Rubina was our month of (day-of) wedding coordinator! Since I was very involved in my wedding planning/designing, I really needed someone like Rubina to step in and help me with all the minor (not so minor) details which I couldn’t have done on my own. She was very prompt in response, highly organized, efficient and friendly. We bonded instantly which was super important! She made suggestions for vendors when necessary, created a to-do list pre-wedding day, created an itinerary for day of wedding, helped execute my wedding reception design and was there to remind us to stay on track during reception. She even took photos of us during our reception photoshoot which made us feel special. Thank you again Rubina!
Such an amazing experience with Rubina! Due to COVID we had to move our wedding date so many times, and she was so flexible and helped us replan as needed. We grew into a friendship through the three years of planning that we did together, and her work shows that. She was very detailed oriented and had great ideas. We hired Rubina to be our month-of (day-of) coordinator. I can safely say she was worth every penny! She made sure all loose ends were tied, and that we had an organized plan for the day of our wedding. Everything went so smoothly, I can’t imagine doing my wedding without her. Highly recommend!
I found Rubina on The Knot in December 2018 and coincidentally one of my friends had hired her as her day of coordinator for her March 2019 wedding. I decided to wait and receive feedback from my friend on how she liked her services and she RAVED about Rubina! Right away I knew I had to have her as my day of coordinator! Our date was June 5, 2020 but because of the pandemic we had to postpone to June 4, 2021. As soon as it was time to start working together Rubina was very helpful and responsive. I had no idea on what a day of schedule should look like but she was amazing at helping plan and organize the timeline as well as coordinating with us the venue walk through. The day of we were able to fully enjoy our wedding reception as she took care of everything and would just let us know what came next in the timeline. Overall we were very happy with everything Rubina did to help make our wedding amazing!
Rubina is a true gem. TRUELY! My wedding was planned for last year at an indoor venue and because of that I felt that I only needed a month of coordinator. Rubina agreed to join my wedding journey! Covid 19 came and disrupted my plans (and so much more in the world) and forced me to find an outdoor venue. I planned everything as best as I could and Rubina kicked in as my month of coordinator and changed my whole life. She took care of so many things that I told her that I would take care of, but forgot/didn’t have time to. I showed up to my reception and was blown away to see the different things that I told her I would do but didn’t actually done!!!! She coordinated with all 24 of my vendors (twenty four!!!!!!!) and made sure everything ran smoothly. Rubina was pleasant the entire time and made recommendations that literally took my reception decor to another level. I’m so thankful for you, Rubina and I apologize for any and every crazy thing that you had to work through even though you probably shouldn’t have had to! A true gem! I really wish I’d have had Rubina for full wedding planning and not just month of coordinating.
To keep it short and simple I just want to say that she is very knowledgeable and professional of what she does. She helped me through every step of the planning and also the day of the wedding. Everything happened based on what we agreed on and in timely manner. She is very kind and caring. she makes sure you are satisfied and stress free on you big day. Thank you Rubina, you are the best.
Love love love Rubina! Now that I look back, I really don’t know what I would have done without her. Like many brides I didn’t really know where to start while planning my wedding. She was such a big help to me and made me feel so at ease on my wedding day. I knew I was in good hands just from our first meet up. Rubina from Memorable Moments really is a diamond in the rough. She truly is a professional when it comes to even the smallest details of things. She was such a wonderful mediator between my husband and I and the vendors, photographers, etc., and she really gave me a great insight as to how everything should work and did her absolute best to get us what we wanted for our day on and off the scene. I absolutely loved working with Rubina! She was such a big help with everything my husband and I needed for our special day and I really don’t know what I would’ve done without her! She’s great with communication, is one step ahead of any situation, and even if she’s not there in person, she’s working hard behind the scenes to ensure everything is as it should be. bad! Do not book her! I called her to ask her why she hasn’t been followed with us and to see where she was with the planning, and when she answered the phone, her baby was screaming in my ear! Then, she did not even remember my name!! I had to remind her who we were.
When I told her that we basically already planned everything without any help from her, and that we would like refund, she became irate and screamed at me and hung up the phone.
Prior to booking Rubina she told us that she was starting a new vendors business in equipment rental for weddings, like tables and chairs, floors and flowers, and that she would give us a discount. Consequently, when we asked where she was with this, she said its been put on hold.
Stay away from this vendor!

I am a huge fan of Rubina’s services for numerous reasons. She’s extremely professional, and every meeting we had with her prior to our wedding Rubina was very productive. Our wedding was the first time my husband or I had ever planned an event of that size, and having Rubina in our corner really ensured it was all smooth sailing, from the morning at the bride’s house all the way through to the reception.
