t to look at other NJ boutiques and see what everyone is saying about them. This is when I found Memories Bridal. Reem and her staff were courteous and professional from the moment I walked it. I tried 3 dresses and found the PERFECT ONE. What I love especially is the fact that they do not coerce you into just buying any dress. They work with you to find your perfect look. Everything about my experience with Memories Bridal was beyond expectation; timing; pricing; accessibility....... Reem, the owner is a beautiful soul. She knows exactly what to say and do to make each bride feel like they are a true princess/queen. She also knows exactly how to calm us down.....She has made my experience so personal that I began referring to her as "Auntie Ree!" LOL. If I had to do it all over again, I would have saved myself the headaches and stress and went directly to Memories Bridal! It's definitely the boutique for any bride wanting to look and feel amazing!! Thank you, Auntie Reem!

I had thought of this store because Reem had helped me order a Jovani outfit for my engagement photos, the outfit was unbelievable and they fit it to me perfectly based off pins my mother had set because I couldn't make it in for tailoring. My wedding was this past September and I still can't get over how gorgeous the dress was, and of course half of what makes a wedding dress perfect is how it fits....I don't think I will ever own something that fit me as perfectly as my wedding dress. I will only bring my dresses and clothes to Reem and her seamstresses now! You can tell this store is a family owned business that really cares about their customers, if you want to find your dream dress definitely go see Reem!!

are so many reasons as to why I needed to write a poor review. 1. I tried booking an appointment for bridal gowns for an entire month. I called, left messages and sent an email. I didn’t hear back from them. 2. After an entire month, I decided to call and book an appointment for bridesmaids dresses since they apparently carry a specific designer I was interested in. Unfortunately, I couldn’t book the time that I originally wanted so I had to go with a time that was a little inconvenient for everyone. 3. Once we get to the store, I explained to the lady, Cynthia, the kind of dresses we were looking for (long sequin dresses) and the preferred designer and collection. They didn’t carry ANY of the 10 styles from the desired collection! I had to ask Cynthia twice if she had any other designers that matched our criteria. 4. After my girls put on the dresses, Cynthia just stood there and I HAD TO ASK her to clip the dresses for the girls so they can see how the dresses look because they were swimming in them. She clipped a few but while some of the girls were still trying different dresses on, she stood around holding a dress in her hands while I helped pull some dresses back. After the girls tried on the dresses, Cynthia asked me if I found a wedding dress and asked for the designer and where I’ve been looking. She then told me that I should make an appointment to look at wedding gowns because they carry a lot of designers at competitive prices. I honestly was unstasifed with their service that I refuse to give them business. Although they may carry a lot of designers and latest collections/styles, I rather give my money to someone that actually picks up the phone or answers my emails and takes care of me and my girls.

Reem had everything I was looking for and the service was just exceptional. Shopping for a wedding dress is so special but can also be a bit overwhelming - there are so many dresses out there. Reem and her team were always so patient and helped me find the dress of my dreams. I looked at a few other places as well, but would always go back to this one dress at Reem’s shop - I ended up trying it on 3 different times before saying yes, and Reem and her team were always so accommodating to me. I would highly recommend Memories Bridal by Reem to any bride looking for the perfect wedding dress!

ess. No joke: I literally bought the first dress I tried on. Granted, I tried on about 10 more after finding "the one" just because I wanted to be 100% sure, but sure enough, I ended up with the first dress. After my first fitting, I realized that the straps on my dress (which were beaded) were not my favorite - and Reem could tell I wasn't happy just from the look on my face. She told me she should make me new straps using the lace from my dress, and they turned out beautifully - even better than I could have imagined. At the wedding - everyone raved about my dress! I loved it so much I didn't want to take it off. Reem and her team made sure everything was perfect and that I left happy after each and every fitting. Memories offers a beautiful selection of dresses for brides, bridesmaids, mothers of bride/groom, etc. I never felt like they were rushing me or trying to persuade me into making a decision, it was really a stress-free and wonderful experience working with everyone at their store.

was exactly what I dreamed of. When I came to try on my dress for the first time, I saw the perfect MOB dress that I wanted my mom to try on. When I tell you that we went to over ten stores, we went to 10 stores for my Mom. The dress was perfect for her and exactly what she had been looking for and couldn't find anywhere but here! This dress shop makes you feel like you are a part of the family. I am so happy that I found this shop. It was the perfect experience and the perfect dress. Thank you Reem!!

