Super easy to use and the customer service via phone was fast and very helpful. Unlike most service businesses that outsource their phone support to a non-English speaking country, where service reps simply recite a script and just repeat themselves until you hang up when they can't understand you or solve your issue, GenTux's customer service is US based and very friendly. GenTux also has a cool RF chip feature in their items that allows them capture your return if you (or your groomsmen) put an item in the wrong return box. We had a groomsman lose his tie, then find it after returning the suit, and we just needed to throw the tie in another groomsman's return box and GenTux gave me credit for the return without having to redo the RMA.

I was struggling to find a suit that looked good on our 8 groomsmen and groom who all had different body shapes and sizes! I was hesitant to use an online company, but generation tux was amazing! The guys sent in their sizes, and out of 9 guys with suites and shoes, only 1 set of shoes had to be exchanged for a different size. I was so impressed with how handsome the men looked, and I got so many compliments from the guests on how nice the men looked. The suits are sent out 2 weeks prior to the wedding date and the guys have 48 hours to exchange for a different size. The company immediately responded to any and all emails that I sent or that my bridal party sent. The groom gets to try on his suit ahead of time. Two groomsmen wanted to purchase their suit to buy because they fit so well. I also was having a destination wedding and the company was very flexible with dates as we had to factor in flights. I am overall so impressed with generation tux and would highly recommend their services to any bride looking to outfit her groomsmen and groom.

Hands down, one of the BEST and EASIEST groom and groomsmen tux/suit rental services I have EVER had the pleasure of using -- especially to create my super customized look for the men in my bridal party. I was super skeptical at first because it was a little strange to me that it was all done online and there wasn't a local store I could go to to see things in person, but I am so glad I did. (They do offer to send you swatches of fabrics in case you do want to color match something specifically, but I did not end up needing this service.) As the bride, I was able to create an account and create my wedding party's specific look all online. The whole process took about an hour from start to finish. I then input all my men's contact information and the rest of taken from there. The men enter their stats and the company sends the suits 2 weeks before your event date. If there are ANY hesitations or problems with how it fits or anything at all, they will fix it IMMEDIATELY, no questions asked. We had a few small problems with the FIT for some of our guys and they sent us complete new suit sets as well as extras like jackets and pants in a snap and they all arrived plenty of time before our wedding. The men looked so handsome and all in all it was a perfect experience. After your event, you just box everything back up in the boxes they sent them to you in and they provide the return address sticker and you simply drop it off at FedEx. It was TOO EASY to use GenTux's service. I contacted their online chat customer service a few times and they were such a breeze to work with and helped to calm my nerves with all 900 questions I had for them. LOL I recommend giving GenTux a try. I had THE BEST experience with them.

Was great. The suspenders came in broken, but I was sent a replacement right away. I was pretty amazed at how everything fit from just giving online measurements. Good job!

Service worked great. High quality threads, modern fit, easy return. If the tux hadn't fit on the first pass, it obviously would have been more effort, but still not more than going the traditional route by going into a store for a fitting. Overall, great experience.

Extremely easy to use service. The suit fit well the first time, no need for extra adjustments. Then just boxed back up and sent off again. As a groomsman, it required very little work, although the groom could tell when people hadn't ordered yet, which was useful.

Everything came as expected and it just so happened that I was not exactly "slim" fit material any more. I was able to get the modern fit jacket within that week and I could not have asked for a better suit.

I will admit, as father of the bride, I was skeptical to say the least when my future son-in-law told me we were renting our tuxes "online"! My first thought was, this won't be good. Much to my surprise, the ordering process was effortless and took just a few minutes. I had special instructions for the jacket and added those in the note section. The tux arrived well in advance of the wedding day and fit me perfectly. I am very impressed with Generation Tux and recommend them highly.

My husband and his groomsmen rented navy suits from Generation Tux and loved it! Great service! We were able to easily get groomsmen, fathers, and ushers suits. The convenience of being able to have people in multiple places order a tux was key. Most of us needed suits with longer sleeves but Generation Tux quickly sent out new jackets to everyone who needed it. Would recommend.

Generation tux was great and the suits were beautiful and fit the men great. The customer service was great but I gave them 4 out of 5 stars because they called us the day that the suits were supposed to be in our hands to tell me that the ties I had reserved were not in stock due to the multiple storms that had hit the Southeast and there was a delay in return shipments. I completely understood that this was out of their control and they offered us an alternative of our choice at no extra cost. However I did not appreciate the added stress that could have been avoided if they had just called me sooner and not the day the suits were to be delivered.

Generation Tux was a much better experience than going to a brick and mortar retailer. Things were handled quickly and did it all from my own home. The only "negative" was that me and my groomsmen all had to alter our suits, but there was enough time to get things shipped back and altered. Highly recommended!

