They were very communicative to ordering what we need. Rental tables and table cloths were delivered 3 days prior to our event ready for us to set up. They were in great condition and were well priced. Would definitely rent from them again.

I’ve worked at Michaels for 8 years so when I got engaged there was no questions on who was going to handle my wedding rentals. I personally saw how their crew invested into protecting their products, handled them with care and took pride in their job. I moved out of state shortly after getting engaged so all my planning was done remote. Both Nicole and Alyssa were very professional and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire planning process. (Which involved two postponements and three season changes due to covid.) Throughout all of these changes, they were always quick to answer all my questions and made the many adjustments to my order a breeze. When it came down to the finals days prior to the wedding, they reached out and confirmed my order making sure I didn’t forget any final details. The delivery crew was wonderful and made sure everything was accounted for and in pristine condition. If you're looking for rentals for your big day, Michael's is the only company to use!

Michael's Party Rentals, Inc. is a wedding and event rental company in Palmer, MA. This team strives to accommodate celebrations of all shapes and sizes, from intimate gatherings to large, extravagant receptions. They will work closely with you to ensure that you have your ideal event design for your big day. Owner Michael and his brother Ryan first established the company Party Tent Rentals in 2000. Michael became the sole owner by 2003 and changed renamed it Michael's Party Rentals. Starting off as a one-tent operation, it has since expanded to include equipment and staging items to give couples a one-stop-shop experience. Chairs, tables, tents, and restroom trailers are some of the many items that Michael's Party Rentals can provide. The team will schedule a consultation with you, to ensure your final event layout accommodates your needs and wants. On your wedding day, they will take care of delivery, setup, and clean-up to give you peace of mind.

I waited last minute to decide I wanted rustic barrels at my reception (literally 2 weeks before the wedding) and they came through no problem! Dropped them off and picked them up!...
