We absolutely loved Middleton Events, we worked with Katy Vogel on their team and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Middleton and every person on their team is so familiar with the venue and so many vendors that we used, it just gave me so much peace of mind having them there. Katy and Stephanie were always available to answer questions and give advice, and our wedding day went so smoothly. I had so many people warn me “prepare yourself, something will go wrong on your wedding day” and literally nothing did and I 10000% owe that to our vendors and more importantly Katy and Middleton Events! Can’t say enough amazing things about this team!

Stephanie and her team were exceptional at making sure our wedding was the best day ever. We started out not being totally sure about what date we wanted/venue/guest count/design and Stephanie helped me figure all of this out before I even signed to hire her. She was the only event planner that got back to me same day about working together and always was thorough and thoughtful in her responses. If you are a type A bride she will defintiely be a great fit for you, she knows how to play it cool and make sure issues get resolved quickly. There were so many things the day of our wedding that I had no idea were even things I needed to be worrying about that she just magically took care of. She is also beloved in the wedding world and is besties with all the high in demand vendors, which helped tremendously when making vendor selections. We just loved her and her team and she made planning our wedding fun and easy. PS: she has 5 kids, so she knows how to get things done (mom powers)!!

We worked with Becky from Middleton events and she was a god send. I was a type a bride (spread sheets, canva decks, etc) and Becky worked with me every step of the way. She attended floral appointments with me to ensure it matched the decor, went to our tastings, and even helped deliver and kick up an extra large mirror the day of the wedding. She met with our officiant to make sure he felt confident in his speech and walk him through the ceremony layout. Becky was our dream wedding planner and was the reason our wedding day was perfect. She helped source DJs and vintage getaway cars and opened doors for vendor communication that I couldn't achieve by myself. If you are thinking of booking them for your wedding in Austin, TX DO IT!!!

100% recommend Stephanie with Middleton Events! Her communication is superior and she is so sweet! We live out of town and I WAS NOT STRESSED AT ALL! Even day of, she takes care of EVERYTHING. I literally cannot think of one thing that went wrong (aside from forgetting my veil but hey that was my own fault BUT Stephanie was SO quick to sprint from the chapel to the bridal suite and be back within a minute for me to have for my pictures!!). Overall, I am so grateful for all her hard work that she put into our wedding day. It was so evident how much she cares for her couples.

The best decision we could have made was hiring Stephanie and her team for full service wedding planning! There is no way I could have gotten through wedding planning without her, she was my go to girl for absolutely any question or concern I had throughout the entire process. My wedding experience was everything I dreamt of and more. I didn’t want to feel stressed out and overwhelmed during my planning process, not to mention I truly knew NOTHING about wedding planning. Stephanie and her team are AMAZING! She worked with us as our full service planner and designer. I am a Project Manager so I went back and forth on if I should hire full service or not and let me tell you, I MADE THE RIGHT DECISION! I could never have planned a wedding for 19 months without her! She was always happy to answer my questions and help me figure something out. She is calm, cool and collected and she knows Austin vendors and wedding planning inside & out. Stephanie and her team were wonderful! My entire wedding weekend and wedding day we did not have any stresses or concerns about the day, and that was because we knew Stephanie was all over every detail and that we could rely on her completely. Our wedding was amazing and Stephanie played such a big part in that. Stephanie is the best of the best!! She is so prepared and really knows her stuff, I only wish we had hired her for full wedding planning instead of partial. Stephanie is a pro at handling any wedding emergency, like when your baker gets COVID 5 days before your wedding. The day of the wedding Stephanie and her team made sure I didn’t have a care in world. I think the day went off without a hitch but if something went wrong I never found out. Stephanie was also so helpful with my mom who was very nervous about parts of the planning process. Stephanie kept my mom update, answered ALL her questions, and was always there to help. When interacting with her couples Stephanie is very calm and laid back which really helped me stay relaxed too. Stephanie is also well known and loved in the vendor world which makes a huge difference when coordinating with other vendors. So thankful to Stephanie and the whole team at Middleton Events for giving us the perfect wedding experience!

