Meson Sabika was the perfect place to celebrate our wedding! We had our ceremony and reception at Meson and everything turned out flawless. From the start communication with this venue was timely and continued to be throughout the process. Meson’s team is amazing. You can tell they have been doing this for quite some time because it almost seems muscle memory at this point for them. Additionally, it was such a perk to have a day of coordinator included with the venue! It made everything go so smoothly and took our mind off all the logistics. Our guests still can’t stop talking about how gorgeous the venue was and how delicious the food was! The food was one of the most important factors for us, and they did not disappoint! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone, you can’t go wrong choosing Meson for your big day! Thank you Meson Sabika for making this all possible, we can’t wait to come back and celebrate a year from now!

Meson Sabika was an outstanding venues! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was incredibly. Couldn’t have picked a better place to have our wedding!

Meson Sabika was the perfect place for us to have our wedding! We had both the ceremony and reception on the grounds in October of 2024. Jessica was our day of coordinator and was so helpful! She responded to us timely and with professionalism whenever we had questions. She also took care of the setting up and cleaning up of the reception and ceremony so we didn't have to worry about all those logistics the day of the wedding. This venue is so beautiful, has amazing food, and professional staff. They also have a house behind the venue that can be used for the bridal party getting ready location! This venue has it all and you could not go wrong with choosing Meson Sabika for your big day!

If I could give Meson Sabika 100 out of 5 stars I would. Our wedding was on 9/7/24 and it could not have gone better if we tried. Jessica, Meson Sabika's day of coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with. Her professionalism and work ethic was out of this world, she knew every detail of our wedding and how to combat any issue that came up. My fiance and I unfortunately had to deal with many unforeseen obstacles as our day approached (due to family issues and other unreliable vendors outside of M.S) and Jessica was consistently there for us. She answered every phone call/email with compassion and sincerity and she always had a solution. I left every conversation with peace and ease. Our day was no doubt a HUGE success because of Jessica and the wonderful staff at Meson Sabika. Our guests are still raving about the service, food, and overall ambiance. We will definitely relive this day forever!! Thank you Meson Sabika and Jessica!!!

100/10 cannot recommend Meson enough for your wedding. Jessica helped coordinate everything so well and was so professional, she even wore pink pants to go with my pink wedding theme. They were so communicative through the whole process which made things less stressful. Guests loved the food and couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the venue was!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Meson Sabika! We had our wedding reception in the pavilion this past June and it was the most perfect day. From the very beginning when booking Meson Sabika, the communication with the event team was easy and efficient. Jessica, Brianna, and Emily were all wonderful to work with and helped make sure everything was ready for us the day of and the weeks leading up to our wedding day. Guests have shared that the venue and grounds were beautiful and the food was great!

We had our wedding on Saturday, June 15th, 2024, and were absolutely blown away from start to finish with Mesòn Sabika’s preparation and execution for all aspects of our wedding. Aside from the venue being stunning, the service was outstanding and their execution of all aspects, especially the food was unparalleled. We got compliments from several guests saying it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. Jessica was so helpful with planning and coordinating our event to make it a seamless experience. We’re forever grateful to Mesòn Sabika for making it our best day ever! We’re excited for our next dinner at Mesòn Sabika and hope to attend someone else’s wedding there in the future! 100/10 recommend Mesòn Sabika as a wedding venue!

As soon as we booked our reception at Meson Sabika we knew we made the right call. Brianna and Jessica were so welcoming and fantastic throughout the whole process, often times answering emails on weekends and through the evenings. The day of the wedding Meson Sabika went above and beyond. Dinner was delicious and ran smoothly. Could not be more satisfied to have had our special day at such a beautiful venue with impeccable service through and through.