's when I realized there is no variety. She was the only person there that day but I was her only customer and she seemed to get frustrated with me after only a few dresses. I was in and out in 30 min. I would not go wedding dress shopping there but her selection of bridesmaid dresses are decent.

Unfortunately for me, this meant I did not have the typical hour time slot, as I was the last appointment of the day. Once in the dressing room, I was told how exhausted the staff was as it had been a long day. From there forth, it was evident that I was more of a bother to have in the store; someone they wanted to get out as soon as possible. I had very little help getting in and out of the dresses. Once in the dress, it was neither smoothed or the bottom adjusted- my mother had to do that each time I existed the dressing room. Towards the end of the appointment, my mother had asked if I could try on one last dress to which she was told, "No, no more. We are done." Overall, this was an extremely negative experience. Even if I did find a dress I was interested in, I would honestly go elsewhere to purchase it because of the experience had at Memories Bridal.

d the opportunity to buy the same gown at two different places but I chose Reem because she made me feel the most comfortable and cared for. She was patient, kind & very knowledgeable. I am so glad I decided to get my bridal gown at Memories!

ike family. My mom also got a dress from her. The process was so easy and from fittings to alterations. Even the accessories are lovely- I got the most beautiful tiara there. My 2 gowns were just beautiful and all my guests loved them also.

en't allowed pictures. They wouldnt tell me the designer of any dresses and claimed they were exclusive. They give you some speech about how you should purchase the dress not the designer and that's great and all but I want to know what I'm wearing and if I'm being ripped off or not $$ wise. They do not allow pictures either and the lack of pictures made it difficult for me to make a decision or remember what I looked like so I ended up choosing a different boutique. The sales associate was quick to give the "dont be superficial about designers" speech but asked to see pictures of myself in other gowns from a different boutique.

y best friends wedding they had to safety pin the dress to my bra to keep it from falling down. I had gone for two different alterations at this point. For the second wedding I was in I was in school and had no time to try on my dress prior to school being done. I had been in contact with Reem and she told me all she needed was 3 days to alter the dress. I go try on the dress and the dress is HUDGE, so she pins me up and says ok your done. I had my dress picked up for me because I was studying for finals and the drive for me to Reems shop is over an hour away. 5 days before the wedding I get the dress to me and GUESS what this dress isn't altered property either. It was a short dress and the waist fit fine but she never altered my bust area. I was in a panic and that to bring it to a local seamstress by my house to fix her mess. STAY AWAY! I can't believe Reem lets brides and bridesmaids walk out of her shop after giving her so much business knowing that the dress was not altered. No wonder why she says the alterations are free she doesn't do them.

an designer whose collection I found online but couldn't find in Manhattan. When I initially came in, found and ordered the dress it was November 2016. While I was planning the wedding I became pregnant and we postponed the wedding until June 24, 2018 so that we could focus on the baby and so I could fit into the gorgeous dress I just bought! Reem was nice enough to store it for me for a year. I managed to lose the baby weight and then some. I had also ordered a veil and for cups to be put into the dress, which never happened. She then tried to sell me a more expensive veil, charged me for cups that weren't put in and changed the price of the wedding slip from $60 to $150. At the end I was a bit frustrated that after I had already paid for the dress and alterations all of a sudden on my last fitting she summed up $600 worth of extra charges. I said no thanks and just bought the veil and then left with the dress . When I put the dress on on my wedding day it was perfect, but then less than one hour after wearing it sitting in the limo one of the breast cups concaved and had a weird indent. I didn't realize it during the first look and photoshoot. In all my photos there is a crease in the dress. I have no idea what happened or how it got there. It was really hot so maybe the structure was poor quality and it just collapsed. Maybe something happened during storage. Thank god my hair was long and half down so during the entire reception I kept putting my hair in front to hide it. But when I see it in photos it makes me so upset. I wish they had put the cups in as they originally promised, maybe it would've helped. Such a stunning dress and when I think of it all I can remember is that horrible indentation in the cup. Wish I could post a photo so you know what I mean. Point is there are great dresses here, great service, but be wary of made up price fluctations, quality and that there is no compromise to your dress!

