Michelle's Florals

Sadly, I wanted to write a good reviews but after how I was treated I just can't. We went in for fall wedding flowers. I was very specific on when I wanted. Rainbow fall flowers. Please make sure to add sunflowers and blue flowers! I was given a quote of $180. I was told that depending on what I was given the prices could be less. The flowers were picked up by my sister in-law and I had paid for them full $125. It was $55 less then I was quoted. I though it was less because there were no sunflowers or blue flowers. (Don't get me wrong the flowers we got were Beautiful.) To my surprise with out my permission the day after my wedding the shop decided it would be appropriate to charge my card for $55 more. No phone call nothing! They just helped themselves to my bank account! When I called to ask why they took more money out of my account I was shocked by the disgusting attitude I was given! Her reasoning was she had quoted me a $180 and charged me the wrong price when I called to pay my balance in full. So she just took it upon herself to take more money out of my account. I explained to her that I did not get all the flowers I asked for so I assume the price was less. I also explained to her that it wasn't my fault because I had went there to pay my bill in full and that's the price I was given. She informed me that she didn't care and that it was her money and that she made the decision to take it out of my account. She also informed me that she would not be refunding me. I explained to her that it was completely inappropriate and had she called me and had a conversation with me I would have given her the money but since she just took it out of my account I wanted it back because it was unprofessional and against the law. She continued to make fun of my English and try to correct my grammar and had the audacity to hang up on me. Unfortunately I had to make a claim with my bank and the money was returned. I just have to say that when you give a business your credit card information you do it under the impression that they will only use it for that one transaction. This was completely inappropriate and unethical. She is honestly lucky I didn't decide to press charges!

Linda at Michelle's Florals impressed us at our first meeting. She was very organized and knew exactly the questions to go over. She was also helpful with choosing the flowers we wanted to base the bouquets around. The bouquets and arrangements were lovely and held up very well throughout the day. My only negative was that Linda really only works on Saturdays and to help out with weddings so she was not always available. Others at the store during the week weren't always able to make out her notes. Email was also not a great way to communicate so if you go with them, call with questions. Overall, a great experience.

Michelle's Florals was AWESOME!! My bouquet was beautiful, the bridesmaids bouquets were beautiful, and the boutonnieres were beautiful!! She was a pleasure to work with and she has some very unique ideas.

My husband and I used Michelle's Florals for our wedding last month. The flowers were fuschia to "pop" against our chocolate brown bridesmaid dresses and table linens. I spoke with the wedding coordinator Linda, earlier in the year about my vision and let her know I needed the flowers to really pop since they would be the only thing that was pink, and on top of it i had a strict budget. She called me back the same day with a great package - on the lowest end of my budget! Linda was wonderful! Our wedding was 6 days after the freak October blizzard in New England, power was out all over the state and I was one stressed out bride! Linda called me the night before I was to pick up the flowers for my centerpieces to ensure me that even though the flower shop didnt have power, my flowers for my centerpieces and boquets were safe and sound - in the owners own home! They went above and beyond all of our expectations. The flowers were beautiful - exactly what I'd envisioned! I was referred to Michelle's Florals by a friend, and I will definitely be sending more referrals their way!
