We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Hector and Lindsey! From the very beginning, they were organized, responsive, and incredibly professional. Every step of the planning process felt easy and stress-free because we knew we were in good hands. Professionalism and organization can be hard to find in a DJ and they are truly top tier! What stood out to us most was their kindness and genuine care for our day. During the planning phase, they took the time to really understand our vibe and what was most important to us. And on the day of the wedding, Hector and Lindsey were both checking in on us, offering to get us a drink, a snack or anything we needed. And the dance floor? PACKED all night long. We have seriously had multiple people tell us that it was one of the most fun dance floors at a wedding theyve ever attended. The transitions between songs were seamless, the energy never dropped, and every moment felt perfectly timed. They are unbelievably talented at reading the room, mixing songs, and creating a flow that kept everyone up and dancing. The lightshow on the dancefloor was another added piece that made it even better. Beyond the music, they helped keep the entire day running smoothly. From the cocktail hour where they reminded guests to grab their placecards, to the very end, they brought a calm and joyful presence that allowed us to truly party and enjoy every moment. We’re so grateful to have had such amazing people as part of our day. Thank you for sharing your talent to make our day so unforgettable. We would recommend Midwest Best to any and everyone!!!

We booked Hector for our wedding and we would definitely recommend him! Everyone kept coming up to us the whole night telling us how much they loved the DJ! From the ceremony to the reception, everything was perfect. All the guests were dancing the whole night and kept saying how great the music was. Hector and his team were so professional, kind, and knew how to keep the vibes up!

Hector and team communicated effectively from the beginning and helped guide us throughout the whole process. We felt very prepared going into the wedding day. They were extremely professional the day of the event and helped beyond their responsibilities - asking to help carry things or get us something to eat/drink, etc. Despite it being a longer night for a NYE wedding, Hector brought the energy throughout the entire night and played all the songs we wanted at the right times. The night was seamless with no issues and great vibes. 10/10 recommend.

100% recommend! From the initial inquiry and phone call, I felt an instant connection with Lindsey and Hector, and knew they would do a fantastic job getting the party going and keeping everything stress-free along the way. Our DJ was Erik, who did a great job of following our guidance while also reading the room and making sure the music was hitting. Amid the craziness of wedding planning, Midwest Best DJs was a vendor that I knew would always be responsive and easy to work with, and that I had the utmost faith would knock it out of the park. Definitely recommend!

We were so thrilled to have DJ Hector on board! He was more than anything we could have hoped for. He worked with us on every detail and killed it on the mic and he had a light show for the dance floor. His playlist was perfect for the whole night and every entrance was queued up perfectly with the music. Not only was he patient with us but he gave really good advice as well for song choices/wedding timeline. He checked on us multiple times in the evening to ensure we were having a good time and we were never without a drink. Thank you for everything. Cannot recommend DJ Hector more!

My husband and I LOVED having Hector and The Midwest Best DJs team at our wedding. Music was one of the most important things to us when planning our wedding and we knew we needed to find a DJ we could trust with our playlist, who could mix and also read the vibes of the room. Hector did exactly this and surpassed all expectations. We had an absolute blast on the dance floor. From the first conversation we had with their team, we knew they were the real deal and we would be in good hands. They answered all questions right away, had open lines of communication throughout the year and a half we were planning, and even made a logo for us to use with a projector on our dance floor. We can't recommend this team enough, 10/10!!!

Hector was exceptional! We received so many rave reviews from our guests on his demeanor and performance, and he was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish! Hiring Midwest Best DJs is the best decision you can make for your wedding! The DJ of a wedding can make or break the event and guest experience, and you want a trusted, friendly, and organized person in that position. 10/10