Cannot say ENOUGH positive things about Meson Sabika! We had our wedding reception with them in early May 2024 and their events team were some of the most responsive, responsible, and nice people to work with. I want to especially shout-out Brianna on the team, she was always on top of everything and helped ease so many of my nerves (she always responded to my emails within 24 hrs, but usually it was more like within the hour). The team listened and created our vision perfectly. Plus THE FOOD! I have never been to a wedding where I heard so many people compliment the food, it was truly the star of the show. It has always been my dream to have a wedding with good (and non-traditional) food, and the tapas at Meson Sabika were absolutely delicious. They also took great care of our other delivered details (cake, flowers, guestbook, etc) so I didn't have to worry about any issues on our wedding day. The entire staff during the wedding were a pleasure to speak to and everyone was very professional. For brides who also don't care TOO much about the little details, Meson Sabika has their own table numbers, centerpieces, cake cutter, easel, etc that you are able to use which helped cut costs on those smaller things. I would highly recommend Meson Sabika for your next event, the Pavilion is so beautiful and it really was a perfect evening. My husband and I are already planning to go back to eat there just because we can't stop thinking about the food!

Jessica and her team were GREAT! We had our ceremony outside, our cocktail hour on the patio and the reception in the pavilion. Everything was AMAZING! The food, the dessert and the drinks! One of our guests got out of hand and the team dealt with it discretely and quickly. I was not aware anything happened until another guest told me and I was mortified. The Mesón Sabika team remained professional and did not blame me or my husband for our guests actions. I have nothing but good things to say about this venue and their team.

Jessica and Brianna did an amazing job communicating with us through the whole wedding process. Not only did they respond quickly to every question, but they made us feel like everything would turn out fine. Even when we expressed concerns they were quick to provide solutions. The food (tapas) was amazing and something we were so happy to have chosen. The staff on the day of our wedding was exceptional. My husband and I loved each and every second.

We got married at Meson Sabika in February 2024. Both our ceremony and reception were inside the pavilion, and everything was absolutely perfect. Everyone on the events team was so nice, helpful, and responsive. Day-of service was great. Food was amazing. Multiple guests said it was the best wedding food that they've ever had. We are thrilled to have had our wedding at Meson Sabika and would highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Meson Sabika. The event staff was professional, caring, and so helpful. They transformed the already beautiful ballroom into my vision perfectly. The food was amazing - multiple guests told me it was the best wedding food they ever had. No one left hungry. The planning process was easy and thorough every step of the way. I am seriously hoping my friends get married here as well so I can come back as a guest.

From the day we viewed the Pavillion to the time the lights came up after the reception, everything at Meson Sabika was flawless. The staff was responsive both in the planning and execution of the event. Nothing went wrong on our wedding day. Nothing. Many guests have said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Guests raved about the food, service, decor, and ambiance. I was concerned with spacing, since our ceremony proceeded cocktail hour, but my concerns were unfounded. The staff flipped the room from ceremony space to reception space in the blink of an eye. The food was outstanding and the service was phenomenal. We are already talking about hosting more parties at Meson Sabika. It was perfect.

Overall, we had a 5-star experience with our wedding event at Meson! The food is top tier; no doubt about it. Our guests raved about every food item. The venue is also beautiful. The event staff did an excellent job at maximizing the space with tables and decorations, all the while keeping things efficient/minimal. The staff was incredibly helpful all the way through the process. This allowed for only a few hiccups that were easily resolved during the day of the event. I would recommend this venue to anyone that is looking for an "all in one" experience.

I highly recommend Mesón Sabika for both your wedding ceremony and reception. Jessica was incredible during every step of the process--from first viewing the venue, the actual decision making and planning processes, and during the big day itself. Jessica is very responsive and patient with contact about questions, choices, etc., and assisted tremendously on the big day to manage the flow of events. Mesón Sabika is beautiful with a few locations to choose from for the ceremony, and the food is outstanding and quite different from your "normal" reception catering. We chose the full tapas meal of seven different tapas, and received so many positive reviews of the food, as well as the ability to accommodate for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free meals. If we could eat at Mesón Sabika every day, we would. The professionalism of the staff day-of was also impeccable, from the servers to the bartenders. The day went off without a hitch.

Jessica and her staff went above a beyond for my husband and I! We had the wedding of the century. Meson helped us beyond measure and helped up achieve all our goals!! 11/10 would recommend. Ps. The food and drink are out of the WORLD!