Would definitely recommend working with Stephanie and her team! When I asked our venue and photographer for coordinator recommendations, they both told me about Middleton Events. After speaking with Stephanie and a few other vendors, I knew Stephanie was the best fit. She was personable and knowledgeable and wasn't just going through a standard Q&A with me. She also had lots of experience at our venue Woodbine Mansion. I chose to work with Stephanie for month of/day of coordination for our May 2022 wedding but she was a great support system throughout our whole engagement! She has great taste and a vendor recommendation list to match. She also has preferred planner discounts that we definitely utilized! The month of, she reached out to all of our vendors and communicated the timeline etc. The day of coordination was most impressive. My husband and I rented a tent for the reception thinking we would be ok if it were to rain. However, there ended up being lightning warnings in the area so we had to change plans and have dinner inside our venue. The team did an amazing job coordinating indoor decor and dining (fitting all the tables and making sure the right groups were closest to the head table etc.). Decor specific, we were planning to hang our neon sign from the outdoor tent and they found the perfect place for it on one of the fire places inside, surrounded by florals. It was better than I could have thought of myself! And I typically like to be in control but they really gained my trust because everything turned out perfectly! They did an amazing job keeping the event flowing and to our timeline. I didn't have to worry about a thing and got to enjoy the day. They communicated all my requests with the DJ, set out all my decor and table settings, distributed dance floor accessories at the right times, reminded me of my second dress, and packed my husband and my things for our getaway car for us. There was probably a lot more going on behind the scenes but 10/10 would work with Middleton Events again and you should too. (:

Stephanie and her team did an amazing job on my daughter's wedding. She introduced us to fabulous vendors and did a great job coordinating with them - including seamlessly moving to a new venue when the original venue had a fire six weeks before the wedding! On the day of the wedding, we were able to relax and enjoy every incredible moment with family and friends knowing that Stephanie and her team were taking care of all the details. She really helped to create my daughter's dream wedding and make her vision come to life.

She was available on demand throughout the whole process. No stone was left unturned. Full service throughout and most value of any dollar spent on the event. Stephanie and her team were fantastic leading up to my big day. We booked in January 2021 for our December 2021 wedding and went with the Basic package. She stepped in to help 6 weeks before the event and it was a LIFE SAVER. The last thing you want to do so close to the wedding is coordinate contacting the vendors and getting everyone on the same page. Come day of the wedding, all I really had to do was bring decorations and show up! I had Amy and Becky as my day-of team and they took charge and directed everyone where they needed to go, which is an amazing feat when it comes to wrangling my family. I can't stress enough how important it is to have a coordinator for your wedding day. If you want a seamless and easy wedding day, book with Middleton Events!

Stephanie was absolutely amazing throughout every step of our 2 year planning process (including postponement due to covid). She planned the most beautiful and flawless weekend including rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and gorgeous incredibly fun reception celebration! After talking with our venue about our dreams and wishes for a perfect wedding, they immediately referred us to Stephanie. From the moment she called me we instantly clicked over design style, color palettes, and overall vision for our wedding...not to mention she is the sweetest human you will ever meet! Our original wedding date was supposed to be February 20, 2021 - but the snowpocalypse took out all of our hotels and travel. Before my fiancé and I even had a moment to think about what to do, Stephanie called us after talking to each one of our vendors and getting available dates from each of them. We only had to postpone our wedding for a month and did not have to sacrifice a single vendor...all thanks to Stephanie! We truly do not have enough amazing things to say about Middleton Events and were blessed to have Stephanie a part of our vendor team. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a dedicated, kind, and genuine wedding planner.

My relationship with Stephanie started great, but as Covid wrecked our plans to move forward on our original date things went downhill. We were unable to lock in a new venue for our desired date, since they all include clauses that make you loose all your money should Covid still be a problem. Stephanie said she would no longer hold our date, though we have every intention of using it, and booked another couple over us even though we paid our deposit (50% of the cost for her services). I am sympathetic to what Covid has done to the wedding and event industry, but to any Brides who are financially conscious and also concerned about plans changing due to Covid, Stephanie isn’t your best confidante and parter. I’d look for someone more willing to work with you in the situation we’ve all been given with Covid.

Stephanie and her team are amazing! I didn't worry about a single thing the day of our wedding and was able to enjoy all of the festivities. Her team made sure everything was on time and nothing missed a beat. I can't thank them enough!

I went into my wedding weekend not stressed about anything, which I didn’t even know was possible- thanks to Stephanie! Every detail was known and covered and the day came and went flawlessly thanks to her and her team! I cannot recommend Middleton Events enough for any bride, I was an out of town bride in the middle of a pandemic.

My wedding was perfect and Stephanie was a big reason why. I had to cancel my first wedding in a different state and Stephanie helped make planning for the Plan B wedding enjoyable and fun - no small feat! She found all of my incredible vendors and effortlessly handled all the details and emails. I also went with all of her recommendations for the reception rentals and it was beautiful. She was professional, organized, and a pleasure to work with during the whole process. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Stephanie has been a complete lifesaver throughout planning and rescheduling due to covid. At baseline a phenomenal planner, organized, excellent taste, and is creating an amazing and beautiful wedding for us. Then with covid, she has been so incredibly helpful throughout the rescheduling process (basically done if for us). She goes above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Stephanie is a very kind and genuine person and I can tell that she really loves her job. She handles all situations with grace which is a very admirable quality and a trait that is much appreciated when it comes to wedding planning! Unfortunately I was not able to see the result of the planning come to fruition on the wedding day as it was 4/10/2020 and Camp Lucy was closed due to state restriction during the pandemic. However, I worked with Stephanie for 6 months and she is a great communicator. I'm writing this review in support of her and her business as wedding planning and a good schedule is essential to the flow of a great event! I have attended weddings where the schedule was not planned well and it makes a huge difference to the event being enjoyable for all. I trust that Stephanie would make sure the day of would flow seamlessly!

