Easy to coordinate with groomsmen from all over the country since it's a chain. The process went smoothly--no complaints. Would recommend to others in a similar situation.
Originally going into means warehouse I was very happy but that changed the week of our wedding. ALL of the tuxes were measured wrong and not ready. Some were submitted as the wrong color so that was a mess too. It was also much more money than they originally told us it’d be. They tried to blame it on a new employee except our groomsmen got measured at multiple stores across the country so there are multiple bad employees if that’s their case. I’d suggest going else where to be honest.
I'm not really an expert on tuxes or mens wear in general, and while Men's Wearhouse wasn't terrible, I also wasn't super impressed.
We assumed it was an easy choice to go here, and didn't really compare other options. When we went in, we had a selection of 4-5 tuxedos, and weren't told the price of anything until the very end of the process (although I assume they were all around the same price, they were all name brands).
The girl who helped us was nice, and took us through the process of showing the options, asking about bowties, cufflinks, pocket squares, etc. It is nice how many options they have for things like ties/bowties, and different colors of shirts, vests, etc, just not many options for the actual tux. The tuxes looked nice, but were more money than we'd hoped to pay just to rent them. Plus, our best man's tux came with a button already missing, and another one loose.
So it was an okay experience. We got tuxes for the wedding, they seemed to fit, they looked nice. The button was a minor issue (but still wouldn't expect that to happen with what we paid), the tuxes seemed pricey, and it didn't seem like they had any cheaper options.
Pretty much every interaction with this company was not a great experience. Our men's attire looked really great on our wedding day - we were very happy with the look, but after multiple unprofessional experience, we would sadly not recommend them. Where to start - to summarize, our orders were written down correctly, but I guess inputted into the computer incorrectly by someone else to begin. I had to call and change the groomsmen's names and some of the titles listed. After we thought that minor issue was fixed, we realized that some men were now deleted and couldn't go to their fitting, because the attire was not listed. After finally getting that fixed, our groomsmen went to different men's wearhouse locations, and two of our groomsmen were listed as not paid when they did pay. When I called to fix this, the salesperson was very unprofessional and unapologetic for the inconvenience yet again. We were told that basically they needed to prove this with a receipt because they kept no record of it? Luckily, our groomsmen kept their receipts and were able to go back and fix this (this happened to two of our groomsmen). Another groomsmen was told his final price was way more than it was supposed to be, because he was fitted for attire that wasn't even listed on our account? Finally, everyone was paid and fitted, and we thought we were good to go, until the final fitting and pick up before the wedding. More than half of our groomsmen, and including the groom and father of the groom, and one of our ring bearers had the wrong sizes. I would be very understanding of this, however, one of our groomsmen's pants were literally capris (it was pretty funny at the time, yet stressful that we had yet another issue to fix). This groomsmen returned to get it fixed (which they did), but he was told that his measurements were probably taken by an employee that they do not like that was probably "out of it" - just all seemed very unprofessional. I'm not sure the point of taking their measurements, when maybe two people total out of 13 men in our wedding party had the correct sizes. I really hate to give any vendor poor ratings, since my husband and I had one of the best days of our lives - our wedding was beautiful! However, I would not recommend any Men's Wearhouse location, since all our experiences were negative across different stores and states.
Men's Wearhouse had the perfect tuxedo for my husband and his groomsmen. His groomsmen were scattered across the country and Men's Wearhouse had a location for each of them to get fitted. The returns were easy as well as his best man just took all tuxedos to the closest location instead of each having to return them to their independent cities.
My groom and his groomsman looked so fantastic for our wedding! Quick and easy service with men's wearhouse.. We went to the one in Columbus off Morse road. And they were wonderful!!! They looked so sharp and handsome. We did the Vera Bradley and Calvin Klein collection and they looked so good.
Honestly we went to men's warehouse because we expected it to be cheap and easy for our out of town people get fitted. The rentals ended up being almost 200 for the bottom line things. The lady that did the fittings refused to let the groom or groomsmen try a suit jacket on (we wanted to see colors). She also was very rude when we asked questions. Almost every question we asked was responded with "I'd get to that if you let me continue". I wasn't even interrupting just asking when she was paused. This is the one thing from my wedding I would have changed. Suits also didn't fit but were easy to exchange, if you have time to worry about doing that.
Our tux rental experience with this company was mundane. The tuxes were quality, the selection was ok, the service was pretty terrible. We had groomsmen in Atlanta, Cincinnati and Akron and all of them had issues with the customer service. They seemed to be uncomfortable with and had a hard time fitting the guys that were tall and/or stout. If we had it to do over we would definitely look into other tux rental services.
We wanted something different and they helped us find it. Service was amazing and the price reasonable.
The computers were down when we went to order our suits, they lost most of our information or always had a hard time finding it. They ordered the wrong color for the groom. But I really liked the tuxes and they looked good.
