I left a review for our DJ (Joe) about a month ago, but now here’s a review for the company in general.
We hired Midwest for our reception in August. In all honesty, we have been so disappointed in the character / responses of this company.

We opted for the photo booth ($495) and have ZERO quality pictures. Our DJ set the photo booth up in the dance area (which was dark), so the quality of pictures is terrible.
Nothing was announced about this photo booth. Because of this, I made contact with the company inquiring about a solution to the terrible pictures. The company had their photo guy try lightening the pictures, which did not work.
Since we spent $495, we asked if we could have a refund. We were told that it was our fault that the lights were turned off. Um, nope. It was the DJ who must have asked to get the dance started.
With that, I was told a manager would call me. I patiently awaited a week. Nothing. I simply called back. I was told the manager would call me. Well, the company then reached out to my husband instead of me, which was annoying because he had little to do with these phone calls and I had been handling everything.
They offered a $200 refund with the stipulation of NOT writing a review. My husband signed the paper stating he would not write a review, but nothing stated I could not write a review (I never signed anything).
With that, we never received our refund. The character this company radiates is that of dishonesty and terrible customer service.