Generation tux is a phenomenal service! It is easy to use and the garments are of high quality. All of my groomsman commented on how well their tuxes fit and how the rental was so affordable. As a groom my ability to go in and pick out all the tuxes and have the groomsmen log in and pay was extremely easy. All tuxes were shipped in plenty of time so that the groomsmen could try them on and send back any garments that didn't fit. I couldn't recommend Generation Tux more!

Generation Tux is amazing to work with! We were able to swap out the grooms tux (for a different fit)by simply calling customer service. All the men in the party were happy with how easy the process was and we get so many compliments on our wedding photos! Generation Tux made our Tux rental stress free. Highly highly recommend using them! (We did a destination wedding and the bags they give are very convenient to travel with)

Generation Tux was phenomenal. The suits were solid quality and looked so sharp. I felt incredibly confident and while I obviously didn't look nearly as good as my wife in her dress, I looked damn good. I was skeptical of an online only service but their fit guide worked almost flawlessly. A few minor issues were expected since you are entering your own information and they are basing everything off general measurements and statistics, but overall I had no problems that weren't fixed quickly and painlessly. Their customer service is unlike anything I have ever dealt with, in a great way! They were knowledgeable and incredibly quick resolving any issues that I had. The sleeve of my jacket came un-hemmed so I called the service number they provided and within 2 days I had a replacement. Grooms should definitely take advantage of the free at home try on and free color swatches. The swatches can get sent to you whenever, and as long as you set it up more than 60 days before your wedding you can get a free trail run sent to your home to double check the fit and color of the suit. It reassured me that the product was what I wanted and the quality was up to standards. It helped a lot with peace of mind over choosing Gen Tux. I recommend getting measured at your local suit store for free so that you can enter the most accurate info in their system as possible. I definitely would rent again from here.

The suit fit great and was extremely well put together in the box that it came in. I contacted Generation Tux about two weeks before the wedding to make some adjustments to my tux and they made them happen the same day!

I had an excellent experience with Generation Tux! I've used suit rental places before and this was definitely the best experience I've had! I was understandably nervous renting this time around as I was the groom but the suit turned out wonderfully. The service was top notch and it was really easy to work with them to get the fit just right. The first suit they sent me was not a great fit but with the photos I took and the conversations I was able to have with them over the phone I was able to dial the fit in perfectly. They typically only send one trial out for the groom but they worked with me and sent out another that I could try in advance. As it was my wedding I wanted to make sure it fit well well in advance so that I knew if I would have to go out and buy a suit. I'm happy to say the next suit they sent was spot on and fit me really well. Aside from the great service, the cut of the suits and quality of the material were really great! I have an athletic build and usually with rentals I'm left with a boxy jacket to accommodate my shoulders with too much room left in the body. That was not the case with Generation Tux's jacket. I went with the slim cut but it fit my shoulders well and still had a slim profile through the waist. Again the color of the suit was great and the material didn't feel cheap. There was room to move without being stuck with something that was too inflexible or too baggy. My groomsmen's experience was they same. Generation Tux was very accommodating in working with each person to get their suit fit dialed in. Based on the fit, material and quality of service I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using Generation Tux!

My experience with Generation Tux was excellent. This is a great way to get a tux and requires less time and effort than repeat trips to a rental store. This was especially convenient because the wedding was in a different state. It would have been tough to get everyone in the same tux from different sources. I just entered my measurements on the website and the tux was delivered, as they said, two weeks before the wedding. It came very well packaged. It was very comfortable to wear and looked great. Returning the tux afterwards was just as easy; pack it back up, put on the return shipping label and send it on its way. If something doesn’t quite fit right they will send a replacement. Just send both back at the same time. Overall this worked well for us.

I highly recommended it. My wife and we're able to pick out the exact outfits we wanted for the wedding party. Shipping to and from was a seamless process. Two of my groomsman did use old measurement and did not fit certain pieces and areas. Gen tux was responsive and was able to ship them bigger sizes the next day. This made for smooth and good looking wedding day. This was my second time using generation tux and I will recommend it for any future weddings I am in.

My husband used Generation Tux for his groomsmen and it was perfect! They were the only tux rental place that had the color we were looking for. The process was so simple and exactly what we needed since most of the groomsmen lived out of town. Fantastic service from start to finish. They are very accessible whether its through the online chat or via phone - all of my groomsmen spoke highly of any interactions they had with Gen Tux. We had one that did not have his suit arrive (it got re-routed back to Gen Tux for some reason) and they were quick to mail him a new shipment immediately. Another one forgot to mail his back right away: and after giving them a call, they were happy to waive the late charges. Additionally, we worked with them to apply a "coupon code" for all the rentals - this was so my dad and I could help pay for a portion of the suits. Also, the fit on the suits is AMAZING. I will never rent from an "old-school" store again - these guys have fresh threads that fit to my specific body type. I used to loathe renting a suit/tux from the big rental places because the dress shirts are baggy and overworn and its always hit or miss on the jacket/pant sizing too. These guys NAIL it.