I would choose Middleton Events one-thousand times over again! I used the Basic Planning Package and Stephanie was amazing and went above and beyond my expectations. She is so kind and makes you feel so special! She was extremely attentive before our wedding and was AMAZING the day of. I didn’t feel an ounce of additional stress knowing that she had everything covered. You cannot go wrong choosing her to help you plan your wedding whether you need someone to guide you through the last steps (like I did) or someone to help you with everything! Middleton Events is amazing!

We had to postpone our wedding due to the coronavirus and before we even decided to postpone, Stephanie had already checked with our vendors to see if they could all reschedule to one specific Saturday we were thinking about. Within a day or so, we already had new contracts with the vendors. While she was communicating with us, she was also communicating with my parents to ensure everyone was in the loop and felt good about the decision. She even offered to order food for our impromptu, 10 person celebration we had on our original date. I don’t know what the future holds for our new July date, but I know that Stephanie will have it figured out before we even have a chance to worry about it!

Stephanie will be the best investment you make at your wedding! I’ve never met anyone more meticulous, dedicated or generally on top of things! She has a vision to make things beautiful and will make sure your event runs perfectly. We work in the wedding industry and have worked with her on dozens of events over the span of 5 years. Most notably, our industry is dealing with the Covid-19 outbreak and she is handling the rescheduling of nearly a dozen events at one time. Calling all their venues, vendors, mothers and more, reading contract policies, looking at dates and making a solution that is in the best interest of her couples! I couldn’t recommend her more!!

For context, we had a 5-month long engagement and a guest list around 280; when I hired Stephanie, I only had the venue picked out. I knew what I wanted the wedding to feel like (but nothing beyond that), and Stephanie was able to transform my abstract thoughts into a tangible, beautiful design with patience and excitement. We just had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Middleton on a very high end boutique wedding out at The Wayback in Austin Texas. Her vision with the space was coordinated perfectly with the couples. The couple being from Midland Texas did not know any vendors or a lot about the Austin area. She guided the couple perfectly and put together the most amazing wedding we have seen in under 4 months. She gave everyone a printed out timeline that was extremely organized. So orgniazed that many of our staff members felt comfortable and came with no questions at all. She helped coordinate everything with this couple and they could have not been happier! She perfectly executed the rain plan when last-minute weather hit our area. She came with an assistant that knew exactly what to do and how to get the space together in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Stephanie Middleton as a wedding, rehearsal dinner or dinner party planner. She is excelent!

Other than the groom, Stephanie was hands down the best decision I made for my wedding! We came to her with only 2 months to plan, a brand new venue that had not yet hosted a wedding, and were surprised with record setting rains on the weeks leading up to the big day (Everything was originally planned to be all outdoors). She took on these seemingly impossible tasks, without any hesitation, and created the most magical day that I never could have imagined. It felt like a dream. I am extremely indecisive, but also very picky haha, and she truly listened to all of my scattered thoughts, and brought them to fruition. I am beyond grateful for her and her incredible talent. She relieved us of all of the stress that innately comes with a wedding, and exceeded every expectation with the outcome. On top of all of that, she is such an awesome, and enjoyable person! I CAN'T RECOMMEND HER ENOUGH!! I honestly don't know what I would have done without her; she was so organized, hardworking, resourceful, and has impeccable taste. Thanks to her it was all seamless!

When I was planning my wedding, it turned out to be a lot tougher than I imagined to find the coordinator that I wanted. I spoke to so many - but when I spoke to Stephanie over-the-phone I instantly knew she was someone that I would trust and would actually love to be around on our big day. That was big for me. Your coordinator is a vendor you deal with directly so much so make sure it's someone who is patient, kind, understanding, and professional. That is Stephanie. I was planning my Texas wedding from Florida and she answered all of my questions (even the silly ones) and she helped point me in the right direction vendor wise, which was huge. I had a vendor tell me that they "work with a lot of coordinator's in the Austin area, but Stephanie was one of the best and that they love working with her." I already knew she was great, but validation is pretty awesome too. I really cannot say enough kind words about Stephanie. She was amazing. She connected all of the dots the month of that I had either missed or had forgotten about, she was prepared and in attendance for our meeting with the venue, she was early and understanding at the rehearsal (which we basically had to redo the morning of because it was hailing at the rehearsal dinner and no one could hear - but she did this without complaint), and she just executed our day perfectly. We even had a few last minute changes to the ceremony and the timeline order of the reception - and she just made it happen with the best attitude. She even loaded up my mom's car at the end of the day with everything that was ours. My mom said she didn't have to do anything. HOW AMAZING?! I even had A GUEST after the wedding ask me about her. They said that she was "so on top of it" that they thought that she had just "come with the venue." I had to clarify that it had taken a lot of calls to stumble upon a coordinator like Stephanie. She made me feel like I was spending time with a good friend when dealing with her. and I could seriously go on and on about how amazing she was. I just cannot recommend her enough. Seriously, she should be the first coordinator that you call. You will save yourself quite a bit of time.

