Best DJ ever. Michael and Theresa made our wedding an amazing night. Everyone has said this was the best wedding ever, with great music and dancing. They worked so hard (during a real hot summer Saturday) to make every detail perfect. Great music, lighting, and an amazing monogram! Thank you Mikes Up Productions!

Working with Michael is one the best decisions we made during wedding planning! From start to finish Michael was a true professional. He listened to our musical tastes, asked the right questions to make sure he understood our vision and came through with great recommendations for our layout (to ensure the flow was right.) More than that, Michael (and Mike'd UP Productions) are a full service operation! Our wedding venue in Portland Oregon was non-traditional (Yale Union) which meant we had to source in everything ourselves (including lighting). Michael not only DJ'd the event but provided all the lighting - from uplights to cafe light strings, his creativity and expertise made the large warehouse space feel warm and welcoming to all our guests. People were dancing THE WHOLE NIGHT. It was not just our friends on the dance floor, Michael created a vibe that kept all generations up and on their feet - it was really amazing. We would recommend Michael without hesitation, you can stop right here - you have found your DJ!

Michael is just what our wedding needed to take it to the next level. I am pretty particular when it comes to guest experiences at an event and I knew I didn't want some speakers in a corner playing 'whatever' type of music all night for my own wedding. I needed someone who could transition the vibe of the party from the ceremony, into happy hour, into dinner and then ramp up the dance floor for the rest of the night. Michael was all of that and much more. He is so accommodating to work with, very professional and understood my vision for how I wanted the wedding to flow and was able to get all of the guests on the same page. One of the things Michael did that I most appreciated, was his subtle yet effective way of keeping us on time. He would gently check in with us if we were ready for the next thing (grand entrance, cake cutting, etc.) and then make sure everything was ready for that to happen and then just got it going. I never felt rushed or behind, or like I was just waiting for the next thing to happen; Michael just seamlessly strung it all together. It was awesome not having to worry about that. I felt like I was in great hands throughout the entire process with Michael and couldn't have been happier with how the evening turned out. He was a little more expensive than some of our other options but in the end, he was so worth it and really helped bring together my vision. Thanks Michael!

Mike did a an excellent job DJing our wedding. He was very professional and helped queue everyone up and make sure we were on schedule. His music choices fit our preferences perfectly. High recommend!