Hector and Lindsey worked so hard to help make our wedding such an amazing time and they succeeded! From making the planning super easy to playing the most awesome music, they helped make our wedding a night to remember! We are so grateful to have been able to book them for our special day! 1000/10 recommend them! They helped create the exact vibes we wanted for our wedding! Will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family for their upcoming events! It was an honor to have Hector and Lindsey play such a big role in making our wedding one to remember. After following their business on social platforms we see how much fun they bring to events and to have that in person at your own party is indescribable. They really did such an amazing job as a team. My new husband and I both feel like we hired them as DJs, personal assistants, and event coordinators! 😂😂 We can't thank them enough for such an amazing night. I absolutely cannot say enough about Noel at Midwest Best DJs! My expectations were exceeded in every way and he was the life of our party. He did exactly what I asked and he was so incredibly energetic and receptive. I'm a sucker for a fun dance floor, and for my wedding, I'd say I hit the jackpot with my DJ! People were on the dance floor all night and that's all I ever wanted! Thank y'all so much for being so thorough and helpful throughout my entire wedding planning process. Noel was so great with assisting me when I couldn't find my photographer and a worker at my wedding and he made sure to coordinate and help me with anything I needed before the wedding and the night of. Like I said, I can't say enough about these amazing people! Absolutely blew me away! Thank you!

Hector and the whole Midwest team were absolutely fabulous! The DJ is an instrumental part of the flow and tone of the wedding and Hector was phenomenal! He has a great vibe and a great energy to keep your guests engaged and updated on the flow of the evening! I know I will look back on my wedding day and be so thankful for Hector’s service! Three words to describe our wedding, BEST. NIGHT. EVER. Lindsey and Hector made our night a dream come true. We had countless guests approach us with how much they loved our DJ. I told Hector and Lindsey that I wanted our guests on the dance floor all night long, and they did just that. From our cocktail hour to dinner to dancing they hit every point. Not to mention they made our wedding entrance come to life. We hired Hector as our DJ for our wedding this past weekend and he CRUSHED IT! Such a professional, I hope I have another event some day for him. His portal made the planning process super easy and cover all of the important parts of the night in detail. Hector and Lindsey both were super responsive and helped us stay on track. They were flexible with our music requests and even helped make small edits to our songs, like our first dance song. The sounds system was perfect for our venue. I've been at some where the speakers are set up poorly and not everyone can hear toasts, but not with this group. Everyone could hear perfectly. The uplighting was awesome too, I'm really happy we went with it. I appreciate that he was able to link to our spotify and play our playlist, but also took over with his own choices to based on the crowd. Overall, can't say enough good things about our experience with him and his team.

Midwest Best DJ’s and their team are INCREDIBLE! Lindsey and Hector are so kind, attentive, and organized in the planning process. Noel was especially amazing as our DJ and kept our party going! Leading up to our event, we had several planning meetings with Noel and he was so helpful, knowledgeable, and offered such great insight into our evening! His expertise is unmatched! Hector and Lindsey did such an amazing job. From day one they were great with communication and answering any questions we had. They. Helped coordinate with other vendors, they brought an amazing Photo Booth, and did the best job keeping the energy high with the music they played. I can’t even begin to express how amazing Hector & his team are. For starters, they have phenomenal communication and planning systems to make sure everything is laid out and planned from beginning to end. During our final zoom call, Hector asked if we wanted him to follow our playlist entirely, or let him “feel” the crowd and to use his best judgement for the music. I gave him creative freedom for the dance floor music and IM SO HAPPY I DID. One of the things I heard from my guests the most about our wedding was how AMAZING the dj and dance floor was, which is exactly what I wanted for everyone. One of the things that stood out to me the most about Hector was his kindness and genuine passion for what he does. He went above and beyond his roles as a DJ- checking on us to make sure we had drinks in our hand, that we had a fan on us when it was hot, and he even stepped in to carry one of our banner’s inside to the reception when another vendor moved it to the wrong place. I’m so happy with the turnout of our wedding and I credit a huge part of that to Hector & Lindsey. Thank you MWBDJ’s for giving us the wedding our dreams and for treating us like royalty from beginning to end. We are so grateful, and are excited to use them again for any event we have in our family going forward.

DJ Hector was amazing! He truly kept everyone at our wedding dancing all night long, and he read the room to decide what songs to play next! Highly recommend them! Also, their planning platform was really easy to use and made sure everything was done the way you wanted it. Amazing DJ! I cannot recommend DJ Hector enough!