Stephanie is amazing. We hired her as our day of coordinator - initially thinking she would be there on the wedding day to make sure everything ran smoothly. She went so far above and beyond that. She helped resolve an issue with an unresponsive vendor, she coordinated with everyone to ensure they were there on time, and she made detailed schedule to make sure the day went perfectly. She is so sweet and fun to work with - she makes you feel like she is excited about you and it's not just a job. She does a great job of not bothering the bride or the mother of the bride on the day of the wedding with any questions. She knows exactly who to go to (MOH in my case) and let's them handle anything that needs to be done during the day so the bride, groom and families can just enjoy. She made our wedding so perfect and handled little details that I could never have imagined would have been remembered - down to making sure we had time to eat and got us a gift a guest wanted us to open that day. I highly recommend hiring Middleton Events for all things wedding planning!

Stephanie was awesome. Planning a wedding from out of town is no easy task.. especially come crunch time. She handled all the vendors, and made everything seamless. Every interaction with her was like talking to an old friend.. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Weddings can be stressful, but she really made it so easy!

I cannot say enough good about Stephanie! She took the time to listen and understand our vision for our wedding and executed it flawlessly, all with a smile on her face. Not many brides get to say nothing went wrong at their wedding, but I do, thanks to Stephanie. We were planning our wedding remotely, and she went out of her way to suggest and coordinate vendors around our schedules. She was responsive, professional, and really fun! Our big day was 100% stress-free because of her; every vendor was great, we stayed on schedule but never felt rushed, and my husband and I got to soak up every minute with each other and our guests instead of worrying about all the details. I actually told her on my wedding day, "I'm sad we don't actually live in Austin, because I think we'd become really good friends." I cannot recommend her enough!

Where do I even begin?! Stephanie was absolutely AMAZING throughout the wedding planning process. She was open to all of my ideas and had the best tips and advice! I emailed/texted her probably a thousand times in the weeks leading up to our wedding and she answered every single one of my questions or concerns with confidence and without hesitation. She made sure all of our vendors were in the loop and had a complete schedule for the whole day of the wedding. All I had to do was show up (and make sure my future hubby did too!) I was confident that everything would be just the way I wanted it the day of my wedding, and I have Stephanie to thank for the majority of that! She made sure we stayed with our timeline throughout the whole day and that everything flowed nicely. I absolutely couldn’t have done it without her. I can’t thank you enough Stephanie!!!

Stephanie was an immeasurable help and resource in planning our wedding. From the first time I spoke on the phone with her, she was friendly, attentive, and helpful. I started the planning process for our Austin wedding when I was living in Nashville, and she gave me personal recommendations for vendors that she trusted and had worked with before. I had no idea where to start with planning a wedding! But Stephanie encouraged me to think about what my husband and I would remember and enjoy the most (beautiful photography? a fun band? stunning florals?) and then pick those most important vendors first. She was an absolutely calming presence throughout the entire journey. When I started to feel nerves at the rehearsal, her organization, confidence, and friendly communication with everyone involved reassured and made me feel like it was all coming together splendidly. She coordinated our timeline to perfectly suit our wants and needs, and handled communication with all our vendors for the weeks leading up to the wedding. On our wedding day, I felt the oddest sense of peace. And I get stressed out, y'all. But on this huge day, I just knew everything would be handled and go off without a hitch, and that is in no small part due to Stephanie's steadfast diligence and hard work to get everything ready and organized. I could hardly believe her energy--she was several months pregnant and on her third wedding of the weekend, for crying out loud! But she never once complained, seemed frazzled, or let any signs of stress show. I would 100-percent hire Stephanie again for any major event and will recommend her for all my family and friends' weddings.

I wanted to right a review for Stephanie Middleton because she was an amazing wedding coordinator for our Camp Lucy wedding in May of 2015. Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure our day ran smoothly. It’s always a little scary when planning a wedding from afar, but Stephanie took sure great care of us... I never had to worry! She coordinated every little details of our day, and I can’t thank her enough for taking all those extra tasks off me and my family.
