Mezze Events is a part of Mezze Hospitality Group, based in the Berkshires and founded in 2000.
Today, we are a hybrid company blending all catering components with full-service planning for events where our catering is provided.
We focus on mid and large-scale weddings, galas and celebrations across Berkshire County and the Hudson Valley. Our menus lean into the vast flavors of the Mediterranean, and our service style exudes warmth, measured creation and production alongside thoughtful communication.
We collaborate with vendors and venues to create seamlessly, finessed events. As planners, our team tends to the big picture and micro details of your catered events from the welcome reception to departure brunch.

We mainly worked with Linda and Amelia at Mezze for our wedding at the Mount. It couldn’t have been more perfect. Our food and cocktails got rave reviews from our guests. Amelia was incredible at making sure everything went according to plan, seamlessly coordinated a mountain of logistics, went the extra mile in every way and made sure the venue was stunning every step of the way. It feels like an impossible task to bring together 9+ vendors and over 30 people and not want to change anything about our wedding day. That’s how we feel and I get the sense from working with them that’s not an anomaly. We love specialty cocktails and they worked with us to make incredible his and hers specialty cocktails. When we went to the tasting all the food was so good and we thought there was no way they could replicate it for 130 guests. Next thing we know, we are eating short rib that you literally couldn’t take off the plate with a fork because it fell apart. Food was so good people probably overate, but it was so well prepared people were still light on their feet on our dance floor.
I don’t know how they did it all, but we are so grateful they created a day beyond our wildest expectations.
It was a pleasure working with Mezze Catering for our wedding. They seamlessly guided us through the process of planning our big day. It was a relief to be able to rely on their expertise and recommendations for various vendors familiar with our venue. Also the food was amazing! Definitely one of the highlights of the night. We worked with Mezze for my daughter’s
wedding this past June. There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible the entire process was. From the initial plans to the final execution everything was handled with professionalism and impeccable attention to detail. The intricate schedule of events started months before the wedding. Never once did we have to wonder if something would be taken care of. It made for the least stressful planning one could imagine. And because of that, the day of the wedding was calm and relaxing. Linda and Alyse made sure that the day of the wedding was just as special as the wedding itself. Another huge plus in working with Mezze is the fact that they have an incredible reputation in the industry and have worked with so many of the same vendors and venues for years. The relationships that they’ve built with them makes for a seamless plan.
Of course none of this would matter if the food wasn’t innovative and delicious. It was that and more! It was as beautiful to look at as it was delicious. Our guests are still talking about the entire weekend, from the Friday night rehearsal dinner and welcome party through the most amazing Sunday brunch!

