020-- it was the best wedding planning decision we made. Hiring a wedding planner is one of those pieces of the puzzle that is often looked at as optional, and I am just so grateful we decided to hire her because you never know what is going to happen, 2020 being proof of that. Our day legitimately wouldn’t have been possible without Jennifer’s help. Less than 48 hours before our ceremony, our caterer backed out. Most couples have their vendors they really prioritize, and the caterer was that to us. To have one of the most important aspects of the wedding, evaporate less than two days until we said I Do, was nothing short of traumatic. Enter in Jennifer. She took the reigns and within a few hours we had a new caterer ready to pull off a miracle. When our postponed Wednesday Wedding was met with nonstop rain, Jennifer made the changes necessary for us to have a seamless day. When my flowers came into the bridal suite all wrong, Jennifer made it right. Every detail of our vison that we dreamed and worked so hard on for so long, Jennifer brought to life. She is professional, calm, and ready for anything. We truly wouldn’t have made it through the day without her and we are so grateful for all that she did for us. She takes great care with every decision as if it is her own day. As things went awry, Jennifer kept us tethered and made sure everything was taken care of. I was a bride that thought I could do it all, and 2020 had other plans for me. Truly, the best decision we made surrounding wedding planning was hiring Jennifer to be a part of our team. We highly recommend hiring Jennifer for all of your wedding planning needs, and we are so thankful for all she did to make our day so special.

Jennifer and her team are the best. We started working with her before Covid hit and we really liked her. Then Covid hit and we loved her! She was patient and caring, and helped us SO much keep as we planned and re-planned every time new regulations came out. My daughter’s wedding on 6/20/20 was magical. Jennifer helped her vision come to life. It was an intimate, special day, nothing left undone. I would highly recommend Jennifer for help with any wedding or event!

I can't recommend Jennifer and her team any higher! We decided to hire Memorable Events early on in our wedding planning. Our venue was unique in that it required everything to be brought in from outside sources. Jen was essential in helping us source local vendors, offering insight and advice, and keeping us on a timeline from the beginning. Her recommendations for vendors were spot on with our vision, and she helped arrange everything from transportation to gift bag delivery. We didn't have to worry about set up or clean up which was fantastic! Anyone planning a wedding in the Southern New Hampshire area should consider hiring Memorable Events!

Memorable Events did the day of coordination for my wedding this past weekend and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire team. Leading up to my wedding I worked with Jennifer to ensure our timeline and vendors were set up for a successful wedding weekend and she lent me a bunch of candles saving me hundreds of dollars in decor. Melissa lead our day of coordination and she is actually the BEST. She is so incredibly sweet, calm, organized, and helpful and ensured everything was running smoothly and brought to life exactly as I had imagined the day of the wedding. My bridesmaids were raving about her and how wonderful she was the entire wedding! Melissa was helping out for over 12 hours the day of my wedding and then when I went back to the venue the next day everything was PERFECTLY CLEANED AND ORGANIZED. There was this wonderful stack of my stuff I needed to pack in the car but other then that I did not need to lift a finger - which was the most amazing thing to discover the day after the wedding.

Jennifer and Mary were both amazing both in the lead up to the wedding and on the actual day! Would HIGHLY recommend their services as they made sure that everything ran smoother than we could have imagined! Really minimized stress as we knew they were on top of all the little last minute details. They’re amazing!

Jennifer and her team are amazing! I can't say enough good things about them. Melissa even picked up lunch for me and my bridesmaids as we were getting our hair done! It felt like Jennifer and Melissa were more best friends than planners, and I'm so grateful I had them there for me on our big day. Would highly recommend to any bride-to-be.

I am a corporate event planner by trade so while I did have most everything handled and planned by that point (especially due to my previous planners shortcomings), I did not want to have to work on my own wedding day and it was a complete DIY wedding and venue, for over 200 people so there was a TON of set-up and coordination to be done on the day. On the day the previous planner quit, I was on a work trip and totally freak out. My husband called and emailed a ton of planners to see if anybody could come to our rescue and while we luckily got a few replies, I immediately had a good feeling about Memorable Events. Jen picked up my call right away, late in the day while I sat at an airport bar close to tears and she calmed me down instantly, talking to me for 45 minutes without hesitation and agreeing to help us out in a pinch. She even moved some things around to be able to be there in person with us on our special day. In 24 hours she already did more than the other planner had in 1.5 years and I was so impressed and finally felt confident that our wedding was in good hands She answered every email and text promptly, was communicative with our vendors and made some great last minute suggestions that were really helpful that I hadn’t even thought of. Fast forward to the wedding weekend, Jen was incredible at orchestrating everything with our bridal party, vendors, families, guests the venue, catering and photo/video and everything else. I had an extensive décor set-up and she swooped in, picked up all my items and said she would take care of it and not to worry and she was right. She made my vision came to life in a matter of hours and allowed us to have the best day we will never forget. A million thank yous again!

My husband and I are SO happy that we decided to hire Jennifer Matthews and her team for our wedding day coordination.