Rubina made all my requests and changes to the day seem like no problem, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of before the big day. Before the wedding we had one last meeting and went through every little detail, and she brought up points we hadn’t even considered. It was very easy to work with her and all we had to worry about was having the time of our lives on our big day. I would recommend Rubina’s services to anyone who is getting married!
We booked Rubina and so far have had a terrible experience. Not only is she only preoccupied with the payment, but she has not been helpful with planning or booking any vendors. Instead of finding vendors, negotiating prices, and booking vendors she has opted instead to just send me Instagram pages. I have had to look for vendors, contact them myself, negotiate prices, discuss details, and book myself. I am literally paying her to go through wedding hashtags on IG.
Let me save you the trouble. This woman single-handedly ruined our wedding day. I am so regretful that I even hired a coordinator. From the get-go Rubina's main concern was payment. The one thing she did & did often was remind us of when payment was due. That's all fine & dandy, as long as she could actually deliver her job. She did not. We prepared a day of timeline. Not one thing went according to the timeline on the day of our wedding. The morning of our wedding, Rubina was nowhere to be seen. Even though we were getting ready at the hotel where our reception was, not once did Rubina come up to make sure we were on time & the day was according to plan. Because we depended on her, we told our family to lay low & just enjoy the day which was the entire reason why we hired a coordinator in the first place.
Our entire day was off track. We missed our entire photo session with family &the bridal party. We were late to the first look by over an hour. Rubina failed to even show up at the church, even though my My husband confirmed with her the day before the wedding that we needed someone at the church so that things were well & in order. She was really against the idea & said “I’m only one person.” ??? Then why did you take on this job & charge that much? After the wedding we found out she had two additional people with her but for some reason, none of them left the hall. I still don’t understand why she didn’t show up, either to the church or a few steps up the elevator to our rooms to make sure things were in order.
As a result of her failure to carry out her job our entire timeline was off. We missed our photo session, we arrived 1.5 hours late to the church, cocktail hour started at 6 instead of 5, our reception was cut short by an entire hour so everything was shortened, from our grand entrance for which we paid for a dabke group to perform 30 minutes (they only performed for 15), to the dancing. The cake cutting was expedited, we didn’t even open the champagne. We paid for sparklers to go off twice, they only went off once....Everything was OFF.
At the end of the night, I noticed our personalized champagne flutes were not with the cake cutters on the cake table. I asked hotel staff if he knew where they went. 20 minutes later he showed up with one flute that was found in the trash, & the other one that was broken into pieces. Rubina even failed to put away our special items before she left, per her contract. Even that minor job, she failed to do. When we called her the night of our wedding to let her know our flutes were found in the garbage because she failed to put them away, she yelled at us & called us "ungrateful." Ungrateful for what? I'm not sure. I paid you to do a job & fulfill your contract, & even that you did not do. This was no favor.
Hiring her was the biggest mistake of my wedding. At least if I hadn't hired her, I could have given my family the chance to keep us on track & ensure the timeline was unfolding in a timely way.
Save yourself the trouble & hire an actual professional. Dont be at the liberty of this lady on what's supposed to be the most special day. If she couldn't handle a 300 person wedding, she should have had the decency to say that from the beginning instead of ruining our wedding day. At the very least, she could own up to her shortcomings & apologize, rather than yell at us on the night of our wedding & call us ungrateful. Honestly, I cannot believe her audacity.
People think that a wedding planner is only for someone who does not know what they want, or someone who does not have time, but that is not true. I personally LOVE party planning (to give you a better idea of the type of person I am, I made and designed our invitations for the wedding, and I had my theme down and wedding favors bought 2-3 years before my wedding), so I knew exactly what I wanted, and everyone was telling me, “you of all people don’t need a wedding planner”, but I insisted that I do, ESPECIALLY FOR MY WEDDING DAY simple because I wanted to be stress free. Our wedding was November 2018, and I booked Rubina a little over a year before. From the second I met Rubina I was COMFORTABLE with her and she UNDERSTOOD exactly what I wanted, she was more like a FRIEND than a wedding planner. She was ALWAYS AVAILABLE, easy to contact, ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS (because sometimes you don’t know how or when you should do something), and she just LOVED HER JOB and her ENERGY and POSITIVITY was radiating. Prior to meeting Rubina, I had already booked majority the vendors thus I didn’t need the full planning package, so we made a custom package for me which included the Wedding design and Month-of (day-of) packages. I am also someone who is DETAIL ORIENTED, love to have control and have things planned way in advanced, thankfully Rubina also has those characteristics, she was ALWAYS ON TOP OF THINGS, which was a plus for me. She would check in, to make sure I have certain things done, and if it wasn’t done she would remind me that it’s time to do it. She also made the BEST RECOMMENDATIONS in terms of the VENDORS. Also, I have gone to visit vendors before without