If I could give zero stars and go back in time and never have spending my money or time on this product or company I would. False advertising, and terrible customer service. I received the preservation kit as a gift for my wedding. Sent my dress in the prepaid box which included preservation and return shipping. Upgraded and paid extra for the platinum package because the form included in the box said it would have a black mannequin and I wanted to have that to show the detail of my dress. Reviewed their website which showed examples of the package. Once memories gowns received my dress they called me numerous times. Upon returning their phone call they said since it was purchased at bed bath and beyond I’d have to pay to preserve it again or pay a slightly less amount to send my dress back. Aggravated i asked why there absolutely zero information on their website warning others regarding this and was told they were “working on it”. Paid again to have my dress preserved. Received my dress which arrived not in a black box or mannequin. Confused I tried to call memories gown customer service, left messages, emails, and even used their online chat. ZERO RESPONSE. Finally after contacting better business bureau they sent me a short email back stating “black box continued you received upgrade”. How do I know I received the upgrade and why is it still advertised on their website and as well as being sold at Michaels as platinum with the black box on their website as well and why was I not informed when I spoke with the representative when they were so adamant about contacting me when it was in their best interest? Did not received what I paid for and had to pay twice. TERRIBLE GO ELSE WHERE

Just amazing service ! Hands down was scared with the service because of some reviews I sent in my wedding dress and vail . Paid the extra $50 if I needed to open it for some reason I can send it back to get put back in the box . Took less than 2 weeks it came customized and in the color box I wanted . It couldn’t have been more perfect and the price was great considering they clean and preserved it all for under $250 was awesome ! If you’re in the fence about this service don’t be you won’t regret it . This is my first time using them and it’s was everything I’ve wanted .

Process was fairly simple and I received updates during the process. Got my gown back quick and it looks amazing! I'm so glad I decided to preserve my dress!

Once I got my dress back it was fine. I sent my dress, my over skirt, veil and earrings in my box. I was told I can send my earrings with it and the can show them off in the box and everything i was also told it will take max two months, I got it back six months later. I ended up calling a couple of times before they were able to send it to me. After talking to them on the phone they admitted they lost my, 100 percent custom made $1,500 skirt. They said the have a “pile” of skirt with no tag on it so if I can describe my skirt to them they can find it and finish up cleaning it up. I ended up emailing them pictures and they found it amongst the pile. They cleaned it up (surprisingly well might I add) and mailed me my dress two days later. Once I got it I realized they wrong the incorrect date (they put 04/17/2021 when I got married 06/04/2022) on my box and on top of that my earrings were placed inside a ziplock baggie, STAPLED the baggie shut and laying in the middle of my box on my dress. I ended up opening my box and removing the earrings completely before sending my dress back so they can correct my date. That once again took two weeks. Overall not great

They did an excellent job on my daughter's wedding dress preservation! It was easy to send off and she got it back quickly! It brought her to tears!

My dress came back absolutely perfect and super fast! It is beautifully displayed in the dress box, and they even put a ribbon around the bodice since I didn't have a belt or sash. They were also super response and polite with questions that I had. I will definitely recommend them to any future brides.

You get what you pay for. Ordered the kit through David’s Bridal. My dress came back yellow. The lace was white but the satin under it is yellow! I called and the lady that answered the phone was not pleasant at all. She directed me to email with pictures. So I did and the response was that I signed the agreement stating there could be damage. Like really that’s your way out of accepting any responsibility. The email also stated that they had the same problem with that particular dress manufacturer 3 previous times and blamed it on the dress manufacturer. Why would you continue to clean a dress that you know turns yellow. When I asked that question they said there’s no way of knowing. Complete contradiction. No help was offered. I had to send my dress off to another cleaner and I am hoping it can be fixed. There’s a lot of google reviews that rate this company low because of this problem as well as dresses being lost and not returned. Beware dealing with this company. It’s bad enough seeing my dress ruined and add on the bad attitude and that’s why I’m writing this review. Trust me, pay the extra money with another company and save yourself the nightmare of seeing your dress ruined.

