Cake was beautiful and delicious!

Our cake was so beautiful and absolutely delicious. They were so helpful and easy to work with, brought the cake to our reception venue, and everyone loved it. Would definitely recommend Michael Angelo’s!

We used Michael Angelo's for our wedding cake and could not have been happier with it. It was such a beautiful cake and tasted so wonderful. We met with Linda for our consultation. She was very helpful, pleasant, organized, and knowledgeable.

We ordered a tiered cake, cupcakes, and cannolis for our wedding and they were all amazing! They even made a variety of Fall colors for the icing on the cupcakes to match our wedding colors. They were also very reasonable with their prices compared to other bakeries.

Michael Angelo's Bakery provided a beautiful and delicious cake for our July 2022 wedding. It was important to us to have a carrot cake, and although carrot cake isn't one of the flavors they typically offer for wedding cakes, they made it happen for us anyway! They broke the process down into easy steps and questions that helped us organize our ideas. The only thing that wasn't ideal is that they did not deliver to our venue - we had to arrange for someone to pick the cake up, which was a minor inconvenience.

We chose Michael Angelo's Bakery because their cakes are delicious, and they are very affordable. Although we sampled cakes at more expensive places, Michael Angelo's Bakery had the best cake in our opinion! It would have been great if they could have delivered our cakes (3-tiered cake and full sheet cake) to our reception venue for an additional fee even though it was far away, but I understand that they did not have the personnel or resources to do that for us. It also would have been nice if they had a cake stand for us to rent like they used to do before customers stopped returning them. However, we do not have any regrets with booking them for our wedding cakes, and we had so many compliments from our guests about how amazing the cake tasted!

Amazing taste. We got a Cleveland Cassata Cake since it was our favorite and we decided to spend a little extra since we had out of town guests that has never had it. Everyone loved the cake. Definitely worth the splurge to get a cassata cake from a cake place as we have had cassata cakes from other places that weren't as great. Also, the staff was very friendly and suggested we have a smaller tiered cake and then to get sheet cakes for the guests. This allowed what we wanted within our budget. We had someone pick up our cake and they said it wasn't ready when they got there. Which I had called to confirm the pick up time. I would like to mention that because of Covid, we postponed our wedding twice and they were very accommodating to the date changes.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! you can never go wrong with this bakery! Our cake was gorgeous and very delicious too! They were awesome with our initial meeting and had no problems with deliveries.

Loved our wedding cake from Michael Angelos - it was exactly what we wanted both inside and out! Flavors were delicious and they were so easy to work with! Delivered on time, no issues whatsoever, would definitely recommend them for any bakery need, but especially for a wedding cake!

Michael Angelo's was a great choice for our wedding baked goods! We got a cake and and variety of smaller desserts. The planning was easy, the prices were great. I only wish I had gotten myself a plate because the guests devoured it quickly! But, I guess that means they enjoyed it! Highly recommend for weddings!

The cake looked and tasted fantastic. The final product definitely tasted better than the tasting. My guests absolutely loved the cake and couldn't get enough. The staff isn't exactly the nicest and I always felt like I was bothering them and an inconvenience when making payments. It turned out fine in the end and we got exactly what we wanted.

Linda at Michael Angelo helped take my daughters ideas and create an amazing cake! Delicious cake and amazing customer service! Also ordered delicious macaroons for the the dessert table. Would recommend without hesitation!

Michael Angelo's did a spectacular job on our stunning 5-tier wedding cake. I was very particular, and even brought in a picture of exactly how I wanted the cake to look during our consultation. Michael Angelo's exceed my expectations 10-fold. Some of our wedding guests didn't believe it was real! We opted for three flavors: Cassata, chocolate with a raspberry mousse, and vanilla with a raspberry lemon filling. All three were equally moist and delicious! I highly recommend Michael Angelo's, they are pros when it comes to making jaw-dropping, delicious cakes!

Michael Angelos is always the best. We had fun at our tasting and all of the cakes were delicious. Our wedding cake was beautiful and everything that we wanted. My mom ordered a lot of deserts through them as well and everything was delicious and delivered as expected!

We LOVED our wedding cake. It was a beautiful buttercream cake. Reasonably priced. They deliver to your venue. The cake was delicious!!! This is the bakery to use for all of your cake needs. We will continue to use them for future events.

I planned my wedding from across the country and slacked on setting up cake tastings over Christmas break when we were in town. My now sister in law used Michael Angelo's for her wedding 9 years ago so we jumped on the recommendation. Delicious! We had a very basic cake with buttercream and flowers from our florist but they nailed it from the 3 photos I had showed them. It was perfect!