and supportive. The prices are good and better than New York. Earlier in the day, I had tried on a number of dresses but no luck. Then, I went to Reem's and there was a trunk show. Each dress that I tried on was better than the next as Reem knew that a fit and flare would look best on busty and curvy woman. The very last dress was my "yes" to the dress! It was strapless and Reem made me short lace straps to match my dress and give me extra support. Also, she sewed in a corset as well as a piece of lace from my mother's dress into my dress. Lastly, Reem made my veil, which complemented my dress perfectly. My NOW husband just loved my dress! I cannot thank Reem and her staff enough for everything they did for me. I especially cannot thank them enough in helping with my sister picking up my dress. Two days before my wedding and on my way to New Jersey, I took a very bad fall and hurt knee rather badly, so I could not go myself to Reem’s. I sent my sister and my mom and Reem and her staff were so helpful. THANK YOU Reem for everything.

e went through numerous styles, designers, and dresses with myself. After trying on many dresses we found the one. I was a little unsure of the dress but with constant support and complements from Reem I trusted my instinct and I chose the dress. The day of my wedding I could not have never pictured myself In any other dress. I am so happy Reem guided and supported me in finding my dream dress. The entire staff was very professional and welcoming. They offered many different styles and dresses for bridesmaids as well. My six bridesmaids also purchased their beautiful dresses from Reem. They looked absolutely gorgeous. It was a pleasure to go back and visit the staff each time during our fittings. My experience with Reem was a very personal and special one. Her compassion and character is very much appreciated. Thank you Reem to you and your staff for all you had done for my family and I. I advise other brides to visit Memories Bridal you will not be disappointed.

to say that I am actually sad that my days of visiting this shop (fittings, final pick up) are slowly coming to an end. There has not been a time where I have gone into Memories where I didn’t feel completely special, unique or exceptional. Each and every time Reem has personally greeted my mother and me with a hug and a kiss! It didn’t even feel like I was going into a Bridal store. Instead, it actually felt as though I was visiting a long time friend or family member! Reem truly cares about making her brides feel unique, special and well taken care of! She actually customized my dress so that it is unlike any other gown out there. All I did was show her a picture and she left me absolutely speechless with the final outcome! Her patience and genuine nature are unlike anything I have seen on my journey towards finding the perfect dress. Other places have rushed me or even have pressured me into believing that “This gown was the one.” Reem truly allowed me to express myself without any pressure whatsoever! I did not feel rushed nor urged to make a decision. She is truly one of a kind and was such a delight to work with. More importantly, alterations and my cathedral veil were included in my final price and Reem even sewed in a piece of my father’s shirt in the shape of a heart, which is something I could never thank her enough for!!! The amount of happy tears that have been shed in this place, from my mother, my cousin (maid of honor) and myself are countless and I am BEYOND fulfilled with gratification and appreciation for all of Reem’s hard work in making my journey towards becoming a bride one of the most treasured emotional experiences I have to look back on!!!

Going to Memories Bridal is a personal experience, you are not in a wedding dress factory, and that meant the world to me. Reem rush ordered my dress so that my grandma could see it before passing - that wasn't customer service, that was Reem's caring, loving heart. There is no sales pitch; it is a establishment built on talent and relationships. The dress alterations were spot on and I felt comfortable and beyond happy in my dress for the best day of my life. I recommend Reem to everyone and I just think so highly of Reem and her staff and am so appreciative to them for their guidance and support.

So I was determined to find my dress and order it through Memories Birdal just because they went out of their way! Once I found my dress I ordered it through them and I was so happy with alterations and add ons! They wanted me to feel fabulous in my dress and I did! m another store but there was another dress that the previous store did not carry that I felt I had to try on before I could make a decision. Memories carried the designer so I decided to give them a try. Ana was my consultant and told me that she knew what dress I would end up with before I even put anything on (obviously I did not believe her). She started by having me try on the dress that I had loved at the other store and a few others that matched my photos. Then, she gave me her pick. When I first saw the dress on the hanger I thought it was pretty but wasn't really sold. Then, I put the dress on and I couldn't believe how amazing I felt. I am so glad that I listened to her because the dress was absolutely perfect for me (and well within the budget that I gave her). From then on I worked mostly with Reem throughout the alterations process. I did have a few problems along the way making sure that everything I asked for got done-- but just make sure they write your requests on the ticket attached to your dress bag before you leave each appointment and they will do everything you ask. I didn't and had to come down for an extra appointment to fix the back and ended up leaving with my belt never altered to a smaller size (I forgot to check that this was done before taking my dress home). Neither ended up being a huge deal (the back was fixed the following appointment and my mom was able to pin the belt to my dress so that it fit). Everyone loved my dress, especially my now-husband. We also received a lot of compliments on the bridesmaid dresses (which the girls all said were very comfortable) and my mom's dress. Reem and her team are so sweet and make you feel like family from the start.