LOST MY DRESS- Do not use this company!! I paid to have my wedding dress shipped back to me. Instead the company sent it to another address and very rudely told me I’d need to drive to go get it. Unprofessional. Go with anyone else to clean your dress!

I would give 0 stars if possible. My dress is ruined. Came back totally yellowed, missing 1 cup and the other cup is hanging by a thread. I could never wear this in the future now. The cleaning/preservation process obviously isn't gentle. Took jumping through hoops to get someone to contact me back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I would give them a zero star if I could. Be aware of the mean manager or front desk. She is just a nightmare. Do not use them unless you have a cheap gown, I really regret using them.

Had my vintage wedding dress preserved. This dress was my grandmother's from her wedding and my mother's hand sewn together. They were very helpful and easy to get in contact with!

If I can give them a negative, I absolutely would never recommend them. I bought my forever kit from David’s bridal and wasn’t aware they were using a third party. Long story short I called them to verify my dress made it to the facility. They said it wasn’t till Priscilla went to check the dock and verified the package is there. She told me 8-10 weeks I should get a new tracking number from David’s bridal. No new tracking label called memories gown and they told me that my dress wasn’t in the box and inside was a heating pad and remote. My heart literally dropped and I was in literal shock. My $3400 wedding dress is gone.

I had a GREAT experience! I was recommended to Memories Gown Preservation by lots of different people and decided to try it out. The form that was inside the box was super EASY to fill out. The shipping label + box was already included. All I had to do it put it inside the box, tape the label on it, and then drop it off at a UPS store. I got my dress back within 2 weeks. It looks GORGEOUS and I am able to preserve my dress for years to come! Thank you Memories Gown Preservation for helping me preserve a precious memory!

Memories Gown Preservation did such an amazing job bringing my gown back to life. After my wedding the dress was a filthy mess lol. It had the whole day it. When I received my dress back from MGP in the pretty clear window box, my heart smiled! It was beautiful!

Memories Gown Preservation did a great job with my dress: easy instructions to follow and an easy process to bag up and ship to them. The only drawback is that I requested alterations to my dress after one of the bustle points was torn. I asked for this on the form and when you receive your dress back, there is a card on the backside of the box marking what was completed. On my card, there was not notation that alterations were made. I called the company to follow up and was told that it was performed, but a new team member "forgot" to mark it on the tag.

Memories Gown Preservation did a great job. They were helpful when I called and asked questions, the instructions were easy to follow and they were quick with this process. I was very impressed.

Memories Gown Preservation is excellent. I loved that they took into consideration the importance of your dress and made sure to communicate with you all along the way. The turnaround was quick. The only draw back is that you cannot confirm that stains were removed from your dress, as it’s recommended that you don’t break the seal to the dress in order to ensure freshness/non-yellowing. My recommendation to the company would be to take a photo of the front, back and hem-line of the dress and include in the “your dress is ready email.”

I never had my dress cleaned after my wedding 20+ years ago! It came out like new. My daughter is using part of my dress on her wedding dress and the seamstress was incredibly impressed with the awesome job done with the cleaning and preservation of my gown! The color matched perfectly to my daughters wedding gown even after 20+ years I highly recommend this company for cleaning your wedding gown no matter how long it’s been!

The dress turned out great. It was quite soiled from the beach wedding. Turn around time was much faster than expected.

Absolutely horrible. They lost my wedding gown for months and, all of a sudden, it turned up after I had a lawyer get involved. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

After my wedding, I called around to several dry cleaners about my wedding dress being cleaned. Because I had glitter tulle, all of them told me they were not capable of cleaning it. So I called David’s Bridal to see if they had a recommendation. They told me about their cleaning and preservation kit I could purchase from them. It was so affordable and easy to do. They provided everything to ship my dress to the company. I got a text when my dress arrived to the facility and when it was complete. I had my dress back in my hands, clean and preserved in just 2 weeks! I’m so happy to have a way to look at my dress with the window box they used for preservation! Would definitely recommend for affordable and quick dress cleaning.

