Mia Grace was one of the best decisions I made during wedding planning. I was very apprehensive to start dress shopping and concerned I wouldn't find anything I liked. Mia Grace had a very large selection, the best out of the four bridal shops I went to, and ranged in many different styles for me to try! My stylist, Lindsey, was great and so kind throughout all my indecisiveness and made it so painless!! I fell in love with my dress and actually had a choice between purchasing it at Mia Grace or another shop and Mia Grace went above and beyond to make sure it was the best price and even offered my a gifted veil! They have been so responsive, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process!!! I would recommend Mia Grace to anyone as I believe they have something for everyone and their level of customer service is unmatched!!!!

I used their flagship store Encore since my wedding was 6 months away and found the perfect dress! The staff was patient until I found the perfect one! I can say the groom absolutely loved it. Thank you again.

I am so grateful I found Mia Grace! I went to Mia Grace after the first dress I had bought (from a different salon) was found to have stains on it, which appeared to be from manufacturing. The previous salon was less than helpful, so I was referred by another bride to Mia Grace. I had initially gone in for an off the rack sale; however, they were more than accommodating when I wasn't finding an option that felt like "the one". They allowed me to try on dresses that were not in the sale, and provided me with multiple options to find a dress I loved. I was able to get a new dress from Mia Grace (8 weeks before my wedding), which I ended up loving more than my first dress. There were 2 girls named Madison that I worked with and they were so kind, genuine, and supportive during a stressful time for me. I highly recommend Mia Grace! They really prioritize the bride and work hard to make sure you will feel confident and beautiful on your special day.

Mia Grace was nothing short of amazing to work with! The salon is clean and sophisticated and the employees are welcoming and friendly! Lindsay helped me pick my wedding dress and truly understood the assignment! She was personable and made me feel so comfortable! She listened to my preferred styles and avoided styles I voiced weren’t working for me. She was friendly and informative to my family I brought and even teared up when I said yes to the dress! It felt like having a big sister there to cheer me on! She honestly made the experience for me! Mia Grace was accurate with my dress delivery date, which was crucial for me as I was planning my wedding from another city and booking flights to Saint Louis to wedding plan. They were wonderful to work with and I definitely recommend them if you’re on the market for a wedding or bridesmaid dress!

Lindsay at Mia Grace Bridal MADE my dress shopping experience. By the time I arrived at Mia Grace, I had been to several other stores, and was getting frustrated with the entire dress buying process. Lindsay advocated for me and made sure that I knew she was there to help me find what I wanted. At one point I was in tears, and Lindsay was so wonderful. She calmed me down, and helped me refocus. Finally, I said Yes to the Dress! I can guarantee you, if I had not worked with Lindsay, I would have said yes to any dress just to be done with dress shopping. But thanks to her and the entire Mia Grace team, I had a BEAUTIFUL dress that I LOVED. I cannot say enough good things about Mia Grace. Diane, our stylist, made my daughter feel like an absolute princess. She really got my daughter’s essence and found the perfect gown. But the salon showed their real true colors when there was an issue with the size of the dress when it arrived. Due to the style , it could not be taken in any further. My daughter was heartbroken. Well, the staff at Mia Grace went above and beyond to find a replacement dress for her, even calling the designer. They were able to get it to my seamstress at no cost to me and the final result was amazing. I am so grateful and I would not recommend any other bridal salons except Mia Grace!!! Furthe

The employees are very nice. They are willing to work with you based on your needs and wants and give you helpful advice. My experience at a different bridal shop was very different from my experience with Mia Grace Bridal. It was way less overwhelming and I felt like the employees who helped me were more personable which made me feel a lot better and less stressed. Highly recommend Mia Grace Bridal! They also. give brides a discount on accessories if you purchase your dress from them which was great because who doesn't love a good discount especially during wedding planning!

Lauren!! Use Lauren. She is incredible. I did not know at ALL what I wanted. Probably tried on 40 dresses. She let me feel free to make a decision, had zero pressure, put me in things I didn't know I would love because she listened. She treated my guests and many visits with care and kindness. I did go to Clarice's Bridal but would not recommend them at all. Mia Grace's by far exceeded my expectations in price, customer service, communication, timeline, friendliness, etc. Go to Mia Grace!

I booked an appointment at the Mia Grace Encore boutique and could not have dreamed up a better experience. Lindsey took such good care of me!! I felt totally heard, understood, and catered to every step of the way. The selection was huge, considering the Encore boutique is all dresses that you take home off the rack, and incredibly affordable. I could not recommend Mia Grace more to any bride, and I will, to all of my friends!!

I highly recommend shopping here for brides to have the best experience like I did! Just yesterday, I had my 1st bridal appt with Vreanna, and I found the perfect dress! She did such a great job helping me see various styles and narrowing down to exactly what I wanted vs didn’t want. She was very sweet, attentive to detail, and supported me even when I was crying saying “Yes to the dress”!

