We cannot say enough good things about Meson Sabika. First of all, the event planning staff, Alexa and Jessica, went above and beyond. They were responsive and so detail oriented. They made the day run so smoothly. The food and drinks were phenomenal. The venue was beautiful as well as the ceremony grounds. All of the staff were so kind and made our guests feel so well taken care of. Truly, cannot say enough good things about Meson Sabika! Would highly recommend them for your wedding or event!

I also have to give a special thank you to Jessica for being absolutely FABULOUS! There is truly no one better at making sure a wedding runs smoothly. We chose not to have a wedding planner, and having Jessica there on our wedding day is something we are incredibly thankful for. She has so much knowledge and experience when it comes to weddings, and she was always there with helpful advice, creative ideas, and solutions whenever we needed them.
The food was also absolutely incredible! Our guests raved about every dish, and we were so impressed with the quality and presentation. The pacing of the food service was perfect as well. Everything came out at just the right time, which made the entire dining experience feel effortless.
Meson Sabika hosts the most beautiful weddings, and their staff is incredibly helpful, attentive, and efficient throughout the entire day. They worked seamlessly with all of our vendors and did such an amazing job making sure everything came together perfectly. They truly went above and beyond to make our day so special.

One detail I really appreciated was how attentive they were during the reception—they brought out my food right away when I requested it so I could have time to eat before going around to greet our guests. They also had drinks ready for us immediately upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the food was amazing—our guests are still talking about it! The bridal house and back room were perfect for getting ready and storing our belongings throughout the day, which made everything feel even more organized and comfortable.

Jessica, had a great game plan and urged me to wait to make the final decision to move the ceremony indoors despite the continuous rain. About 2 hours before the ceremony, the rain stopped and we were able to have the ceremony I always dreamed of outside. If it had not been for Jessicas insight and encouragement, I would not have had the wedding I wanted. The food was incredible and the location was top tier.

Jessica was present throughout the day to help direct other vendors, and listened to my preference to have the ceremony outdoors even with the chance of rain (luckily no rain until the reception!). Many people told me throughout the reception and days afterwards how delicious the food was, how wonderful the venue space was, and how the decorations set out from meson sabika complimented our decorations. The bridal house was the perfect space for getting ready, and the suite was great for storing the bridal party’s things throughout the night. I truly could not recommend meson Sabika enough!

Guests loved everything from the appetizers during the cocktail hour, tapas and plated dinner, dessert table, and late night snacks. No one went home hungry!! My fiance and I unfortunately had to deal with many unforeseen obstacles as our day approached (due to family issues and other unreliable vendors outside of M.S) and Jessica was consistently there for us. I want to especially shout-out Brianna on the team, she was always on top of everything and helped ease so many of my nerves (she always responded to my emails within 24 hrs, but usually it was more like within the hour). The team listened and created our vision perfectly. Plus THE FOOD! I have never been to a wedding where I heard so many people compliment the food, it was truly the star of the show. It has always been my dream to have a wedding with good (and non-traditional) food, and the tapas at Meson Sabika were absolutely delicious. They also took great care of our other delivered details (cake, flowers, guestbook, etc) so I didn't have to worry about any issues on our wedding day. The entire staff during the wedding were a pleasure to speak to and everyone was very professional. For brides who also don't care TOO much about the little details, Meson Sabika has their own table numbers, centerpieces, cake cutter, easel, etc that you are able to use which helped cut costs on those smaller things. I would highly recommend Meson Sabika for your next event, the Pavilion is so beautiful and it really was a perfect evening. My husband and I are already planning to go back to eat there just because we can't stop thinking about the food!

execution of the event. Nothing went wrong on our wedding day. Nothing. Many guests have said it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Guests raved about the food, service, decor, and ambiance.
I was concerned with spacing, since our ceremony proceeded cocktail hour, but my concerns were unfounded. The staff flipped the room from ceremony space to reception space in the blink of an eye.
The food was outstanding and the service was phenomenal.
We are already talking about hosting more parties at Meson Sabika. It was perfect.

The staff was incredibly helpful all the way through the process. This allowed for only a few hiccups that were easily resolved during the day of the event. Jessica is very responsive and patient with contact about questions, choices, etc., and assisted tremendously on the big day to manage the flow of events. Mesón Sabika is beautiful with a few locations to choose from for the ceremony, and the food is outstanding and quite different from your "normal" reception catering. We chose the full tapas meal of seven different tapas, and received so many positive reviews of the food, as well as the ability to accommodate for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free meals. If we could eat at Mesón Sabika every day, we would. The professionalism of the staff day-of was also impeccable, from the servers to the bartenders. The day went off without a hitch.

The food is of course incredible. But the hospitality and the attention to detail was what really made the day perfect. Jessica and her team made sure everything was taken care of and looked exactly how we wanted it to. My husband and I were checked in on throughout the night and everyone we interacted with was so kind. They made sure we had more than enough food and drinks - they even brought passed apps to us while we were taking family photos.
I would absolutely recommend Meson Sabika to anyone getting married. Their experience in event planning and customer service is extremely apparent and we really did have the best day ever.
