I went to Michelle's for my wedding dress, unsure of what I was looking for and pretty indecisive. The stylists had a few dresses ready for me to try (with the first being the one I ended up with!) and guided me using my feedback. I felt so comfortable and supported with Melinda - it felt like she knew better than I did what I wanted, but never like she was pushing me towards anything in particular. I also got my veil from Michelle's which was absolutely stunning and one of my favorite parts. I 100% recommend Michelle's!

My experience and Michelle’s was amazing. I walked in with 5 dresses already ready for me to try, and they were all so beautiful. My stylist, Jordan, knew exactly what I liked and didn’t and helped me provide better feedback when I wasn’t even sure what I liked/didn’t like! I ended up leaving and going to another appointment, having an awful experience there, and decided I want to come back to Michelle’s and pick my favorite dress that very same day. I was expecting the price of every dress to blow me out fo the water but Jordan also did a very good job of not even bringing me dresses that were out of my price range... which is seriously so appreciated!! I ended up right on the mark for my budget (not to mention $100 discount for buying the dress the same day I tried it on) and I am so happy

Joey made my first bridal gown appointment wonderful and enjoyable. I had not tried on dresses anywhere else before and she took me through everything, made me feel comfortable, and definitely took my opinions and wants into consideration. She had pre-picked four wonderful dresses and kept bringing me more and more. I loved every minute with her. My experience was the best I could imagine. She was ready when I arrived and was very organized.

I had an amazing experience finding my dream wedding dress at Michelle’s! The style quiz they provide when you make your appointment is very detailed and just makes the whole search much more simplified. I had Kate as my stylist and loved her! She was super helpful and encouraging during the appointment. I never felt overwhelmed or upset - everything went so smoothly! A week before, Kate sent me pictures of the dresses we were starting with and it got me even more excited! She was very accommodating when I had a a couple last minute questions and budget changes before the appointment. They were also very accommodating of my large-ish group and allowed us plenty of time afterwards to get some group pictures. Definitely would recommend Michelle’s Bridal and Kate!

I loved working with Cassidy at Michelle's Bridal! She was patient, knowledgeable, and professional at all times. I was uncomfortable dress shopping, but she quickly turned that around. She also gave excellent tips that made narrowing down the dress so much easier. Cassidy helped us stay on budget, and we had a blast in the process. I appreciate the attention to detail that they have, too.

Michelle’s was awesome! They were very prepared and accommodating for me and the big party that I brought with me. They had me fill out a style quiz in advance as well as send in pictures of dresses that I liked. When we arrived they got my party and I straight back to the dressing room and had 5 dresses laid out for me to start with. It only took me 15 minutes to find my dress and I think we were in and out of the store in 35 minutes total. All of the stylists were great and super supportive and encouraging!

If you haven’t been to Michelle’s you MUST go!! I got the pleasure of working with Jo! And she was by far amazing! I’ve been to several bridal shops between Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky and they were by far the absolute best! I went to Michelle’s and Said Yes to the Dress!! 💖

The ladies at Michelle's Bridal are fantastic to work with! My stylist was Kayla and she did an awesome job keeping everyone excited and picking out dresses that I would like! If you share your snapchat name with them, they will show you what dresses that they've pre-pulled for you based on a style quiz that they send out with your appointment confirmation email! I definitely recommend making an appointment so you can get the individualized service that you need when picking out a wedding dress! I definitely recommend shopping here! I plan on coming back for accessories, bridesmaids, groomsmen, moms, and more!

I actually went to another dress store before I went to Michelle's and felt way too pressured to purchase one of their dresses. Then I went to Michelle's and the stylist took the time to get to know what I liked and even gave suggestions of dresses I never would think to try on. My sister got her wedding dress here, so did my cousin, and my mom got her mother of the bride dress here. They're great!

I was able to get the dress of my dreams (I'd been looking at pictures, learning the language, everything since I was 13), all bridesmaid dresses, and all tuxes here. I also got my veil here as well! The staff was friendly, able to understand my vision, and made all of my bridal party feel comfortable while looking great.

I bought my first MOB dress at Michelle's and my experience was great, so when my son got engaged I knew exactly where I wanted to go for a dress. My experience this time was even better if that is possible. My consultant had a few dresses pulled for me to look over but she quickly changed directions when I showed her pictures of the direction I wanted to go. She was enthusiastic and helpful. We had a wonderful experience and I found my perfect dress, ordered it and was leaving within 35 minutes!! My husband was even more ecstatic!