Mia Grace Bridal was a very pleasant wedding dress shopping experience. I made an appointment for their off-the-rack store nearby. During that appointment, I was also shown sale item dresses in their main store where I was able to have my “say yes to the dress moment.” As an indecisive bride, it took time to think and reserving dresses to find the right one. Mia Grace was so kind with this as I traveled there twice before deciding on the dress! The shop worked on the zipper of the dress and cleaned it. I was able to take the dress home shortly after.

Being a curvy bride I was worried I wouldn’t find the perfect dress. But Diana, made the experience so perfect for me. She knew EXACTLY what I needed & found me the most perfect dress. I would highly recommend Mia Grace Bridal. I am also going back for my bridal party dresses too.

I cannot recommend Mia Grace enough. Madison and Vicky are two of the most incredible people that I've ever met. They cared about me & my life in addition to my wedding. Madison made my dress dreams come to absolute life after giong to 15+ appointments. I knew in my head what I wanted and Madison made it happen. We were able to custom order my dress to change the neckline to exactly how I wanted at a very reasonable cost. She promied me everything would turn out perfectly and it sure did! Madison knew my vision and helped me pick out earrings, a clip, veil, beading, a hoop skirt, and fur to complete the whole look. They also have a huge bridesmaid collection and worked with my large bridal party to get their dresses. I am so sad that the wedding process is over, because Madison and Vicky (and the rest of the staff) were so wonderful to be around. I am so thankful for you girls and love you!!

I was incredibly happy with the service. Lindsay helped me, and I tried on a lot of dresses. She even helped me set up an appointment at their sister studio (across the parking lot) at Encore. I found the perfect dress. The order came in early and correct. Her sizing recommendation was an excellent choice.

Mia grace was wonderful. I am a size 14 and I was very worried about being able to try on dresses. Mia Grace had so many dresses and I never once felt like I couldn’t fit in what they had to offer or that the number of dresses I had to try on was limited. I thought I knew what kind of dress I wanted but when I started trying them on they didn’t look how I wanted on my body type and the design wasn’t popping for me. My consultant took my jumbled up descriptions and reacted to them – bringing me something totally different than what I thought but ended up being exactly the style I wanted and needed. I have no idea how they can take mumble jumble and turn it into beauty! I purchased my dress that day on the first try shopping because that is how good they were. Thank you so much!

After having already been to 3 other dress shops within the area and feeling discouraged, Madison was so genuinely excited and determined to help find my perfect dress. I also love that you can view all in-stock dresses on their website and sort through/pick out your favorites which they had ready to go for me to try on prior to arriving! I was incredibly nervous for the wedding dress shopping experience. I thought I was going to hate it but that ended up being the most fun part of wedding planning! Mia Grace was by far my favorite bridal shop. I worked with Mira throughout the process and she was amazing! No other bridal shop gave me as much advice or helpful ideas as Mira at Mia Grace. I'm a very indecisive person but I never felt rushed and she didn't mind at all when I would try the same dress on multiple times. Her opinions were genuine and I ended up being super happy with my dress! It even came in a couple of weeks early!

I got my dress from the Mia Grace ENCORE Store and loved my experience! I went to the store twice to try on dresses. Both times Amy helped me and she went above and beyond. She was so kind and knowledgeable and offered different dresses to try on based on aspects of dresses that I liked. I also had the shop to myself during this time with just the people I brought, so I felt very comfortable expressing my own opinions. It was a great environment to be in! The ENCORE Store has sample-size dresses that are at a discount price because you get the dress as is. There was a wide array of different styles of dresses. I didn't feel like I was limited in my options. I only waited a month in between appointments so they could receive some different dresses, and then I found the one!

I worked with Madison for my initial dress appointment, and for my dress pick up and accessories appointment. First, I loved that I had the same consultant for both appointments. She remembered details about what I liked/didn’t like from multiple months prior. During the appointments, Madison was quick to pivot if I wasn’t loving something, and I could tell she was really listening to what I was saying about each dress/accessory. My budget was respected and they even provide 25% off accessories if you purchase a dress with them. I would recommend Mia Grace (and Madison!) to anyone looking for the best bridal dress experience in town.

I got my Wtoo by Watters dress at Mia Grace. They helped me find the perfect Stevie Nicks-vibe, vintage feel, classy-hippie, pixie/faerie dress I always dreamed of! I loved how after I booked my appointment they gave me access to their inventory online so I could note styles I liked and they had my favorites ready for me to try on when my shopping day came! The staff has been friendly every step of the way, when I was shopping, picking up my dress, getting my veil, etc. There were even some instances when, due to my own personal circumstances and issues that arose, they went above and beyond to help me with my dress. They are really a great shop with a lovely team of people.

Diane was extremely helpful, pulling gowns from my inspiration photos and other similar styles that I had yet to consider. They were quick to get my gown and veil in, which arrived several weeks prior to their anticipated delivery date. Mia Grace came highly recommended to me by friends and I was equally pleased! The salon has so many different dresses to choose from and the stylist helped me find my dream dress right away. She listened to my likes and dislikes and offered great suggestions. The process was so easy! They took care of everything with ordering and kept me updated throughout.