Michael Angelo's provided our wedding cake in mid-July 2019. They were great all throughout the planning process and helping us decide how much cake we should order as we recognize wedding cakes are kind of hit or miss these days. The staff at Michael Angelo's was very receptive and professional, and the cake turned out absolutely perfect. Everyone really enjoyed it, and there wasn't much left over which is exactly what we wanted. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that we were never offered a delivery option because we didn't order a certain threshold of product. After discussing this in depth with some of our other vendors that have worked with this bakery for years, they were even put off by this. This did not affect the product by any means, and the cake was still absolutely perfect, but we did run a minor risk by having to have someone deliver it. I didn't like the threshold limitation for delivery (we would've even paid for it...) because in our opinion wedding cakes aren't as popular as they used to be... We loved our cake, the product was amazing, and we HIGHLY recommend Michael Angelo's for your wedding cake!

The guests could not give enough compliments about how the cake tasted and looked. The bakery was wonderful to work with. They help your vision come alive. The pricing is very reasonable and deliver to many locations in Cleveland area.

Awesome cake as usual from Michael Angelo’s! I’ve been going to them for years for baby showers, wedding showers, baptisms, birthdays, you name it. My wedding cake was perfect and delicious.

We did strawberry casada and chocolate raspberry mousse sheet cakes and they were amazing! The planning and ordering process was great. The people we spoke with were kind and knowledgeable. A little pricey, but totally worth it for two half sheets. When we picked up the cakes they were not yet ready and we had to wait 15 minutes. Then, the icing was breaking. They were very kind to fix the problem. We just had to wait another 15 minutes when we were already running late. Overall, I rate this bakery 5 stars.

Michael Angelo's Bakery is the BEST!! They did an amazing job with my wedding cake and pull charm cake. They were very professional and were able to use my own fillings of Dulce de Leche and Nutella. Yummy!! The presentation of the cakes were great and I could not have asked for more from Michael Angelo's Bakery.

The cake tasting was very fast and efficient They are knowledgeable about the size and types of cake you may need/want when considering number of people and budget. From start to finish, working with Michael Angelo’s was a breeze! The cake tasting was fast and the ordering process was smooth. We showed the bakery and picture of the cake we wanted and they were able to produce it. They placed our cake topper on our cake and delivered it to our venue on time and in great condition. Everyone was raving about what an excellent cake we had. I would definitely use their services again. They were reasonably priced and always willing to answer questions if they arose.

Our cake and macaroons were amazing! Made the table at our reception look like a page straight from a magazine! Will never go to a different bakery for any special events!

Ordered a 3 section all white wedding cake. When we picked up, the cake was 3 sections, but not white. They tried to correct their mistake and we ended up with 3 mismatched sections. Oh, and they didn't put the cake topper we supplied on either. It tasted great, but if you want something to be as you ordered for your special day, you might want to look elsewhere.

Michael Angelo's made the cake for my wedding and it was amazing. My husband and I were stunned and guests said it was the most beautiful cake they had ever seen. It was also absolutely delicious.

Michael Angelo's was chosen for us by our reception venue, as a cake was an "incentive" for signing a contract for reception. I wasn't familiar with the bakery, but it was nice to have one decision made for us! Our in-store consultation was disappointing; the woman who worked with us was hardly attentive and sort of rushed us through the appointment. She seemed more concerned with what was going on elsewhere in the bakery than talking with us. Nonetheless, all of the cake samples and filling options were delicious, and our decision was easy. We also picked a pretty basic cake, so there wasn't much time needed for that. Be sure that you specify to the bakery that you want them to bring a box when they deliver your cake IF you plan on saving the top layer. Our planner reminded us to do that, because in her experience, the bakery doesn't always provide that automatically. When it came to our wedding day, everything was perfect--the cake looked beautiful and tasted great! We selected white cake with a light, whipped frosting; three tiers, and a lemon raspberry filling. All of our guests complimented how delicious the cake was, and we are looking forward to our first anniversary when we take the top layer out of the freezer!

Michael Angelo's did my engagement cake. It turned out perfectly and it was really good, too! Everyone complimented it and the bakery was super easy to work with. My only little complaint was that I couldn't just give them an idea and have them be creative with it, which is something I like to do. But despite that small issue, my cake turned out amazing and they even helped us out when we realized our engagement party was going to be bigger than expected! I have even gone back several other times for birthday cupcakes, sweet treats, and a lot of other things! I plan to use them for my wedding as well!