Having our wedding at Meson Sabika was a dream come true. The venue itself is stunning - both the garden where our ceremony took place and the reception pavilion were the perfect backdrops for our wedding day. Having grown up in Naperville, Meson Sabika was always in the back of my mind for a wedding venue and booking it was the best decision ever. The food is of course incredible. But the hospitality and the attention to detail was what really made the day perfect. Jessica and her team made sure everything was taken care of and looked exactly how we wanted it to. My husband and I were checked in on throughout the night and everyone we interacted with was so kind. They made sure we had more than enough food and drinks - they even brought passed apps to us while we were taking family photos. I would absolutely recommend Meson Sabika to anyone getting married. Their experience in event planning and customer service is extremely apparent and we really did have the best day ever.

Meson Sabika was the absolute best venue for our ceremony and reception! We got to work with Jessica, who helped us with the venue tour and the food tasting, as well as working with our coordinator for the logistics of our wedding day. Our coordinators were very pleased with the service they received from Meson Sabika and said they were very easy to work with. The venue is incredible and our guests can't stop talking about how good the food was. The drinks were flowing with excellent bartending and wait staff, and overall, we and our guests had the best time. Numerous people told us "this is the best wedding I've ever been to," citing the venue location, food and drink quality, and overall atmosphere as the reason why they had such an awesome time. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day or venue.

Had our dream wedding at Meson Sabika this past weekend! The venue was beautiful with the open windows and the garden outside for the ceremony. It was a pleasure working with Jessica. She was really responsive and always responded in a timely manner. Amazing day of coordinator and the day went smoothly with her help. Everyone loved the food as well. My experience with Meson Sabika was absolutely amazing. Jessica and her team did an OUTSTANDING job with creating my dream wedding!! From the easy communication to impeccable food, help with the decor and many many questions I had along the way, Jessica was so patient, kind and helpful. We are very thankful we had our wedding at Mesón Sabika, it is an amazing venue. Jessica was wonderful to work with. The three biggest things we were looking for in a venue were quality of food, best bang for your buck, and atmosphere/setting. Mesón Sabika is all these things and then some. Mesón Sabika has a reputation for how good their food is and after the initial tour, they gave us a voucher to try their food for dinner. After eating there we knew if we had our wedding here our dinner would be unique and great. You can have your wedding dinner served traditionally or tapas style or a combination of both and we chose tapas style. We received a lot of compliments from our guests on the food and decor of everything. We had a lot of guests with dietary restrictions and they addressed each and every single one. The outdoor garden was beautiful for our ceremony and the indoor reception was beautiful as well and hosted all of our 270 guests. We were also looking for a venue that could host both the ceremony and reception and have both locations look beautiful for pictures and Mesón Sabika was that. Pricing was reasonable. For our wedding count, two bars were made available which was appreciated by our guests. As our ceremony ended and we walked off, we were greeted by the staff who gave us our first drinks of the night. At our final detail appointment meeting Jessica went over everything to help us feel comfortable and ready. She also went over a lot of stuff we didn’t even think of. One thing that we do wish could have been better and we do not fault the venue for this is their communication was slower than our other vendors. We understand and saw how popular Mesón Sabika was for any event, not just weddings, and how busy their restaurant side is as well. Because of that busyness, responses to our inquiries through emails took some time. But they were always very detailed in their emails back and addressed all of our questions. They also have multiple staff answering our emails so sometimes it was confusing as we had to double check mainly with Jessica at the end to make sure the information was correct. At the end of the day we are very thankful to all the staff at Mesón Sabika for making our wedding unforgettable.

Their is a minimum spend not a minimum person. This means if you have a smaller party you can just update your bar and food options. Family style tapas and plated meal. The food kept coming. The general manager helped me set up after my fiancé had something to take care of. Food was on time and absolutely delicious. This is a restaurant and man can they keep their quality at scale . The grounds are gorgeous in august which was ideal for first look and bridal park pics. We almost didn’t do our pics here because we visited in winter. So glad we changed our minds last minute. They put our appetizer in the bridal suite and had a our signature drinks as we got out of the ceremony site. I am so happy that we get to eat here for our anniversary for the rest of our lives.