The staff here is amazing!! They are very kind and are easy to work with. I had an issue with the way my dress fit (I lost weight after having my baby) and the owner really took care of me. I highly recommend working with the staff here!!

I had the best experience at Mia Grace Bridal, I arrived with my group and everyone there was super kind and welcoming. Madison was my consultant and she did an amazing job knowing my style and preferences before I ever arrived thanks to their look book option on their portal. They had so many amazing styles to try. I went back a second time to try on my top two choices and Lindsay and Madison and the whole team we're once again fantastic. I visited another bridal shop and among other things what stood out about Mia Grace was how clean everything was from the dresses to the salon. So happy with my experience here and can't wait to see them all again when my dress arrives.

Mia Grace Review I was so excited to go to Mia Grace for my wedding dress based off all I heard from friends. The day I said yes to the dress went perfectly. I was so happy. This was back in June. When checking out they told me my dress and veil would be here in November. I also received a email stating the same thing. November came and I hadn’t heard anything. According to my wedding portal with Mia Grace it said the dress still needed to be ordered which I thought was odd since I already did. I called Mia Grace and they informed me that based on their judgement of when my wedding is they decided to wait to order my dress. I was very upset to hear this since they told they were in fact ordering my dress back in June and I had emails saying the same thing. I called early January (3 weeks ago) to check the status of my dress and veil. They told me it would be here 1/11. Well the day passed. I called again a week after they told me it would be here (1/18) to check again. They told me they needed to call the designer and they would get back to me. No one called me back so I called again 1/19 and they said my dress would be here the next day (1/20). I called them on 1/21 and they said my dress did come in and I was set for my appointment to pick up on 1/25. Unfortunately my veil wasn’t in yet for the appointment. I talked with the manager who was there at my appointment of all my issues. All the added stress they have caused me. It turns out I was misinformed by the staff. My dress was ordered in June but the designer pushed off making my dress based off my wedding being further out. Then my veil came in the next day 1/26. I went to pick it up. They ordered the wrong one… I had to wait for someone who could assist me and reorder the right one. While reordering they asked if my wedding was still in October. Of course I said yes, but the way she said it felt condescending. I feel like because my wedding is further out no one is taking it serious enough. I have paid for my product and I’m not receiving respect, or proper communication. They told me they would pay for overnight shipping and send me the shipping link once they received it but it should be here by Wednesday (2/1). Well its now 2/1 and I haven’t received a thing except for a phone call that Friday evening after trying to pick up my veil to say that they did their job this time. I also got my bridesmaids dresses from them. All my girls paid for them the day they picked them out. We had no issues until it came time to pick them up. They had no record of the cash transaction my bridesmaid paid for her dress. She had to send them pictures of her receipt as proof that she purchased it. I have tried to be patient but I’ve had enough. I cannot recommend them based on the extra hassle and stress added to planning my wedding. I understand my wedding isn’t till October but I should still receive the same respect and professionalism as every other customer. The lack of respect from this company is terrible. They have ruined so many special moments for me that I have been dreaming of since I was little girl. They took $200 off my purchase for the added stress but is it.

I purchased my wedding dress from Mia Grace after visiting a number of bridal boutiques in both STL and Kansas City. Some of the boutiques I visited were very high end, and the staff at Mia Grace were the most friendly, inviting, and accommodating out of them all! I worked with Lexie as my consultant, and she was absolutely amazing. She made me feel comfortable and at home when I visited the boutique, and she was extremely patient while I tried on many different dresses. The boutique has a really good variety of options to choose from, and the dress I chose ended up being my favorite one that I had previewed online before even seeing any in person! Lexie recommended a seamstress to work with for my alterations, Regina Hedlesky, and she was also marvelous and so friendly. Thanks to them both, I ended up with the wedding dress of my dreams!

The Mia Grace Bridal team is truly one of a kind! They go above and beyond for their brides and I could not have felt more loved and cared for! Also, my stylist Madison is the absolute BEST! She made picking my dress so fun and stress-free! We also got my bridesmaids dresses and flower girl dress from Mia Grace and we got the same incredible service through that process as well! My consultant had many of those dresses already pulled and waiting at the start of my appointment and she was able to suggest others based on what I did and didn't like about each. I got my wedding gown from Mia Grace for my wedding on 5/28/22 and I was so pleased with my experience! They have a large selection of beautiful, unique gowns for pretty much every style. The consultants I worked with were great and always listened to my vision. I love their virtual lookbook and how you can save gowns you like. They had the gowns already pulled so they were ready to try on at my appointment. I also got my veil there at a discounted price. When I got the veil delivered it was the wrong length, but after a few phone calls they sent me the right one. My dress and veil were so unique and exactly what I wanted!!! I have nothing but amazing things to say about Mia Grace. I ordered my dress through them on Saturday and Amy was wonderful to work with. They accommodated my larger party and because we had extra time in the appointment, she let my bridesmaids try on some dresses I had envisioned so I could see what they look like next to my dress, which I found so fun and creative.
