Fantastic! We had ordered this gorgeous cake and cupcakes which were an absolute hit with our guests. Everything was fantastic and also affordable. Highly recommend!

Ordered a cake on Monday to pick up Friday for my sister’s birthday, unfortunately she passed away Wednesday evening unexpectedly. I called Thursday to cancel my order and get a re...

fund since we will no longer need the cake, Well they will cancel my order but not give me a refund! If this isn’t the most coldhearted, non compassionate people I have ever spoke to. I never in my life came across such horrible customer service. Now I been coming to this bakery for years but never again! Someone lost their life and they are worried about keeping my $50, I can see if the cake was already made but the order is for Friday pick up. Please anyone who is reading this and considering using this bakery find another place. There are a lot of good bakeries out there with good compassionate owners. Unbelievable that they’re hard up to make $50 especially when they have a ton of business. How sad! This place doesn’t have feelings maybe just feelings for making money but that’s about

My husband and I highly recommend Michael Angelo’s Bakery for a wedding cake! The staff we met with was friendly and professional and offered helpful guidance through various flavo...

rs and designs. I showed a picture of a previous cake Michael Angelo’s had designed that I admired on social media combined with some further inspiration from Pinterest, and the staff noted these requests for the cake design. The wedding cake turned out to be the masterpiece we were hoping for. Our vision of a single-tier, round 7-inch cake with pearls and purple floral designs was brought to life with precision. The cake was beautiful and the vanilla flavoring with peanut butter mousse filling was delicious! Our entire experience with Michael Angelo’s was seamless. They were responsive to questions and flexible with last-minute adjustments. I called on a couple of occasions leading up to the wedding to change our pickup time and request a container to store some pieces for our first wedding anniversary. The cake was ready for pickup on time and came with the storage container I had asked for, which provided one less thing to worry about the day before our wedding. Michael Angelo’s is highly recommended for any couple seeking a beautiful and delicious wedding cake. They create a memorable and stress-free experience. The wedding cake was a reception highlight, and my husband and I appreciate Michael Angelo’s for making our sweet dreams come true!

dding day, they called asking for details we had told them and requested that someone come in and clarify. The day of, again the cake was delicious but it didn't look like it had been put together properly, as it should have maintained its shape during transportation.

Michael Angelo's Bakery provided a beautiful and delicious cake for our July 2022 wedding. It was important to us to have a carrot cake, and although carrot cake isn't one of the f...

lavors they typically offer for wedding cakes, they made it happen for us anyway! They broke the process down into easy steps and questions that helped us organize our ideas. The only thing that wasn't ideal is that they did not deliver to our venue - we had to arrange for someone to pick the cake up, which was a minor inconvenience.

We chose Michael Angelo's Bakery because their cakes are delicious, and they are very affordable. Although we sampled cakes at more expensive places, Michael Angelo's Bakery had th...

e best cake in our opinion! It would have been great if they could have delivered our cakes (3-tiered cake and full sheet cake) to our reception venue for an additional fee even though it was far away, but I understand that they did not have the personnel or resources to do that for us. It also would have been nice if they had a cake stand for us to rent like they used to do before customers stopped returning them. However, we do not have any regrets with booking them for our wedding cakes, and we had so many compliments from our guests about how amazing the cake tasted!

Jessica K

Amazing taste. We got a Cleveland Cassata Cake since it was our favorite and we decided to spend a little extra since we had out of town guests that has never had it. Everyone love...

d the cake. Definitely worth the splurge to get a cassata cake from a cake place as we have had cassata cakes from other places that weren't as great. Also, the staff was very friendly and suggested we have a smaller tiered cake and then to get sheet cakes for the guests. This allowed what we wanted within our budget. We had someone pick up our cake and they said it wasn't ready when they got there. Which I had called to confirm the pick up time. I would like to mention that because of Covid, we postponed our wedding twice and they were very accommodating to the date changes.

consultation. Michael Angelo's exceed my expectations 10-fold. Some of our wedding guests didn't believe it was real! We opted for three flavors: Cassata, chocolate with a raspberry mousse, and vanilla with a raspberry lemon filling. All three were equally moist and delicious! I highly recommend Michael Angelo's, they are pros when it comes to making jaw-dropping, delicious cakes!

Michael Angelo's provided our wedding cake in mid-July 2019. They were great all throughout the planning process and helping us decide how much cake we should order as we recognize...

wedding cakes are kind of hit or miss these days. The staff at Michael Angelo's was very receptive and professional, and the cake turned out absolutely perfect. Everyone really enjoyed it, and there wasn't much left over which is exactly what we wanted. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that we were never offered a delivery option because we didn't order a certain threshold of product. After discussing this in depth with some of our other vendors that have worked with this bakery for years, they were even put off by this. This did not affect the product by any means, and the cake was still absolutely perfect, but we did run a minor risk by having to have someone deliver it. I didn't like the threshold limitation for delivery (we would've even paid for it...) because in our opinion wedding cakes aren't as popular as they used to be... We loved our cake, the product was amazing, and we HIGHLY recommend Michael Angelo's for your wedding cake!

edgeable. A little pricey, but totally worth it for two half sheets. When we picked up the cakes they were not yet ready and we had to wait 15 minutes. Then, the icing was breaking. They were very kind to fix the problem. We just had to wait another 15 minutes when we were already running late. Overall, I rate this bakery 5 stars.

Absolutely amazing experience form the begining to the end! They were friendly & professional. The cake was gorgeous and amazing! Thank you Michael Angelo's Bakery !

Maria S

Michael Angelo's was chosen for us by our reception venue, as a cake was an "incentive" for signing a contract for reception. I wasn't familiar with the bakery, but it was nice to ...

have one decision made for us! Our in-store consultation was disappointing; the woman who worked with us was hardly attentive and sort of rushed us through the appointment. She seemed more concerned with what was going on elsewhere in the bakery than talking with us. Nonetheless, all of the cake samples and filling options were delicious, and our decision was easy. We also picked a pretty basic cake, so there wasn't much time needed for that. Be sure that you specify to the bakery that you want them to bring a box when they deliver your cake IF you plan on saving the top layer. Our planner reminded us to do that, because in her experience, the bakery doesn't always provide that automatically. When it came to our wedding day, everything was perfect--the cake looked beautiful and tasted great! We selected white cake with a light, whipped frosting; three tiers, and a lemon raspberry filling. All of our guests complimented how delicious the cake was, and we are looking forward to our first anniversary when we take the top layer out of the freezer!

Ashley G

mplaint was that I couldn't just give them an idea and have them be creative with it, which is something I like to do. But despite that small issue, my cake turned out amazing and they even helped us out when we realized our engagement party was going to be bigger than expected! I have even gone back several other times for birthday cupcakes, sweet treats, and a lot of other things! I plan to use them for my wedding as well!