The events department, especially Jessica, truly helped to make our wedding a dream come true! Every little detail we wanted was included & the grounds were absolutely stunning!

The decision to have our wedding at Meson Sabika came down to two critical factors, food and atmosphere. After visiting the pavilion, we knew this was the exact feel and experience we’d want our guests to have in attending our special day. And the establishment’s reputation with food is nothing shy of outstanding. After our tour visit, the team generously set us up with a dinner reservation that evening to try various tapas dishes. This was a kind gesture on their behalf, and certainly left a mark on the type of character we’d want any guest to experience at our reception. After that dinner, it was very apparent Meson Sabika was our only choice. This only covers a higher level overview of selecting the venue. The team at Meson Sabika, led by Jessica, deserves absolute praise. Without explaining their involvement, their work goes unseen and unread. They helped us every step of the way from when we first confirmed our date and time to the moment we left after the reception ended. Their communication, care, detailed focus, and approach shined as we inched closer and closer to the big day. Their brochure and contract leave everything flat out on the line, with no issues or misleading language. That comfort carried into a few additional visits we made when we ran into some tough decisions on selecting tapas for dinner. Each visit had the same quality experience, again, ensuring the decision we initially made was the absolute right one. The big day was a walk in the park. Jessica and team checked on both of us to ensure we were okay or needed absolutely anything throughout the evening. The serving staff was prompt in refilling water, cleaning tables for the tapas, providing efficient bar service, and ensuring a flawless experience for everyone in attendance. It brings such warmth in our hearts to reflect on this process with Meson Sabika, and we give them the highest marks in all categories as a vendor, partner, event space, and most importantly customer experience – start to finish. We were planning our wedding in 6 months—without a planner—and holding it in mid-April, so we knew we needed a venue that made it as easy and seamless as possible for us, and also one that would work well regardless of weather. And we really wanted somewhere with great food and a beautiful setting! Meson Sabika was all these things, and more. Jessica was wonderful to work with throughout the planning process, and when our day rolled around we truly had nothing to worry about or do other than show up and celebrate with our friends and family. Everything ran so smoothly, and Jessica and the team made us feel so valued and celebrated—as soon as my husband and I entered the reception from our ceremony to see the gorgeous setup, they made sure we had drinks and food, and checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we had a chance to try all the food and drinks we wanted. We ended up lucking out and having summer-like weather in mid-April, which meant we could take advantage of the perfect patio and outdoor space—even in early spring, before all the flowers and greens have arrived, it was beautiful and so many guests commented on how beautiful the space and the grounds were, and of course how good the food and drinks were. I would recommend Meson Sabika to anyone looking to have a no-hassle wedding with great food in a beautiful setting!

WOW! Could not have found a better spot to get hitched. From start to finish, we absolutely knew that Meson Sabika was our place. The biggest thing for us was "Who do we actually want to spend time with and WORK with for this wedding?" Jessica and the team were beyond accommodating. They were flexible. Meson Sabika is a wonderful place to have a wedding!  My husband and I chose this venue because of the unique setting on the grounds of a historic mansion, and their longtime experience of hosting weddings would hopefully make it less work for us... and it was!   They have it down to a science over there.  We worked with Jessica and Suzanne and they were responsive to emails and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Their attitudes on the wedding day were upbeat and positive and created a really relaxing environment.  Anka, the banquet captain, kept everything effortlessly running smoothly.  When I think about the actual day, there was nothing I had to worry about and was able to just relax and enjoy the day. We had our ceremony in the Pradel Garden and it was so convenient for our guests to simply stroll over to the nearby Pavilion for the start of cocktail hour. Food and drinks were an area of importance to us and Meson Sabika stands out there as well.  There are a variety of menu plans.  You can do a traditional menu, a tapas menu, or a combination of both, which is what we did.  We had so many compliments on the food!  The bartenders kept the bar moving and there were never any lines.   Also, a note that Meson Sabika has made a lot of cosmetic updates in the last year.  The new floor and chairs modernizes the space and creates a wonderful neutral canvas for couples to bring their own style.  Overall I would recommend this place to any bride looking to have a relaxed experience.