ibly wrong. I was extremely upset over the situation. I went to several places to try to buy a dress off the rack, I was desperate. Then I went to Memories bridal by Reem. My first mistake is not going to her in the first place. I have to admit I was hesitant about going to Reem because I didn't want to go somewhere that I know so many people go to- I was scared that I would see the same old dresses there that I see on everyone. Not only to Reem (owner & designer ) get me a custom made dress, she altered it and got it fitted in 4 days. The last place took 11 months and still managed to mess up. I went Monday and picked up my wedding dress Thursday!! Reem knows exactly what she is doing; she is caring and very professional. I contacted her on a Sunday night around 10pm. She is closed on Monday but was willing to open her shop for me. When I arrived she picked out three dresses and I was sold on the 2nd one. But she insisted I try on one more, and that ended up being the dress I chose. Reem is INCREDIBLE- she knew exactly what I wanted and on the first dress from couture designer, I will forever be grateful, She is caring, thoughtful, patient and full of knowledge.. With Reem - I didn't even have to think! She just got me, my style, and was able to select the perfect dress for me- I really trusted her which is something I didn't get at any of the other places that I went to. Everyone I speak with now I will recommend Memories bridal by Reem . Great job Reem bridal team you have made one extremely happy customer! n though I had no idea! I was so indecisive on which veil I wanted too but Reem was able to accommodate for my last minute change and work it out with me for which I am so thankful. My experience was so great that my mom and all my bridesmaids got dresses from Memories as well. They had a wide selection of styles and colors and all the dresses were gorgeous, yet affordable. They were able to work within our budget and as a plus, alterations are included with each dress purchased. I would definitely recommend Memories!

r says to me "Mami you have to start looking for your dress", I said "I know, I know". Reem, the owner, happened to be standing by us and says " what??You haven't gotten your dress?" Well my wedding was 3 months away so I was def. running behind and I knew this and believe me it wasnt't by choice. So of course when Reem says this to me I have an anxiety attack and I break down into tears, alot of tears. I go into telling her my story of why I was running so behind. My wedding was almost cancelled, my fiancé and I were having some issues, I guess you can call it cold feet but then everything was resolved and here I was 3 months before the wedding and no dress. I can't explain the feeling of comfort Reem gave me at that moment, she held me tight as if she knew me forever. And promised me everything would be ok. She asked me what I had in mind for my dress, I told her and she said wait one minute. She went to the back, came back with a dress and told me to try it on. When I came out and saw myself, there came the tears again but this time of happiness. It was my dream dress. It looked amazing. I couldn't believe it. I hugged her so tight and I was and forver will be so thankful to her. She was a life saver. From there on my relationship with Reem and her assistant Francis was amazing. They are the best. I got all 7 bridesmaids' dresses, my mother in law's dress and of course my dress here. They do great alterations onsite as well. And also have beautiful accessories. I also got my gorgeous mantilla veil and headband from here. The feeling of warmth and sincerity I felt every time I walked into this shop was unexplainable. The shop is beautiful, all the girls are friendly and very helpful, the selections are great. I could go on and on. To sum it up I highly recommend Memories Bridal by Reem they are THE BEST!!!

