We were able to book the vehicles we needed closer to the wedding than I probably should've waited to book. The booking agent, Lakya, was wonderful to work with and made sure she u...
nderstood my needs (which was not very typical or straight forward). The three divers we had throughout the weekend were friendly and prompt, and the vehicles were clean and comfortable.
Metro Cars was great to work with and very helpful with helping us create a timeline for transportation for our wedding. The whole staff was amazing!
Metro Cars was an excellent choice for our wedding day. We booked a Metro Cars shuttle bus to drive our wedding party from the church to the reception venue and then to act as a sh...
uttle between the hotel and reception venue for our guests. Our driver (Lakeshia) was professional and cheerful (even at the end of the night after 11+ hours of driving us and our guests around!). The bus was clean and comfortable (AC was working great!). Even though we booked our bus over 1.5 years in advance, Metro Cars did a good job maintaining our file and accommodating our schedule changes as we got closer to the event day. Plus, they offered a very reasonable price compared to competitors. Highly recommend!
We booked Metro Cars for our wedding day transportation. Our driver was Seantese and she really went above and beyond! She was so great at helping all of the bridesmaids with their...
dresses and bouquets. She also made sure the shuttle was at a comfortable temperature and let us play our own music while we drove around to a couple of different locations to take photos. She also picked up our guests from two different hotels and brought them to the wedding. She showed up on time and was great at keeping to the schedule! We were so happy to have her as our driver and highly recommend her and Metro Cars for wedding day transportation!
We rented the 24 passenger minibus for our bride/groom/bridal party transportation to first look, photographs, and the venue.

to fit our needs, and be able to rent for only 3 hours which was all we needed, for a reasonable price. Coordination with the company in advance of our wedding went well. The driver was on time to the pick-up.
The cons - Our driver Andre was a bit clueless, and driving verrryyy slow. We were behind schedule arriving to the venue by about 30 mins (though 10 or so of that was due to pictures going over) due to the general lack of knowledge/hustle of the driver. We had scheduled the driver to then go back and pick up guests at the hotel and bring them to our venue. Given we were behind schedule already, we ensured he understood that he was supposed to go back and that it needed to be quick before we got off the bus. Instead of driving to the hotel, the driver got out and disappeared in the bathroom for a very long time, so long that our venue asked if the bus was going to be moved. He never made it to the hotel, and guests we told would have a ride had to uber. Overall our agreed upon schedule was not carried out and we were left pretty disappointed by our experience.
We are happy with are use of Metrocar of Brighton as a shuttle bus for our wedding. They were extremely patient with our indecisiveness (because of the high costs) and never pressu...
red us with “follow-ups” to use their services. When we were ready, we went back to them and had a seamless experience getting setup, completing payment, and signing the contract. We later found out that the bus passed the venue and had to turn around, but that it caused no problems and was handled well. It’s completely understandable too because the venue is hidden. I only mention if because it’s proof that the driver fixed the situation with no issues. We heard nothing but positives about the driver, and would work with them again.
We rented the 39 passenger shuttle for our wedding shuttle to and from the hotel and wedding venue and metro cars were great! They were on time and professional and the executive m...
ini bus was beautiful.
We booked a shuttle and a car for the end of the night. Both the drivers were professional and friendly, the cars we clean and well stocked, and the planning was easy.
Metro Car arrived early and helped us load the car, making the day less stressful. The driver was courteous and safe. The drive in was fun and comfortable.
I had to hire 2 suvs to coordinate our wedding pictures/first look. They were so accommodating and did a great job!
I used Metro Cars for my wedding party & pre-ceremony transportation. I had 2 limos & 2 Suburbans. Me and my hubby had our own special limo with a different vendor. Metro was ti...
mely, flexible, their limos & SUVs were nice & it fit the bill! Their drivers were great too!
You don't have to spend a ton on wedding transportation, booking a mandatory 3-5 hours when you only need 1 or 2 for a simple drop-off and pick-up. Spend that money on something you and your honey will enjoy & remember!
The driver was prompt, and got us to the church, pictures and dinner just as planned. The only downfall is the cars are all black, a white vehicle would have been nicer for the we...
dding, but we needed a driver that special day and just didn't want/have the money for a large limo. Great choice for us!
Metro Cars was a great company to work with and would recommend them to anyone!
We got the best price for the amount of time we needed the limo.
They arrived on time, polite driver, got us there on time.
I loved the price and the service. We just needed a car for the two of us. The black metro car was perfect. The driver took great care of us. He provided an umbrella to walk us out...

Very easy to work with friendly staff made our day amazing!

tand up in it if you are concerned about wrinkles in dresses before the ceremony!
Loved owner/manager who drove bride.;Different driver did pick up and was late arrived at different location and asked party to walk to where he was (in the pouring rain).
;They originally made our reservation for the wrong day. The driver did not know where he was going and wouldn't turn the air conditioning up for us.
They waited for us when we were late from the reception and were very kind about it. They were there to pick us up from our hotel the next morning and take us to the airport. Ver...