Working with the events team at Mesón was one of the easiest parts of the entire wedding process! They are so kind and energetic about what they do, and they worked so closely with us to make sure every detail was accounted for. We had both our wedding ceremony and reception there, and it could not have been a more perfect day. We highly recommend Mesón Sabika and their events team to anybody hosting any kind of event!!

Meson Sabika was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end! We hosted our daughter's wedding and our guests loved it and are still talking about it. The food was delicious, the venue beautiful and the staff was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They bent over backwards to accommodate special dietary needs. Our wedding day at Meson Sabika was perfect. The new flooring in the pavilion is beautiful. Our guests raved about the fast dinner service and delicious food and drinks. The events coordinator was super helpful and responsive and was extremely flexible with us as we needed to make changes leading up to our event. High attention to detail!

Mesón Sabika is the most breathtaking, beautiful, and all-in-one venue experience that we were looking for! We had to delay our wedding to 2022 and the planning staff was MORE than accommodating! Jessica is so organized, helpful, and made our wedding day go so smoothly! Not to mention the AMAZING food, our guests have not stopped reaching out to tell us how much they loved the appetizers, tapas, and sangria! The ceremony space gives the perfect garden-wedding vibes, and the reception space is beyond elegant! The best part was when there were restaurant-goers who approached us to let us know that they were married at Mesón Sabika on our same wedding day! Now we can't wait to come back every year on our anniversary too!

Everything was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! The venue itself is gorgeous, and the food is ridiculously delicious! Also, the entire staff is professional, friendly and extremely helpful! Jessica, the coordinator, was truly wonderful to work with. All our guests were so overwhelmed by the food, the service and the beautiful venue! I can't say enough about how much we loved having our daughter's wedding and reception at Méson Sabika!!

They took care of everything! Aside from the meal packages, they made the seating charts easy, and when we had guests with special dietary restrictions, they took care of it! They're very familiar with several vendors, DJ's, florists, cake/bakery, etc and was very easy to coordinate with everyone

The Mesón Sabika events team helped to create a celebration that we will remember for a lifetime! Jessica was excellent in handling the planning - from meal selections and favorite drinks, to the table layouts and coordination with other vendors. Mesón's owner, Hossien, has an excellent staff who truly made it their mission to please us and our guests. The dining selections were delicious and the Mesón Pavilion was a beautiful setting for our event. Well done!

We were so happy with my daughter’s wedding reception at Meson Sabika! The venue was romantic and elegant! We served appetizers and Tapas for dinner. More than enough food . The room was definitely large enough for a 7 piece band (200 guest) in the middle of the room on the dance floor.. We were told from friends who had a wedding there that you needed to put the band in the corner. The staff knows what they are doing, and all our guests have been raving about the room, outdoor area and food!

Meson Sabika was very helpful and just did an amazing job helping me with the wedding day process . The food was AMAZING everyone said something about the food and the drinks . I love this place so much and it is a great place to have a reception .

Meson Sabika is the BEST place to have a wedding. The location is perfect- right next to downtown Naperville and the grounds are gorgeous. Not to mention the event room is so beautiful. The ivory draping on the ceilings and crystal chandeliers are so beautiful and really make the space unique and perfect for a wedding. We had a New Year’s Eve wedding and it could not have been more perfect. Plus the food is AMAZING!! Everyone loved the tapas idea and it made it such a fun environment at dinner. We unfortunately had over 40 people cancel in a few day span 2 dahs before the wedding due to Omicron and the venue was so accommodating. They ended up only charging us for the final count we gave the day before the wedding which saved us thousands of dollars. We could not speak more highly about this gorgeous venue. We had the wedding of our dreams! Thank you Meson Sabika!

The food was incredible, staff very attentive and helpful, and overall made the venue and food/drink portion of the planning a breeze. Katelyn as a planner was competent and organized and our banquet manager that night made sure the party kept moving and that my husband and I always had drinks in hand. The value of this place was beyond what we expected and we consistently felt that choosing Meson was money well spent. We continue to receive compliments about the beauty of the space, the deliciousness of the food, and overall what a wonderful time everyone had. Muchas gracias, Meson!!

