We had our bridal getting-ready, photos, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all on site -- which is such a huge plus on a day where you are already running around like crazy. A huge shoutout to Jessica and Courtney who were beyond brilliant in the assistance, attentiveness, communication, and care they provided every step of they way. Together, and working beautifully with all our other amazing vendors, we had the most spectacular day that impressed out guests through and through. The service, food, and staff are unbeatable, and I cannot recommend this venue enough.

with Jessica enough. On the day of my wedding, it was raining and we were set to have an outdoor ceremony. Jessica, had a great game plan and urged me to wait to make the final decision to move the ceremony indoors despite the continuous rain. About 2 hours before the ceremony, the rain stopped and we were able to have the ceremony I always dreamed of outside. If it had not been for Jessicas insight and encouragement, I would not have had the wedding I wanted. The food was incredible and the location was top tier.

Jessica was present throughout the day to help direct other vendors, and listened to my preference to have the ceremony outdoors even with the chance of rain (luckily no rain until the reception!). Many people told me throughout the reception and days afterwards how delicious the food was, how wonderful the venue space was, and how the decorations set out from meson sabika complimented our decorations. The bridal house was the perfect space for getting ready, and the suite was great for storing the bridal party’s things throughout the night. I truly could not recommend meson Sabika enough!

The team listened and created our vision perfectly. Plus THE FOOD! I have never been to a wedding where I heard so many people compliment the food, it was truly the star of the show. It has always been my dream to have a wedding with good (and non-traditional) food, and the tapas at Meson Sabika were absolutely delicious. They also took great care of our other delivered details (cake, flowers, guestbook, etc) so I didn't have to worry about any issues on our wedding day. The entire staff during the wedding were a pleasure to speak to and everyone was very professional. For brides who also don't care TOO much about the little details, Meson Sabika has their own table numbers, centerpieces, cake cutter, easel, etc that you are able to use which helped cut costs on those smaller things. I would highly recommend Meson Sabika for your next event, the Pavilion is so beautiful and it really was a perfect evening. My husband and I are already planning to go back to eat there just because we can't stop thinking about the food!

Guests raved about the food, service, decor, and ambiance. I was concerned with spacing, since our ceremony proceeded cocktail hour, but my concerns were unfounded. The staff flipped the room from ceremony space to reception space in the blink of an eye. The food was outstanding and the service was phenomenal. We are already talking about hosting more parties at Meson Sabika. It was perfect.

. The event staff did an excellent job at maximizing the space with tables and decorations, all the while keeping things efficient/minimal. The staff was incredibly helpful all the way through the process. This allowed for only a few hiccups that were easily resolved during the day of the event. I would recommend this venue to anyone that is looking for an "all in one" experience.

ackdrops for our wedding day. Having grown up in Naperville, Meson Sabika was always in the back of my mind for a wedding venue and booking it was the best decision ever. The food is of course incredible. But the hospitality and the attention to detail was what really made the day perfect. Jessica and her team made sure everything was taken care of and looked exactly how we wanted it to. My husband and I were checked in on throughout the night and everyone we interacted with was so kind. They made sure we had more than enough food and drinks - they even brought passed apps to us while we were taking family photos. I would absolutely recommend Meson Sabika to anyone getting married. Their experience in event planning and customer service is extremely apparent and we really did have the best day ever.

Mesón Sabika has a reputation for how good their food is and after the initial tour, they gave us a voucher to try their food for dinner. After eating there we knew if we had our wedding here our dinner would be unique and great. You can have your wedding dinner served traditionally or tapas style or a combination of both and we chose tapas style. We received a lot of compliments from our guests on the food and decor of everything. We had a lot of guests with dietary restrictions and they addressed each and every single one. The outdoor garden was beautiful for our ceremony and the indoor reception was beautiful as well and hosted all of our 270 guests. We were also looking for a venue that could host both the ceremony and reception and have both locations look beautiful for pictures and Mesón Sabika was that. Pricing was reasonable. For our wedding count, two bars were made available which was appreciated by our guests. As our ceremony ended and we walked off, we were greeted by the staff who gave us our first drinks of the night. At our final detail appointment meeting Jessica went over everything to help us feel comfortable and ready. She also went over a lot of stuff we didn’t even think of. One thing that we do wish could have been better and we do not fault the venue for this is their communication was slower than our other vendors. We understand and saw how popular Mesón Sabika was for any event, not just weddings, and how busy their restaurant side is as well. Because of that busyness, responses to our inquiries through emails took some time. But they were always very detailed in their emails back and addressed all of our questions. They also have multiple staff answering our emails so sometimes it was confusing as we had to double check mainly with Jessica at the end to make sure the information was correct. At the end of the day we are very thankful to all the staff at Mesón Sabika for making our wedding unforgettable.

pt coming. The general manager helped me set up after my fiancé had something to take care of. Food was on time and absolutely delicious. This is a restaurant and man can they keep their quality at scale . The grounds are gorgeous in august which was ideal for first look and bridal park pics. We almost didn’t do our pics here because we visited in winter. So glad we changed our minds last minute. They put our appetizer in the bridal suite and had a our signature drinks as we got out of the ceremony site. I am so happy that we get to eat here for our anniversary for the rest of our lives.

After our tour visit, the team generously set us up with a dinner reservation that evening to try various tapas dishes. After that dinner, it was very apparent Meson Sabika was our only choice. This only covers a higher level overview of selecting the venue. The team at Meson Sabika, led by Jessica, deserves absolute praise. Without explaining their involvement, their work goes unseen and unread. They helped us every step of the way from when we first confirmed our date and time to the moment we left after the reception ended. Their communication, care, detailed focus, and approach shined as we inched closer and closer to the big day. Their brochure and contract leave everything flat out on the line, with no issues or misleading language. That comfort carried into a few additional visits we made when we ran into some tough decisions on selecting tapas for dinner. Each visit had the same quality experience, again, ensuring the decision we initially made was the absolute right one. The big day was a walk in the park. Jessica and team checked on both of us to ensure we were okay or needed absolutely anything throughout the evening. The serving staff was prompt in refilling water, cleaning tables for the tapas, providing efficient bar service, and ensuring a flawless experience for everyone in attendance. It brings such warmth in our hearts to reflect on this process with Meson Sabika, and we give them the highest marks in all categories as a vendor, partner, event space, and most importantly customer experience – start to finish. Jessica was wonderful to work with throughout the planning process, and when our day rolled around we truly had nothing to worry about or do other than show up and celebrate with our friends and family. Everything ran so smoothly, and Jessica and the team made us feel so valued and celebrated—as soon as my husband and I entered the reception from our ceremony to see the gorgeous setup, they made sure we had drinks and food, and checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we had a chance to try all the food and drinks we wanted. We ended up lucking out and having summer-like weather in mid-April, which meant we could take advantage of the perfect patio and outdoor space—even in early spring, before all the flowers and greens have arrived, it was beautiful and so many guests commented on how beautiful the space and the grounds were, and of course how good the food and drinks were. I would recommend Meson Sabika to anyone looking to have a no-hassle wedding with great food in a beautiful setting!
