en it should have shipped in 4-7 business days. I understand that they are waiting for a shipment to come through, but the most frustrating part is that their CUSTOMER SUPPORT is literally terrible. Email took 3 weeks for a response, I responded right away, and it's been another 5 days and no response back. Their website chat is literally just there for show. Their call center just keeps telling me they are waiting on a shipment with no real update. I asked a question on Instagram and got blocked.

nowing their models don’t fit to people that are D-cup. Their solution is for me to return it : shipment on my charges+restocking fees(ending up me paying twice for the price of the dress, without having a dress in hand!) I decide to keep the dress but I will have to make changes since they don’t seem proper to inform their clients about those kind of specific measurements, they won’t accept a compensation. Adding to that, they are SUPER Rude. They advise to make a “WISE DECISION” when exchanging and that I am an “ADULT”… worst CS experience ever honestly.

I called today to verify how that was documented and recorded and the owner proceeded to tell me that I have no store credit!?!? I said ok then what about my dress deposit or dress? She proceeded again to say no, nothing! This woman is a THEIF A CROOK A FRAUD and a terrible business woman who is as fake as they come! I can not warn potential customers enough!!! Read and BELIEVE these reviews, I wish I had! You will be deeply disappointed if you deal with this company! To be clear she STOLE $2,500 from a hopeful and then heartbroken bride FOR nothing no efforts or loss on her part! UNREAL... to less than an hour before we arrived. Debbie was extremely rude and acted as if we were not worth her time our energy. We first introduced ourselves obviously and explained that we were the party who traveled from MD to check in on a dress. She rudely replied (not bothering to look up from a catalog she was reading) saying that she speaks to a lot of people and didn’t know who we were (remember she was reminded of our visit less than an hour before our arrival). When it finally came to her recollection, and she retrieved the dress she plopped it infront of a like if several other dresses right in the lobby and we had to request some privacy where we could inspect the dress and FaceTime the bride. She told us we would have to wait despite seeing an empty dressing room that was immediately available. When we got back to the dressing room she hovered over us the entire time and gave us no privacy to have a conversation. We eventually asked to see the same dress in another material and she said it was on hold for another bride so we would not be able to take it out and inspect it but she could give us a peek to compare the fabrics. Fair enough. When she brought the dress back she literally showed it to us for 5 seconds and then whisked away BOTH dresses without even asking if we were done looking at the first. We were not. Before we left we decided to ask some questions about the ordering process at the counter. Debbie still continued to be rude and did not offer the simplest of courtesy to look up from her catalog and have a conversation which would have taken less than 2 minutes. I asked “What if, God forbid, she gets the dress and there’s something wrong with it or it’s wrong order? What is the process of returns/exchanges.” I asked this question to cover our bases and ensure that if something did go wrong there would be sufficient time to rectify the situation. Only then did Debbie look up and snapped back in an accusatory manner, “well that makes me suspicious about you all,” as if we had some ulterior motive. At this point we decided it definitely was not worth it if she behaved so defensively and rudely to a valid question (which now after reading several reviews that explained the hell they went through after reciiving the wrong dress or a dress with blemishes) to take the chance and do business with this vendor. We sent an email expressing our disappointment in service and Debbie had the audacity to reply denying her disgusting behavior. Go somewhere else, target...the dollar store...anywhere is better than this vendor!!!! Unless you hate yourself then walk right in.

erful. I ended up ordering my dress and bridesmaids dresses from Allure. They were amazing. The owner of Mia Bella was very helpful, even with as busy and demanding as her shop is. I would recommend this boutique to anyone looking for bridal dresses or party dresses.

January, I was told it would take a few months, but it didn't arrive till almost October, and my wedding was October 27!

o find any that I liked. So, I went back to that dress and looked up where I could buy it. The closest store was in Fresno at Mia Bella Couture even though I lived in LA County. So I made an appointment to try on the dress with my sister-in-law and drove up to Fresno. The consultants were extremely accommodating, offered us water and champagne, and helped me try on many different looks and options including the dress I came up to Fresno to try on. In the end, they gave me a great discount and even shipped the dress to a store closer to my house.

ake your dress elsewhere to alter, unless you don't mind going back to the shop multiple times to get fitted cause she can't do it right the first time, and this is all happening the few days before your wedding. I was married on a Friday, and didn't receive my gown complete till Wed. Keep in mind that I had my dress purchased over a year and a half in advance and it was a sample dress that needed to be altered....