e among bridal gown shops. That is the furthest from the truth. I've gone to high end dress shops in the city and nobody hid any labels from me. Both Kleinfelds and Bridal Reflections let me know exactly which designer I was trying on and how much the cost of the dress was. Now, as for my experience with Reem and Memories. According to The Knot, Memories had a lot of the dresses that I wanted to try on in their store. Being that I live just a few blocks away, I figured why not? What a waste of time!! Not only did they not have any of the dresses that the Knot claims they have, Reem also felt the need to lie and claim that they DID have each one of the dresses I wanted at one point but they were just recently sold. Give me a break!!! From the beginning I could see my appointment taking a turn for the worse. They first brought me 5 lace dresses. My mom specifically said I wanted bling. So ofocurse I denied all 5 dresses and refused to put them on. Well then the lady bringing the dresses, who is not even the lady that asked me what I was looking for got offended and disappeared. She claimed that the pictures I showed her were identical to the ones she was bringing me. When I finally got frustrated and mentioned that I don't think it is right that they claim they have all these dresses online, Reem then precedes to state that its impossible to have all Maggie Sottero dresses in stock. I understand that! But please, don't claim to have the dress and not have it. Best part is, she then says I can pay $50 to have any dress I want come to the store so I can see what they look like in person. Hello! Why would I pay $50 to see dresses that Bijou and JaeHee have just a few miles away!! Ridiculousness!! All in all, I do not recommend Memories by Reem at all. As I was walking out of the store I saw so many dresses I would have loved to try on but they never brought to me to see. Its very disappointing. Reem also said, "I'm a different type of bride and they only have traditional dresses there." She claimed there was nothing else she could bring me. I didn't try not even one dress on. It's big shame.

During my first appointment, I went with a list of the designer dresses I wanted to try on ( which they claimed online they had), only to find out that they only carried ONE out of the list of ten dresses I gave them! okay, fine, so I agreed to try on the similar dresses they had. they were beautiful dresses, but did not live up to the quality of a wedding dress you would expect. Long story short, after feeling pressured with every dress I tried on, I decided to reschedule and come back if I didn't find anything or for my bridesmaids and my mother's dress. The Friday of that week I was happy to find my dress at Pronovias in NYC, where I had the happiest experience ever. So I came back to Memories Bridal on Saturday, and told them kindly that I had already found my dress elsewhere but that I was still very interested in finding dresses for all of my bridesmaids and my mom with them. This lady did not keep her cool at all! She was upset, like if I stole money from her or something. She was extremely rude and unprofessional! First of all, she told me that in that case, she'd have to reschedule because she had other brides waiting for her. EXCUSE ME! I had made time to go all the way to their shop because I had a ONE HOUR appointment reserved with them, WHat do you mean, you have other brides waiting? Second, she kept going on and on about how I made a mistake by not buying my wedding dress from them, because they could've given me a cheaper price. I DON'T CARE! I chose my dress and I'm happy with my decision, why couldn't she concentrate on making business with my bridesmaids dresses and my mother's dress?! That would've been professional. Then, she started ignoring us ( and was nasty to one of my bridesmaids) because she had a ring bearer appointment scheduled in the same hour I was. Whatever, someone else comes to take care of us. A much nicer lady, but still, going on about my mistake in getting my wedding dress somewhere else. At the end of my appointment, the owner of the store, Reem, was stuck in a little room at the end of the store, offended and didn't even want to look at us (because I didn't buy my wedding dress with her, while I was still bringing her my bridesmaids and Mother's business), we were being pressured to buy our bridesmaids dresses URGENTLY during the same week, because or else I wouldn't be able to get them (LIES!) and also, I was being pressured to cancel my wedding dress order with Pronovias, and order it with Memories Bridal for only $300 less. Do you really think I would trade in excellent customer service at Pronovias for the rudest and most unprofessional service I've encountered, just to keep $300?! They've completely lost our business now. And I will urge all brides I know not to set foot there if they want a beautiful bridal experience.

Reem and her staff are wonderful, very personable people, which made my experience at Memories Bridal exceptional! Anything I needed or wanted, she was there. Reem not only runs an amazing bridal boutique, she is an amazing person with a big heart!

