Metro Cars

Metro Cars was an excellent choice for our wedding day. We booked a Metro Cars shuttle bus to drive our wedding party from the church to the reception venue and then to act as a shuttle between the hotel and reception venue for our guests. Our driver (Lakeshia) was professional and cheerful (even at the end of the night after 11+ hours of driving us and our guests around!). The bus was clean and comfortable (AC was working great!). Even though we booked our bus over 1.5 years in advance, Metro Cars did a good job maintaining our file and accommodating our schedule changes as we got closer to the event day. Plus, they offered a very reasonable price compared to competitors. Highly recommend!

We booked Metro Cars for our wedding day transportation. Our driver was Seantese and she really went above and beyond! She was so great at helping all of the bridesmaids with their dresses and bouquets. She also made sure the shuttle was at a comfortable temperature and let us play our own music while we drove around to a couple of different locations to take photos. She also picked up our guests from two different hotels and brought them to the wedding. She showed up on time and was great at keeping to the schedule! We were so happy to have her as our driver and highly recommend her and Metro Cars for wedding day transportation!

We rented the 24 passenger minibus for our bride/groom/bridal party transportation to first look, photographs, and the venue. The pros - We were happy to have a large vehicle to fit our needs, and be able to rent for only 3 hours which was all we needed, for a reasonable price. Coordination with the company in advance of our wedding went well. The driver was on time to the pick-up. The cons - Our driver Andre was a bit clueless, and driving verrryyy slow. We were behind schedule arriving to the venue by about 30 mins (though 10 or so of that was due to pictures going over) due to the general lack of knowledge/hustle of the driver. We had scheduled the driver to then go back and pick up guests at the hotel and bring them to our venue. Given we were behind schedule already, we ensured he understood that he was supposed to go back and that it needed to be quick before we got off the bus. Instead of driving to the hotel, the driver got out and disappeared in the bathroom for a very long time, so long that our venue asked if the bus was going to be moved. He never made it to the hotel, and guests we told would have a ride had to uber. Overall our agreed upon schedule was not carried out and we were left pretty disappointed by our experience.

We are happy with are use of Metrocar of Brighton as a shuttle bus for our wedding. They were extremely patient with our indecisiveness (because of the high costs) and never pressured us with “follow-ups” to use their services. When we were ready, we went back to them and had a seamless experience getting setup, completing payment, and signing the contract. We later found out that the bus passed the venue and had to turn around, but that it caused no problems and was handled well. It’s completely understandable too because the venue is hidden. I only mention if because it’s proof that the driver fixed the situation with no issues. We heard nothing but positives about the driver, and would work with them again.