We ordered our cake and pastries from Michael Angelo's. Everything was fantastic! The cake was both delicious and beautiful. The pastries were excellent. They delivered everything just as ordered and it looked amazing! I would recommend Michael Angelo's to any bride and groom!

I was really happy we decided to go with Michael Angelo's Bakery for our wedding cake. Our in-store appointment was helpful to look at their books for ideas on size, shape, flavor, decoration, etc. What I thought was really helpful was that their information is available online so you have an idea before your appointment. I also brought in my own pictures of cake ideas I found online and they appreciated that! I do not recommend making an appointment on a Saturday because they are very busy! (a good thing!). Our contact was helpful in guiding us to make a decision! Our cake was just as we envisioned it and we were very happy with it. The only issue we faced was the delivery option - make sure you learn about qualifications for wedding cake delivery. Overall, this was a great experience and I recommend local brides checking them out for cakes (and other bakery options they have!).

My Cake was Amazing for my wedding. It looked just as good as it taste. They totally were able to give me exactly what I asked for.

Michael Angelo's has been a family-favorite bakery in our house for years--I knew as soon as we got engaged I wanted my cake to be from their kitchens. They definitely delivered exactly what we were looking for! We had a delicious marble cake with chocolate mousse filling that was a huge hit among guests. I will continue ordering from Michael Angelo's in the future for all my events in the Cleveland area!

Our cake was so beautiful!!! It was exactly what we wanted and all of our guests were raving about how delicious the cake was. Our desserts disappeared so fast that we didn't even see them! They were very accommodating with special requests and everything was perfect!

My mother ordered my baby shower cake last week and drove 40 minutes to pick it up on Saturday. It was a baby shower for over 100 people, the cake was very expensive and a full sheet cake. I was so excited to eat this cake but when we cut into it IT WAS THE WRONG FLAVOR! The owners offered me a $25 gift card for their bakery after this, as if I want to go back there or if this will make up for this huge mistake. I have not had such terrible customer service experience in my life. The lady was not apologetic and told me it was my fault because the flavor of the cake was written down by their employee. I HAVE THE EMAIL TO PROVE WHAT I ASKED FOR. I AM NOT A LIAR. I have been going to this bakery for years and it's sad that they do not stay loyal to their customers. I will NEVER go back to this bakery again, which is sad because I use to come here for a lot of my bakery needs.

I am getting married in August and last on my to do list for vendors was deciding on a cake. I myself bake and decorate cakes, so my cake is VERY IMPORTANT to me on my wedding day. Everything so far with dealing with this bakery has been nothing but a hassle. I went in for a tasting and price for a cake and to start off the lady that consulted with me was not very nice at all. She said that some of my ideas were not good and wouldn't work for the cake I wanted. This drove me crazy since I myself make and decorate cakes. But I just went on with what she said and got over it. I really liked the taste of the cake when they first gave it to me....but then took leftovers home and had some later that day and it was very bad. This made me wonder about how the cake will taste the day of the wedding. They gave me a price and since I love how beautiful their cakes look i considered the price. I ended up cutting my guest list and wanted to speak to someone about this and to see what the price would go down to. The phone wasn't going through so I sent a email. They said they prefer me to call and set up another appointment....which is CRAZY since I am busy with work school and planning a wedding they want me to set up another appointment to just talk about minor changes? When I am going to be spending ALOT of money on a cake they should do things to my convenience. I haven't had any issues with any of my wedding planning besides with this bakery. VERY POOR customer service and very rude staff.

We used Michael Angelo’s for our wedding on September 5, 2015 at the Tudor Arms hotel. We also got a grooms cake for the day before at our rehearsal dinner (a Beagle shaped cake!). Nothing but great things to say about them. Their cake was just divine. We got 3 different flavors in our cake: chocolate + chocolate raspberry, white cake + strawberry cassata, red velvet + cream cheese. Just… delicious. The service was great, so easy to work with too!

I LOVED our cake from Michael Angelo's Bakery. Not only did it look exactly as I wanted, but it tasted AMAZING! The buttercream frosting is incredible. The staff at Michael Angelo's is great and their prices are reasonable/competitive. We had two meetings with them, and we booked at the second meeting. We designed our cake at that meeting and on the big day, it was exactly like we had discussed. I can't say enough good things about this bakery. I definitely recommend them to future brides!!

We decided to go with three different sheet cakes for our wedding and they were absolutely delicious. The sheet cakes were HUGE and we had more than enough for our 300 guests. I would highly recommend this bakery!

Betsy is an amazing cake artist! She does an incredible job not only decorating the cakes and making them look like something out of a magazine, but they taste WONDERFUL!! I can't wait for my one year wedding anniversary to get the top tier out!
