There are unfortunately few choices in tuxedo rentals, or I would have gone elsewhere. The customer service here was problematic throughout the entire process. The negatives were many: inconsistent measurements, incorrect shipping destinations, poor email communication, and 48 hours before the wedding, they could not locate 3 of the 8 tuxes we had ordered, including the groom’s (mine). Moreover, when I spoke to a store representative, they had no interest in helping me and basically didn’t care. I understand there will be problems, but expect customer service to at least help me understand what has gone wrong and how they can help fix things. I was actually told, verbatim, “I don’t know where it is, you can try calling later.” I received no assistance until I contacted corporate support to complain about the store.
The only positive is that MW has a national footprint, which allowed people in five different cities to get measured.
Simply put: if you have another choice, use it.