Hector and Lindsey were phenomenal!! Prior to booking Midwest Best DJs, we heard so many recommendations for Hector. He is definitely worth all of the hype and then some!! Hector and Lindsey accommodated all of our oftentimes out there ideas and requests, they truly made our wedding the best day ever and went above and beyond for us. My husband and I have polar opposite music tastes and Hector was able to blend them together seamlessly. We got so many compliments on how much fun guests had during the reception and the dance floor was always packed. Choosing Midwest Best DJs was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding!!

10 outta 10 recommend!!!! From the start emailing with Lindsey she response right away and answered any questions I had. Jawon was our DJ and he was AWESOME! He asked what kind of wedding I wanted to have and for me I wanted it to be a party where people don’t want to leave the dance floor and that is exactly what I got! He was perfect, he knew when songs where not bring the energy that we wanted he changed them and brought it back up. He truly DJ our wedding and didn’t just put in some playlist and let it play.

Hector and Lindsey with Midwest best DJs made our wedding planning process so incredibly easy! They were very informative during meetings, quick to answer emails, and always very pleasant! We used Noel for our wedding DJ and he was amazing! We had several meetings with him leading up to the day which was very helpful to keep us on track. He was also very attentive on the wedding day itself, and did a great job of keeping us informed of what was going on, and then once the dance floor opened he kept the party going all night!! Definitely recommend working with Midwest Best DJs

oel was absolutely amazing. He made everything very easy for me. He listened to the music I wanted, when I wanted it and played a great variety. We had Spanish and pop/dance music. I didn't want anything cliche or typical for the English music and he blew me away. My guests had nothing but great things to say and everyone danced. I would highly recommend noel.

We have nothing but great things to say about our experience with Hector, Lindsey & Midwest Best DJs! The entire planning process was organized and extremely easy from the beginning. Hector completely nailed our vibe/vision for the music for the wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner & dancing) and we couldn’t even keep track of all of the compliments we were getting on the DJ/music the entire night. All in all, we couldn’t be happier that we chose to use Midwest Best DJs for our wedding & would recommend them to all other couples.

Do not hesitate to hire Midwest Best DJs for your event!! They are the BEST!! Our wedding was SO much fun - the dance floor was packed all night long! We and we are still hearing back from our guests about how great our DJ was! From the get-go, we had easy and accessible communication with Hector and Lindsey. They have a great website to help you choose music - very easy to search songs and also to see the top 150 requested songs. Hector was a great guide for us in areas where we weren't sure. We had full confidence in him and it was a stress reliever to know we were in great hands! When you go on their website, you will see that there is a bit of an upcharge for Hector (and he is totally worth it by the way!) but after working with Hector and Lindsey (owners), I have no doubt that their other DJs would do an excellent job as well. You can tell that they are really tuned into their clients and that they would only hire people who would execute in the high standard they have established for their company. If you are considering them, reach out for an initial interview and I strongly believe you will feel the same confidence we had in them right off the bat!! Thank you Hector and Lindsey !!

Midwest Best Djs were absolutely amazing! From the second we hired them they were nothing but helpful. They are so communicative! They responded so quickly to any questions, changes, ir concerns we had. Our dance floor was only empty during dinner! Our guests were so impressed and had so much fun. I wish we could live this day over and over. We will definitely be hiring them for any future events we have and will 110% be recommending them to all of our friends and family.

Midwest Best DJs is a phenomenal company!!! DJ Erik Johnson provided his services for my husband and I’s wedding on October 7, 2023. Erik is a truly talented DJ! He was incredibly friendly, organized, professional and dedicated to giving us an amazing evening. We loved working with Midwest Best DJs, Hector specifically. He was really awesome from start to finish. He was super responsive and did everything with a smile on his face. I love how happy is he all the time. Everyone had a wonderful time at the wedding. I had specifically asked him not to play certain songs, and he kept denying everyone that requested it, which I thought was hilarious. One of our favorite vendors to work with. Highly would recommend Hector and his team!