a planner and believe it or not when you have a planner with you, you get a different type of treatment from the vendor. Finally, if I didn’t have Rubina for the month-of and day-of the wedding I really would have been a mess. The month-of the wedding is probably the most stressful time for a bride, BUT I completely TRUSTED Rubina and was LESS STRESSED the month and week of the wedding. AND the day of the wedding I was completely CAREFREE as a bride should be. Even if you have all the time in the world to plan your wedding, I do believe having a coordinator simply for the month-of and day-of really helps you to enjoy your day and I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE! Unfortunately, for a coordinator, I was one of those brides that came with family who wouldn’t tell me who was booked in terms of musicians/entertainment, and that really made things frustrating also, not all Armenians understand the definition of a “coordinator” so it made things hard, but despite such difficulties, Rubina was VERY PROFESSIONAL and made sure everything was done as we wanted. She handled things very well and knew how to approach different individuals the right way to prevent unnecessary problems. My husband and I couldn’t be more THANKFUL for the hard work that she put in to make sure our wedding day was PERFECT. With the help of all our vendors she brought my vision to life and till this day I can’t get over it. I would also like to add that initially my husband was against getting a planner, he kept saying “it's a waste of money” after the wedding he realized how IMPORTANT it was to have a coordinator because she made sure everything was RUNNING SMOOTHLY and allowed us to really ENJOY our day. I would definitely recommend MemorableMoments to everyone!
If you want to hire someone professional, sweet, and organized then Rubina is your girl! She referred me to a lot of vendors and I was very happy with the ones I decided to work with. You’re so stressed out prior to your wedding that some things just slip your mind but luckily, Rubina provided me with checklists and text reminders so we can avoid any details being forgotten. Everything was smooth sailing the day of. I was very calm, trusted in Rubina and everything went as planned. She created a timeline for us to go by to be on schedule and it was very helpful. I also trusted her with designing my reception and not a detail was missed. I was amazed when I walked in. Everything went perfectly! Thank you so, so, much Rubina! I am a raving fan of Rubina and I would recommend her to anyone planning an event. She’s a great listener, great communicator, detail oriented, and great person in general. It’s so important to find a planner who you trust and who you can connect with. We had a great experience with her from day one. She outlined very clearly what her responsibilities were and what ours were and made sure to establish a good working relationship. I felt comfortable with her right away! Rubina has a great energy about her and no matter what the situation was she always kept me calm and relaxed. I was never stressed throughout the planning process as I was told I would be and I could confidently say that this was thanks to Rubina. She’s organized and always ten steps ahead. Rubina listened to what our wedding vision was and asked a lot of questions to make sure we were all on the same page. We were so happy with the outcome of our event and pleasantly surprised with every element. Everything came together beautifully -our day was flawless and as far as we know everything was perfect. I didn’t have to worry about anything the day of; Rubina had everything under control and really helped us to simply enjoy our wedding. If you want your day to run smoothly and you want to be a happy relaxed bride on your very special day give Rubina a call she will not disappoint you.

When it came to the day of the wedding I really knew I wouldn't have been able to do this without her! She was in contact with all of the vendors so everything was on time. Rubina was literally on the floor sewing my dress at one point. Huge thing for I have quite a bit of anxiety, she really helped me and was there for me.
My husband and I are so thankful. Rubina saw our vision and made sure our dream wedding came true.

I couldn’t imagine having worked with a better coordinator than Rubina for our wedding. I hired Rubina for the day of/month of wedding package she offers, since the majority of major tasks were already taken care of (venue, church, florist, cake, etc). I really wanted to designate someone that I trusted to be in charge if any unexpected issues were to come up. As a bride, I didn’t want to be the point of contact if something in our plans were to change, a vendor was running late, or one of many unexpected events that could happen when planning a 350 guest wedding.
Most of all, I felt comfortable discussing minor details and do’s and dont’s with Rubina. Although I thought majority of planning was done and out of the way, Rubina brought to my attention minor details throughout the last month that I had never even considered. She strived to make sure our special day was absolutely perfect.
After I got home from my hair and makeup appointment the morning of my wedding, I expected to be walk into chaos (like I had on the day of my engagement party). Instead I watched each vendor doing their own thing, giving me space, and my photographer even told me to relax, get a bite to eat, and to take it all in. I was probably the most relaxed bride and that’s because I had Rubina handling the show.
A big thank you to Rubina. Unlike most brides, I actually remember my entire wedding day and that’s because of her!
My review is coming in a bit delayed but to this day I will not forget how much easier Rubina made my life throughout the wedding planning process and especially on the day of my wedding. She made me feel very comfortable from the moment we met and her professionalism, organization skills and experience in wedding coordination all came together to bring to life my dream wedding.