I was very scared going to try on bria dresses as I am a plus size bride who in the past settled for dresses that I didn't love. I was so incredibly surprised when the experience went well the plus size selection was large and my dress didn't cost me and arm and a leg. I feel absolutely beautiful and sexy in my wedding dress and the team did everything they could to make sure my dress experience was one to remember for the right reasons. I would absolutely recommend them to any bride to be!

Cassie was SO helpful. I brought my mom, grandma, and sister and they all had VERY different opinions. She sat me down and told me to stop being a people pleaser! As soon as I started looking for myself instead of for them, we found my PERFECT dress.

I believe everyone at Michelle's makes an effort to make each visit unforgettable. The kindness and attention to detail made me feel like a true bride. All of my guests also got to experience the luxury as well. They treated each and every one of us with nothing but respect. The positive energy at the shop really added to the process. I ended up finding and purchasing my ideal wedding dress and cannot wait to wear it on my big day! I can't thank Michelle's Bridal enough for the once and a lifetime experience! They were all so kind and wonderful. The location is clean and well tended. The staff are all so kind and willing to help you with anything. I found my perfect dress on my first time in the store!

I went shopping twice to find my dream dress and I should have have just started out at Michelle's so it would have only taken once! They are so friendly and helpful and do everything they can to make the day special. I worked with Kate and she really listened to my likes and dislikes and helped me clarify what I wanted in my dream dress! I am honestly excited to go back and pick out bridesmaid dress and tuxes.

Cassidy was simply AH-MAZING! I booked a private champagne appointment with her. I was extremely nervous going in to my appointment & was terrified none of the dresses would look good on me. Cass made the experience so inviting from the beginning. There were refreshments & snacks waiting for us. I began by picking out a few dresses that I thought I would like to try-on. Little did I know- she even had some some dresses pulled and ready in the dressing room based off my Pinterest board! She was so calming and professional when discussing the pros/cons of each dress. When I found my dress, I could tell that she was genuinely so excited for me and thought it was the perfect dress for me. I can not say enough about Michelle's Bridal and my experience there. I would absolutely recommend to any bride in the Central IL area to book an appointment with one of their amazing stylists. Thanks so much Cass! <3

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish at Michelle's. The dresses on the rack were a little pricey for my budget but I was able to find "The Dress" on the sale rack and immediately fell in love. The staff there were very nice and helpful. After the wedding I was able to pick up a kit to send my dress to get cleaned and preserved. This was the first and only dress store I went to on my search and I would highly recommend them!

I had a good experience with Michelle's Bridal & Tuxedo. The staff was very friendly. My only issue with the style of dress that I picked out was when trying it on, it wasn't in my size, so I didn't think about the way it would "hug my curves" once in my actual size and I had to have my dress altered to accommodate sitting. I just would have liked a little heads up regarding this particular style. Other than that, it was a memorable experience and I would recommend to future brides.

I cannot recommend Michelle's or their consultant, Alex, enough. I went to Michelle's with my Mama to look at MOB dresses just a couple of weeks ago and easily found a dress we all loved for her with the help of the beautiful and amazing Alex. She was so much help and fun that it made the whole process exactly what we hoped it would be. But the magical day did not stop there. In the back of my mind, I had been really unsure of my wedding dress that I bought from a bridal store in my hometown- something just felt off; the pressure was so high and I worried I chose too quickly. I never had that "bridal moment" even though everyone else loved it (and I did too at first.). When we walked in, there on a mannequin was a brand new arrival, and honestly the dress of my dreams. My mom and sister basically said, "I don't want to stress you out or pressure you, but your dream dress is right there and I think you should try it on." Everyone tells you that the worst thing you can do is keep looking after you've bought your wedding dress, but I couldn't stop looking at the dress on the mannequin. Without hesitation, Alex said it wouldn't be an issue at all and basically took on a second unplanned appointment with us so I could try the gown on. When I did, I had a flood of emotions - I realized I had on the dress I wanted walk down the aisle in and was having a hard time admitting it because of the guilt over the dress I already owned. In the kindest, most wonderful way, Alex made me feel beautiful, confident, and gave me the pep talk I needed and we left Michelle's with not only Mom's dream dress, but my dream dress ordered as well. I finally had the bridal moment I was looking for and I can't wait to go back when the dresses arrive and surprise my bridesmaids.