I left and thought about it a little more, I also wanted my future mother in law there when I picked the dress. When I came back, they had my dresses ready. Once I put MY dress on, I knew it. Reem stopped dead in her tracks and said “I told you this was the one, you look like a bride.” I picked my dress that day and it was in my budget! My mom, future mother in law and my maid of honors came back a few months later. They helped my mom and MIL pick out their dresses. Reem selected my mom’s dress and said “This is the one” and it was! It made my mom look so young and beautiful. My MIL loved her dress that they picked out; it was gorgeous and beaded just the way she wanted. We were able to select my bridesmaid dresses as well. They have a great selection of dresses to choose from. I loved that Reem (the owner) was so involved in the whole process. Anna was the best and I would recommend any one ask for her in their appointment. Reem and Anna hare very good at what they do! y. I searched for that perfect dress for months, but Reem came through and found it. She will gladly work with you and your ideas and even have it custom made. The results is always beautiful and elegant. Perfection every time!

designer, they have gone so far as to remove the designers’ tags on the dresses and replace them with their own tags, their own identification numbers, and their own prices. What really rubbed me the wrong way is that the woman who helped me in the dressing room told me it was no problem for her to tell me designers I was trying on. She told me it was “no secret,” she just had to look it up and she would call me the next day with the information. As I was leaving the shop the owner told me something completely different - that they couldn’t tell me the designers because these were their “private” designers. I called the next day for clarification and the owner told me they have this policy to protect their business. They carry some dresses by the designers listed on their website and some are by private designers that only make dresses for them. I asked her how a bride could possibly buy a dress when she has no idea who the designer is and she told me "Does the designer really matter? If you like the dress and it’s in your budget why do you need to know the designer?” Really? A bridal salon owner is telling me the designer of my dress shouldn’t matter to me? I'm supposed to pay over $2000 for a dress without a designer? Second of all, if you have a private designer that is only making dresses for your shop then you should be happy to tell me that one of the dresses I like is by that private designer because that would mean I won’t be able to find it anywhere else. I’m left feeling that this store is up to something shady. Completely removing the designer's tags from a dress just isn’t right. I have been to many other bridal salons for myself and for my sisters and I have never seen the designer of a dress be kept a secret. I’ve done research online and this is not a common or accepted practice. By hiding the designer/style number from me I’m left to think one of two things: they must be ripping me off on the price or they’re selling me a knock off/no name brand. This is an absolutely terrible way to do business and to protect your business. If you’re knowledgable, friendly, and good at what you do then there is no need to play these games.

Reem went above and beyond to make sure my dress fit perfectly. We also got our bridesmaid dresses there as well and she made sure they were fitted perfect to each girl. I could not have asked for a better place to get my dress! I felt special and not just like another customer, but a friend. Thank you!!

oment I walked in there I was treated like family. They were warm and very sweet, Not to mention the fact that they do stellar alterations...for free!!! Reem is a true professional and made me so excited to wear my beautiful dress. I can't thank them enough for their fast service and excellent professionalism. She even gave me a pair of earrings to take as gift. Don't go anywhere else, reem is the BEST!!!

the great reviews for memories so I said let me give it a shot ! Drove all the way from Staten Island . What an adventure that was . But OMG was it worth it ! From the second I walked in the door it was such a warm and inviting place ! they were so wonderful and really opened my eyes to ideas no one had showed me before . She basically customized my entire dress because I loved the front of one dress and the back of another . So is going to create the deep v back I loved from an essence with the front of another essence I loved ! Basically I got a custom dress for an extremely reasonable price ! It wasn't the price that sold me it was Reem and Anna . Such wonderful people ! By the time we left they were hugging and kissing us goodbye ! Felt like family . Every other bridal salon could learn a thing or two from Reem . I was willing to spend more at other shops but was turned off by the behavior of owners and staff at some well known name shops . Sometimes all it takes is a little hospitality and humbleness. I will recommend this bridal store to everyone I know !!!

custom made my dress, too!! She is very, very patient and an absolute sweetheart! I appreciate EVERYTHING she did for me, my mom, and my bridesmaids. She helped make my wedding day an extremely memorable one! It was all perfect!! this not so common fabric and designer. Reem then disappeared while I tried on a few dresses. I am 4'11", 145lbs and wear a DDD bra so I figured my styles would be limited. The first 4 dresses I tried on did not work for me. They looked great on the rack but not on me. 45 minutes later, Reem came back with a dress and said to my Maid of Honor, "I hope she likes this, it took me forever to find this". She told me it was a fit and flare and I hesitated thinking it wouldn't flatter my body type. They got me into it and in front of the mirror and I had no words. I just stood there and refused to take it off. It was beyond flattering and extremely comfortable. It still amazes me that Reem knew exactly what dress would be perfect for just by looking at me knowing what fabric and designer I liked. At the wedding, I got so many compliments and how beautiful my dress was. I will be bringing my dress back to Memories Bridals soon to have it cleaned and preserved.

