My husband bought my engagement ring from Meyer's Jewelers and had a great experience, so we decided to go back for our wedding rings, too! Ever person we worked with was so amazingly helpful. The center stone on my engagement ring is an heirloom diamond from my grandmother. The original stone we used was slightly damaged, and after it cracked further, they were extremely helpful in replacing it with another one of my grandmother's diamonds and it now looks better than ever! They also will clean your rings for free if you purchase them there, which was such a nice service to use before our wedding.

Shawn is the best, you can tell she truly loves her job and knows what she is talking about when it comes to diamonds. She makes it seem like you've known her for years! She helped my husband and I find the perfect Hearts on Fire engagement ring, along with both of our wedding bands. We were even given a silicone ring as well!

omer service, ring, or price per value that we wanted. When we went to Meyers Jewelers, they greeted us with smiles and made us feel at home. They showed us multiple rings and explained how they can be modified etc. Josh returned to the store to pick out my engagement ring (Scott watched which rings that I seemed to like best and had recommendations for Josh when he returned.) After the proposal we went back to have my ring cleaned (which they encourage whenever you're in the area & recommend at least every 3 months). They asked about the proposal and wanted to make sure we were happy with the ring. We have visited the store many times since for ring cleanings. Every time we've visited the store they remember us and greet us as if we were family! We later bought both of our wedding bands at Meyers when they had a few of the designers there and got an amazing deal!! We will definitely be shopping at Meyers for any & all future jewelry purchases!!! We highly recommend this jeweler!!!

ent ring experience. We work with Scott but everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Scott asked a few questions about cut, budget, and size. He explained the differences while he showed us just the diamonds without the settings. He also explained that the lighting and color of the cloth would allow us to see what the diamond really looked like, showing all imperfections. Apparently that’s how you should actually select jewelry! He showed us a few (within our budget but without telling us prices). We selected what looked the best. He then explained the differences in the diamonds with zero pressure to select the most expensive. Then helped us decide on a setting. It was a great experience! He will also provide documentation on the jewelry and appraisals. Scott never spoke down to us, although he educated us. He never pressured us. We felt that we could walk away at any point with no judgement and he worked well within our budget. Our ring was built in a timely manner and even gave us a heads up on when to purchase because they had a sale coming up.
We had originally gone to Andrews Jewelers and selected a very nice ring. However, when we left we noticed a giant black image in the middle of the diamond. We took it to Meyers for an appraisal and possibly a cleaning. There was a huge piece of carbon in the diamond! It also appraised at half the price we paid! And it was a used ring! Meyers looked up the serial number and allowed us to look under the lens. Andrews hadn’t provided any documentation for us (allegedly it was in the mail). When we took it back and explained our concerns they downplayed everything and then laid on a guilt trip. We paid $10,000 for what they called a 1 crt. in white gold, flawless/ internally flawless (which quite clearly it wasn’t). At Meyers we bought a 1.35 crt in platinum which was truly F/ IF for close to half the price. .... We were pretty upset with Andrews. Excuses. We felt we’d been had.

d the epitome of a used car salesman. After looking at different settings, we asked to look at loose diamonds. The associate told us they have a special "sparkle" factor that isn't one of the 4C's, but makes their diamonds more exceptional. The truth is, there is no shortcut around the 4C's, and these parameters alone are how diamonds are graded as the industry standard. I asked to look at a Excellent cut diamond, and the salesperson simply said it was out of our budget and he would not show us. My fiance had a VERY generous budget, and we purchased an excellent cut diamond from a competitor. I will not go back to Meyers for any jewelry purchase based on their customer service alone.

looked perfect with my set! The grooms ring came in and we realized it was a little to big. It was no big deal. We sent it back and received the new one in just a couple weeks. We also used Meyers for our wedding gifts, a Breitling watch and a sapphire ring. We built my sapphire ring using an engagement band and a lose stone, it is perfect. Their jewelry is all gorgeous and the staff is so kind and attentive. Highly recommend!

There is definitely a family feel. They always seem to remember you and are happy to see you. They encouraged me to stop in every few months to get my rings cleaned and the diamonds checked. I will be seeing them for many years to come and hope my husband purchases a lot of future gifts here:-)

uality of the diamond. They did the same when we were in for our wedding bands and they were much busier. They even remembered my husband and he hadn't been in there in several months.
What really solidified them gaining us as lifelong customers was when we were looking for earrings to match the necklace I was wearing. I knew exactly what I was looking for, and I had seen an option elsewhere but I wanted to see what they could do. They were completely honest that they weren't going to be able to come near that price and that I should go with the other company. For a business to be so honest and working in the best interest of the customer, even if it means a lost sale, they will get my business and recommendation forever.

e went to high school with the guy who owns it, but I know they do an awesome job with all their jewelry and working with their customers because otherwise, my mother-in-law wouldn't continue to go there, (that's how she is; if someone does an okay job with jewelry, she doesn't want to have anything to do with them). My husband has also gone there a couple times and loves the service Meyers offers and how helpful they are. When I was in there picking out rings I experienced this service, and I agree! They are very friendly, honest, and help you with anything you need. They also make sure your ring is always clean and all the stones and everything are in place, and that you're still happy with what you have. Meyers Jewelers is comparable in price to other jewelers as well. There is only one store in the Columbus area anymore, but I would recommend them if you are within 30-40 minutes!