Fit was perfect and they never measured me. Awesome customer service. When you call someone actually answers the phone. Sooo much easier and a better, more accurate fit than Men’s wearhouse or any other chain. Actually quite comfortable suit and shoes. More fashionable than the chains too.

Something that was tricky was being based in Bermuda for my New York Wedding. However, Generation Tux worked with me to make sure I'd receive my tux a few days earlier than usual. It fit great and I think it's the best I've ever looked. I didn't find the same level of customer service here in Bermuda. Generation Tux helped me look like James Bond on one of the most memorable days of my life. I would definitely use them again!

Before I start my review I want to say I highly recommend Generation Tux! Seriously, I can't talk about how much I love these guys! I've been a groomsmen in a lot of weddings and when it comes to tuxes for weddings I've always been burned. Men's Warehouse being the biggest offender. So when it came to my wedding when I would be the groom I wanted it to be perfect! I did a lot of research and was really excited at the prospect of being able to try my tux on before the wedding with Generation Tux. So after setting everything up and a hilarious conversation with one of their associates about our Harry Potter themed wedding I knew I was making a good choice. I'm a very thin/athletic build and often end up with suits that are way too baggy and loose! It drives me nuts! When I received my tux it was with Generation Tux I wasn't impressed, it was loose and just awkward looking....however, my fears were unfounded. The whole purpose of the trial is to get it right! And they totally did! I sent them pictures of the problem areas and talked on the phone with another associate and they nailed it! The tux was seriously the best fitting and looking tux I've ever worn! I felt so confident on the wedding day and would highly suggest Generation Tux for every wedding!

Had a great experience renting from Generation Tux. They had an excellent selection of tuxes, with a variety of vests/bow ties/etc in different colors. They offered free swatches ahead of time so that we could see the colors in person. They also offered a home try-on which I took advantage of ahead of time and helped confirm which style of jacket I liked The fit process was painless, and while the initial jacket I tried during the hometry-on was a little tight, the final one was perfect. Same thing happened to a couple of my groomsmen when they received theirs, and GT was super responsive and overnighted them a new jacket. Fit was great for everyone on the big day, and I love how we all looked. The groomsmen were raving over the comfort of the shirts (one said he's contacting to see where he can buy the same!), the look was consistent, and they had all necessary accessories. EVeryone was thrilled with it. The only criticism I would make is that they state that the Tuxedos will arrive 14 days in advance of the event. I planned on this occurring, and everyone submitted the shipping address of where they would be 14 days prior to the event. That said, some of the tuxedos (most importantly my own!) arrived as late as 8 days before the event. That didn't cause explicit issues as we were travelling 7 days before, but it cut it extremely close. If the tuxedo had arrived even a day later, it would have been sent to the wrong address. If any of your party is travelling in the 2 weeks before the wedding, it's something to be careful with.

Super easy! My groomsmen are all over the country and GenTux is a lifesaver! Free home try on and and tux rental for the groom had me sold! The best part - no measurements! Everything fit and I didn’t even have to submit measurements, I just answered a few questions. The customer service is also exceptional. Very helpful and friendly! Also, if you need something customized (like no jacket) they’ll do what they can to accommodate. It’s also very affordable!

We had a large range of heights (5'6" to 6'7") in our wedding party and they were able to accommodate them all as well as offering both slim and relaxed cuts. I had the slim cut and it looked great on my Wedding Day! They shipped in plenty of time for us to try on. Their customer service was quick, easy and shipped any new sizes next day to us.

A wedding dress for the bridge is one factor to making sure the "couple" looks good, but the groom also has to look the part. My wife and I had a specific color theme in mind, as-well as the 'look'. We did not want to purchase a Tux as realistically, I don't wear them often, if at all, so the next best thing was to rent. The local stores weren't didn't have that great of a selection nor were they really accommodating. With certain places we risked getting the tuxedo a mere day or two before the event and if something was to go wrong, well, we'd be out of luck. With generation tux, we ordered late as is, due to other unforeseen circumstances, none of which were their fault, but the Tuxedo and the groomsmen suites arrived in a timely fashion and any issues we had with the rental were quickly addressed by the friendly staff. Everything worked out perfectly for the event, we were all very happy about going with this company, no regrets. I would totally recommend

I can't say enough good things about Generation Tux; they have changed the tux/suit rental game. There process is so much improved over the in-store rental process and saves your busy/lazy groomsmen the hassle of in-store fitting, pick up, and return. At first I was a little nervous because I wouldn’t get to try on my suit before I bought it, however I sent them my measurements and man! My suit was a perfect fit. I’m 6’3 about 170 so if something doesn’t fit spot on it’s easy for me to look like a lenky stick man. But the cuts in the suit were simply immaculate. Very satisfied and will be using again!