er store... a week before my wedding I called Reem up crying and she came to my rescue! She closed the store down and worked with me one on one to help me find the most perfect dress that truly made me feel like a bride. Her dresses are gorgeous, her alterations are perfect and she is absolutely the sweetest person to work with. I would recommend Memories to anyone and everyone!!!!

e not exactly what I was looking for, but she made no suggestions. Just rushed to the next dress. After the 3rd dress, she said she did not have any others and disappeared into another room. No customer service. Don't waste your time.

ind me how beautiful it was. She added sleeves to my wedding dress and it looked like it was made that way originally. She is such a sweet heart. She added accessorizes that fit the gown perfectly, from top to bottom I was glowing. I never felt so pretty in my entire life, I truly felt like a princess thanks to Reem!

n anyway possible. My sister bought her dress and I bought my maid of honor dress. We fell in love with these dresses the second we put them on and the night of the wedding we both would have slept in them. They were beautiful, the process so easy, the alterations were perfect. Our first fitting was our last, the dresses fit like a glove and again the staff was absolutely amazing. I will refer anyone i know here and will one day buy my wedding dress there! s ago my brother got married and my sister in law and I went gown shopping, I told the bride to be to see Reem. The same thing happened here Reem asked just a few questions and the gown we were looking was in front of us in the matter of seconds. Last month I had my daughter sweet 16 party. Where did I go? To Reem of course. My daughter looked like a princess. She found there the ballroom gown of her dreams!!! I almost forgot to mention the alterations process and customer service skills of Reem and her Assistants are superb. There is no strees when you go there, she makes things so easy and accomodating. Thank you Reem for making all our important events so special.....we begun a tradition 20 years ago and in a few years....my daughter's weeding gown!!!

s the best! She is understanding and so skilled in her trade. All of the women in my family found the perfect dress for my wedding with Reem. She knows what styles and colors will look best on you solely by looking at you and by observing your reactions to certain dresses as you browse around her bridal shop. I also got my bridal party’s dresses with Reem. When they went to their fittings, they were advised to move around and sit down in the dress to make sure that the dress was comfortable and fit properly while doing activities other than standing. Reem and her team have impeccable attention to detail and it was very much appreciated! Once you are her bride, you may take as many photos of the dresses as you want. Reem is open to feedback and goes above and beyond to make you feel 100% satisfied. The staff is professional and makes the experience pleasant and memorable. The seamstresses are amazing and I was more than pleased with the final products! I recently went back with my mother and my cousins to find a dress for my brother’s wedding! I highly recommend Reem and her team at Memories Bridal!!

xactly what I was looking for my experience was easy breezy. As the owner she was very involved with my purchasing experience. Unlike other store owners who allow their staff to conduct majority of the business. Her kind honesty helps lead you in the right direction. Reem, also assisted in finding a Mother of Bride gown for my Mom. Overall with fair pricing and generosity I would definitely purchase another gown from her!

wedding dress that same day. Reem was soooooooo pleasant and so was her staff. They made us all (mother and bridesmaids) feel so comfortable. There were soooo many options to choose from. She had me pick out dresses of styles I was interested in. The first one I tried on didn't really do it for me so she suggested I switch it up. The second dress I tried, the one Reem suggested was total opposite of what I was going for but it was THE ONE. Tears were running the minute she zipped me up. I'll never forget the role she played for my special day!!! FYI Memories Bridal was the first and last place I looked for a gown. I was dreading the whole gown shopping process but I was so thrilled I decided to go back Reem. I definitely recommend Memories Bridals for any occasion not just for weddings!!

It's not just that we didn't have to pay tax because she's in NJ, or that she includes free alterations for all of her brides, it's her warm and welcoming demeanor. She made us feel like family and it was a joy coming to her for fittings. She also handled all of my bridesmaid dresses as well and my girls all felt the same way. She really goes above and beyond for her brides and I truly felt like a princess! We hugged and said good bye after my final fitting with happy tears in our eyes! I cannot recommend her enough!!