I will start by saying the venue and food is five star no doubt! However, I was definitely disappointed by the service for the wedding and how we were treated. I had this venue booked for a year and had it not been for covid, I would have gone elsewhere. The WEEK of my wedding I was suddenly told I could not use the patio even after the planning had been taking place for that location for a year. After getting a hold of the owner, he was going to charge me more just to use the space I had already put a deposit on…strange but I was willing to do it. We were certainly sent lots of luck with tons of rain the day of and couldn’t use the outdoor space but the contract says we have until noon to decide but the planner was being very rude and demanded I had until 10 am to decide. She then never spoke or responded to another message from me after that. In addition, my poor baker had to scramble because the venue failed to confirm we were good with the license and were not replying to emails until the two days before despite being sent the information a week prior. They dropped the ball on so many areas it still upsets me. During our reception, someone approached my father-in-law to request the last of the payment! I was furious and it was so rude. It was early in the evening and the majority was paid in advance and they forgot to add it into my final bill which was interesting. I did appreciate the owner personally taking the cost off of the patio space but overall they were not all they claim to be. Beautiful space and great food. Thats all you’ll get so make sure you are clear on your wants. Ill be back to dine but never to have an event there again. You don’t get what you pay for.

I highly recommend using Meson Sabika for your wedding! Our day, like many, was affected by COVID. Because of this, we changed our plans for the day many times and Meson Sabika was always able to accommodate them even when we had to postpone the date by over 6 months. We had both our ceremony and reception at Meson Sabika and everything went great. There are so many places outside to take beautiful pictures and the food is incredible. The staff made sure everything ran smoothly and that any guests with food allergies were accommodated. We worked mostly with Natalie and she was amazing. Two weeks before the wedding we went over all the details with her and she thought of things that hadn’t even crossed my mind which helped me feel so much more prepared for the day. The day of our wedding, we had an issue with our shuttle bus and she completely took over and made sure it was handled and told us to just focus on enjoying our day. Meson Sabika is also affordable. I assumed it would be a lot more expensive to have an event there because they have such amazing food, but it really was not. There are also multiple ways to cut costs including their off-season discounts.

Even in a pandemic meson Sabika was top notch with our vow renewal. I could not be more thankful to have been able to have an event with great food and with a team as great as Kaitlyn and Katie. We even had a last minute emergency and they were so accommodating! Thank you for a wonderful time.

Delicious food!

I can't begin to say enough amazing things about this venue, its food and its staff!!! I was supposed to have my wedding here May 22, 2020 but after postponing once we ended up having to cancel and move our wedding to a different state because of COVID restrictions. Long story short: I walked through the entire process of planning a wedding with Meson Sabika and although I couldn't end up having my big day there, I still have so many good things to say about this venue. 1. The venue in and of itself is beautiful! The pavilion and mansion are gorgeous. I love the outside of the mansion (it would have been stunning for photos). They have little strung lights outside the pavilion for receptions when it gets dark and I thought that was lovely. 2. The food is incredible!!!!! After studying abroad in Spain for a semester, I know what good Spanish food tastes like- and this is good Spanish food!!! Our tasting was SO fun and my parents and future in-laws were so impressed with the food!! We loved that the tapas style was different than your typical wedding meal and our guests would be able to try so many different foods! Even though we can't have our wedding there we DEFINITELY will be going back to eat!! (oh and they also have really really good Sangria :)) 3. The staff went above and beyond. We primarily worked with Katelyn and I cannot say enough great things about her. She knows her stuff!! She was so patient and flexible with us as we worked on our floor layout for the tables and chairs- she had it down to a science! I was most impressed with how Katelyn handled all of the COVID stress of rescheduling tons of weddings and dealing with frantic brides:) She handled every phone call with patience, grace and kindness. She was so good at communicating with us and always kept us up to date on changes/openings in the schedule as we worked on postponing our wedding. Ultimately, after almost 10 months of working with Katelyn/Meson Sabika we had to cancel our wedding at Meson because we decided to move it to a different state in order to have more people in attendance. The most impressive part of Meson Sabika was their understanding and kindness when we had to end up canceling. They were so gracious to us and it just made us love them all the more! We were very happy with our wedding that was held at Meson Sabika. The food was awesome, service was attentive and the planners were helpful and quick to respond to our questions and requests. We had a Sunday morning wedding and had the brunch for our reception. Our guests were very complimentary of the food and the venue.