Cassidy was amazing! She was super helpful and really helped my mom and I find the perfect dress for her and accessories for me, she made both of us feel gorgeous without being over the top. She was opinionated in a helpful way and knew what would look great before we did! We loved our experience!

After I got engaged, I knew exactly where I wanted to go for my wedding dress! My sister got her dress at Michelle's in 2004 and I went with my cousin to get her's there also in 2013. My consultant, Jordan, was my fairy godmother at my appointment!! She and I instantly clicked through our love of everything Disney, especially Beauty and the Beast!!! She made my dreams come true by finding my dream dress!! I didn't want to take it off!!!! I can't say enough great things about Jordan and the whole team at Michelle's Bridal!!

I loved how professional they are! My entourage expected a long day since I can be extremely picky, but in less than an hour I had the dress of my dreams, accessories, and both mother and MIL dresses ordered!

I had an amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress at Michelle's. They got my style and knew what I wanted before I even showed up. My stylist, Savannah, picked out my dress before the shop opened and it was the second dress that I tried on. I was worried since I am considered a plus size in wedding dresses but they had so many options for me!

Such great service! Very helpful and opened just for us even though the store was supposed to be closed that day (ironically, due to a wedding out of state). So special since it was just me and my mom!

I went there to look for a Mother of the Groom dress. It was the 5th place I tried. I am 5'11 and NOT a size 6. Im 47 and didnt want to look like the great grandma of the groom. Savannah was awesome and fixed me right up. They have a whole room just for moms and get what you want to look like. Im soooo happy with my dress. I cant wait until August to wear it!!!!

I went to Michelle's to simply try on dresses and find what I liked. Savannah, my stylist, was WONDERFUL and made me feel comfortable and beautiful in every dress I put on. She sold the dresses without being pushy and really listened to what I want. I especially loved being able to connect with her before my appointment to show what I liked and what I didn't even before trying dresses on. I highly recommend going there. The dresses are beautiful, staff was wonderful and the experience was awesome.

Everything here was beyond perfect. Very first dress I️ tried on was immediately THE dress. Only problem was it was 500 dollars out of my price range. The manager worked with me and cut me a deal giving me 35% off the dress. Everyone there was helpful and friendly. I️ had Kayla and she was perfect. Highly recommend going here to find your dress!!

I found a veil I wanted from a trunk show but I needed to order it with a tiny alteration to it. When I picked it up the Tuesday before my wedding, I realized there was something missing..the gold stitching in the lace that was there when I tried it on. I called Michelle's right away and they said they would contact the designer and call me right back. I got a call 15 minutes later saying they talked to the designer and the trunk show piece had the gold stitching as a special and wasn't normally on that veil so when I ordered it, they made the veil the way it's originally made, just a little shorter like I had asked (which they got right by the way). They said they would remake it by the next day and overnight it and I would get it Thursday before my wedding. They did exactly that and I was so happy with it! It was the most beautiful veil ever and they were wonderful to work with even with the small hiccup!

I had the best experience at Michelle's! Alex was my consultant and was absolutely wonderful. She found dresses she knew I would like and gave me an extra pep talk! I found the dress I love there and would recommend them to anyone!

My overall experience here was great. But one thing that really upset me was that they did not keep my budget in mind. I tried on several dresses within my budget, but as soon as my consultant found out I had another dress at another place that I liked she threw my budget out of my mind. She was going to do anything she could to get the sale. I tried on a dress, fell in love with it, even SAID YES, then she informed me it was $500 OVER my budget. Extremely disappointed.

My family and I felt so welcomed by everyone! I feel so blessed! It was my first time dress shopping so I tried on many different styles and necklines. My stylist took very good care of me and pulled only dresses in my price range. I found the dress and had that moment everyone tells me about. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Michelle's provided me with the ultimate dress shopping experience! My stylist, Savannah, actual had the wedding gown I ultimately chose already hanging in my room when I arrived. She was very patient as I tried on others at the request of my family. She even helped my future mother in law find her dress! It is a great shop with a wide variety of dresses and accessories. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone (prom or wedding)!