The folks at Generation Tux made the whole experience incredibly easy and efficient. The only issue was a result of my own mistake, the jacket was a little short. But, I had a replacement within three days, which still left plenty of time time to ensure a proper fit. The price was perfect and the live chat option was a lifesaver (Thank you, Tiffany!!). The look was absolutely amazing. However, the ease of use of the service was also fabulous. Shipping label included and packaged effectively.

Generation Tux was incredibly easy to use and the quality of the rentals is impressive. Some of my groomsmen live too far away from typical tux rental shops like jos a bank or men’s warehouse so making them drive over an hour for a tux was not ideal. All of the tuxes fit perfectly and no one had to send theirs back for resizing. We felt great in our tuxes all day and we looked pretty sharp in the pics from that night.

TL;DR? Generation Tux saved us from having our classic, black-tie optional affair turn into a spectacle Emily Post would be ashamed of. And, as an added bonus, Generation Tux is *highly* affordable. Wins on wins on wins. The back story: We planned a small, elegant wedding weekend in Cambridge, Massachusetts and other than menu cards and other paperie, most of the details were taken care of about a month before the event. My now-husband already had a custom suit he planned to wear, but he/we (ahem) never considered if his Best Man - we had no groomsmen - had a coordinating navy suit. Bear in mind it was a suit, not a tuxedo (and it was navy chalk stripe), so we couldn't very well march into the nearest Joseph A. Banks or another chain store to grab a suit for the best man. Enter Generation Tux! Even compared to similar millennial-minded suit and tux rental companies, Generation Tux stood out. They asked questions about the person's build, as well as regular clothing sizes (think jeans, t-shirts), to ensure an amazing fit. All of the clothing, from suit to shirt, tie to shoes, arrived at our Best Man's home within a few days, and he had two weeks before the ceremony to make sure it fit well. If not, Generation Tux would rush ship any replacement sizes. He just needed to bring the suit home with him and mail it back using the same box and a pre-paid shipping label. Our photos turned out *gorgeous* (the Best Man's suit, for what it is worth, also looked custom), and the staff at Generation Tux could not have been more helpful. We would definitely use them for any occasion, and loved our experience.

I was a Groomsman recently in a best friend's wedding. There were 8 groomsmen total, meeting in California from all around the country. So you can imagine how hard it would have been to coordinate all our tuxedos rentals, in different states. But the Groom used something I'd never heard of called Generation Tux. It was AWESOME! The Groom had already picked out what he wanted us all to wear...sent us a link...and we just filled in the online form with our sizes....a week or so later, a perfectly fitting tuxedo showed up in a box on my doorstep. And when I arrived at the wedding, all us Groomsmen were perfectly coordinated in the exact same suit. After the wedding, you just drop the suit back into its box, stick on the prepaid return label, and ship it right back to Generation Tux. No cleanup, no driving anywhere....Easy Peasy! I wish someone had figured this out years ago.

I loved Generation Tux! The suits were exactly what I wanted and the guys said they were very comfortable. I was so pleased with the whole process. Online access made it easy to decide what the men would wear as well as keeping up with the groomsmen. The website has this easy way to check if the men enrolled, selected, and paid for the suits. You could also see when they received them. Everything was delivered on time and fit perfectly! I would highly recommend this place. It was affordable too!

I was a little scared of renting a tux online for my wedding because I was worried it wouldn't fit or I wouldn't like it but their website has so many options to specify sizes and even type your requirements that when I got the tux it fit perfectly! It's a great quality tux and it actually arrived pretty fast, I was expecting it like maybe 5 days before the wedding but it actually arrived 2 weeks before, I would totally recommend this to a friend!

I thought the suits that we rented were WAY better quality than anything we've rented for other weddings (and less expensive!). The guys looked fantastic and so stylish. Not to mention, they all fit perfectly. Nothing had to be sent back. This was so easy since we had someone overseas and he was still easily able to order and just have it sent to us and it was here waiting for him. Also, the customer service we experienced was so nice, friendly and accommodating. This was one of the best decisions we made vendor wise.

Generation Tux is so awesome. I was in my friends wedding this past October ---a country themed winter wedding in Texas, really awesome and Generation Tux really came through. Firstly, it was so easy to use. So simple, the customer service is amazing, they also have a great sense of humor and they were extremely accommodating and most importantly it was affordable. If you're getting married you need to use Generation Tux. You'll look good and still have money in your pocket.