Katelyn was amazing! The day was perfect and she made planning super easy. Their staff was accommodating and punctual, and they were flexible with setup and rehearsal times. 5 million stars over and over. From the start, Meson Sabika blew us away. For starters, the venue is so unique. The staff went above and beyond answering emails and phone calls at any hour of the day (and the occasional 11 pm email). We planned our wedding from a distance, but Katelyn, Katie, and Nic made it SO easy it was as if we were there. Oh my gosh don’t even get me started on the food. AH-mazing. Our guests continue to rave about their dishes. Then the day of was flawless...minus that sideways hail storm which occurred at 2 pm...right as we were supposed to do our first look at Meson Sabika. I will never forget Katie telling me it was too late to rearrange the reception hall and that we would move the ceremony to the dance floor. I remember the tears welling up and me shaking my head no. In that moment, Katie was my friend and not just staff. Before I could say anything she said to not worry and that the staff would make it work so we could have the ceremony inside by the beautiful windows instead of the dance floor. THEY ARE AMAZING. The rain blew through, the sun came out for cocktail hour, and no on even noticed the staff as the transitioned the floor yet again for the reception. I cannot say enough about Meson Sabika. This was really one of the only venues that we seriously considered, and I am so glad that we were able to have our reception here!! It was BEAUTIFUL. The whole team was super kind and accommodating, and the owner even stopped in to say “hi” and “thank you” - a gesture that was so appreciated. The team made sure that our day met our needs, accommodating some unique dietary needs without fuss. People are still talking about the food, 6 weeks later. It was THAT good. The most important thing I can say as a bride was that they were DRAMA FREE. We have all heard horror stories about bad venues- the team at MS went above and beyond, and day of, I knew I could count on them. Highly recommended!