I purchased the gown preservation kit from David’s bridal when I bought my wedding dress, and it was the best way to preserve my dress so that it didn’t take up a lot of space in my closet! It was super easy, had all instructions provided and didn’t take too long to get it back. It really captures the beauty of my dress!

I was a little leery at first with this company being out of Texas, and me living in mass, but David’s bridal where I bought my dress assured me that this was the best company. They made their forms very user-friendly in the sending out process of my dress was super easy, I really like their communication as they let me know when my dress arrived, and when it was being sent back out to me, I was over the moon thrilled with the way it came out. To see my dress in the beautiful box brought back all the memories from my special day. I am so so happy that I chose this company to work with just to preserve my dress it came out, absolutely stunning in the way that you could customize your order was perfect.

I think they did a fantastic job for the price you pay! I got my dress back so fast and it looks great in the box. I can’t see how well my dress came clean since you only see the top of the dress. I love that there is a window so I can look at my dress everyday. I recommend them if you want to get your dress cleaned/preserved!

They were excellent!!!! I had my daughter-in-law's gown cleaned and preserved a month before Christmas. It was back to me in three weeks. The actual box to send it out came within the week. My daughter-in-law loved it

I do not recommend. They were not responsive to phone calls or messages, and never had a timely response. When I sent my dress, I didn't hear from them, despite my calls and inquiries, for over 4 months. When I finally got in touch with someone, they said they were holding it until I paid my balance - that I would have no way of knowing existed without the company contacting me. When I received my dress, I was absolutely dismayed. It looks horrible, and I am absolutely going to have it redone. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would highly recommend you go elsewhere for dress preservation.

I want to give them one star, but I'll give them two because I eventually did get my dress back in-tact. I sent my dress and veil in with the expectation that they would be returned within 2-4 weeks because that's what their website stated. The paperwork I received with my preservation package also said I would be notified when the company received my dress. I did not get a notification that they had gotten my dress, so I emailed them seven weeks after I had sent it to see if they had received it and, if so, why I hadn't gotten it back yet. They notified me that they had received it about a week after I sent it and that it would be returned within 3-6 weeks from when they got it, which had already passed. I emailed them again about a month later because I still had not received it. They replied that my dress was still there, but that they would like a photo of my veil (suggesting that my veil had been lost). I sent them several photos of my veil, to which they sent me a photo of a very different veil asking if it was mine. I told them it was not mine and sent another photo with a clear view of the details on the veil. I again did not hear from them for another month until I emailed them asking for the status on my veil, to which they replied, "Still working on it." I began to call and email them often, leaving several messages that I never got a reply to. Their answering machine states that they will call you back within 24 hours. Well, I didn't get a hold of them for a whole week of calling and the only reason I did was because they actually answered the phone. They looked up my number, told me that they "couldn't locate" my veil and would have to reimburse me for it. They did not apologize. I was reimbursed and they sent my dress back. I eventually received it 4 months after I had sent it in. Yes, the dress looks good. Yes, it's clean. No, I'm not happy because my veil is gone, my daughter will never have the chance to use it if she wanted to someday, and the company was unapologetic about the situation. I wish I had not bought the preservation box-- my dress and veil would have been better off in the closet.

They lost my Veil😢😢 It was taking longer than expected to get my dress & veil back so I tried calling & they are almost impossible to get ahold of! Finally someone answered and she said she will see what is going on and call me back. I Never got a call back. Then I seen an email asking what my veil looks like and for me to send pictures. I heard nothing back & I tried calling and emailing with no response on what was going on for about a month. Then when I finally got an answer they told me again to describe my veil and send pictures. Then they told me that they can’t find my veil anywhere! They said it may have been sent to the wrong person. Idk how that even happens. They did buy me a replacement veil but it just isn’t as special. It isn’t the one I wore on Our Wedding day.