My husband and I worked with Mezze for our November wedding and it was quite literally perfect. It was everything we could have imagined and nothing like what we planned for. Our wedding was supposed to be 200+ and was scaled back to a 20 person microwedding. That brought many twists and turns and Mezze was supportive and with us the whole time. I am a professional planner and knew I wanted to work with Mezze well before I was even engaged – for just that reason – they are total pros. They know this industry inside and out and bring so much knowledge and experience to the table. I knew with them I wouldn’t have to “work” on my wedding day and that I totally and completely trusted them to handle every detail. All of their staff are wonderful and will treat your guests with such care.
And we haven’t gotten to the food yet. All aspects of our menu (food and beverage) was impeccable and delicious. They helped us reimagine our large scale event menu into an intimate dinner where all details were considered. They worked with us to make sure we complied with all regulations and kept our family safe. Our family raved about the food and how completely comfortable they felt. We truly felt cared for during every aspect of the day and I know – both as a planner and a bride – your experience with them will be just as wonderful!
Mezze just catered and planned my daughters barn wedding. During planning friends would comment that they would be intimidated to hold such an event, we must be so stressed and I won’t lie, it was scary. As time went by, my daughter and I marveled at how easy it was for us and that is because of Mezze. I cannot underestimate the professionalism, experience and vision of this group. In addition to all of this, the food was OFF THE CHART! Inventive, beautifully presented and most importantly DELICIOUS! Mezze is the complete package. Thank you to Linda and Amy and all the miracle workers behind the scenes.
Mezze catered our wedding recently. They offer first class professionalism, organization, service, and most important, delicious and fun food. Fair prices and excellent value. They are a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend them without reservation. We felt very lucky to have them!
Incredibly professional! Guests are still talking about how amazing it was that the servers came out in a perfect line with the plated food in the correct order(there were 3 meal choices) and placed them down on the table at the same time! Also the food was incredible! Veggies were crisp even in June and meal was hot! Couldn’t be happier!
To echo all the other reviews, if I could give more stars, I would. First, the food was EXCEPTIONAL - absolutely restaurant quality. We will definitely go back to their restaurant. Grace, who helped us coordinate vendors (plates, tables, etc and transportation) as we got married at the Mount was absolutely a dream. She was super helpful and very accommodating. When the skies opened for 15 minutes soaking the guests, she was on it immediately! Their team was absolutely delightful, and I cannot emphasize enough what a great experience it was. Creative, local food that I'd be thrilled to have in an NYC restaurant. Honestly, they're perfect. Also, their cheese table was outrageously good. I absolutely love them!
Mezze is a 10-star experience. They take care of absolutely everything (no need to pay for a wedding planner!) and fulfilled every insane request we asked of them. From serving beer in a bathtub, to ensuring there were soup shots during cocktail hour, and lighting the fire pit for smores after dancing, Mezze was on top of everything and with the utmost kindness and professionalism. Not only did Linda and team oversee every detail of our wedding (which took place outdoors at Greylock Valley Estate), but she was even there for our rehearsal the day before! We were all so grateful to have her directing traffic and ensuring we got to rehearsal dinner on time. Since our wedding was the first at this venue, there were so many factors to consider- having enough parking for 50 cars, making sure the generator was installed correctly, adjusting the lighting under the tent until it was perfect... I could go on and on. The day after our wedding, so many of our guests commented on how blown away they were with the food, the ambiance, and the gracefulness with which Mezze orchestrated the entire event. I can't recommend their team enough and wish they could throw us a wedding every year for the rest of our lives! Their experience and execution is unparalleled and we are forever grateful.
If only I could give more than 5-stars! We were referred to Mezze by our venue (Stonover Farms in Lenox, MA) and were immediately happy with the responsiveness of Mezze. Shortly after booking, we were talking to friends who had been to a recent Berkshire wedding who said "you HAVE to use Mezze" - and we are so glad we did! We used Mezze for our Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Event and Reception. From start to finish, Linda and Nancy at Mezze made the process straight forward, easy and fun! Our tasting visit to Williamstown was incredible, and each time we see our guests after the wedding the most consistent theme we hear is that it was the best wedding food they have ever had! Mezze helped us with rentals, coordination and making our vision of a more cocktail party vibe really work well - with amazing finger foods and stations with local, seasonal ingredients. Nancy, who was our on-site coordinator, was incredible – every little detail was covered. One rental company forgot to send chair cushions, and Nancy was able to coordinate delivery from a different company in time for the ceremony. The rest of the staff was also amazing (Kathy and Reggie in particular)! Thank you Mezze for making our wedding day so amazing!
We just had our wedding weekend with Mezze as our caterers. We've been working with them for the last 8 months to coordinate the catering, rentals, scheduling, etc. They made everything so easy and seamless and really provided guidance on pieces that I wouldn't have know how to do. They managed all the rentals which was such a relief of a huge chunk of the stress of planning an outdoor wedding. They provided a beautiful and delicious tasting for us and wrote out a menu based on our preferences. On the day the staff was so put together and professional. I heard rave reviews from my guest on how polite the staff was and efficient. Also on how this was the best wedding food they had ever had! Which is music to my ears. Everything was so elegant and perfect. I couldn't have asked for more!!!
Mezze did an amazing job catering and organizing our wedding. I was lucky to find them online by searching "farm to table Western Massachusetts" and I am so thankful that I did! They are extremely polished and organized, and the quality of the food is unlike any other wedding food I have had. They recommended our DJ, who was also awesome, and coordinated our rentals with Classical Tents. We also got a ton of compliments on the food and their execution was near flawless. There were two hiccups, in that they didn't order enough of several of our requested alcohol choices and didn't consult with me before throwing out our cake, made by a different vendor, at the end of the night. Aside from that, we were so happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in New England!
Mezze is known as the best caterer, wedding or otherwise, in the Berkshires, and for good reason. They catered our wedding, ordered and organized the rentals from Classical Tents, served as a first-class day-of planner/coordinator, and generally were our "point-person" throughout, always able to provide excellent recommendations for other area vendors and advise on other matters. (It was Linda who recommended our cake baker, florist, sound coordinator, lighting guy, string trio . . . they're REALLY plugged in.) On top of this, we hosted our rehearsal dinner at Mezze, the restaurant. Everything was incredible. The FOOD! Many guests told us it was the best wedding food they've ever had: local, seasonal, fresh, and delicious. (Think: pork buns, salmon tartare, burrata salad, grilled lamb with salsa verde...) It was fantastic at the tasting and, more importantly, equally great at the actual wedding. Planning-wise, Linda and her team made everything so easy for us. We didn't have any other outside planner -- it was just my husband, me and Linda (and her team!). We spoke a number of times leading up to the event, but were totally unbothered by any logistical/practical questions or difficulties over the wedding weekend (if any existed!). We can't say enough good things about them and recommend 100 times over.
We can't say enough about working with Mezze. Linda was an amazing planning partner throughout the entire process, staying on top of all the details and keeping us calm straight through the day of our wedding. Chef Daire's food is out of this world , and the staff was incredibly professional and friendly throughout all of the events during our wedding weekend. We received so many compliments from our guests. You will not regret going with Mezze!

from the food tasting(prior to the event), to the food the day of, to the room, to the preparation, set-up clean-up, to the event to the ceremony - they were always there for us - the attention to detail was off the charts. (picking up our cameras, managing our card bag, delivering food to the room for late night, last minute changes, the list goes on and on...

Guests raved about the food and drinks at our wedding - not only was everything delicious, but the presentation was beautiful and the catering staff was professional yet fun. All thanks to Mezze Catering. Chef Daire created an exceptional menu that impressed even the pickiest New Yorkers. Saving the best for last, there is no superlative that properly expresses our gratitude to Linda, the quarterback of our Berkshire event "A" team. She was with us from start to finish, making sure we were thinking about the right things, totally unflappable in the face of inevitable problems, and consistently doling out sage advice. Thanks Linda, Chef Daire, and the Mezze catering team for making our wedding day unforgettable!
Mezze, and Dawn in particular, were everything I could have hoped. The most delicious food - which was no surprise given the amazing restaurant. But Dawn was with us from day one and thought of everything that I wouldn't have. She worked tirelessly over the course of almost a year to plan three different events - the rehearsal dinner, the wedding AND the brunch - and each one was more perfect than the last. Hire Mezze. You will be so happy you did.