From the moment we got engaged and decided to have our wedding in my hometown of Naperville I immediately knew I wanted to have my reception at Meson Sabika. It is such a gorgeous venue and and the entire event staff is amazing. We started out working with primarily Julie Bell who was fantastic but left the position well in advance of our date. From there I worked closely with Katelyn Smith, Katie Williams, and Nick Vera who all manage weddings/events and the transition was so seamless. They are all experts at what they do and know how to make your dream wedding into a reality. During our final details appointment they asked me so many questions I hadn’t even thought of and truly helped make our wedding into the best day ever. I have so many good things to say about everyone we worked with at Meson Sabika. I sent hundreds of emails in the course of our planning process and I got a quick response back every time. We had a budget and decided to have our wedding during off season to help with some of the cost. There is a minimum and everyone worked with us to stay as close to that and as close to our budget as possible by offering tons of different options. Words cannot explain how amazing, beautiful and perfect our wedding was at Meson Sabika. We got married in August on the front yard and it was stunning! We keep hearing how special our wedding was and how spectacular the venue was. And the food..... it was outstanding! Meson Sabika gained many more new patrons just from the new people that we introduced to this wonderful restaurant. Katie and Nick were very helpful and the “day of” assistant Anka was fantastic. The room was set up perfectly and the servers were fantastic. We honestly could not say enough about our wedding at Meson Sabika. It was everything we could have ever dreamt of and more. The chandeliers light up the pavilion so perfectly. The grounds of Meson Sabika are so perfect for photographs also. We received a lot of compliments from our guests. They said our wedding was spectacular. Everyone loved every detail, from the food, the service and of course we heard many comments about the beautiful gardens and the rooms in the mansion. This is the most amazing wedding venue! Katie and Nick were beyond amazing and helpful through out planning. ALL of our guests said this was the best food they've ever had at a wedding! But we knew that because Meson Sabika has amazing food! We planned an outdoor ceremony but due to rain,we were moved inside. Katie was absolutely AMAZING!!!! She was the best. She was so helpful helping us pick things out and was extremely responsive. She definitely took a ton of stress out of our wedding planning process. The food was delicious and unique (it is served tapas style). The service was efficient and charming. The trees are strung with lights outside and the warm chandeliers inside provide for a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The venue coordinators were delightful to work with and were so flexible! I am so impressed by their quickness to respond to emails professionally and appropriately. All my questions were answered and I always felt valued! My husband and I got married this past October and I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was with Meson Sabika! It has been one of our favorite restaurants for years and we were thrilled at the opportunity to celebrate our reception there. The pavillion and grounds are beautiful and made a lovely backdrop for pictures and for the evening. The pavillion and surrounding areas are already so gorgeous you barely need any additional decorations. The food was delicious and just as high quality made for 250 as it is when you dine at the restaurant. Our family and friends are STILL talking about how good the food was and how many options we had. Many people have told me it's the best food they've ever had at a wedding. The late night taco bar was a huge hit!! It was also one of the most financially friendly places we looked at, which made the whole experience even better! Julie is/was/forever shall be AMAZING!! She answered all of my emails/questions/calls promptly and was so helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process. Her attitude is amazing and it was more like working with a friend who is genuinely invested in making sure the day is perfect. She even showed up and guest bar tended for a bit at our wedding! The quality service absolutely extends beyond your wedding day and really helps show how much Meson Sabika appreciates the people who choose to celebrate their weddings there. My husband and I received a gift certificate in the mail several months later inviting us to celebrate our first anniversary at Meson Sabika and when we went there for Valentine's Day we ran into Julie (and several other recently married Meson Sabika couples!) and she gave us our first drinks complimentary. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I couldn't have asked for a better wedding or venue. Meson Sabika was willing to accommodate my every request - from a sweetheart table, to an additional bar for my large wedding party, to providing milk shooters for my late-night snack - Oreos! Guests raved about the food as well as the ambiance of the venue. It is breathtaking and I wouldn't have wanted my reception anywhere else!

Katie and Julie were very responsive from day 1. Anytime my husband and I had a question they were readily available and accommodating. We loved this venue because it was different. We wanted great food and drinks and Meson Sabika delivered. The Pavillion is beautiful and elegant. We definitely felt we got an awesome deal. Our guests could not stop talking about how great the tapas and venue were.

We worked closely with Julie from Meson Sabika and were treated like royalty from our initial meeting through reception and followup after. We got married (ceremony and reception) in the pavilion of Meson Sabika one week ago today! I wanted a unique venue that wasn't just a banquet room of a hotel. The pavilion at Meson Sabika was the perfect location. The glass windows on three sides were perfect and because of the date (12-31) there were still white lights outside in the trees, making for the perfect ambiance. As soon as we got engaged, on 12-31-15, I started looking for unique venues that were available on 12-31-16 since I knew I wanted to get married on New Year's Eve. When we went to visit the venue on 1-9-16, we booked on the spot. Not only is it more reasonably priced than anywhere else in the Chicagoland area, but we knew after meeting with Julie that day, that she was someone we could spend the next year planning with. Like all other reviews have said, Julie and Katie respond extremely promptly to every email sent. Sometimes within minutes and even on the weekends! I felt like I asked a million questions and every single time, they answered pleasantly and promptly. We met with Julie a few weeks before the wedding to talk through details and we felt that she was extremely thorough and on top of everything. We had hired a day of coordinator and the day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly we never even had to worry about a thing. The head banquet person had met with Julie and was aware of all of the specific things about our day. We were able to change our head count even a few days before the wedding when an additional guest was added. The food was awesome and we had so many compliments since it was not your typical chicken or beef meal that you usually get at a wedding. We chose the tapas menu, but added and substituted a few things without a problem. The banquet staff was fabulous and kind to us and all of our guests. It was the perfect place to have a wedding and the perfect place to ring in the new year. We appreciate everything that every employee did to make our day perfect!

We had a gorgeous reception and wedding photo shoot at Meson Sabika and the surrounding pavilion. The staff members were patient, professional, and kind.
