Menton hosted our wedding and we were truly impressed! The delicious food and impeccable service truly came through even when they're dealing with a large group. We had our ceremony in the Private Dining Room (mostly standing, chairs can be added as needed), cocktail hour by the Gold Bar (with a raw bar that blew people away! so tasty), and the reception in the Main Dining Room. There was a max of 72 guests for dining if you use their in-house chairs, but more can be added with rentals if needed. Bride+groom can get some alone-time/moments of relaxation in the Chefs Table room in the back. The Private Dining Room can also be adapted for dancing. We worked mainly with Kelsey (with support from Maura). The process was smooth and dare I say not stressful? Kelsey was quick to respond, kept us up to date, kept track of our decisions, and made deadlines and options clear. The venue provided a sample cost-layout that clarified all the fees and minimums prior to contract signing. Groom+I both work long hours so we had limited time to plan, and this was very manageable. The venue took care of a lot of the details for us, so we had little to coordinate on our own. The pastry chef even baked us a gluten free wedding cake! Kelsey also suggested printing a large menu (with our logo) as the guest book when we didn't have one in mind. They worked hard to make the process smooth and simple. They even shifted the dinner-time start during our cocktail hour to better accommodate the "flow" of the day, as our ceremony timing was different than initial estimates. Impressive event management. The guests absolutely loved the delicious food and excellent service. The guests were able to choose the food from a menu as they sat down for dinner, we only requested allergens/sensitivities ahead of time. The staff really takes care of you - they brought us all the cocktail-hour snacks as we sat down, so we actually got to try all the food! Very thoughtful. And genuinely pleasant experience. Plus delicious!