The best decision we made for our wedding was hiring Midwest Best DJs as our DJ. They make it so easy from the beginning by providing a portal to enter timeline / detail / song information and even song suggestions. The email reminders from 30, 60, 90 days out are very helpful as well. They dress and handle themselves very professionally while being very knowledgeable and trustworthy. From the ceremony, to the cocktail hour / dinner, to the reception - everything was perfect from start to finish. They absolutely killed it!! Everyone couldn’t stop talking about how awesome they were and I can’t thank them enough! The energy was unreal. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and will forever be grateful for them making the planning process so simple and stress free. P.S. - you have to get the package with uplighting - it really transforms the entire space especially for the dance floor.

The music was excellent – exactly what we wanted! DJ played songs we specified and included some others that we hadn’t thought of that were totally in line with the genres we focused on. The dance floor was full all night, would definitely recommend to others and would work with again!

We could not have possibly had a better experience with Midwest Best DJ's. From the first time we met our DJ, Hector, we knew that he wanted this day to be exactly what was right for us. We had several meetings with Hector to discuss everything from reception music, walkouts, cocktail hour, dinner, and much more. He gave us free range to request any songs we wanted, didn't want, and even allowed us to create a playlist and send to him to use. For the cocktail hour and dinner, we had no idea what type of music to use, but Hector sent us several examples of what to use. Not only was he a phenomenal DJ, was MC'd the entire night wonderfully. Everything was announced on time, correctly, and gave us all of his energy! Our wedding was truly made better from having Hector as our DJ and we can't wait to recommend Hector to everyone we know getting married.

Choosing Hector and Midwest Best DJs was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Hector asked us planning questions I wouldn't have even thought of that made our day even more special and we got so many compliments all night. We interviewed a few DJs but got a great vibe from Hector from the very beginning and we are so glad we chose him because he kept the party going all night- knowing when to play the right songs to keep people on the dance floor! My only complaint is that I was so busy talking to guests I didn't get to dance more! I would recommend Hector and Midwest Best to anyone for your wedding or other special event.

Hector and Lindsey are an amazing team. They both were extremely professional and friendly throughout the entire planning process for our wedding. Their online system is great and Hector played all of our top requested songs as well as announcing all of our dedication songs throughout the night. He went above and beyond to practice to make sure that he announced us and all of our bridal party correctly and even offered to bring us drinks throughout dinner. I could not recommend Midwest Best DJs more highly for your wedding. They made the entire day flawless and perfect!

Hector was an amazing DJ for our wedding this past January. He played everything we wanted to hear. He was easy to get in contact with prior to the event which is super helpful during that stressful time. Our guests have also commented on how great he was. He also did great prior to the dance floor time which is more important than you think. Ceremony music, cocktail hour, Introducing everyone, hyping up my sister to do her speech when she was terrified. I def. recommend Midwest best DJs if you want a great wedding that flows well.

We used Midwest Best DJs for our January wedding. Hector was amazing!!! Throughout the entire process, Hector was super quick with communication. He emailed regular check-ins with reminders on things we should be doing to get ready for the big day. Hector met with us a couple of times to discuss music and timelines. On the day Hector went above and beyond. He did a great job making sure everyone was having fun. The dance floor was busy all night! Thank you, Hector!

I am a wedding planner and worked with Hector from Midwest DJs for the first time this past Sunday. I was really impressed with his flexibility when it came to last-minute changes, and he was also great to work with day-of. The music he played flowed nicely between songs, which is something I always notice when it comes to the flow of the event. Highly recommend working with this team!

Absolutely wonderful!!! Hector was amazing and very very talented!! You can tell he loves what he does and that energy radiates through your event! He went above and beyond to help us plan our wedding, and was so easy to communicate with. He took all of our music wants and made it in to a perfect masterpiece throughout the night!! The dance floor literally felt like it was going to break from being that packed all night long. We had people telling us how great he was all night long, and those compliments still haven’t stopped.