I had a great experience at Michelle's Bridal. I had just come from another appointment and Alex, my consultant, requested to see pictures of the other dresses I had tried on. She also had already had some dresses pulled based off of my Pinterest board I sent them a few days before. She then tried to pull some that were similar to the pictures I showed her. I found my perfect dress and all well within my budget. Alex did such a great job at making me feel comfortable and beautiful. I would definitely recommend any bride to this store!

I had a great first experience (and birthday) at Michelle's Bridal last September! Even walked out with my dream wedding dress after my first time trying on (multiply) dresses. We celebrated with champagne afterwards =) The excellent service brought us back many times throughout this past year to order our bridesmaid dresses and grooms suits as well as try on MOB dresses during their events! Highly recommend

Michelle's Bridal gave me the best dress-searching experience I could have hoped for, and more. I called only one day before I was coming in and got a prompt appointment along with emails surveying my wedding aesthetic and what I hoped for in a wedding dress. They even looked through ALL of the dresses I had on Pinterest! Needless to say, I should not have been surprised when Cassidy's second dress for me to try on was the one. She knew all about the dresses and colors, along with the typical surprises (such as not loving a dress you thought you would) that come with a bridal appointment. I truly felt special in my entire time at Michelle's, and will always remember the genuine joy the employees felt for my decision and big day. As we move into the fitting/shipping season, I am completely confident that Cassidy will handle my dress well--especially since Michelle's gave me a huge packet to stay on top of things, along with a darling succulent for my home. I was so afraid I would have to go to so many bridal shops (I like to be sure and am bad at decision-making), but Michelle's made it easy while taking the time to make me and my mom feel special and listened to.

My experience at Michelle's was wonderful! I walked in with my mom without planning on buying or even trying on. I was assisted by Alex, who listened to my wants and took my mother's opinions into account as well. She helped us find the perfect dress and was a pleasure to work with. She followed up by writing me a thank-you note, calling me to come in for a fitting when the dress arrived, helping me pick out jewelry, and finally by emailing before the wedding to wish me luck. I felt really special and important and believed that Alex was as in love with the dress as I was. I would definitely recommend Michelle's and Alex in particular!

I really did enjoy my experience at Michelle's. All of the associates I worked with were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I first tried on my dress, the attendant helping me suggested a belt and a veil that she thought would look nice and I ended up buying them, too. They pulled the look together perfectly! They also helped me to find someone for alterations, which I appreciated. There was a nice selection of dresses and I would say it's worth checking out!

From the very first call to Michelle's, I knew this would be a great experience. Before my bridal appointment, I had never tried a dress on or even looked at dresses on Pinterest, and after talking through mine & my fiance's story + my wants, interests, etc. with Alex, I found my dress (and it was only the 4th one I tried on!) I have been so impressed with the service, knowledge, and personality of those I have worked with at Michelle's so far, and very much appreciate the personal touches like a handwritten thank you note and emails from the staff! I highly recommend working with Michelle's for your bridal needs! They have also been great so far in help for bridesmaids dresses, tuxes, and Mother of the Bride dress! Cannot wait to continue working with them!

I cannot express in words how amazing my experience at Michelle's Bridal and Tuxedo was! From the moment I called to schedule my champagne appointment, the women were so pleasant and genuinely excited to help make my dream come true. When I arrived, I was showered with personal attention and dresses were pulled based off my personal wants and desires. The women I worked with were extremely friendly, kind, caring, and excited to hear all about my love story and my vision of my perfect wedding dress and wedding day. They even sent me a personalized thank you card after my appointment! I can't say enough good things about this bridal salon and it's employees.

Between Prom, Pageants, and my wedding, I have purchased 10+ dresses from Michelle's and M2. They carry the most beautiful designers, styles, and accessories at decent prices. However, my bridal consultant wasn't very friendly. Michelle's was one of my first stops on my dress shopping adventure and I stopped in just to look around and wasn't planning on buying a dress that day. As I am pretty seasoned when it comes to dress shopping, I don't need a lot of help while looking and trying on. My consultant seemed annoyed that I wanted to try on so many dresses even though I didn't need her attention through it all. Her mood totally changed when I fell in love with a dress and she thought she may make a sale even though I said I wasn't looking to buy that day. They also seemed annoyed that I was getting married out of town so I wasn't interested in purchasing my bridesmaids dresses or tuxes through them.

They were very helpful! The salesgirl worked with me to pin on sleeves and show me what modesty panels would look like with the dress. I practically tried on every dress in the store.
