We visited a few months before our wedding and they had a brand new stretch SUV limo. It looked great! As with most limo companies, we had to pay in advance. On the day of, a different, much older limo showed up. There was a huge crack down the whole side of the window. The A/C wasn't working and it was 90 degrees out! We showed up at the reception all sweaty and unhappy. The limo itself was dirty. They promised ice and a bottle of champagne, none of which was there. The molding was held together by duct tape. Finally, there were screws sticking out, which we found out about when wne of the bridesmaid's dresses got stuck on one when she was trying to get out.
Worst of all, I tried calling them after the wedding. If they had apologized and tried to make things right, I wouldn't have been as upset. Instead, they tell me that they'll get back to me and have refused to take my calls since! I finally got a hold of them today and, once they heard who it was, they pretended to not be able to hear me and hung up. All subsequent calls went to voicemail.
There are plenty of much better companies out there and, if I could do it over, I definitely wouldn't give them my money.

rought the groom and his party to the church, then returned to our hotel to pick up myself (the bride) and the bridal party. He was very efficient with knowing directions and was very timely. At the church, he even helped set up the runner, helped me out of the limo, and held the doors for our entrance during the ceremony. He even made sure we stood in the right spot so that my husband wouldn't see us too early! Freddy then took us to our reception venue and made sure we were good to go. We can't say enough nice things about Freddy and this company!

We ordered the Party Van to transport us from the church to the reception hall. What arrived was the most ridiculous looking vehicle! It looked nothing like the pictures they have on their website. Rather it was a Hummer limo with the top cut off and a huge white box attached to the top. You could stand up in it but it was the most hideous looking thing. Oh, and it had stripper pole in it. I was so embarrassed to get into this vehicle after I got married. I would not use this company unless you see the limo in person first.

isappointment was that the website says it has the jet doors that open up so that you can walk in to the limo instead of having to duck down. I am not sure if this one just did not have it or if they just didn't use them. The limo driver was very helpful though! Helped every person in and out of the limo and also assisted us with the doors at the church right before I made my big entrance (the person we had apparently bailed on me). Overall the limo worked for what we needed and we all had a blast for the time we were in it!

dered. Despite all that the driver was excellent and right on time. The price was right on point for the amount of time they spent with us! Overall I would recommend this company but advise you double check that you are getting the proper vehicle