She really got down to the nitty gritty on what was required of me and was very considerate and patient with my hectic work schedule when it came down to timeline meetings leading up to the wedding. If you want someone who gets down to business on your big day and solves any problems/issues before you even get wind of them, rubina’s your girl! As a bride, I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Hiring Rubina as our wedding day coordinator saved us! Rubina is so great at what she does. There were so many things that we hadn't thought of or considered, til Rubina created our timeline. Absolutely loved having a timeline! Not only is she thorough and accommodating, but also very sweet and easy to work with. Having the help of Rubina and her assistant Natalie (who is also great!) really allowed us to enjoy our big day. We would definitely use Rubina's services again and would refer her to others as well.
Booking Memorable Moments (Rubina) as my month-of coordinator was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! She was truly a God send. She was always available for all of my questions and made me feel that she was my full-time coordinator. She is very professional and has a lot of experience with all types of cultural weddings. I will definitely refer her to family and friends.
TL;DR: Please don't think you can do this without a coordinator, and don't even bother going to anyone else - Rubina thinks of it all, has seen it all, and will put you & everyone in your family at ease.
Like many organized brides, I didn't think I needed a wedding planner. I thought, how hard could it be? And I wasn't working FT so I thought I'd have the time for it. I was SO WRONG. We booked Rubina far in advance for our June 24 wedding, after hearing glowing reviews, following her closely on Instagram, and attending one of her bridal workshops. We chose the day-of package, where she helps you throughout the month before to get all your ducks in a row, so she can properly run the entire wedding day coordination. About 3 months out, even without a FT job, I was feeling so overwhelmed that I truly regretted not getting the bigger "full wedding" package! We had 320 guests, so the pressure was on. Luckily, Rubina has a heart of gold and she eased any fears I had along the way with a quick pep talk, well before her one month commitment started.
LISTEN BRIDES & GROOMS: If you both work full-time jobs and especially if you're having a big wedding, you NEED a coordinator. Don't be stubborn and think you can do without one! The biggest piece of advice she gave me, which was what really changed my mind, is that you do not want your loved ones, i.e. mom, sisters, brothers, bridesmaids, etc running around like chickens without their head on your wedding day trying to organize family for a group photo, or find vendor payment envelopes in your bedroom, etc. Your family and friends should be enjoying YOUR special day. My parents and in-laws were also extremely hesitant about hiring her, and they didn't even get a chance to meet her until our rehearsal. Immediately it felt like she was family, extremely professional and caring. The moms were IMPRESSED and that's a big deal! Me being the 3rd daughter, my mom was used to running around a lot on a wedding day and not getting to enjoy that much. The day after the wedding my mom just kept thanking me over and over again for hiring her.
Rubina was truly my lifeline on the big day. She was getting me water when I needed it, reminding me to breathe and enjoy the moment when I was stressed, she took care of vendor payments and gifts, she made sure my overnight bag made it to my hotel room, I mean the list goes on and on! She just had great vibes all day & you can tell she loves what she does. And she had an amazing assistant with her on the day of, I can't remember her name but she was also extremely professional and the next best thing to Rubina.
I did a lot of the wedding prep myself in advance, because like I said I only got her for the day-of coordination, but she made sure we had a smooth transition of tasks and physical items (her checklist and itinerary were EXTREMELY detailed and helpful). Our wedding went as smooth as butter, all thanks to Memorable Moments!!!
I hired Rubina (Memorable Moments) for full wedding planning after finding her on the knot website. Unfortunately, I can NOT recommend her services. Her prices are expensive for the limited service she gives. She did lead me to some great vendors which I appreciate. I had to contact the majority of my vendors and then had to coordinate with her. Throughout the planning process I found her to be defensive when questioned and inflexible. She was dressed unprofessionaly for the wedding rehearsal and on wedding day. The day of the wedding she was understaffed and constantly contacting myself and bridal party with questions. There was a large amount of confusion on my wedding day. Not sure if she was overwhelmed or uninterested but I feel like she gave us minimum effort which is disappointing considering the high price we paid for full wedding planning.
From the beginning to the end I did not see one bad mishap. They handled everything and were professional and organized. AMAZING

I was never one to actually get a wedding planner I would always think to myself I can take care of eveything on my own and boy was I wrong. I came across Memorable Moments on instagram and booked a consultation with Rubina. I wanted to get a detailed idea of what it would be like to have a planner for my big day. Planning a wedding was so stressful for me. Having a new job that was 12 hours a day and moving at the same time, wow it was a disaster! A friend of mine recommended Rubina at Memorable moments and OMG I just can't thank her enough and I'm forever grateful to her for making our planning process and of course the wedding day the most memorable, funniest, and exciting experience ever.
